Tepung gandum dibancuh dengan air dan garam seperti menggoreng pisang. Kemudian dimasukkan udang ke dalamnya dan digoreng seekor-seekor sehingga garing. Telur direbus dan goreng sebiji-biji.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat kuahnya:&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan merjerin dan minyak bekas menggoreng tadi. Kemudian tumiskan bawang merah dan bawang putih setelah itu masukkan telur, udang galah, serbuk biskut dan tomato. Bahan2 yg digunakan adalah sama seperti nasi ayam biasa cuma ada sedikit penambahan seperti sos tiram dan minyak bijian di dalam nasi dan ubi sengkuang didlm sup. Resepi ini telah saya ubah sedikit mengikut cara saya pula. Sedap nasi ayam ni, cubalah..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan untuk rebus ayam:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam&lt;br /&gt;4 ulas bawang putih ~ diketuk&lt;br /&gt;2 inci halia ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;3 batang bawang (ambil bahagian yg putih dan bwgnya) ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;Air ~ secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;~ &lt;/strong&gt;Sediakan periuk, masukkan air, bawang putih ,halia dan garam, didihkan. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan ayam dan masak dalam anggaran 20-30 minit. Angkat dan toskan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ayam:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam ~ yg telah direbus dan ditoskan&lt;br /&gt;3 biji bawang putih ~ tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia ~ tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar kicap lemak manis&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar cuka&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar madu ( optional )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Satukan semua bahan2 didalam mangkuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan ayam yg telah ditoskan tadi dan gaulkan dgn bahan2 sehingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Perapkan ayam selama 30 minit dan bolehlah dipanggang atau digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk nasi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cawan beras&lt;br /&gt;4 cawan @ secukupnya air rebusan ayam (air bergantung kpd jenis beras yg digunakan)&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bawang putih ~ ditumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia ~ ditumbuk/kisar&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar sos tiram/kisar&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar minyak bijan&lt;br /&gt;3 batang daun bawang bhg putih dan bawangnya ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;2 helai daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu butter/mentega&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Beras dibersih kemudian ditoskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan majerin dan minyak, masukkan bahan-bahan tumbuk kemudian goreng hingga wangi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan minyak bijan, sos tiram dan beras, kacau rata beras dgn bahan2 sebentar. Kemudian masukkan air rebusan ayam, daun bawang, daun pandan dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masak/tanak hingga masak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk sup:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Air rebusan ayam&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah&lt;br /&gt;1 biji sengkuang ~ potong dadu (saya tidak letak sbb ubi sengkuang tak ada di sini)&lt;br /&gt;Daun sup ~ dihiris&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~ Didihkan air rebusan ayam tadi. Masukkan sengkuang dan serbuk lada sulah. Perasakan dgn garam secukupnya. Hidangkan bersama hirisan daun sup.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk sos cili:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 biji cili api&lt;br /&gt;6 biji cili merah ( saya tak letak sbb tak ada )&lt;br /&gt;1/2 inci halia&lt;br /&gt;4 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar jus limau nipis/kasturi&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit air rebusan ayam&lt;br /&gt;Garam dan gula secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Kisar semua bahan sehingga hancur. Sedia dihidang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Untuk sos kicap:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 biji cili api&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit halia (ambil dari rebusan)&lt;br /&gt;4/5 biji bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Kicap secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;Air rebusan ayam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Tepung jagung ~ campur dgn sedikit air utk memekatkan sos kicap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara penyediaan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Kisar semua bahan dan masak di atas dapur.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah mendidih, masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung. Panaskan minyak dan minyak sapi. Tumiskan kayu manis, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang dan buah pelaga, bawang putih dan besar dan goreng sehingga wangi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Masukkan buah tomato, tomato puree, lemon, saffron dan rempah kabsa dan goreng sebentar. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Kemudian masukkan ayam dan masak sehingga ayam masak. Tambahkan garam secukup rasa dan juga gula.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Masukkan karot, capsicum, cili merah, kismis dan beras. Masukkan air panas secukupnya dan masaklah nasi sehingga masak.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Matikan api.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuang 1 cawan air pada kelapa parut dan perah utk mendapatkan pati santan pekat. Tuang lagi 1 1/2 cawan air pada kelapa parut tadi dan perah untuk mendapatkan santan cair. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hidupkan api kembali, masukkan santan cair ke dalam periuk berisi udang. Bila mendidih, masukkan belimbing buluh, biarkan mendidih dan tuang santan pekat, masukkan juga kacang panjang dan daun kunyit, biar mendidih atas api sederhana sambil dikacau selalu supaya tak pecah minyak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan garam dan gula secukupnya.
