You can now get the IPlayer App, for your phone.

The BBC has released the IPlayer App for the IPad.
If you expect me to slate the IPlayer App for being bad, then you would be wrong.

As someone who pays £145.50 for a TV License, the more ways i can watch TV Shows online, the better. For me, who also pays a Sky Subscription, the more ways to get access for the shows we pay for, the more value for money.

The IPlayer App for IPad, has just been released in the IPad Stoe, so you can head on over now and get it. You will need a Wifi connection to get fast playing speeds of your shows, and 3G connections will not be as fast and have slightly lower quality sound and picture.

As for the overall quality of this App, only the next few weeks will tell, when people start giving feedback about it. You can bet it will need a few tweaks, but right now, it works and looks fine.

Is Stardoll turning into Disneydoll?

The rumors are rife that stardoll turning into Disneydoll?
For the past couple of weeks, people who use the Stardoll site have been talking about and typing about what will happen. Is this good for users of the site? Or is Disney just trying to cash in?

Whatever the outcome of thhis rumor, you can bet that the people who use Stardoll will have something to say. As long as the overall website does not change, people should be happy.

Groupon, which is a market leader may be getting a little worried. According to Mashable, they have proof of Google Offers being real, and the launch could be anytime soon.

Google really is good at advertising, and with Adsense and Adwords being the worlds #1 source for online advertising, Google Offers could see another brick in the wall of Google's power.

It's another big day for Tony Blair today.
To cut a long story short, he's up in front of the judge to get the flack for the Iraq War. It seems we must blame someone for all the stuff that happened, and it has to be him. What about the other people that were involved? Don't tell me it was Blair that did everything. He's just the guy that is told what to do, he says yes, and we go to war.

I am not saying it was right, or that all those that have died were wrong to go. If you join the Army or Navy yo must know that you may go to war and get killed, it's part of the job.

It has been confirmed that George Clooney has had Malaria.

This is the second time Clooney has contracted Malaria, and on his recent trip to Sudan he was once again struck with the disease.

Clooney is now saying if he can be given medication to make him better, then millions around the world can be too.

Let's hope that this recent burst of news about Malaria brings it to the limelight, and we can all make a difference.

JD Salinger, author of The Catcher in the Rye, has died aged 91.
JD Salinger, the legendary author and hero to many, will be missed by his army of fans.
Salinger died of natural causes at his home in Cornish, N.H.

The Catcher in the Rye, was and will be one of the most popular pieces of literature of our time.

Released in 1951, The Catcher in the Rye, was massively identified by Teenagers, this made him a hero to the age bracket, but adults too adored him, but he shunned the celebrity world, to live in almost isolation.

Who would have thought, a few years ago, we would even have the ITouch, and now technology, has brought us the IPad, just the ITouch's big brother. So, What is the IPad? and what can i do with it?

Some Tech Experts, expect a lot of people to be dissapointed with the new IPad, that is until we have some awesome IPad Apps, to blow us away. The ITouch, was the same, and now we have the ITunes store, jam packed with App's of all descriptions. Yep, you heard that right. And for those of you, who don't watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians, here is the Kim Kardashian Boxing Video, where she gets punched, quite hard.

It was all for charity, and some lucky girl got to get into the ring with Kim, but she didn't hold back. The referee, had to step in a few times, and tell them it was only an exhibition match, and to not hit quite so hard. That didnt stop Kim's opponent, and she give her what she thought she deserved.
Rob Kardashian, also got a beating, and it was quite bad. Rob Kardashians opponent, was hitting him whilst he was down on the canvas, with the rest of the Kardashians telling the referee to stop the match.

According to reports, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are to Break Up.

Their has been speculation for the past few months, that Hollywood's Golden Couple, were on the edge of separation. Brad and Angelina, who are not married, have been meeting lawyers, to work out a joint custody plan, for their 6 children. This, however, is only speculation, but media sources, expect them to announce it sometime in the next week.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Break Up story, will be all over the media in the next few days, so get ready for full media coverage.

Heidi Montag has changed her appearance so much now, that to me, she is unrecognizable.

The only question i keep asking myself is....Why?
Why has she had so much surgery, she was absolutely stunning before, so why do this?
We all know Heidi Montag, she's one of the most famous faces on US TV, all stemming from her starring role in The Hills.

The girl i watch on The Hills, is now totally different, the before and after pictures are just untrue. Heidi Montag has had her breasts done, what was wrong with them before? She has also had work done on her Lips, Stomach, Ears and Legs and Thighs.

As a male, i still don't see the fascination with changing your body so much, when it was perfect in the first place. I realize that she must feel different on the inside, and what she sees in the mirror, is not what we see. The Heidi Montag before and after pictures, just reinforce my message.

Survivors Star Jennifer Lyon Dies.

Jennifer Lyon, star of Survivor in 2005, has died aged only 37.
Jennifer Lyon, had a long battle with cancer, which started in 2005, the same year, that she starred in Survivor.
Austin Carty, who dated Lyons, said "Jen was a genuinely selfless, sweet-natured person,"

"I was completely shocked and overwhelmed," Lyon said of her initial diagnosis of the disease. "I felt fine that day; in fact, I've been healthy my entire life."
Jennifer Lyons long battle with cancer, was highly publicized, so lets hope a little or a lot, of good will come from the awareness.

Kaycee Stroh, who has made herself a household name, with the High School Musical movies, will embark on the VH1, bootcamp, and shed those extra pounds. The show will also feature, Kevin Federline and Shar Jackson. Why Kaycee Stroh is joining the show? Not quite sure, to me she is incredibly beautiful, and does not need to lose anything, but it's her decision, and hopefully she will come through a winner.

Obama Urges Wait on Healthcare Reform.

US President Barrack Obama, has urged Democratic Senators, not to rush through a Healthcare Reform Bill, but to wait until a new Republican Lawmaker, takes his seat.

In the latest shock for the Obama Administration, the new Health System, may never make it through the final stages. Barrack Obama, is now admitting to voters, that what happened in Mass, was down to Voter Anger, the same thing that got him in his seat now. The White House is also taking blame for what happened, somebody has to, they told reporters.

The shock defeat has cost Mr Obama's party its super-majority, an obvious set back, and one that will shake up the system. Mr Obama told ABC news that, "People are angry and they're frustrated. "Not just because of what's happened in the last year or two years but what's happened over the last eight years."

These comments are what we would expect to hear, it would be too embarrassing to admit that this has been a crushing blow. In the next few days, we will sure here more from the Obama Factory, they have to fight themselves back to the top, and they will do so, by pushing other people down. The usual way.

Barrack Obama has been in office now for a year, but is the Obama Dream over, can he pull himself out of the wreckage, and salvage the Obama Ship?

People are calling today, The Day Obamacare Died, and for good reason.
You can be pretty sure now that, his chances of creating a National Health System, are now hanging by a small thread. Now, as a British National who lives in Spain, and has lived his whole life with free healthcare, i really have a hard time, understanding what the trouble is. How can a health system for free be bad, especially if it saves lives.
My whole family lives in the US, and today i think i finally understand, it's going to cost money, and a lot.

Now, i'm not stupid, maybe some people think i am, but i know you dont get anything for free, and governments pay for new systems with Taxes, and the vast majority of people don't want this, because it's going to make the country worse. The whole world is reeling in a recession, and taking money from hard working peoples pockets, is just going to make it worse, am i right?

My brother in law is now a happy guy, he never wanted this. He told me today, that politicians will now have to listen, i'm not really sure what he means, but maybe one day i will.

These pictures might make your stomach turn.
A teenage mother in the UK, has posted pictures of her 6 month old baby son, with a cigarette in his mouth. Rebecca Davy, 18, posted the picture of her son on Facebook, and her friends, concerned for the baby's safety, notified the police. The police traced Rebecca Davey, to her house in Southend in Essex, but they found no immediate concerns for the baby's safety.
The pictures have now been removed from the Facebook page, and the police are not taking the matter any further. Sue Cook, head of specialist children's services, said: "The purpose of the visit is to ensure that any child within the household is being appropriately cared for."

Their was an instant response from Facebook friends, with some saying she should sue The Sun Newspaper, the UK tabloid which printed these pictures.

As a father of 2 young children, i cannot in no way defend this girls stupid action.
Having young children is extremely special, and they do make you laugh, but to use them like this, it's just wrong.

Worlds Most Expensive Ham $3000

The worlds most expensive Ham has gone on sale in London, at the huge price of $3000.
The seven kilo, Iberico Ham, is now on sale at Selfridges Food Hall. Only 50 animals were bread for the process, with each pig, being allowed to roam in the Extramadura, Western Spain.
The process of curing the meat, took 3 years, with salt, then being boxed and sent out to Selfridges.

Andrew Cavanna, Fresh Food Buyer at Selfridges, said: "Connoisseurs will appreciate the melt-in-the-mouth texture of this truly amazing Spanish ham.
Mr Cavanna also added that people thought that this price was rather high, but if they could see what has gone into this meat, and the texture and taste, they would see how amazing value it is.

I'm sure that most people will be disgusted at the price of this meat, especially with whats happening with the world right now. This product will not be to everyone's taste, but their will always be someone with that kind of money to spend, even if you think it's not right.

Glen Bell, the founder of Taco Bell, has died in California this weekend aged 86.

Glen Bell, who was seen as a fast food pioneer, was known for his strong commitment to work, and his family. Bell launched his first restaurant, Bells Drive Inn, after seeing the success the McDonald brothers were doing in San Bernardino. This restaurant was opened in 1948, and Bell could see that California was booming, and Bell wanted a part of this. With Drive In Movie theaters, and Drive In Diners, Glen Bell knew how to capitalize on it. In 2008, Glen Bell received the Pioneer award from the Nations Restaurant News. He is survived by his wife, daughter and 2 sons, and Grand-Children.
A private ceremony is being planned for family members.

As someone who has eaten many time at Taco Bell, we take for granted that these restaurants are in our home towns and on our highways. Today, we are now beginning to lose these pioneers, who have made their mark on the landscape. Maybe you like their foods, maybe you don't, but part of our history has now gone, forever.
