The mission of Resolution Church is to help people far from God experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s essential to have a clear concise mission if the local church is to succeed in spreading the gospel. But even more essential, is a working strategy to fulfill the mission. This week, our pastor will be teaching on our 4G’s(Growth, Gifts, Giving, and Groups), the strategy for Resolution Church. This is the strategy to help us have a global impact one life at a time!

The cross and its message of grace, should be the main focus of our Christian experience, but often times we think we have to have the Cross Plus something else to make ourselves more acceptable to God. Simply put, that is legalism. True freedom is found by living in grace.

Fire Before Rain

God often answers by fire before He sends rain. The fire incinerates our altars of idolatry, and burns away false securities that we tend to trust in. Sometimes things have to get worse before they can get better. When it seems like God is turning up the heat in your life, you may want to examine what you are truly devoted to and turn your heart toward Him.
