		<description><![CDATA[With yet another upgrade of the Wordpress system to Wordpress 3.0.4, it is worth just recapping the instructions for the best way to upgrade the system. Using this methodology, you should have a trouble-free and quick upgrade. This is the best method I have found for getting Wordpress upgraded, without Server Error 500 and Error 403 issues.
