www.pa-manna.go.id | Tuesday (08/14) No matter how good the mediator is if one of them does not have good intentions, mediation will not be possible. Therefore, the lack of success in mediation in the religious court requires a mediator to play an active role in reconciling the litigants. So, Perma No. 1 of 2016 concerning mediation procedures re-emphasizes the function and role of mediators in the mediation process.

That is why, the level of success of mediation is also strongly influenced by the attitude and quality of mediators from certified judges and non-judges. Alhamdulillah, on Monday, August 13, 2018 a mediator judge of the Religious Court Manna Rusdi, S.Ag again succeeded in reconciling the parties. Not only 1 case was successfully reconciled in the mediation process this time but it was unusual for 2 cases to be mediated by ending peacefully in one day.

The case which was successfully mediated was a divorce case with the case number 0395 / Pdt.G / 2018 / P.Mna registered to the Manna PA since July 23, 2018 and the case divorced divorce number. 0414 / Pdt.G / 2018 / P.Mna and registered on July 30, 2018. The two cases were handled by a panel of judges consisting of Ahmad Ridho Ibrahim (Chief Judge), Sudiliharti (Member Judge 1) and Fahmi Hamzah Rifai (Member Judge 2).

The success of reconciling the parties whose households are troubled cannot be separated from the expertise of a mediator in mediating them. By understanding the problem, exploring the character, being neutral, building good communication, and most importantly the commitment to love peace they finally agreed to re-knit a family mess that was almost in disarray.

Hopefully in the future more and more cases will be reconciled by mediators everywhere, especially in the Manna Religious Court. And the parties will again smile with the reuniting of two love that had stretched. Aamiin. {KIM}

www.pa-manna.go.id | Monday (08/13) For judges in all of Indonesia the results of the Rapim (leadership meeting) of the Supreme Court are something that is eagerly awaited and also thrilling to the heart. How come not every TPM comes out there will be the names of judges who will move assignments, whether it gets promotion to be the chairman, deputy chairman, whether it is moving the area or not is something they are waiting for.

That also happened, at a time ago the Supreme Court through the Directorate General of Religious Courts (Badilag) through its website officially issued the results of the Supreme Court report. It was stated in the letter dated August 9, 2018 that the Supreme Court Leadership Meeting and the Promotion and Mutation Team Meeting of Judges had made decisions regarding the results of the meeting in the Religious Courts.

In the appendix totaling 13 (thirteen) pages, exactly on page 7 (seven) No. 173 stated the name Rusdi, S.Ag., M.H who is the current Deputy Chairperson of PA Manna. And he will soon move to Natuna Regency, which is one of the regencies in the Riau Islands which is the northernmost island in the Karimata strait.

He served in the Manna Religion Court for approximately 1 year before being a judge at the Argamakmur IB Religious Court. Not only Manna PA Waka will move assignments in the near future. For example, Deputy Chairperson of Bengkulu PTA Drs. H. Abd Hamid Pulungan will also be transferred to become Deputy Chairperson of PTA Jambi. And also Manna PA will get an additional judge from PA Tembilahan, namely Riki Dermawan, S.H.I.

With the release of this TPM, the Manna PA extended family certainly congratulates the Deputy Chairperson Rusdi, S.Ag., M.H for being promoted to become Chairperson of the Natuna PA. We wish you success and success later in a new place. {KIM}

www.pa-manna.go.id | Guard posts are one of the most important parts in an environment. This is because it involves security, peace and order in an environment. Because the presence of a post for security guards or security will provide a sense of security and peace for the surrounding environment.

The Manna Religion Court itself since its establishment did not yet have a guard post for the security guard on duty. During this time security guards guard alternately to secure the office environment without a guard post.

Therefore the Manna Religious Court always tries to hold guard posts. Aside from being a security facility, guard posts are also an important value in the assessment of the Quality Assurance Accreditation System (SAPM).

Moreover, in the past few months the guard post was one of the findings of the HATIBINWASDA PTA Bengkulu which must be immediately followed up by the Manna Religious Court. Because infrastructure facilities such as guard posts are included in the assessment so that Manna PA can maintain A Excellent accreditation received last year.

Responding to this matter PA Chair Manna H. Hartawan together with Deputy Chair Rusdi, S. Ag certainly did not remain silent and moved quickly to promote the guard posts within the Manna Religious Court. And on Friday, 10 August 2018 symbolically laid the first stone for the construction of the Manna Religious Court guard post by the Chair and Deputy Chairperson.

This guard post will later be built with a size of 2 x 3 M² by working in mutual cooperation by the employees of the Manna Religion Court itself. Hopefully, with the construction of this guard post, security, order and the comfort of justice seekers will be more secure and the PA Manna will be more peaceful. {KIM}

“We understand that the budget we have is still not enough to meet the desired needs. But this should not make us pessimistic to advance our respective satker, both religious courts and general justice.
www.pa-manna.go.id | By being friendly we can also know each other and expand brotherhood. Initially only knew one person, then many would know other friends or relatives that we might not recognize before. Without friendship, of course this is difficult. We will not know family, other friends, even though all Muslims are brothers. This is the Function of Religion which commands silaturrahim which can have a very good effect on human life.

Alhamdulillah, this afternoon Tuesday (07/08) At 3:00 p.m., the Manna Religion Court again held a large family gathering activity which is always carried out every month. This gathering was held at Sopiah’s house, S.H. (JSP PA Manna) having its address at Jl. Cap. Buchari Mount Egypt, Manna City.

As usual after the event was opened by the host, PA Chair Manna H. Hartawan delivered his speech. In his remarks, he first thanked the home experts for his remarks and dishes in the afternoon. He also hopes that this gathering will be a place to continue to strengthen the kinship of the Manna PA family. Because with the increasing number of greetings, meeting each other, smiling at each other will certainly strengthen the brotherhood.

Replying to what was conveyed by the Chairperson of PA Manna, as well as the trial there was a duplicate replication. The host also delivered a short speech delivered directly by Miksan Suhardi (Husband). He also did not forget to say thank you as much as possible to all the employees who had attended his residence.

“We, a big family, thank you for the presence of all the ladies and gentlemen. This is our residence. Hopefully our friendship relationship will be more closely guarded in the future. This is the third time arisan at our home during our time at PA Manna and we hope that you will all spend this meal, “he said at the end of his speech.

Before eating a “French meal” that has been provided by the host, prayer readings were performed by one of the CPNS Cakim Azhar Nur Fajar Alam. Then just proceed with a meal with a menu of fish and pendap tempoyak which is typical of “Jemau kamiu” Manna until it is finished.{KIM}

Hartawan), Secretary (Maryanti, SH), and Registrar (M. Sahrun) together with other leaders of the Religious Courts in the PTA Bengkulu region who attended the meeting coordination held by the Bengkulu PTA.

In this coordination meeting, one of the things presented by the Chairperson of Bengkulu PTA H. Pelmizar was to convey the results of the guidance of the Chair of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. As is known that on July 31, 2018 the Chairperson of Bengkulu PTA was present at the coaching event by the leadership of the Supreme Court in this matter delivered by Dirjen Badilag Dr. H. Aco Nur, S.H., M.H. in Padang, West Sumatra, precisely the Office Hall of the Governor of West Sumatra.

From the results of the guidance, there were three KMA instructions submitted by the Chairperson of Bengkulu PTA to the coordination meeting participants. First, that Badilag will immediately hold a One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) competition, in which each PTA must appoint one of the religious courts in its territory to take part in the competition and of course the religious court has implemented and quality in one-stop integrated services. And the results of this race assessment will later be used as an internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at each level of appeal.

Second, KMA through the Director General of Badilag instructed the appellate court leaders to re-evaluate the Independent Bureaucratic Reform Assessment (PMRB) in their respective regions. This must be done because the Supreme Court’s PMRB value has declined this year, because it no longer actively reviews eight areas of governance reform. This was conveyed by the Head of the Bengkulu High Religion Court.

Then, the Chairperson of Bengkulu PTA conveyed the message and the latest KMA instruction, which is related to the Quality Assurance Accreditation System for courts throughout Indonesia, especially those that have not been accredited to immediately or even have to complete accreditation in 2018. And it will be evaluated later before the National PTWP implementation in Bali next September.

That is 3 (three) important points submitted by the Chairperson of the Bengkulu High Religion Court regarding the results of the guidance of the Supreme Court Leader. With the instruction of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court it is of course to be followed up and resolved, both for the appellate court and the first level court. {KIM}

www.pa-mann.go.id | The more developed and developed a country is, the more and more challenges are faced by the country. The more rapid development of technology, the faster the various crimes that appear and that are not visible to the eye.

Indonesia is one of the many developing countries that have undergone many changes to become developed countries. It is also what we see today that is the cause of the increasing number of crimes that lurk the community, especially the teenagers who are predicted to be in the future will continue the struggle and ideals of the country in the future.

One of the most massive crimes occurring in this country is the increasingly widespread circulation of drugs in the midst of society. Then, what have we done to prevent the harmful effects of drugs on our children, grandchildren and family and what steps have we taken to combat this drug?

Therefore, the South Bengkulu Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNN) on Wednesday (08/08) held an event titled Stop Drug Campaign. The event with the theme “unifying and mobilizing all national forces in the fight against drugs, to create a healthy Indonesian society without drugs”.

This event took place at the Manna Youth Building which began at 08.00 WIB by being officially opened by the plt. South Bengkulu Regent represented by Sekda. And also present was the Bengkulu Province BNN, South Bengkulu FKPD elements, religious leaders, community and cultural figures as well as students from each school located in South Bengkulu. Vice Chairman of PA Manna Rusdi, S.Ag. M.H also attended the event which lasted until noon.

In the stop drug campaign this time, BNN South Bengkulu also presented performances of cultural arts in the form of dances, penabuhan dol and anti-drug dramas displayed by students. Manna PA staff also participated in beating Dol on stage with other officials and also received anti-drug activist pins.

“Drugs are extraordinary crimes that can destroy the integrity of the nation. Therefore we must fight together. Indonesia is a promising drug market and has an appeal for the city. Not just individuals but also many groups. Not even just a national scale but has become an international market. So we don’t fight it in half, but we must fight it comprehensively and massively. ” Said the Head of South Bengkulu BNNK AKBP. Ali Imron in his speech.

With this event will certainly have a positive impact for us all. Because if we are not moving against drugs, who else will start, starting with ourselves, family, friends and Indonesian nation. The Manna Religious Court will continue to support the drug-free Republic of Indonesia.

Say No To Drugs. {KIM}

www.pa-manna.go.id | Monday (30/07) The Religious Court of Manna Class II again held a monthly regular meeting on performance evaluation. The event which took place at PA Manna Hall was attended by all employees-employees, either from officials to honorary staff.

Completed early morning apple held at 08.30 pm all employees and honorary Religious Court Manna directly gathered in the Hall to attend the event this meeting. The event started with the official opening of the PA Secretary Manna Maryanti, S.H. by reading bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

In the meeting, Chief Justice of the Religious Court Manna H. Hartawan conveyed several issues that will be discussed, especially regarding the performance of PA Manna during the last few months which need to be evaluated.

First, he started by evaluating the discipline in terms of office hours. As it is commonly known that the Supreme Court through its regulations has established working hours for courts located throughout Indonesia.

According to the Chairman of Manna PA problems during this time instead of working hours in or go home. But that is often the material of evaluation that is when the break.Why is that, because of frequent employees who are late when they return to the office after the break, which should be back at 13.00 according to Supreme Court regulations. But what happens there are still employees who exceed the specified time limit. He hopes the future can be further improved discipline in terms of working hours, especially during break time.

Secondly, the Chairman of PA Manna reminded the employees to install or eat the ID Card of the Supreme Court if they already have it, especially for the judge who is obliged to say he. Because it is an identity and pride we as citizens of religious courts under the Supreme Court.

In this meeting, Chairman of Manna PA also briefly mentioned about the event of PTWP Cup Supreme Court competition which will be held in Bali in September. He said that PA Manna must have a contribution in the event, be it with his human resources and his budget if that is possible.

At the end he told all employees-employees to continue to improve performance and keep the discipline that has been good enough. Because with improving the performance and discipline of course will also increase the services provided by the Religious Court of Manna to the public as the justice seekers who should be served with the prime and best.
