Airtel - "Harass yourself" - part 3

I have been harassed by Airtel in past due to wrong billing and false promises (part1, part2) . I came back to Airtel after 6 long year and took a postpaid connection in 2016 . Jio came in and battle got fierce, I stuck to Airtel although it was expensive from its counterpart .

Last months I was billed 10k as compared to modest ~700 . I called , enquired and got to know that i have used International roaming (I didn't knew when it was activated) . Few points which i had discussion upon with Airtel executive

ME: I was not travelling abroad , but was in Bihar border areas , how did international roaming got activated.

AIRTEL: Sir, its activated automatically else bill could have been in lakhs (FYI : As per their bill details I used only 40 MB during that duration)

ME: How can incoming call/outgoing calls are made from India network and Internet from International network during same time .

AIRTEL: Sir , you are correct , let me raise a ticket and we will resolve within 24 hours

After two days I called and enquired . Got to know ticket has been closed and bill is valid , Raises the concern again and again explained the problem to supervisor for nearly 50 minutes . (Again i did same for another time ).

After 3 rounds of raising concern and not getting any communication , I thought of trying it one more time.

ME: Explaining the case again.

AIRTEL: Sir, your bill is valid and we automatically enable roaming and don't take user permission before enabling it , that how our network works. Please pay the bill , your complain is closed.

ME: Ok, Explain me the bill , 40 MB for 10000 INR and if network latch happens , why only for Internet not for Incoming/Outgoing calls.

AIRTEL: Our backend engineering has verified and bill is correct , please pay for interrupted service.

ME: But explain me how .

AIRTEL: Sir, Its valid , we have verified

So after wasting 4-5 hours of explaining and almost 7-8 days of follow back this is what I can summarise.

Airtel is doing all kind of things , just to stay in tough battle.
Airtel customer care , still sucks , not evolved at all
JIO is best alternative in India right now.

Why I'm Again Voting for AAP...

Quite clear that I've already voted once for AAP in 2013.

Neither they, and perhaps not even those who voted for them had any clue that they would go on to win 25+ seats then. The result was a fresh change. A clear message that people were not willing to accept Status quo in our politics and administration.

AAP forming the govt. was perhaps the best climax that entire saga could get. Most of us were happy. We had high hopes. And hence the resignation angered us. It was like.."why AK...why you had to do this. You could have done so much by being there".

Now looking back over the year gone by, and particularly the recent ad blitzkrieg by BJP, my resolve to vote for AAP is much more stronger than what it was in 2013.

BJP is not telling us why to vote for them; rather their focus is on telling us why NOT to vote for AAP.

They are saying : he ditched us, he is a bhagoda . Yes he is. But why he left ? Obviously there would be conspiracy theories abound; but to the common folks like me, AK left because he made a sincere attempt to fulfil a promise; and when he could not fulfil that promise, then he perhaps thought it was a moral duty to resign and seek a re-election to get full majority. If we have to draw parallels with Modi govt (and by the way, I voted for Modi)... then there were all sorts of promises on black money. What happened ? Should Modi Resign. Obviously No. He should seek mechanisms to fulfil those promises. When we are not questioning Modi's intent on Black money; then on what ground should we reject a second chance to AK.

They are saying - he takes U-turns, he lies. My only response to that is..look who's talking ? From the great marketer Modi to Ms. IPS... we have had a lot of "evolution in thoughts" or in other words.. "U-turns".

They are attacking his family...gotra and what not. Guys, What happened to Jashodaben...and her RTI...

When Modi can get a second chance despite Godhara, when congress can get a second chance despite emergency and '84, when SPs and BSPs of the world keep getting chance after chance...then why not AAP. Let us make a mistake this time... let us elect AAP this time... we've given chances to so many over last 60 odd years.... why not a chance to AAP. A chance to good intent. A Chance to fresh politics.

Why not ban females ?

Government is quite efficient these days , recently On-demand cab aggregator Uber is banned as a result of one of driver committing a ruthless act once again on streets of national capital of world largest democracy. With lots of discussions and messages going around , I pity my fellow Indians and really giggle to oneself thinking what kind of society we are living in .

I am a avid Uber user , and I don't say they are perfect when it comes to security , but they are far far better than any other cab providers and Autowallahs . I personally had pretty bad experience with many autowallahs in Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and still they have proper permits and "licence to kill". Because of one fucktard like Shiv Kumar , lets not generalize our perception.

- As a society , we need to respect women first and not treat them as mere sex object.
- Government and bureaucrats needs to understand the fact that , gradually one need to calibrate Indian calibre towards a safer and mutual respected society.
- Its not about honouring women , but to respect women . This dosen't implies that men should always be at receiving end. We need to balance out pretty well if we aim for mature society.
- Banning is not a solution, getting to real problem is the real solution . This is just a way to fickle to short term memory of people.
- Banning all cab services with result in women travelling in Delhi Autos which is no way safer than cabs.

My Mobile just beeped, ndtv app conveyed me that Lalu-Nitish-Congress alliance has won 6 out of 10 seats in Bihar by-election. I pity poor people of bihar who are cursed to be ruled or governed by some cowards and lunatic(yes lunatic) folks. But who is responsible ? Its plain and simple politics has not changed in last two decades . Once i wrote in favour and appreciation of Nitish Kumar second term after being elected by people of Bihar on basis of development.

I was wrong then , and had silently wished Nitish to take center stage (not being prime minister though). I was wrong in assuming that learned Nitish , free from scams and scandal have risen above caste politics and believes in mantra of development irrespective of caste and religion. He remained to be one of greedy politician who lust power over anything else.

Few open questions for Nitish:

You really thought that you are apt for top job in country ?
Once boasted about corruption free state/country , what message you are sending to people after joining hands with Lalu(involved in scams) and congress
Talked about development in past , now joining hand with Lalu which was pioneer in throwing Bihar back to dark age?
You believed in best fit for job when it came to autocracy and bureaucracy , now supporting a family who has mastered art of nepotism ?
Talking about secularism - What a pity , supporting any religion and not supporting other is not secularism , then why this drama?
Where is your ethics and morality now?

Secularism is a principle that involves two basic propositions. The first is the strict separation of the state from religious institutions. The second is that people of different religions and beliefs are equal before the law. Separation of religion from state.(taken from google)

Today is a tragic day . Apart from few of my close friend being operated in hospital , We lost Harsha in a tragic accident this sunday evening. - http://www.deccanherald.com/content/413883/techie-killed-wife-hurt-hit.html

Monday morning , while working in office one my my friend gave
me sad news of his demise and i was clueless and had no words except getting on bike and heading to his parent's home . After reaching , for first time i saw him without a smile and so silent . Feeling totally void i had no words and nothing came to my mind except his words and time spent with him. Once all the rituals happened i returned to office with lots of thoughts and flashback memories coming to my mind . Since then I am not able to do anything properly whether its sleeping, eating reading or even sitting idle . Nevertheless I decided to pen down my feeling .

He was my Alumni from IIIT Allahabad , very different from other folks(including me) who were part of a rat race of doing better in life. We rarely interacted while in college , but trust me i have seen most of people reaching out to him for various help. With his help many us were able to code better and think better . As a mentor he infused high morale and energy into anyone. Most of fellow IIITians out would surely agree that he must have influenced him/her directly or indirectly. I personally know many folks who were able to achieve big with his guidance and mentorship. Apart from this , being such a knowledgeable and renowned personality in coding/programming , start up fraternity in India , he was so ground to earth , simple and always available.

We have rarely seen a guy who pursue his passion with such a great conviction and he was always a role model we use to look up to. His passion for coding , start ups , sports and teaching was impeccable .

We interacted while he was mentoring us for ACM , then we played age of empire together , poker together , played pool together , partied together quite a few number of times. He was very senior to us , but never felt like one at any given time. Truly a gem of a person and we are dearly going to miss his inspirational vibes in coming time . "RIP Harsha Sir".

Retrograde nation & doomed protest

Year 2011, Anna and Kejriwal took us by storm and we saw a ray of hope. Even a cricket fanatic nation winning world cup didn't made to much of news as compared to protest(second war of independence) held by Anna against corruption and for Jan Lokpal. Second war of independence was laid at peace in graveyard by few smart move by some very smart people , who has boon of ruling largest democracy of world without any fear as no law can put their shining fortune in slightest of jeopardy .

From Suresh kalmadi to Robert Vadra everyone is enjoying being born in a nation where with wealth and power everything can be twisted to one's comfort. Moral for youth - "Lets get money or power as soon as possible as this is the only way to survive in largest democracy ", "One should get associated to some powerful personality of nation preferably MLAs, MPs, Politicians or may be few top brass bureaucrat","One can take risk of committing a crime as law and justice is always delayed or denied in largest democracy."

Year 2012, A girl was brutally raped sorry "gang raped". A protest held by common people and rightly captured by media. Media here includes news channels, news papers , twitter, facebook , internet etc.I have been following this incidence closely since the day it started . It was nice to see people standing united for a great cause and asking for justice, but important point to ponder over - who were responsible for this crime?

Police, yes to some extent , but it was a winter night and they are not paid enough to work so hard ? We pay taxes for our safety , but police only care to serve politicians or bureaucratic personnel [Their family is always safe and secure ]
Rapist , who before this incidence belonged to our society . Did they had any fear before committing this atrocities ? I think "NO" or may be high alcoholic drive might have overran their initial thoughts . Whom to blame for this - may be our slow judiciary process .
was Girl herself , responsible as she had a dream of studying in National Capital of largest democracy ? May be "YES", She should be aware of great law and order we have in place for common people.
Political Class - "YES and NO", I am confused here and don't know whether they are responsible in any way, it has been tough these years making sure their Swiss bank account have enough for at least few generations to come.

As a common man , I am left with two option, one either be a part of system and self sufficient to encounter these situation or search for a better place to spend rest of life. Another dilemma pops up- "Stop Cribbing ! Are we running away from our responsibility , why can't try and change this system yourself , its your nation after all ". Well in that case we have followed Gandhian footsteps of peaceful protest and result is wide known . Anything which can positively effect common people can't take concrete shape in largest democracy as its no more a democracy . It's a nation of poor where they are ruled by few elite class.

Intriguing about our freedom struggle, Shubhash Chandra Bose and revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh. what must have went through their mind before starting a violent revolution? Probably some uncontrolled situation like current situation, where common man had no option left. During independence struggle we were familiar with enemy , they had a face and motive , but now enemy is faceless and motive is highly undervalued. Even after 65 year of independence do we need Bhagat Singh again or what's the solution for a retrograding nation and doomed non violent protest.

This is firmly my opinion based on my observation in recent time.

Satyamev Jayate (Truth may prevail) - an insight of true India , diverse India , good India and bad India, a show hosted by Aamir khan who walked in , not in Armani or designer wear but in plane and simple attire. Its a show which discusses social issues like female genocide and make sure audience see each face of coin and weight them by their own intellect.

Well researched , unbiased, and real show - thats what i call it after watching first episode. It changed my perception . Satyamev is a show which seems to be "hitting Bullseye" . Satyamev team seems to have done their homework correct. What most important that i like about the show is that , it waves out Good as well as Bad India.( Bad India is basically not what we think is bad and viceversa.) Our bureaucracy is definitely an issue but in the end its we who can change things around us. Show starts with discussion of the social issue and end with a solution which simmers the audience and gives a ray of hope to fight injustice happening around us. Through out the show, a good amount of work is reflected in form of facts and figure.Only one thing i am clueless about - "tears" , it didn't looked real to me in some case.

From my experience , in society were we live hardly one percent of people is ready to do something which will directly or indirectly lead to betterment of society . People are bonked by self - satisfaction ego which stops them from moving one's bumps out of couch and do something good for society in whatever way he/she can offer. For them - who thinks its not "thier job" , Aamir came as changing thought or inspiration . He resembles true India. Hats Off to Aamir and team for such a inspiring show.

Dream On - "CAT gone wild"

Aakash - a general category student , a male and a engineer too but he dared to write CAT 2011 in order to get into a reputed B-School of Country.This was the very first decision he took off his own unlike others which was biased by society and people around him. He started preparation since March in order to make sure he gives in ample hardwork to pursue his dream. Started off with weekends study, attending coaching classes in order to make sure he is in touch with subject everytime. Reduced regular weekend outings and other activities to put in more time and effort for preparation.
Being a optimist he never thought of rejection or selection but cared only to put in more of hardwork . VA was not his strong hold so he focussed more on VA as compared with QA. He was distinction holder in Math at school level and is math olympiad qualified for year 2004. In September he gave GMAT and score merely average with around 99%ile in QA which was of same level as was CAT 2011. After a month he took CAT and attempted 26 out 30 question , was rest assured of getting 95+ as he had practiced for 6 long months and was his strong area. Finger Crossed , VA he was unsure of his score and waited for result.

Results are Out. Aakash was fucked to limit as his QA percentile was merely 84.xx and VA was 92.xx . Clueless! he just looked at monitor and kept wandering what all "chutiyapa" he might have done in Exam . It was like in a moment all his hard work and effort gone leaving behind a big void to understand his mistakes . He went to surf pagalguy for all his queries and grievances and found a post by Coverner of CAT 2011 :

"One has to understand how scores are worked out. If a candidate does well, it does not always mean his score will be excellent. Scores are relative"

" If there are any issues they are solved psychometrically."

"Normalisation :Different papers are set for different days of the exam. And all these papers have different questions, though some questions may be common. The performance to these questions help us know the difficulty level of the paper. So, all papers are brought to the same level of difficulty and scores are given accordingly."

Holy shit ! Some students who got in ninties last year just managed to get score in single digit , does this is what he meant by normalisation and psychometric. Few question i would like to put forth to computer based CAT typo exams;

How students will analyse their mistake if actual mark is not shown to them? In paper based exams atleast it was clear which mistake you did and whom to blame for?
Normalisation: One topic might be easy for me and hard for other, one may be more effective in first slot rather second but how these factors can be normalised
Why can't transparency be manitained may be by sending students a complete details of thier question and answers.

What about Aakash? He understood that beating around bush is not gonna work . Whether you cry or argue on any forum , reality is that IIM has sole control and results are final and mandatory whether you are satisfied or not. Game was played and Aakash was out - HOW and WHY dosen't matters a lot now a days, Only things that matters is whether you are in or out. Gone are the days when hard work did paid off, in modern scenario hard work must be accompanied with right execution and luck to fill in the voids which you can never be aware off. Aakash is still motivated for MBA but unsure about path to be chosen ahead.

Congrats to all the fellas who managed to get "in" and bell the CAT.

Airtel -- "Harass Yourself" - 2

So sequel has arrived [Airtel -- "Harass Yourself"] . Nothing seems to had happened and things aren't getting prettier day by day. Just to summarize , i had billing issues and registered a complain on 18th of August 2011(Complain no - 2459550) . Then , a lot has happened afterward here a brief summary or rather continuation of events from last post.

10th Sep , After four days of continuous phone calls and mails finally connection was up . Thanks to Airtel
14th Sep , Got a call stating that "We (Airtel) are looking into issue and revert back in a week".
24th Sep , Got a mail that your complain has been resolved , but bill remains the same.
I called them and got to know that original complain was closed and a new complain was registered, no clue why? On asking , they told regarding previous complain i was unavailable on phone so they closed . What the Fuck ! They didn't even bothered to drop a mail .
30th Sep , I went to Airtel and office and inquired . Reply - "Sir, we are in process and will revert back in two days".
Then i got few calls in next week stating that things are moving
3rd Oct, I got a call that Connection has been corrected to required plan and hence no false billing will be in coming months . Cool!
7th Oct, Airtel - "Sir, your waiver for false billing has been approved so please pay the bill which is close to 3500 rupees asap." .
8th Oct, I went Online to pay the bill , and it showed bil amounting to staggering 30k .(I tried on till 12th but same figures.)
14th Oct , Connection was blocked due to non-payment

Immediately, went to kormangala Office and enquired. thankfully i met a senior manager over their and he helped in restoring connection and once again assured that by Monday things will be sorted out.
15th Oct , Today I was in middle of something and suddenly connection was blocked once again. I called the same guy and he restored the connection again.

I even mailed to appellate at Airtel but no proper response . Airtel is busy with Grand Pirx and other important stuffs. Its earned enough from the poor Indian market that they can neglect the issues of the Customer , rather i should tell they got a licence to harass customers for no reason.

Seems all Airtel officials are busy with Grid Girls . Would like to request Airtel that , stop harassing your customers otherwise you will one day end up being a company who would be manufacturing bikinis and pants in India which no one would use.

Why Should We Pay TAX ?

Every earning citizen of this nation , need to pay taxes which has to be used to develop nation and cement bright future for coming generation. We need to pay road tax , water tax , housing tax and many more taxes in order to make a bright tomorrow for ourselves and our fellow country men .

Where dose this huge amount goes ?? It goes to Switzerland or other foreign countries (Madhu koda bought some company in South Africa). Now a days, politicians are using it to make parks embedding their own statue. Ironically , alive person building statue of own and that too from people money which we pay in form of taxes . Sushri Mayawati - CM of Uttar Pradesh and Epitome of Selfishness and Self-Proclamation has recently inaugurated Rs 685 park in Noida .

UP , An Indian state with highest population is starving for basic amenities and other small resources . People are having a tough time earning bread and livelihood .In contrast CM of state so called dalit leader and leader of poor is using the money needed by them for her selfish needs . This summarizes the pathetic condition of poor and dalit residing in UP. People commit scams , but are carefull that no one knows about it, but she has fear of none . Seems their is no authority to check Mayawati. Here problem starts. Witnessing this, a common people will think twice before honestly paying taxes or part of his/her hard earned money which will be anyhow misused . Therefore it result in advent of corruption (and lie) from grass root level.

When we talk of corruption , we often get this remark that corruption lies at grass root and to make nation a corruption free we need to curb corruption at that level. But , people making this counter argument ignores the fact that corruption at low level result from corruption at top level . The best example is Mayawati and her recent achievements. She desires to be Prime Minister , desire to be messiah of poor but on grounds of .."false acclaims tightly held like a mirage ".

Aam admi suffers in either case . Aam admi should decide whether he has to suffer from his own money or others money!

Old Logo , but worth putting here

I did a worst mistake , and got a Airtel broadband connection . Promised to install every thing within four working days , but anyhow they took around two week to install connection when frequently inquired and coaxed. I was having 1099 unlimited plan. On a lazy sunday , got a call "Sir, I am from Airtel , you as a privileged customer, can upgrade your connection to 1199 unlimited with speed upgrade from 1 MBPS to 2 MBPS and FUP to 25GB from 15GB " . I nodded giving them licence to harass . So from 5th July i was getting speed of 2MBPS. Things were smooth . Suddenly , a series of historical event took place.

On 8th July , got a SMS "Dear Customer, You have reached 80% of your high speed limit . After 100% your speed will be will be revised as per your plan till the end of this bill cycle ".
I called airtel and enquired about my FUP and was cheated as it was 15GB only not 25GB, but airtel personnel assured that things would be taken care off.
Bill cycle is 5th of every month, by 10th August bill for July was not generated , on 11th i checked online and bill was around 19k ! Holy Shit.
On 11th , i went to Airtel Office in Kormangala, Bangalore in person and did inquired. Person over their told(giggling) . "Sir, u have 1199 unlimited plan , bill seems to be false and let final bill come at your place by that time things will be sorted out". I was convinced and came back.
On 18th August , got bill amounting to 19k, immediately i went to same office and inquired, they registered complain (complaint - 2459550) assuring that within two days problem will be solved.
Meanwhile , nothing happened and by mistake didn't get any call or mail.
On 21st August i again went , and was told that in another two day they will call me and fix the issue.
Meanwhile , i tweeted to @Airtel_Presence " and got a response [ 22nd August @aquarius_vishal Hi! Please mail us ur concern and contact details at airtelpresence@in.airtel.com for us to get it checked. Regards."]
Nothing happened , on 26th i mailed to 121@airtel.in and tweeted again and all in vain.[@aquarius_vishal Hope you have mentioned that in your e-mail. Team will get back to u on this. Regards.]
Meanwhile , i got some SMS from Airtel for the month of August

"Kindly note that unbilled amount of internet usage for your airtel fixed line & broadband no. 08041659517 as on 19-aug'11 is Rs 9139(excluding rental and discounts) This is nearing the usage pattern of your last 3 months usage"

"Kindly note that unbilled amount of internet usage for your airtel fixed line & broadband no. 08041659517 as on 24-aug'11 is Rs 15378(excluding rental and discounts) This is nearing the usage pattern of your last 3 months usage"

"Dear Customer, You have reached 80% of your high speed limit . After 100% your speed will be revised as per your plan till the end of this bill cycle" [24th August]

Again after mailing and tweeting got this response

Thank you for writing to Airtel.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the billing issue
towards your Airtel broadband connection 08041659517.

Please be informed that we are in process to resolve the abovementioned
concern at the earliest and will update you accordingly with its
progression activity latest by 06th September 2011.

Meanwhile, you may contact the undersigned regarding the concern
highlighted by sending an e-mail directly at

On 7th Sep, got a call from Airtel that i have not paid bill . I informed them about my complain and asked them whether i can talk to the concerned manager. He confirmed that complain has been fixed and i would be formally informed soon.
In evening , around 5pm ADSL was down and Airtel blocked the connection when i was in middle of a very important online assignment . No Internet when i require it the most.
I again went to Kormangala office, Airtel inquiry team was busy wooing new customer for broadband and was giggling when we told our problem. Height of customer harassment. I on top of my voice explained them the problem and asked him to call his manager. Mr. Manager heard the concern and assured that connection would be up in 1-2 hours.
At around 10 PM , 7th Sep we checked the connection and gave a call to Mr.Manager .
Thankfully he lifted the phone after 2nd ring and told that by 8th morning it will be up.
On 8th Sep , 10:30AM i called Mr.Airtel Manager and was assured that he will revert back in half an hour . Again a lie and harassment.

Airtel , claiming to be caring for customer , has started harassing its customer mentally in recent times. I am not the only one who is suffering but one among many.

I am still waiting ....for a solution or atleast my connection to be up - a deja vu ?

Let me acknowledge one of most fastest growing billionaire of recent times. He is from Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh) and very low profile personality. Too tough to guess ?? ...Robert Vadra ..heard of , You might have, yes i am talking about Priyanka Gandhi's husband and Sonia's son-in-law. His meteoric rise in last five year has been inspiring and not much talked about even in media . Any Media person listening, you are missing a spice of a news or it is to be ignored ?

Albeit , both of them trying hard to kick each other arse since last few years, but no third brand is coming even to close to TOI's masterpieces . Recently, as per reports available online TOI is way ahead by a huge margin . Faking News editor and reporters are having a hard life these days. According to one of correspondent of FN , Rupert Murdoch wanted to expand its empire to India in alliance with TOI , but due to a crisis deal is stuck in its final stages. Mentioned below is some sparta work of TOI in recent timeframe.

TOI presented to its urban readers about the caste division and reason for Yedurappa being Honorable CM of Karnataka something like this . India is nicely poised to be next Superpower. We as a nation have many milestones to count since independence thanks to democracy , human resource and education . Indeed, after 64 years of independence we have lot to vaunt upon , would like to mention india's contribution to global economy . On contrary, what we have have not achieved in past is due to "lack of education". According to recent provisional census of 2011 current literacy rate of India is around 74% which is around 9% more than last census of 2001. Nowadays , education doesn't anymore mean "to impart education to one who has some or none" , but it has became merely a arena for rooting one business . Education business is the one business which is flourishing to paramount heights . It is probably safest business in our country these days without much of innovation and risk involved and profit beyond imagination. Just one need to have good political background or connection and some black money to convert it to white money .

Tier two cities is considered perfect to setup Coaching institutes as aspirants are in abundance and unaware of possible opportunities ( due to lack of education) . Education here means knowledge about the options one has apart from unbeaten and tested path of engineering, medical , IAS and all. These institutions helps rather inspires the orthodox believe of good career option being restricted to above mentioned . If you are a topper in any competitive exams , then be ready some alluring offers can be made to you from one of these institution just to speak few words in their favour. Astonishingly, coaching institutes are run majorly by teachers working full time in college/school. All claim to be AICTE approved and registered with many other universities (mind you some foreign as well) , assurance of 100% placement too is claimed by everyone with effortless assurance . Regarding infrastruture and faculty , you can witness perfect business acumen of marketing and you would made to believe that that college possess probably the best infrastructure possible. Seems college nowaday no more hire good professors/teachers but focus a lot more to hire sales and marketing person who can bring in more of students and donation for college.
Corrution - a sought topic now a days. If we dig in deep we get to know that people involved need more money , but why ? Reason is that they think money is only thing one need to possess in long run but amount should be large enough to make sure whole of generation can be fed freely upon . These pondering too shows the lack of "right education" among those babus, business tycoons, and politicians involved. Politicians , second most sought profession after prostitution is a perfect example of lack of education in today's scenario . It is considered to be a easier method to earn money and fame , which again signifies lack of proper education . Rather than making our primary education robust and of high quality , we are involved in fight against reservation . If same time and energy can be diverted to make primary education better then we could have witnessed not 9% but may be 30% rise of literacy. Thanks to Education ministers and secretaries who works day and night to make sure agenda for election would remain intact and people can be fooled around that one more time.
"Divide and Rule" strategy of british worked in India for so long, main reason was that we lacked education which curtailed our vision and influenced our ego in negative direction . This is what was required by Britishers to rule us. Since past to present we have many incidence to show what we have not acieved is due to "lack of education".
Without Education "India - Super Power" would be a castle of sand in air. One need to understand to become superpower we need to get rid of corruption, unemployment, poverty, apathy and other evils ruining our society (child labour, female foeticide, prostitution, dalit exploitation) . Cricket World Cup, IPL were all over media , press and public in past few months. But recently , the buzz around is all about corruption, protest, fast, Anna Hazare etc. Media now a cunning fox knows pretty well when to do what and how, in order to make sure insipid stuff could be turned into a full-fledged farce with some help from political parties and public figures. Modern Gandhi - Anna and demigod Ramdev chose a path of non-violence against corruption prevailing in society. Media were equally involved in editing of the scenes and adding flavor to protest with help of few prominent politicians and public figure.

Empty threats were bellowed on empty stomachs and the government responded with equally empty promises. Digvijay Singh was drafted to write the screenplay. Is he so named because of his ability to take a dig at everyone The Delhi police was cast in the villains role and Kapil Sibal assigned the comedians role.The media filled the character slots with Congress PR men and character assassination slots with BJP spokespersons. This is how the slapstick comedy-cum-mystery thriller-cum-horror show currently running on all channels was set in motion.Wake up Kurt Vonnegut Jr and Stephen King.You guys have serious competition in this part of the world.

Is Hunger Protest , the strongest weapon in "INDIAN Democracy" to protest or raise your voice ? What about other means of non-violence protest which was patronized by Gandhi and Luther? Does starving oneself and persuading others to follow is the only right way to show one's disagreement over a issue. To understand why so much heat and dust ,noise and hype is being caused by a few men going on fast,we need to look at the other forms of protest in vogue . Sit-down strikes and pen-down strikes are quite popular with government employees.They have no emotional value . And people indulging in pen-down strikes more often than not do not know how to hold a pen,let alone make use of it . Candlelight protests are devoid of any drama that evokes media interest.Slogan-shouting and bandhs are considered more of a hindrance than a legitimate form of protest by the general public.Stone-throwing and setting buses and taxis on fire may offer some visual delight,but these are criminal activities which the media cannot aggressively glamorize and claim credit for.

But the protest fast is desi stuff with made in India stamped all over it. It has glamour,emotional appeal and evokes sympathy, media add flavor. On one side is a man who stakes his life and honor ,and on the other side ,the authorities who will leave no stone unturned to keep him alive, humiliate him and finally dishonour him. In conventional fasting,only the enemy within needs to be tackled. But in the protest fast, the fire inside the belly and the fiery opponent outside will both squeeze the juice out of the faster. Baba Ramdev will vouch for it.

Recently , Mamta Banerjee and Jayalaitha won state elections in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu . But question arises was it their victory or merely they won as people had no other option but to vote for them ."Aam Adami" has no other option but to choose best of the worst pool. Congress People are mostly corrupt proven in recent times, and remaining are silent as our honorable Mr.Prime Minister . BJP dosen't have good leaders , regional parties concentrate more or less on a particular arena. So , what should be done by Aam Adami ??

In case he/she choose first option , he will suffer on a long run . Few Examples i would like to quote is like rise in prices of petrol , inflation .etc. In Reality Prices of daily household things have risen to almost 60% in last 4-5 years . Thanks to good governance at center . Where dose these money go? Eventually it flows to swiss account of Sonia and group or people who believe in firm nepotism like Karunanidhi, so that their great grand children can enjoy the money and power hard earned for them as legacy .

In case he/she chooses second option, who will look after their bread and butter. Majority of Indian family has poor legacy/family property to count upon. Only individual who can manage their bread butter without worrying about source of income can think of joining politics , but that means he/she should earn bread and butter by unfair means. Look at Politician around you take any example , existence of a national level politicians who belongs to common family is rare (likes of Atal Bihari etc). Most of powerful politicians are either big shots (financially) or have a legacy of politics left for them.

Talking about youth leaders like , Sachin Pilot, Rahul Gandhi, Sindia , Deora etc. Who do you think is a potential candidature for Prime-Minister of India ? You might think of all option but in reality every one of us knows "Rahul Gandhi " is the right answer . Reason ?? He surpasses all other when comes to family name and money. Some might disagree on this point .    Recently , We lost a friend at IIIT-Allahabad , my alma mater . We have been shouting since then about college administration , director's monopoly , vandalism and nepotism . Students gone for peaceful demonstration on campus , alumni supporting them from outside .

   Few people , are trying to do whatever best they can do to get justice for poor students protesting for three continuous day . Few - "abe chod na sirf Facebook ya Twitter update karne se kya hoga" , rightly said . Facebook and twitter is only for entertainment and to peep into one's social life . As per my perception is concerned , when you are doing great people tends to attach themselves to you. If a institute features in news for innovation we say - "this is my great institution" . But when institute features for bad reason we tend to ignore it. A academic institution constitutes of administration , student, alumnus, and intellect. A institute is made great "only if" all if it constituent goes well in tandem with each other.
   In society where i live "sab chalta hain" - Ignorance is bliss. We often criticize corrupt people we are surrounded by , corruption , right or wrong , but will never take a step forward to bring what ever change we can . One is  in habit of adjustment , sitting with coke in hand and criticizing what's going on is total rubbish. People who try to do whatever they can, are most of time demoralized . I personally feel , people here should be held more responsible than corrupt politician or gangsters.  Yes , we people are more responsible of what happens around us, we have got no one to blame upon.

We accept the fact that we have developed pretty well due to reforms done by you in early 90's. Serving as second term as Prime Minister you might feel proud of leading one of the growing nation of World.
   But now a days i am buzzed by few keywords such as Corruption, Raja , Swiss Bank. Feels like feeding your own child , and then selling of his body parts for buying glory for someone's family legacy. Why are you afraid of speaking cleary and loudly ? Is any one else who is moderating your voice and designation ? Rich is getting richer at cost of breeding poor . Was this your dream when you opened economy ? People thinks you are man with high values and ethics , but this position of yours is in dilemma. (Watch This) .

   Cricket World Cup 2007 - West Indies , was insipid may be because India were out pretty early or may be that was the time when 20-20 format started gaining more importance than 50-50 format. Just one day to go , we can perceive vibes in and around us . Billy Bowden's "tedhi ungli" , Kevin peterson's "ulti palti" , Harbhajan Singh's "ungli tingli" or Dhoni's "helicopter shots" had already buzzed television .

   Ingeminating the fact - "Cricket is religion in India and Sachin is God".

   What Cricket means in India ?? Cricket is truly not only sport , but now a days a perfect business to invest , IPL the best example . So , in 21st century cricket is not "only sports" but a profitable business too . Its not about sports ,sportsmen spirit or mental strength but all about money , fame and more money . Just recalling few keywords from past decade - match-fixing , cronje , jadeja, azhar, advertisements , ICL , IPL , Modi, Pawar , ICC , Spot -Fixing . What's common among all of this is "MONEY" and then comes "POWER". This is the religion of few people who shape the game , its persistence and its future . Talking about Sachin , he belongs to different league . Refereed as God not because he is playing for India since last 22 years and hold unbreakable world records but for the reason of him being a simple human being . I even don't remember since when i am following him but What makes him ambrosial to GOD
   - Always soft spoken
   - Money is important but upto a level , recently rejected add offer from a liquor brand.

Since rise of 20-20 format 50-50 has lost it charm and essence as people now like short format of game on cost of taking leave a whole day and watching cricket (with popcorn and Pepsico ). So , this mega mela will be crucial in predicting future and importance of 50-50 format. Sachin being an icon player for 50-50 format will try his best to advocate it presence and importance( and same applies for test matches). Here i would like to quote one of Shidhu's quote -

   "Happy Republic Day folks". I would like share a video which i found on Facebook this morning .Today marks the day in Indian history when we threw off " Government Of India Act 1935 " of dominion states. 26th January   1950 , was the date when new Constitution of Independent India came into effect . Credit goes to Constitution Drafting Committee headed by B.R Ambedkar .

   15th August , 1947, India Got Independence and on this auspicious day Constitution came into effect to maintain Independence and to real cast all the dreams that our freedom fighters have visioned. Every Step was taken to safeguard national interest and its security . Judiciary system was made independent of Executive and legislature in order to make sure justice will never be denied as was common phenomenon during British Rule. Reservation policy was temporarily introduced in order have equality when it comes to jobs, education etc.

   Sixty Five years after independence and sixty two years of being republic , Are we in a position to say - "We are a true republic democratic nation" ??? I Say - " Yes and No ".
   Why "YES" ? Often people compare India with countries like America , European Nation and compare advancement . I agree , today these countries are advanced in technology, Monetary , Peace , standard of living of average people . But.. We started development from almost zero since 1947 , means 65 years of development of second most populated country . And ,Yes we had came across pretty well comparing to years and decades of development in mentioned countries . British colony almost ruined India and to get back from that state is itself a great achievement . When world was being westernized , India maintained it society and culture somewhere or other irrespective of many Indians going & living in other countries. This is itself a great achievement.
   Why "NO" ? Time and again some of our brother had mocked upon Judiciary system of India . Justice has been manipulated and delayed . Whether Jessica, Arrushi and Satyendra dubey everyone had suffered the same. Rich is getting richer and poor getting poorer . Government give subsidies on GAS , Petrol , etc equally to people who earn 1 lakh and people who earn 1000 . Reservation on basis of caste system was added to constitution for certain incubation period , but now icky politics make it an national issue. Till now, Education system is not strong enough to cater the literary needs of poor people .

A common statement which i noticed from people - "No one can change this country, we can't do anything we are common people". We abdicate the situation as we are expert in adjusting with the situations . Whatever happens we get adjusted to it as if "one is sugar to water". The crux of this is "adjusting" nature of ours. If Pizza arrives after 30 min one will be ready to talk about suing dominoes but if ambulance doesn't come on time then we would be ready to adjust . We worship goddess as we are greedy and somewhere is afraid of them , but do kill daughters in womb as we have got power to do so. Every one in family needs home for themselves, each member of family need a vehicle for their convenience. Mobiles phones are more than toilets as now a days everyone need the luxury accompanied with mobile , people are comfortable peeing on roads while talking to some stupid credit card vendors.
   "Adjusting" nature is one of the main cause of above mentioned Ironies. But this aberrant behavior of ours dosen't stop India from being incredible.

   "Its high time now, we need to change oneself". - this was the final thought came to my mind!

A tweets- "A Raja is innocent, everyone in politics does , its all about getting this into public and media " . I was pondering over this , its so simple to be a judge but very difficult to be a lawyer and a common man.
It was around early 90's when telephone was considered to be a status symbol . Telephone was mainly available in factories or offices , for "common people" , one has to go to STD/ISD booth and wait in a queue to call . India , has seen a cyclonic rise in telecom industry in past two decades. From landline phones to Mobile phone, 2G- 3G, SMS-MMS, technology has bought a revolutionary change in this sector. Since advent of mobiles Shahrukh Khan was busy "Expressing Yourself" , Abhishek Bachan propagating idea of "An Idea can change your life" and many other promoting telecom industry .Now phones are not merely for exchange of voice rather has turned to a gadget which has touched other sphere of technology like internet, data transfer, 3G and many more. Nokia , Motorola, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, everyone is trying every bit to keep pace with changing technology , but some insolent people hardly respect nation, technology and change.

Can pragmatic people lead us to this giant ongoing telecom revolution?? Talking about 2G spectrum scam , was Raja so innocent that he was unaware of the change and transformation between 2001 and 2010. He ignored advice of TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), Law Ministry, Finance Ministry . Does Mr. Raja thinks himself as one man self sufficient to judge the faith of telecom industry? When will Mr. Prime-Minister stop being a docile to Sonia Gandhi , was he unaware of the fact or their was one more scam within to run coalition government efficiently. As per CAG: Spectrum scam has cost the government Rs. 1.76 lakh crore , money enough to fed more than 50% people below poverty line for coming 50 years. Unitech group bought licence at cheap price and sold to norwegian giant Telenor its 60% stake which profitted unitech a price thrice the amount he paid for whole licence. Companies like Tata, videocon (planning to launch itself into teleom industry), S tel, reliance and many more not related to telecom industries were involved in 2G Spectrum. Even media maniac like barkha dutt was responsible lobbing for Raja .

In recent time, we have seen many act of Embezzlement from Harshad mehta , Laloo prasad, Madhu koda . But this was all together a different scam involving all set of people from Industrialist, Potiticians , Media Person and foreign investors . Common mass is enjoying transformation of there "tring tring" to fancy caller tune , at stake of nation's revenues but who to blame, is yet to be decided!

26/11 - After two years!

   On November 26, 2008, a billion people felt the helplessness and vulnerability of the kind we have never experienced ever. Some 10 men or better name them terrorist entered India's Economic Capital with a mission of shattering faith of common people. They succeeded in creating a mayhem which , some demented fool thought was Allah's work . At this point of time we had some brave INDIAN who stood against the wind of uncertainty and were success full in overcoming our biggest crisis of all time.
   Today , 26/11/2010 two year down the timeline. have we done justification to their sacrifices ? What common man thinks about Kasab ?? Did government did anything after that?? If any such situation occurs again then are we capable enough to handle it efficiently?? Everyone is perplexed regarding the same. Why only today Our Ministers realized that Pakistan has not kept its promises  and if this is the case then what the hell they are doing with Kasab even if he has been sentenced Death Penality.
   Whether Ajmal Kasab or Mohammad Afzal  everyone has became celebrity . We shouldn't be suprised if they appear in Big Boss or some reality show as our system had made them a mega "Celebrity". Our Minister today told something on Kasab and Pakistan same way they will have a message ready on 13th December to mark anniversary of attack on parliament . Question is does INDIAN constitution need amendments as now we have got few intelligent people, lawyers and politician who can bend and are smart enough to use the flexibility of judiciary system of country.

While writing Constitution our pioneers thought wisely and kept judiciary independent of legislature and executive , inorder to make sure people of India will never be denied of justice . But today , equation has changed and every nutS and boltS of governance has become potpourri. BUT ...It really feels good to see at least major chunk of society understand this fact and is united to stand together in difficult situation. Youth of nation has shown some responsibilities in recent times , its not that they are into some revolution but they understand their importance and does act wisely.

Part -1 was popularly know as "Laloo Raj" or better call it "Gunda Raj". Law and Order was null and void , Governance was only to protect "Gunda's" , road was meant for kiosk for so called party workers and people were unable to use their power of "vote". Before , EVM(Electronic Voting Machine) was introduced ,elections was won by people who had power to capture "voting booths" or enough money to buy a person's vote. Rest , politics was on basis of caste and religion. "Netas" were ingenious enough to play with people's sentiment on basis of cast and religion. Advancement in technologies was boon for Bihar as electronic voting machine was introduced in elections around 2000 , resulted in diminishing the option of booth capturing. With time people were able to make use of democratic power and Nitish Kumar came into power in 2005 . From 1990-2005, Bihar witnessed no development as compared to any other states in india. This was the time , when city of pearls was turning into IT-hub, Electronic City was getting charged up , and Great mysorian state was transformed into "silicon valley of India".

   Before 2005 , kidnapping , extortion and scams were a common affair . Alomst daily , news headlines were preoccupied by these incidences taking place almost on daily basis. To travel 56 KM on highway it took almost three hours by bus and when you travel by train then it might have taken few more hours. I have myself witnessed these things . But in last five years, Nitish has reconstructed Bihar . Now , hardly there is any news making headline regarding criminal activities from Bihar. We can now travel 56KM in one hour, even with trains. Bridges , roads , schools , everything seems to have undergone changes . Its definitely not best but its there now ,which never existed in past . Roads are cleaner , girls are going to school, no kidnapping , no extrotion , business-men are having a calm time , we could perceive the changes which seemed to be stagnant in last 15 years. This was indeed a better law and Order/Governance ,though not the best one..
   Now it was again election time in 2010. Election was to be done in six phases , all political party started the same trend of making issues and leg pulling of each other. Mr.Rahul Gandhi so called youth icon , was watching and following every activity mostly from posters only. Laloo Prasad yadav and Ram Vilas introduced there sons into politics . Rahul gandhi was given preference over other youth icons like sachin pilot, scindia, deora and many more don't know why ?? may be because he is "gandhi". Congress knew pretty well that for stable governance at center they need cater two states carefully thats Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. In national election rahul was able to charm people of UP and was expecting same in Bihar. Congress here forgot one thing , this is only land from where mighty Indira gandhi was shaken by JP Movement in 1974. Laloo and paswan were confident about their usual cast/religion politics . Moreover, BJP was not permitted to propagate their hindutava and Narendra modi was restricted from visiting state for election campaign.Nitish /NDA fought elections on one issue and that was - "Development",
   Result all we know , people voted above family and caste/religion politics . Only issue was development on which NDA outplayed RJD-LJP in every field. This was one of the most watched elections as it was of longest duration , and election commission took every possible step to oraganise it peacefully .More over people of bihar once mocked for death of democracy , were now cherished for the change they have shown to nation with power of democracy . A clear message was sent to all politicians around nation that elections can be won on basis of development and work rather on any family or cast/religion politics.
   I like to congratulate People of bihar who has set an inevitable example of democracy. Nitish kumar , a demure person by nature, Engineer by degree and wise politician by profession will be able to reconstruct Bihar or not ?? "Time" can only give the answer!
