Not surprisingly Windows 2003 image comes without IIS, but it sound obvious that anyone can install IIS 6.0

The class not found in jar file: mxmlc.jar

To resolve this error, we just copied the flex_ant/lib/flexTasks.jar file from Flex 4 SDK to Ant's lib directory ({ant_root}/lib) replacing  existing flexTasks.jar
