What you should buy - An Apple iPad or a laptop?

2010-11-23T23:00:00.001-08:00

Image : http://www.flickr.com

With the introduction of the Apple iPad, a new theme for a debate arose in message boards, blogs, online forums, and also in the arts pages of Amazon.com - which is better buy: Apple iPad or a laptop?

We say that the Apple iPad is against a good portable system, the years of waiting to be ready, if not efficient, for the next 2-4 We're talking about dual core processors, concerts of RAM, a nice graphics card, and theWorks

How does the Apple iPad fare against such a machine? We will discuss five points against in our quest to find the answer.

The Power Point

There is no doubt that a laptop - at least the newer models sold today - the computing power of Apple iPad laws. Pack Apple iPad can only boast a 1 GHz CPU, the numbers after the judging A4 Apple, which alone is less powerful people usually netbookused.

Sure, Apple has a reputation to maximize every ounce of computing power capable of exercising their machines. In addition, Apple will not be charged by a operating system that seems problematic baggage slowed over time.

Apple is also some amazing things with what little they know. Who would have thought that the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch may be necessary to perform a full 3D first person shooter?

But based on numbers alone, the laptop is a clearCut winner here. This is beyond doubt.

Asking for an extension

In addition, the handset will be a winner when he claimed to be upgradeable features. Basically, most laptops allow you to update its product information from RAM, the graphics card space on the individual components that make up the collection. Some laptops can also upgrade the CPU, which is really surprising.

At this moment there is no evidence thatApple iPad is expandable. It is a price difference of hundreds of dollars in increments of 16 GB of space, all indications lead to the unfortunate fact that the Apple iPad will never be upgradeable.

The Cool Factor

Wired Magazine has published an interesting study of a few years ago, one bought more than 60% of laptop owners of their machines, so called for "in" thing to do. This just proves that the cool factor is an importantFeature in the choice of many of the gadgets on the market today.

And when it comes to "cool factor," no one comes close to Steve Jobs and his inventions. The iPad wins this, hands down!

The verdict

What you must choose one: an Apple iPad or a laptop?

The answer? Well, we must say that you buy a laptop.

Our reason is simple: you can always have a free iPad TEST legitimate and their offers toto find. The iPad employs a relatively new technology and their producers are always looking for faults and defects. If I help, can offer an iPad, absolutely free.

2XL TROPHY LITE Rally iPhone Game Review and IPAD

2010-11-10T08:00:00.001-08:00

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The best graphics I've seen the iPhone and iPad in a race yet, but is a complete package? 2XL revealed TROPHY LITE Rally of one or two months ago and demos of some of the technologies that will be used to achieve this kind of image, and it seems everybody played very, very impressive and have been highly publicized for the game.

Circuits, rallies and stages are the three main modes, all scattered in fifteen different events that are known to run inHowever, there are three ways to hear any more or less the same, and as the time-basis test, if it matters. Other drivers like Need for Speed in the App Store are many ways to keep busy and feeling fresh all unique.

In races around the ground, it is rarely ever more than one vehicle at a time that is a bit 'strange, but at first TROPHY LITE and rallying as the honest, is actually very realistic. It is notget to the overtaking vehicle on the position as number one, is who would be the best time around the course, the number one position in the run game, yes. But since each car is in front of the other top rider is much less about how to maneuver through vehicles, rather than around the course faster than pure thought.

The amount of vehicles to choose from you is incredible. All are equal in terms of performance, beginningbut the amount of different colors and body styles is incredible. You can increase performance and speed, but not to spend in a virtual garage, where would you each aspect of your vehicle, as in NFS, etc., which I think is very nice addition if you could change. But I do not think the game 2XL wanted to leave to be taken not to focus on the race itself.

The graphics are what I was completely blown away, just for starters. Are probably the bestI've always seen iPad on iPhone, iPod Touch e. The iPad is slight edge in graphics than the versions of the iPhone and iPod Touch, but they all look absolutely stunning. The view of the cockpit offers a wonderful view of how everything really is as beautiful as the sun in the sky bounce of the glass, how about a bump in the road and to go blasting through the air from a tire vehicles in front of you while you drive around a corner. The textures of sand,Rock, mud, sky, plants, everything is amazing, with incredible detail seriously.

The way in which the effects of light work as well as amazing as the colors of sand in texture and richness in the color change from where the vehicle is the perspective. Paint bounces light reflections and the environment, is by far the most anyone to explore the iPhone and iPad potential in the field of graphic arts skills and I believe that the device can be pushedMore and more of this. The only complaint I have is that every track the same as before, because everything starts to look like in the desert.

The default game controls I found to be at local control points with the vehicle controls to the right and left, and a virtual accelerator peddle the lower right corner of the screen next to it is the brake that I'll never be with me. If you are not, as with the tilt controls, you can also have a virtualWindows Screen, but I heard that the slope of the controls made the game much more fun. However, you can change a lot of aspects of monitoring that is as beautiful as the sensitivity and camera roll. You can also use a wizard that law, which is related to the angles and sides have enough so I turned to leave.

Overall I would recommend to anyone TROPHY LITE rally in search of a real rally experience on an iPhone and if you or iPad on iCandynot be disappointed. This is a complete package and deserves the full price $ 4.99.

Kindle Vs Vs iPad Audio Books

2010-11-01T07:00:00.001-07:00

Image : http://www.flickr.com

I'm looking for different reviews of Apple on Amazon's Kindle and the iPad. Can I use some of the advantages of these electronic devices, but the total cost not only for our average reader seems to see properly.

Flying a plane to France and spending a month on it are great for the user of an iPad or Kindle. The author of the recommendation made, many books that have come out in France when they lost to read them ready. L 'Another problem with books of paper was that the application was 5.7 or more books in very stressful because of extra luggage, you must carry the additional weight.

And just today with the announcement that an airline will charge $ 45 for each hand flyer luggage, is not something you want to do during the flight would be. But with a Kindle or iPad would be helpful.

MA! How many of us travel on a plane to France. How many of us are in plans often enough to justify the purchaseone of these electronic devices. How many of us do not travel enough on special equipment that we need to justify carrying around.

Not many. And now we get right back to why you "feel" your books. You can download an audio book on your mp3 player or iPod and take your books with you and your music anywhere you want. You can listen to while driving, walking, jogging, biking, work around the house, work on your work, and so on.

With your busy life issimply do not have time to read a novel or a great book or magazine or one of these other things because you're doing something different. So, audio books has become so popular, they can afford to "read" the possibility of a book while doing something else.

They are a versatile class and just can not find the time, the iPad a book to read, or Kindle. Are you one of those who like to have the latest electronic gadget, then the Force be with you would be. But, as I just saw aAmazon Kindle site are 61 that are used and are at greatly reduced prices. Some are "like new", you can take a good deal.

But also present at reduced prices of many audio books, you can buy and have as part of your collection. Oh, and by the way, has booked to buy books at the Kindle Store iPad or memory for about $ 10. buying cheap, but add that $ 400 or $ 500 of electronic device, it is veryexpensive.

You can not save on your computer so that you end up with a book in your e-unit that can not be exchanged or lent to other people if you loan your e-unit. Think this does not happen, that is, especially if you spend more money for an extended warranty.

I think to see people like you that the only new device that will be new. Audio books have been around for a long time and so will the need for them. Your life is notdo not make us less hectic, so it is necessary to have multi-task. Audio books will help you better than any other device in recent history. Read about listening to your favorite books today to remember before you.

An honest review of iPad invisibleSHIELD Screen Protector Review

2010-10-27T18:00:00.001-07:00

Image : http://www.flickr.com

When obtaining a new product, I usually prefer to protect it from scratches, both front and rear. Screens now much more durable in high-priced equipment, but even so, I get nervous. In addition, the iPad a glossy screen that is easy to see through difficult times because it was very thoughtful and shows fingerprints and smudges.

The All-Body invisibleSHIELD for Apple iPad contains two pages - one for the back and one for the front. Ibegan with the use of protection for the back. I thought it would be an opportunity to practice working with the invisibleSHIELD before attempting to produce the protective screen in front of the stick. Installation of invisibleSHIELD film consists of several methods. First, spray your fingers with the protection spray, which is to prevent fingerprints on the screen assist while playing with her. Immediately after peeling the film from the base, hold itCarefully glue. Spray a lot on defense spray adhesive part of the film. Then put the movie on your screen. Defending spray on the screen and it will be easier to move iPad in the right place on the film.

The back protector took two attempts to establish effective. The film is cut iPad is a size comparable to that of the back, so it was hard, you will find the movie that do not protrude too much. After finally happywith the insertion of the leaf back, I started with the doctor iPad push the air bubbles are trapped under the door to the edge. It 'was a course of action rather boring, and I could perhaps be less and less time for it, but I did not want to take risks. If I was happy that I did not put the bubbles away, I had to support the invisibleSHIELD overnight.

The next morning, the invisibleSHIELD looked pretty good. Almost all the remaining air bubbles had disappeared. The many who had disappeared a few days.

For those not sure about the application, ZAGG has instructional videos online that are very useful.

Since I started with the iPad invisibleSHIELD for a few weeks, I've found that clears the deal ipad just a little 'easier and hassle free. These devices are now a bit 'flat, and definitely give the> IPad a nice clean look.

iPad App Reviews - iBook for the iPad

2010-10-09T14:01:00.001-07:00

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Steve Jobs yesterday during his keynote presentation at WWDC 2010 that the new iPhone 4 iBook can run the application is currently available for use only on the iPad. Synchronize place and highlights in your books will be activated between Apple devices, so that the iBook use more like the Amazon Kindle.

When I bought the iBook iPad was one of the first applications that I have chosen to download. This is significant because I had at that time wascompletely opposite to the motion-reader. I consider myself a traditionalist when it comes to my reading, I prefer the texture of the pages, the ability to dog-ear my place in a book, has no self-feeling happy when a very large Volume, after having finished reading it. Each of them were aspects of the reading I was reluctant to give up.

But times are changing. I bought and listened to my first audiobook - again - on iTunes for myiPod touch last fall and fell in intonations funny David Sedaris reading his book Me Talk Pretty One Day when I was running my daily life. Audio books are a sort of staple for me now. He seemed to try to equal importance, my first experience with e-book on another device Apple. I was not disappointed, and now wonder about the life in front of my iBook App

In an effort to be honest, I decided to download and test the Amazon Kindle on my iPad also AppEven my devotion evident in all Apple products aside, I must say that I iBooks are a better e-reading experience. Apple is trying everything possible, the e-book experience closer to reality as to make possible. His books are to be saved from the iBook, the iBook to download your library. When you open and read a book that investigates the structure of the page e-book as a page in an actual book.

The Amazon Kindle e-reader is certainly less flashy looking and smooth. You must log in to yourAmazon.com to buy account and download your books to store not only seems seamless as the iBook. If you choose a book, you load the homepage of the Kindle. The appearance of the book after opening a single frame of the text appear, similar to how it would be a PDF.

Although I came to really have fun with my readers iBook, I can say that neither the reader Kindle iBook never rival the experience of reading a real paper book, but I like the possibility ofDownload new books, when I want without going to the library or in bookstores. There is a convenience factor for the final e-book. The books are not cheap, but I'm mainly reading the classics, which are freely available on the iBook stick (there are Classic free on the Kindle). There are frustrations, such as the inability to be easily at every launch, but these are the differences that continue to keep proper books to read my first choice.

New Apple Tablet - What does IPAD and how it works?

Apple has finally done. Apple has released its new tablet device, that is. The Mac is the expectation of the public, and even cry - Apple to release such a device - and soon! Apple failed to do, would be a big disappointment (for its customers and its shareholders). The moment was not easy to resist.

After all, the iPhone is essentially a miniature tablet PC. Apple has shown that they "do" as a device like no other. So, despite Steve Jobsprotests past, the issue of a new board was a breeze. All Apple had to do is to scale-up of his brilliant interface to a larger unit.

I said "Apple had to do everything?" The technical difficulties to produce this new device, called IPAD were enormous. Apple had essentially a completely new design that is not just the Mac and the iPhone is not entirely their core applications to rewrite from scratch, and basically think everything works like a computer.

Applewas not the first to add a new version of the Tablet PC because it was the first to an MP3 player or cell phone message, but also the company that makes the Tablet PC really happened, "Fire" begins with the public.

Apple has brought enormous with 140,000 + applications for the iPhone, and is cleverly designed using an IPAD. The IPAD can "run iPhone apps in full-size or" pixel doubling mode twice on the iPhone, sothat nearly fill the screen IPAD. developers to rewrite their iPhone Apps IPAD designed to use the features for the new.

How is Internet marketing IPAD influence? Sure, the "i" stands for Internet (and is also a clever play on the name "iPod"). Surfing the Internet will be a pleasure and a bigger screen, users will be much room to work. Apple developers boast of how "to monitor the useInternet access across your hand, or reading a physics book or a magazine.

Creating new applications from developers for the IPAD could rival the gold rush that ran around the iPhone. Apple offers the 3.2 beta SDK for developers the tools to build applications for the simulator and an IPAD, the debug IPAD can build and manage applications on the Mac, insert the user interface, testing and use of memory.

Web and Graphic DesignerArtists enjoy brush application included the IPAD 's larger screen, although some may feel that it is supported, something like finger paints - a pen that works with IPAD is not, unless Initially.

Apple has completely rewritten IPAD its iWork productivity software. Keynote themes and styles includes custom designed graphics and animation effects and features designed just for the new IPAD '. Pages includesApple-designed templates and formatting tools. Numbers offers more than 250 formulas, tables, charts, flexible and sophisticated.

Are you interested in reading about marketing? IPAD Apple has worked hard to make reading e-books, magazines and newspapers to be enjoyed. Apple e-book reader software has an interface that resembles a library. Flip on the shelf with your fingers, and you are welcome to shop online where you can buy new books.

The IPAD 's built-in Safari browser works just like on your Mac and, as the version you have on your iPhone, you can move through the pages of a finger on it, or scroll pinch or double tap to enlarge a photo.

The email application offers a landscape with a split screen shows both the current e-mail and unread messages in your inbox. Want to see your current e-mail message itself? Just the IPAD in portrait mode and the message screen, a zoom to fill. The> IPAD AOL will work with most popular email providers like Mobile Me, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Hotmail e. To send a message that you just start typing and writing.

This brings us to the onscreen keyboard. Many experts wondered how the text would be to work on new Apple Tablet device. You can use an external keyboard for typing long documents, when desired. But I think Apple has to prove the right decision not to build a physical keyboard in tablet. The objective of the IPAD isYour data and web browsing closer to an intimate atmosphere. A keyboard is only between you and the screen.

The onscreen keyboard is much bigger, of course, what the iPhone can. In landscape mode, the keyboard is almost as big as those of a standard laptop. With some minor modifications to get the word recognition and auto-correction of the iPhone software, the writing on the virtual keyboard, I can be almost as fast as a real being. Furthermore, I believe, this dictation voice apps might come quickly to IPAD by having the iPhone.

And, of course, IPAD includes all the features as the iPhone, only in a larger shape - Video, YouTube, iPod and iTunes, interactive satellite maps, notepad, calendar, completely new from scratch for the IPAD, contacts and Spotlight Search.

The IPAD will be shipped with in three different configurations, and internal memoryOptional Wi-Fi Wi-Fi or 3G +, for a total of six different models. The basic model, the 16 GB Wi-Fi will only start at a reasonable $ 499, while the top of the line 64 GB Wi-Fi + 3G model to tip the scales at more reasonable $ 829. Apple said that while most of the new technologies at a higher price and slowly make their way down, led Apple wanted to do things differently.

When IPAD will be available? Apple expects the Wi-Fi model, at the end of March and the ship3G models in April.

The slim, just 0.5 inches, weight only 1.5 pounds and the flexibility of this new device is safe, so that the IPAD popular with Internet marketers and those who are on the road. With high-resolution LED-backlit display his, the display is larger, reacts Apple multi-touch screen and its powerful processor designed, IPAD is the new thin and light enough to carry anywhere. And I suspect that many people choose to do just thatI know

Ebook Reader Function Now Apple has joined the fight eBook reader ... Art IPAD you can read, download and purchase books and color. This means that you can read your favorite magazines and publications in color.

This does not applyMeans that the market eBook Reader automatically selects someone IPAD, though. The kind IPAD makes ebook readers on the market ridiculous, but they are completely different devices. iPad are computers that can be used as an eBook Reader. It can be a hard sell to those who want only a eBook reader, to spend the extra money for a "super device".

Video, music, and everything else ...- first to consider all the videos, read all yourListening to music, books, your whole game with all games and applications: IPAD win a few fans here. You can download things with Wi-Fi, but not yet the capacity available on 3G devices.

Applications will, therefore, the IPAD to actually do a job, while others have failed? The touch screen Tablet PC is not new. In fact, many companies have in the past failed attempt to take the prize. The costs are high, and many have said,Ease of a touch screen is suspect. But the applications are what Apple is that no other company has ever had.

Might be the case that we do not yet know, the IPAD will be useful as, until you see how people use it to launch applications on the.
