Transformers: Rise of the Beasts returns the main Transformers to the big screen for the first time in a few years, but does Rise of the Beasts have a post-credit scene? The answer is a clear yes. There is a final scene right before the credits and then one a short way into the final credits.

If you want to know more, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts spoilers follow.

Does Transformers: Rise of The Beasts Have A Post-Credit Scene?

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts brings back the main Autobots to a new movie for the first time since Transformers: The Last Knight. This is a sequel that follows the last movie in the franchise, Bumblebee, which was a period piece that took place in the 1980s. This movie moves to the time frame into the 1990s and introduces a new batch of robots to the mix in the Maximals and Terrorcons. It also brings in the biggest villain in franchise history in Unicron.

By the end of the movie, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts has two extra scenes – one before the end credits and one during the credits. The good news is there is not a post-credit scene at the end of the credits. If you have to go to the bathroom after the almost three-hour movie, feel free.

Here is a look at the two final Transformers: Rise of the Beasts scenes.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts teases a surprising sequel

Before the end credits start rolling, there is one last scene that is not part of the main story. This was what easily could have been a Transformers: Rise of the Beasts post-credit scene, but was added as just the final scene from the movie. In that scene, Noah (Anthony Ramos) was still trying to get a job. He hadn’t found much luck before thanks to how he left the military.

However, in this case, he is offered a major job – one that shocks him. The man interviewing him (Michael Kelly) reveals that he knows that Noah just saved the world in Peru. He knows all about the Autobots. Finally, he offers Noah a job with a top-secret government team created to protect the world. Noah doesn’t trust him and declines. However, the agent said that is okay and the offer remains open. He also said his organization will make sure that Noah’s little brother Chris gets medical assistance (he has sickle-cell amenia). It will come courtesy of the government as thanks for Noah saving the world. This created a nice happily-ever-after ending.

This man is named Agent Burke – and he is a recruiter for G.I. Joe.

The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts post-credit scene

There is only one Transformers: Rise of the Beasts post-credit scene after the credits start rolling. It also happens very early in the credits. In this scene, Noah is working on rebuilding a car and gets help from his criminal friend Reek (Tobe Nwigwe). When Reek mocks Noah for building a patchwork car, it suddenly turns into Mirage.

See, Scourge almost killed Miraghe in the main fight. In this scene, Noah rebuilt Mirage and brought him back to full health. After this, all that is left is the rest of the credits.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is currently in theaters.

I never knew I needed Nicolas Cage as Dracula until I watched the new Renfield trailer.

The movie, hitting theaters on April 14, stars Nicholas Hoult (Beast from the X-Men movies) as Renfield, the classic minion of Dracula. In the trailer, he clearly wants out, even going to a support group and pleading his case. However, that is when Nic Cage shows up as Dracula the movie instantly becomes must see.

Awkwafina also stars as a security cop who Renfield saves in an armed robbery. Based on the trailer, it appears the two of them will find a way to get Renfield out from under Dracula’s control. It’s clearly a horror comedy and looks very funny based on the trailer.

(from left) Dracula (Nicolas Cage) and Renfield (Nicholas Hoult) in Renfield, directed by Chris McKay.

Here is the synopsis: “In this modern monster tale of Dracula’s loyal servant, Nicholas Hoult stars as Renfield, the tortured aide to history’s most narcissistic boss, Dracula. Renfield is forced to procure his master’s prey and do his every bidding, no matter how debased. But now, after centuries of servitude, Renfield is ready to see if there’s a life outside the shadow of The Prince of Darkness. If only he can figure out how to end his codependency.”

Chris McKay (The LEGO Batman Movie) directs Renfield. Ryan Ridley (Rick & Morty) penned the screenplay. It is based on an original idea by The Walking Dead and Invincible creator Robert Kirkman.

The Oklahoma Film Critics Circle, of which I am a voting member, named its best of 2022 movie award winners yesterday. The voting was done by the full membership and the winners included a strong mix of big-budget movies, critical indie darlings, and even a Netflix original or two.

Here is a look at who the OFCC named the best of the best of 2022.

Best Film of 2022

The best film of 2022 went to the movie Everything Everywhere All at Once. The movie starred Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan as a married couple who are growing apart, but when they find they live in just one world in a world of multiverses, they realize that they have to bond together to survive and ensure their family remains safe.

“Everything Everywhere All At Once lived up to its title. Not only was it named OFCC’s Best Film by a landslide, but the film held multi-category appeal to members, triumphing by both slim and wide margins in a highly competitive film season,” said Jeff Huston, OFCC president.

OFCC's Best Film of 2022: Everything Everywhere All At Once @allatoncemovie#movies #filmtwitter #awardseason #okiefilm #everythingeverywhere pic.twitter.com/hSLd4SSpLe
— OFCC (@OkFilmCritics) January 4, 2023

OFCC Top 10 Movies of 2022

The full rundown of the Top 10 movies of 2022 based on OFCC voting is the following. We also give out awards for the Most Disappointing and Don’t Worry Darling took that award. Ironically, the runner-up was Babylon, which also ended up as the #6 movie in the Top 10, proving that movies, as is everything in entertainment, remain subjective. Babylon was in my personal Top 5 when voting this year.

“Our pick for the Best Film of 2022, Everything Everywhere All at Once, along with other
theatrical-only best film contenders like Top Gun: Maverick and RRR, represent the
continued commitment to larger-scale stories that can only be fully experienced on the
big screen to meet the audience demand,” said Caleb Masters, OFCC vice president.
“We also saw many personal passion projects from top-tier directors like Steven
Spielberg’s The Fabelmans, Guillermo del Tor’s Pinocchio, Damien Chazelle’s Babylon,
and Ti West’s Pearl, resonate with Oklahoma film critics.”

Here are the rest of our awards for the best of 2022:

The Chucky Season 2 release date is coming just in time for Halloween.

Chucky took the world by surprise. It revived the Child’s Play franchise after a failed movie reboot and went back to the basics.

The first season continued the story from the original movies. It even brought back some classic cast members to take part in the new story. Also, the series updated the story by bringing in a teenage cast, having Chucky deal with older kids, causing more damage than ever.

Now, USA Network and Syfy have announced the release date for Chucky Season 2. It is coming at the perfect time.

Years before James Gunn joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe and brought The Guardians of the Galaxy to life, he wrote his own original superhero movie in 2000 called The Specials.

Now, imagine that movie as written by the creator of the HBO drama series Chernobyl.

Written by James Gunn and directed by Craig Mazin, The Specials follows the “sixth or seventh best superhero team in the world” as they try to find their place. In 2020, the movie celebrates its 20th anniversary with a Blu-Ray release.

The cast is top-notch for a low budget superhero indie comedy, with Thomas Haden Church, Paget Brewster, Judy Greer, Rob Lowe, Jamie Kennedy, and Jordan Ladd in the cast.

The press release sent out by HBO reveals that the Emmy-winning drama series is coming back for more, with HBO Programming president Casey Bloys making the announcement.

“From the western theme park to the technocratic metropolis of the near future, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed every twist and turn from the minds of master storytellers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy,” Bloys said. “We can’t wait to see where their inspired vision takes us next.”

Ratings for season 3 are down from the first two, but it is clear HBO likes what they are seeing. The show, despite the current ratings, has been a critical smash. It won several Creative Arts Emmy Awards with 43 total nominations. It also picked up three Golden Globe nominations.

There are only two episodes left this season, with the Westworld season 3 finale set to air on May 3.

NOS4A2 returns to AMC television this year, but thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, the release date has been pushed back.

Initially, the adaptation of Joe Hill’s novel was supposed to premiere its second season on June 1. However, thanks to the lack of filming anything new, Deadline reports that AMC has moved things around.

Instead, the new anthology series Creepshow, based partially on the work of Hill’s father, Stephen King, is getting an extended run.

Creepshow will now air over six weeks instead of the original three AMC planned. Each night was supposed to have back-to-back episodes, and now all six episodes will get its own week. The show will air from May 4 (at 10/9c) through June 8.

This pushed back NOS4A2, which will now debut on June 21 at 9/8c on AMC. Just as before, the horror series will simulcast on both BBC America and AMC.

Creepshow will include episodes with stories by Stephen King, Joe Hill, Joe R. Lansdale, and Josh Malerman, among others.

Season 2 of NOS4A2 picks up exactly where the first season ended, with Vic (Ashleigh Cummings) setting out to try to destroy the evil Charlie Manx (Zachary Quinto) once and for all. Fans who missed the first season can stream it through AMC or Hulu.

Solo comes out this month as the second Star Wars “story” movie — meaning a spinoff of the main series.

For fans who haven’t caught on, every other year, Star Wars will release a spin-off movie that has nothing to do with the current trilogy they are working on. The first was Rogue One and now Han Solo gets his own solo movie.

In an interview with Esquire, new Solo actor Alden Ehrenreich said something he shouldn’t have said — what, with all those non-disclosure agreements Disney likes so much. Ehrenreich said that he was signed up for three movies. He realized — too late — that he said too much and the words went out for the world to see.

That put Disney and Lucas Film in action in trying to cover it up.

That happened with director Ron Howard — who took over the Solo movie from the fired Chris Miller and Phil Lord when the allegedly couldn’t get Ehrenreich to mimic Harrison Ford perfectly enough — spoke to Fandango.

According to Howard, the three-picture deal does not guarantee that Alden Ehrenreich will have three Han Solo movies to star in. It doesn’t even mean that Han Solo will be back in one of these spin-off movies. It just means that Disney has that option.

I think the fans are going to define all of that. I mean I think that Lucasfilm and Disney in casting actors, and particularly younger actors, want to see what happens and build upon that.

Ron Howard said that the young actors are more than ready for the big opportunity but when it comes to Disney and Lucas Film, it all comes down to how the fans react to the movie, and whether the fans even want to see more of a young Han Solo after this first outing.

Solo, A Star Wars Story hits theaters on May 25, and while the pre-ticket sales are amazing, the reaction by fans after it arrives will determine if Ehrenreich gets any more chances to fly the Millenium Falcon.

There are Avengers: Infinity War spoilers in this article for the two or three of you who haven’t left your house in the last week.

Avengers: Infinity War included more deaths than any comic book movie to date when it comes to beloved heroes. There were three major deaths in the movie itself before the final conflict and then, as anyone who has read the comics knows, Thanos snapped his fingers and killed half of the entire galaxy.

The Russo Brothers, who directed this movie (as well as Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War) told comicbook.com that they kept who lived and who died a secret — even giving out fake scripts to the actors.

Not even the actors who died knew they were going to die until the day they shot those scenes. That led to the amazing scene with Spider-Man dying — a scene Tom Holland did not know was coming but was still able to improvise those final heartwrenching lines.

Anyone who pays attention knows that characters are returning in Avengers 4 — or at least by the end of it — because Spider-Man, Black Panther and Doctor Strange all have sequel movies coming, as does the Guardians of the Galaxy. Not only that, but one actor wished another a happy birthday and said they are returning to shoot an MCU movie together next year — despite both dying in Avengers: Infinity War.

The fact that the heroes are returning from the dead is no big secret.

Why the ones who died did pass on is not a secret anymore either. In that same interview, the Russo Brothers explained how they came to choose who lived and died.

“All of our choices are based on story. It’s based upon the road that these characters have traveled, in not only this movie, but throughout the entire entity up to this point.”

They also said that they are “focused story choices.”

So, what do the deaths mean? The Russo Brothers did not saw but some of them are obvious, while others might take some speculating.

Let us speculate.

Well, let’s start out with two obvious ones — Heimdall and Doctor Strange.

Doctor Strange’s death is obvious. He looked into the future and saw 14 million different outcomes to the war with Thanos and all were lost save one. That means that Strange knew what he had to do to win this war — and it involved giving Thanos the stone, saving Tony Stark’s life and dying himself at the end. It was the ultimate sacrifice to save the world.

Heimdall sees everything that happens before it happens. Same thing here.

Loki’s death was very important. It proved that Thor was right and there is good in his brother — good that Loki proved at the end when he proved to be a hero. That was the most heroic death in the entire movie.

Gamora’s death was very important because she is Thanos’ conscious and is needed to finally turn things around.

What about the rest? Scarlet Witch, Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, Star-Lord, Groot, Drax, Mantis, Nick Fury, Maria Hill, and Spider-Man all died.

Let’s start with the Guardians of the Galaxy. Rocket Raccoon made it clear in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 that he wasn’t going to lose more friends. He had lost so many already and had proven — despite his denials — that he had found a family. That entire family — every single one of them — just died. Rocket is going to play a key role in Avengers 4, I guarantee it.

Spider-Man. That death is one that is going to weigh heavily on Tony Stark. He took Peter into his care and was bringing him along slowly. However, Peter died and Tony is going to blame himself. That is a death that is not about Peter’s journey to now, but Tony’s.

Black Panther’s death is going to bring the warriors of Wakanda into the battle with their fury leading them. It is also going to shake things up in Wakanda for that fourth movie. Bucky’s death is likely to have the same effect on Cap that Peter’s death had on Tony.

Nick Fury and Maria Hill’s death will bring Captain Marvel into the battle and might have a bigger meaning than that if it brings to life another secret organization that has only been hinted at until now.

It is nice to know that the Russo Brothers didn’t just throw darts at a board to choose who died. What are your thoughts? Did the characters who died have an important role to play in Avengers 4 when it concerns the survivors? Let us know in the comments below.

For fans who are too young to understand, the first movie — First Blood — told the story of a Vietnam vet who came home from the war and found that people back home were just as vicious as those he battled in other countries.

The second and third movies were just war-porn for people in the Reagan-era America — Rambo headed over to battle communists and the like for the good ‘ole U.S.A. — who were quick to betray him every chance they got.

With that said, Rambo in 2008 pretty much ignored the second and third movie. If taken as a part one and part two with First Blood, it was the perfect conclusion to the story of John Rambo as he helped rescue a group of aid workers in Burma – the most dangerous country in the world.

It ended with John Rambo finally going home — something he wanted to do when First Blood started and something he had never been able to accomplish.

If you thought that ending was perfect, this news isn’t for you. Sylvester Stallone is making a Rambo 5.

Deadline reports that Stallone will play John Rambo once again, is writing the script and might even direct the movie. This time around, Rambo is heading down to Mexico to battle a drug cartel when a friend’s daughter is kidnapped. He gets involved to rescue the girl.

The news also indicates that Rambo was just chilling on his ranch — which means that, at least for a short while, John got the peace that he always needed. There is a rumor that this one is called Rambo: Last Blood, which might mean it is time for the character to buy the farm — maybe going out in a blaze of glory to save the girl.

That could also make sense since Stallone said back in 2014 that this was Rambo’s version of No Country for Old Men.
