    &lt;td&gt;On the 21st April 2008 at an awards dinner in Stellenbosch, South Africa, Azure, The Twelve Apostles’ restaurant, was  presented a Blazon by the Chaine des Rotisseurs, an international gastronomic association with over 24 000 professional and amateur members worldwide.   Receiving such a plaque is a huge achievement and marks the tremendous skills of Executive Chef Roberto de Carvalho and his team.  A plaque, or Blazon as it is often referred to, is given to selected Chaîne professional members working at the very best restaurants with superb cuisine, service and hospitality.
