1. Tambahkan 1 sdm kecap asin dan 1/2 sdm kecap asin ke dalam mie yang  sudah di tiriskan lalu aduk sampai rata&lt;br /&gt;
2. Siapkan wajan untuk menumis lalu panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus.  sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;
3. Goreng telur sambil di orak arik sampai matang lalu tambahkan bumbu  halus&lt;br /&gt;
4. Masukan ayam suwir, bakso dan aduk&lt;br /&gt;
5. Masukan tomat, taoge, kol dan caisim aduk sampai semua sayuran layu.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Tambahkan 2 sdm kecap manis, 1/2 sdm kecap asin, garam, gula pasir  dan merica bubuk. Aduk hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;
7. Tambahkan kaldu ayam, tunggu sampai meresap&lt;br /&gt;
8. Masukkan mie, masak sampai matang. lalu masukkan daun bawang dan  seledri.&lt;br /&gt;

2. masukan ayam dan rendam sekitar 1 jam&lt;br /&gt;
3. Goreng ayam sampai setengah matang lalu sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;
4. Siapkan wajan dan panaskan mentega&lt;br /&gt;
5. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, tambhakan kecap inggris, kecap manis  dan ayam yang telah di goreng.&lt;br /&gt;

Ikan bakar yg dibungkus daun dengan bumbu minimalis, dipadu dengan  sayur bening  bayam, wortel dan oyong yg katanya bagus untuk penderita  sinusitis, dengan bumbu ditambahkan temu kunci yang sifatnya dingin,  baik untuk yg sedang batuk dan panas dalam, dan terakhir dimakan bersama  nasi yg dimasak bersama agar-agar yang berserat tinggi.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt; ½ sdt lada bubuk&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak,  goreng potongan ayam hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan.  Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan 5 sendok makan minyak dalam wajan.  Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah, serai, lengkuas, air jeruk  nipis,  gula pasir dan garam hingga harum.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan potongan  ayam, masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga bumbu meresap dan matang. Angkat.  Tuang ke dalam piring saji. Hidangkan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 sdt merica hitam, memarkan agak halus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 sdm saus tiram&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdm saus cabai botolan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk sayap ayam dengan jeruk nipis, bawang putih dan garam hingga  rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diamkan selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.&lt;/li&gt;
