 I think this is a very cool idea and it was fun for me and my boys. The whole market was free. The idea was to bring items you no longer need, to give to others, and take items you may need. I was reading about it in an article, and it was starting in 30 minutes!!! I got excited, packed some clothes, shoes, and home decor items, and headed out!

It was amazing to watch the transformation from a city that is lifeless on any other day, turn into a mecca for shopping! I live 45 minutes from High Point and I go there often for materials. It is disheartening, to drive through downtown, during the weekdays. It feels hopeless...even with all the great fabric and supply stores.
