MENJELANG Ramadan, Hotel Sunway Seberang Jaya (HSSJ), Pulau Pinang memperkenalkan enam set menu sebagai juadah berbuka puasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pengurus Pemasaran Komunikasi HSSJ, Debra Gerardine Jayesuria berkata, kesemua set hidangan bertemakan masakan tradisional Melayu itu sudah pasti menarik minat dan selera orang ramai.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Diketuai oleh Chef Ismail Ibrahim, pihaknya membuat penambahbaikan dengan menggunakan beberapa bahan termasuk rempah ratus yang diimport dari luar negara tanpa menjejaskan konsep hidangan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Kami masih mengekalkan konsep masakan tradisional kerana percaya pengunjung lebih tertarik untuk menikmati masakan tradisional sepanjang bulan Ramadan berbanding masakan lain.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Justeru itu, chef kami akan menyediakan pelbagai masakan dan hidangan tradisional untuk dinikmati termasuklah sambal belacan, ulam-ulaman dan beraneka jenis bubur," ujarnya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Kemudian kentang dan tomato(buang kulit) tersebut dikisar.&lt;br /&gt;** Daging pula dihiris nipis-nipis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan lain/sampingan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mee kuning ~ celur sekejap dan toskan&lt;br /&gt;Taugeh ~ celur sekejap dan toskan&lt;br /&gt;Hirisan cili api/hijau dan merah&lt;br /&gt;Hirisan daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;Hirisan lemon/limau kasturi/limau nipis&lt;br /&gt;Telur rebus ~ dibelah dua&lt;br /&gt;Tauhu dan bawang goreng ~ saya tak letak sebab tak ada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kuah:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bahan kisar (bwg2,halia&amp;udg kering) hingga wangi. &lt;br /&gt;2. Kemudian masukkan cili, cili sos dan masak hingga garing, gunakan api kecil. &lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan keledek, tomato yang telah dikisar serta lebihan air rebusan dan masak hingga pekat (tambah air jika perlu) . &lt;br /&gt;4. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukupnya (biasanya kuah mee rebus agak manis sedikit). Setelah air mendidih, masukkan ayam dan masak dalam anggaran 20-30 minit. Angkat dan toskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayam:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam ~ yg telah direbus dan ditoskan&lt;br /&gt;3 biji bawang putih ~ tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia ~ tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar kicap lemak manis&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar cuka&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar madu ( optional )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Satukan semua bahan2 didalam mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan ayam yg telah ditoskan tadi dan gaulkan dgn bahan2 sehingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Perapkan ayam selama 30 minit dan bolehlah dipanggang atau digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk nasi:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cawan beras&lt;br /&gt;4 cawan @ secukupnya air rebusan ayam (air bergantung kpd jenis beras yg digunakan)&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bawang putih ~ ditumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia ~ ditumbuk/kisar&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos tiram/kisar&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar minyak bijan&lt;br /&gt;3 batang daun bawang bhg putih dan bawangnya ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;2 helai daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu butter/mentega&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Beras dibersih kemudian ditoskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan majerin dan minyak, masukkan bahan-bahan tumbuk kemudian goreng hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan minyak bijan, sos tiram dan beras, kacau rata beras dgn bahan2 sebentar. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan ayam, daun bawang, daun pandan dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masak/tanak hingga masak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk sup:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Air rebusan ayam&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah&lt;br /&gt;1 biji sengkuang ~ potong dadu (saya tidak letak sbb ubi sengkuang tak ada di sini)&lt;br /&gt;Daun sup ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~ Didihkan air rebusan ayam tadi. Masukkan sengkuang dan serbuk lada sulah. Perasakan dgn garam secukupnya. Kisar semua bahan sehingga hancur. Sedia dihidang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk sos kicap:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 biji cili api&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit halia (ambil dari rebusan)&lt;br /&gt;4/5 biji bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Kicap secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;Air rebusan ayam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Tepung jagung ~ campur dgn sedikit air utk memekatkan sos kicap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan dalam 2 sudu besar minyak. Tumiskan bawang putih, bawang merah/besar dan halia sehingga wang dan sedikit garing.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan cili dan tomato sos serta daging. Tambahkan sedikit air dan masak sehingga daging masak dan lembut.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kemudian masukkan lobak merah, capsicum , bawang besar dan tomato. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng yee mee hingga agak garing. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.       Tumis sedikit bawang putih hingga agak garing dan masukkan ayam, udang dan fish cake. Masukkan air rebusan ayam bersama bahan perasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.       Masukkan tepung jagung yang telah dicampurkan air dan kacau-kacau supaya tepung tidak bergentel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.       Campurkan sawi, biar seketika dan akhir sekali masukkan telur. Tutp api dan kacau. Bersihkan sotong.Buangkan kulitnya dan basuh. Toskan kering.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan emsin sehingga naik minyak&lt;br /&gt;3. amsukkan santan, kerisek, daun limau dan daun kunyit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Gaul rata semua bahan A sehingga sama rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air dan uli sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan majerin dan uli lagi sehingga menjadi doh yg lembut [anggaran 10 minit]&lt;br /&gt;4. Bahagikan adunan pada 4 doh besar dan leperkan .&lt;br /&gt;5. Biarkan adunan naik sedikit (lebih kurang 15 minit) dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan 180 C selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;6. Keluarkan dan taburkan bahan yang disediakan...ikut pilihan yang disukai.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar lagi sehingga nampak keju mozzarella cair.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INTI PIZZA&lt;br /&gt;1. Potong dadu semua bahan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan daging kisar dan tambahkan garam serta daun aregano, tomato sos dan cili sos.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kacau hingga daging empuk. Biarkan sehingga pekat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ratakan inti atas doh yang sudah di sapukan tomato sos.&lt;br /&gt;6. Aturkan tomato, capsicum, cendawan, nanas dan sedikit keju di atas ayam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Bakar hingga masak dalam suhu 180'C&lt;br /&gt;8. Taburkan lebihan keju dan bakar sekejap hingga keju cair&lt;br /&gt;9. Panaskan kukusan dan sapukan minyak pada loyang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali kacang merah dan kacau rata. Tapiskan&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan kacang merah yg dimesin dan kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang dan kukuskan sehingga masak dalam 30 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lapisan Atas&lt;br /&gt;1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan tapiskan. Masakkan sikit adunan ni diatas api yg perlahan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bila adunan lapisan bawah telah masak, cakarkan sikit dgn garfu dan tuangkan adunan santan atas permukaan kacang merah tad.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kukus lagi selama 25 minit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan ke dalam adunan koko [no 1].&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukan tepung yang telah di ayak tadi sedikit demi sikit sambil digaul hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4. Panaskan kukusan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adunan dalam acuan .&lt;br /&gt;6. Kukus selama 1 jam atau sehingga masak dengan api yg sederhana.
