Although she hasn’t been teaching for quite as long as our local PBS station has been on the air, Mrs. Shernae Storella has logged more than a decade of leading a classroom of young charges at Redeemer Classical School. She knows first-hand the power of stories and how they provide an effective tool for instruction. As a matter of course, she’s composed songs and sayings and short tales to teach her students about kindness, respect, hard work and the fruit of the Spirit.

At Redeemer School, the arts offer our students opportunities to cultivate a joyful sense of wonder for God's character. Music and art reflect God's design for intricate order in the universe; they also show us His joy for creativity. Our students discover God's goodness, truth and beauty by engaging with many styles of music and art throughout the school year.

On Thursday, May 3, the logic school students (6th-8th grade) participated in their spring evening program. All three grades performed as part of their handbell choirs and students were recognized for various academic achievements. In addition, the eighth grade students presented their ‘Capstone Projects.’

Today Redeemer Classical School announced its hiring of Ron Hoch as Head of School. Hoch currently serves as Director of Student Life for Delaware County Christian School in the Philadelphia area.

You’re invited to Redeemer Classical School's first annual miniature golf tournament, The Griffin Classic. The event will take place on Saturday, May 12 at Mulligan's Golf Center. This is a great opportunity to support RCS while having fun with your RCS student.  

Teams are comprised of two players and must include a student and an adult. There will be two teams per hole with a shotgun start (space is limited to 36 teams per flight):
