Woot, yesterday went to my sister's house overnight 1 night and I saw a new toy in there !! Well, to make it clear for those who are not close with me, that house is also my "weekend house" because of almost every weekend I'll stay there with my sister =) You know la, I'm so good with my sister that she'll miss me so much if I never go her house during weekend. Then her house also got another housemate name Ida - my sister best friend I assume, friend since primary or secondary school. Not sure. Ok, back to the topic - my new toy XD

Hohoho...NEW TOY !!!! So small that I can flying kick her from 6th floor into da pool at ground floor..hahahahaha...Well, actually it's not mine nor my sis, but she belongs to Ida. Ms Pixie mummy is still training her where to Sh*t and pee because she just 2 months old and she Sh*t and pee allllllll overrrrrr the house~Yucks...That's why I'm going to make her my toy and keep disturbing her as my enjoyment instead of petting her. Hahaha...Know why I got this thinking?It's all started during the next morning when I wake up.

In the morning, after my sis, her bf, and Ida left for work she was in her space (cage) and she keep crying so loud that it can wake me up. So see her being so pity alone in the space, so I release her and wanna play with her but then, after she come out she straight went under the sofa and rest inside without making any noise anymore. I pull her out, she move in. Pull out she move in again. WTH?

Eureka !!! Just a random update for my blog after I abandoned it for almost half a year. Well, frankly I lost interest in blogging for that period of time because there are too many things happening and I was too busy to handle everything so I drown myself into online game. Wait, I haven't post anything about the new online game I'm playing right? HoHo...Yes I quitted Atlantica Online for some reason and in the near future I will post why !! Currently playing back some local online game, well, not really local but from Singapore - IAH game - Dragonica. Feedback of it will coming soon too !

Recently I was doing some business plan for my technoprenuer subject. At first my group was thinking to do some normal leasing spaces for art at a specific area but we need to re-think our business plan when our lecturer post a new announcement stated : " Please have your business with Information Technology (IT) related since this is a 'techno'preneur subject". So, we came up an idea with implementing "Live-Auction" in our business.

Last year, in Cyberpreneurship subject - we need to sell some shitty toothbrush that cost us RM42/piece. Imagine we need to profit from our business and we need to sell the useless toothbrush for RM 50/piece. Who the hell is going to buy a brandless toothbrush for RM50??? Even OralB pulsonic toothbrush just cost around RM30++ in Watson. To make the scenario worst, we are told not to direct selling like previous Cyberpreneur students but to sell it Online.

Guess internet is no longer a medium just for chatting, transferring data, information searching, but now it's also an opportunity for business people to start, advertise, enhance their business and a medium for purcharser to do their shopping.

Last few weeks ago, -shyanz- just complaining she jobless - penganggur after graduate !! Free until go mall and pose for her devilish photo.

Few days later, she surprise us with her very own E-boutique business. Alone managing the whole business, from managing her Blogshop, facebook group, taking stocks, handling order, and including COD items.

Now, Welcome to Little Cheri Blossom.

What is this Little Cheri Blossom? It's an E-boutique that sell females (shyanz, why no male?) trendy clothing from casual to formal. Oh well, I found out I'm not so good in describing female's fashion so let just see some samples post by Little Cheri Blossom. CLick for Enlarge.

Since her business is just establish, Little Cheri Blossom is having promotion period which is shoppers are entitle for Free Delivery for all items (except shoes) and Free COD for all items from now until 30th April 2009!

CyberFusion 2009 Day 3

It's third day ! The last day of CyberFusion 2009. And yes, I didn't miss a single day of spending a little time at there for this 3 days. Well, actually is because go campus for rehearsal for Technoprenuer presentation on Monday(yesterday) but all the classroom are closed on Sunday :( So Navind, Khai, Samuel, Nina and me just go to the lecturer's room corridoor with table to do our discussion. Just finish the discussion only, we straight head to the ending of CyberFusion 2009.

It's World Guiness Record !!! CyberFusion 2009 manage to break the previous 36 hours LAN party's record and this time it's 40 hours and 58 second. This time, thanks Navind for his Camera phone.

It's already half way of the closing ceremony when we reached there and the dragon dance was performing at that time.

But all the gamers were toooooo tired to see it

At the same time, Dota final match was ongoing too. As expected again, KingSurf team vs FishNet, and 3rd and 4th ranking DNA-SK vs ........(I still don't know the another team's name)

After the dragon dance finished, due to too tired of using brain during discussion for presentation, we went back home and rest before the ceremony officially totally end. Too bad that I can't manage to watch the legendary KS's team Dota match. Can anyone send me the result?

OK !! I know I know !! CyberFusion 2009 end on 12 April 2009, but I'm just too busy to update this blog. Just finish my presentation on Technoprenuer subject this morning and need rush some case study on the same subject and have to prepare my Software engineering project also. OMG !! So busy....but still !!!!! I won't miss this cyberfusion entry !!

This is the day 2 on CyberFusion. As I mentioned in my previous post, the grand opening ceremony start on 12am 11/04/2009, so I go with James and Khai at 12am 12/04/2009 which is 24 hours later after the grand opening. Indirectly, this does mean the gamers played for 24 hours non stop already. Thanks James for the camera :D

Very big different isn't it? Does this mean there is not much players as estimated? So without wasting any time, move in to the "battlefield". And, we see this...

Oh...Do you think it's awesome to have this much of gamers?Later, you might just "WoW!!" Since guest/spectator can not move into the battlefield, we move around the battlefield and we found this result board.

It is FIFA09 and the champion is [T2. w|nds] Alex. As expected result from a player of [w|nds].
Then Dota is held until semifinal, final will be on the next day.

After that, we find some other better spot to view this cyberfusion, as they provided Viewing Gallery / Blogger's Lounge.

After went inside, this is the place even myself as a MMU-ian never ever step before and what we see on first thing is...WOW !!!

There are around 500 computers in the hall. Imagine, you go to a cybercafe play game. You register yourself at the counter before you assigned a computer. When you see the number of computer that you assigned - PC487. WTH !!!

After that, we observe what's the different between this LAN party beside as a gigantic Cybercafe and a normal cybercafe. This is the result..you can't see this in a "normal" cybercafe

CyberFusion 2009 First Day

It's CyberFusion 2009 !! If you are a true gamer then you should know what it is. For those who don't know, CyberFusion is a LAN party or if you want to find out more, then you can click Spotgamers site.

It's a big event for gamers to gather and play game via LAN and most important, it's held in MMU ( Multimedia University) Grand Hall - a place where most MMU-ians die inside (aka. exam hall). So, of cause ME as a MMU-ians and also a half-ass gamer myself wont miss the opportunity to witness this World Record Lan Party ever !! Why call world record lan party? It's because it tend to break previous record of 36hours Lan party by making this CyberFusion 2009 longest Lan Party ever ! How long? I'm not sure because I just go witness and not participate. Hahaha..but the banner stated 10 - 12 April 2009. Would it be 48 hours? Wow..does that mean gaming until die for this 48 hours?

So this morning after my early 8am class, went lunch + assignment discussion, it's already 3.30pm !!! Without wasting anymore time, headed to Grand Hall !! Although the weather is not that good.

Next thing when reached there, can see people queuing to enter KLCC Pikom PC Fair, Eh..it's CyberFusion 2009. By the way, pc fair is on the same day in KLCC too, but MMU grand hall won't lose to pc fair because there is a big AMD booth here too !

But....the booth no booth babe..too bad...

Photo quality going to be sux because I just using my old cheapo Nokia 6630 to snap the pictures. Now I notice what I lack of.....a camera!!Seriously I need a camera soon.

Before entering the hall, you need to register yourself first as a Player or Guest. I went for Guest of cause :)

Well well, it's super long since my last really blog post. It's about Leon's 21st birthday back in October 2008. Others post after that just fillers. Hahaha...Even some of my friends put " Alvin's blog still Happy New Year" as their personal message, some come chat box urge me update, and even some from a dying blog updated their blog and even laugh me !!! How could this possible!!

Okay, enough of the rubbish and HELLO !!! I'M BACK !! This might be a long post since it's monthS update. So after Leon's birthday in 2008 there don't have any event in November except I hardcore gaming the Atlantica Online even during exam period and score. So during December, Merry Christmas~!!!

The happening day on 20th September 2008, so this is a very late entry XD This post will be much of plagiarism from -shyanz- because all the photos I stole from her...wakakakaka.... (Ms. Adeline, sorry for can't wait till you online and ask from you. hahaha.)

As the title, Mr Leon who always nick himself as "LeoNardo" birthday party - his birthday fall on 22th September, an early celebration for him ! This post is late because ms. -shyanz- herself was late. All the photos were taken from her boyfriend's camera. Yet, this reason will not stop me from write an entry for my very close friend.

The following are the salient points in Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s 90-minute 2009 Budget speech. The 2009 Budget is Abdullah’s fifth since taking over as prime minister from Dr Mahathir Mohamad in October 2003.

Gov't to spend record RM208 bil for 2009

The total expenditure was set at RM207.9 billion for 2009 compared to RM176.9 billion in 2008.

Of this amount, RM154.2 billion is for operating expenditure, while RM53.7 billion is for development expenditure.

In 2008, the operating expenditure was RM128.8 billion and RM48.1 billion for development expenditure.

Budget deficit up

The budget deficit is estimated to be 3.6 percent of GDP in 2009 and 4.8 percent of GDP in 2008.

Abdullah had in the previous year’s budget speech forecast a deficit of 3.1 percent for 2008.

Economic growth slowing

GDP growth for 2009 is estimated at 5.4 percent and 5.7 percent for 2008. The most recent official forecast is for GDP growth in 2008 is 5 to 6 percent.

Cut in income tax, more rebate

Those earning below RM35,000 per annum will get rebate of RM400 compared to RM350 previously.

Those earning between RM35,000 to RM50,000 per annum will get a one percentage point reduction in their marginal tax rate to 12 percent from 13 percent previously.

Those in the highest bracket of RM250,000 per annum will get a similar reduction to 27 percent from 28 percent previously.

Current tax exemption medical benefits to be extended to maternity expenses and traditional medicine, namely acupuncture and ayurvedic.

Free electricity

Those whose use less than RM20 of electricity per month will not be charged.

One-month bonus for civil servants

Government servants will get one-month bonus or at least RM1,000 to be paid in two installments - in September and December.

Those from Sabah and Sarawak will get free airfares to go home every two years, beginning January 2009.

Special allocations for Sabah, Sarawak

Sabah to get an additional allocation of RM580 million for upgrading infrastructures, while Sarawak will get RM420 million.

Hike in cigarette taxes

Excise duty will rise by 3 sen per stick from 15 sen to 18 sen. There was no increase last year.

Smokers will have to pay up to 60 sen extra for a 20-pack.

Staff training incentives

Firms can claim working capital allowance for upgrading their staff skills.

50% cut in toll charges for buses

Toll charges for buses to cut by 50 percent for the next two years beginning Sept 15. However, not cut in tolls at border entry points- Johor Causeway, Second Link and Bukit Kayu Hitam.

The government is to compensate toll operators RM45 million per year for this loss of revenue.

To improve public transportation, the government has allocated RM35 billion in the next five years.

Benefits for transport operators

Government to provide RM3 billion in soft loans under public transportation fund to be administered by Bank Pembangunan to finance acquisiton of buses and rail assets.

Government will also reduce toll charges for all buses for 2 years beginning 15 Sept 2008.

Eligibility criteria for welfare help raised

The eligibility criteria will be raised to RM720 per month of household income from RM400 previously for Peninsular Malaysia.

The eligibility criteria will be raised to RM830 per month of household income for Sarawak and RM960 for Sabah.

Low-income pensioners to get more

Those who have serve for at least 25 years will get pension of at least RM720 permonth.

Interest income exempted

Interest income of 5 percent on fixed deposits with banks exceeding RM100,000 to be exempted.

Import duties cut or removed

Government to reduce import duties on various consumer durables from between 10 to 60 percent to between 5 and 30 percent. This includes blenders, rice cookers, electric kettles.

Government to fully exempt import duty on several food item, i.e. vermicelli, biscuits, fruit juices, canned sweet corn.

Diesel-engine vehicles to benefit

Government to reduce road tax on private passenger vehicles with diesel engine to the same level as petrol engines.

Incentives for food security

From the RM5.6 billion provided under the National Food Security Policy for the 2008 to 2010 period, the government will in 2009 allocate RM300 million to increase fish landings and RM1 billion for padi farmers to increase production.

Poultry farmers will also get incentive in the form of a reinvestment allowance of 60 percent for a period of 15 years for expansion of chicken and duck farms to increase poultry output.

Funds for fertilisers and pesticides

Allocation of RM475 million in the form of agricultural inputs, fertilisers and pesticides to assist padi farmers.

Help for low-cost housing

Allocation of RM330 million for 4,400 units of Program Perumahan Rakyat, 1,500 units of PPR Bersepadu and 600 units of PPR Dimiliki. In addition, Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd to build 33,000 low-cost houses.

Stamp duties for home owners slashed

Purchase of medium-cost houses up to RM250,000 to get 50 percent reduction in stamp duty on transfer document and loan agreement.

More for public education

Education Ministry to get RM31 billion allocation to benefit 5.8 million students, RM1.6 billion to finance additional posts created following the opening of 26 primary and 41 secondary schools and the additional expenditure for maintenance, food assistance, scholarship, per capita grant and new equipment.

Government to build 110 new primary and 181 new secondary schools.

Higher Education Ministry to get RM14.1 billion, of which RM8 billion is for operating expenditure of public institutions of higher learning, RM4.4 billion for development expenditure and RM627 million for polytechnics and community colleges.

Additional sums for growth corridors

To utilise RM6 billion out of the RM10 billion additional allocation from the mid-term review of the Ninth Malaysia Plan.

Cheaper hybrid cars

100 percent importy duty and 50 percent excise duty on new hybrid CBU cars, with engine capacity below 2,000cc will be given to franchise importers.

The exemption is for two years to prepare for the local assembly of such cars.

Tax exemptions for Islamic capital markets

Tax exemption to be given for three years on fees and profits earned by institutions undertaking activities relating to the arranging, underwriting, distributing, trading on non-ringgit sukuk.

Police to get more funds

Allocation of RM5.4 billion to enhance the Royal Malaysian Police.

What’s not in 2009 Budget

No lowering the Employee Provident Fund contribution.

No hike in gambling taxes or alcohol duty.

No increase in the number of food items under price control.

A movie that MUST watch!! Can't describe any further except Excellent especially for The Joker (Heath Ledger) who acted so well in the Joker's character. Too bad, he past away :(

This movie should call - The Joker instead of Batman.

Farewell For Christina

A farewell party-like for Christina, my new housemate in Seri Kembangan here. She's transferring from MMU Cyberjaya campus FOE -> MMU Melaka campus FBL. So we planned to have a farewell for her before she go to Melaka, or more accurately she back from Melaka and pack her thing at Seri Kembangan here..lolx...

Since she said she wanna have some steamboat, so we went to Restaurant Talipon at Kelana Jaya, which is the food here not as good as Restaurant Talipon in Kuchai Lama.

Can see all the fish here? It'll finish by Mr. Ng Chang Khai alone later.

And here come the Mr. Ng Chang Khai's face after he done with all the fishes alone + the lamb that I bbq for him but then he f*ck me for giving him that :(

When around 10++ pm, me and Navind still enjoying our RM21.80 buffet bbq+steamboat but you know what ? The boss of the restaurant come with our bill and....

Boss : Hello, can I bill for you all 1st?

We : Oh sure, how much is it?

Boss : Rm xXx.Xx (I forget total amount)

We : *busy taking out money, push here push there, count the amount* There..Rm XxX.xX

Boss : Thank you.

We : *Look back our table* WTF!!!!

Our table is cleaned!! While we busy taking out money and count it, the boss have her staff to clean our table !! Navind and me still plan to continue our next round with the satay chicken but they cleaned our table !!! This is what we think what's behind the scene at the counter....

Boss : Wahliao ehh...That bunch of monkeys seem never eat for few days...Keep taking foods non stop 1...

Staff : Boss, just now I saw they taking the foods for almost 3 rounds oledi..Each time oso take veli alot leh...

Boss : Wah...canot like dat la...only rm21.80 / person leh..they eat like rm80/person now...Eh eh...I heard they say wan next round again ????? Wah..canot canot..Here listen, I now go bill them, then you all fast fast help me clean their table when they paying the money. So they canot next round anymore.

Staff : Ok boss. You so clever ...

We all think that's what happen before the boss come bill us..hmmm...No more bbq no more steamboat, got no plan - as usual when no plan = go sing K !!! So we drive all the way to Subang Neway and continue our night!! Sing Sing Sing Sing ~~~ Then Navind take photos with his Nokia N73.
