All opinions are 100% mine.

I was very excited to try this beauty kit out. Who does not need a little help in the anit aging area, right? I love that it has skin food such as vitamins and also stem cells. And we all know waht that does – fountain of youth comes to my mind! I also like that this comes as a no-nonsense kit and is affordable. $20 for a sample kit!

Here is a little bit about the kit:

The éclos system features Apple Stem Cells extracted from a rare Swiss apple which have shown tremendous ability to stimulate skin stem cells, encouraging aging skin to behave like younger skin. Plant extracts, vitamins and anti-oxidants combine with the Apple Stem Cell technology to help minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and tired skin.

Similar products were once only available from specialty brands at department stores with a high price tag to match. éclos is the first brand to bring this active ingredient to mainstream stores at a fraction of the cost- making beautiful and younger skin available to women everywhere.

My éclos Skin Care Kit included:

	Facial Cleanser Skin Prep
Cellular Activator Face Serum
Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream
Restorative Eye Cream
Instant Radiance Facial Scrub
Skin Renewal Clay Mask
Terry Cloth Head Band

	My thoughts:

Well I love the price, it is managable. I also really like the thought the company put in to the kit. Not only is it a start to finish kit – from prep to polished to moisturize – but I love they thought to put a little headband in the kit! So you really don't have to think. Put on your headband to keep your hair out of your face and go! My favorite procucts were the eye cream – it really blended away some of my dry skin and made my wrinkly smile lines seem better. I really liked the scrub – it really made my skin feel good. And the face creams were really easy to apply, smelled nice and I felt like they di dthe trick in evening out my skin without being goopy. I would recommend checking this out. One reader will win a kit too! Rafflecopter entry Ends 6/25

Strength training not only helps decrease body fat, it also helps tone muscle tissue.

By multiplying the number of servings per container by the calories per serving, it gives you the total number of calories per container.

Consuming 25-30 grams of fiber each day will help your intestines eliminate waste.

Going too long without eating causes your body to break down its own muscle tissue for energy – making weight loss difficult.

Eating regularly throughout the day helps maintain muscle tissue, which is positive for many reasons like creating a shapely appearance.

If you attempt to lose weight by skipping your first meal of the day, you will become fatigued as your brain and body run low on fuel.

Your first meal of the day should be highly nutritious providing you with quality carbohydrates and proteins.

To get the most out of your workout, eat a snack or a light meal 30 minutes to two hours before you exercise.

A moderately-active person eating around 1400 calories a day needs between 70 and 88 grams of protein to maintain their muscle tissue.

Carbohydrates are extremely useful because they provide the energy necessary for your body to function.

If you consume too many carbs, your body will store the excess as fat instead of burning it for energy.

A moderately-active person eating around 1400 calories a day needs between 140 and 175 grams of carbs a day to maintain their energy.

Limit your consumption of honey, candy, soda pop, packaged cereals, and breads made with white flour. They make losing weight difficult.

To lose weight, try cutting back on foods with hidden sugar like ketchup, white bread, canned fruits, salad dressings, and sports drinks.

Dietary fat is important. It supplies energy for your body and consuming too little can cause you to become weak and lethargic.

Fat is what gives most food its flavor. Without it, food would be bland and tasteless.

Fat is extremely important for helping you regulate your blood sugar levels – keeping your blood sugar and body from crashing.

A moderately-active person eating around 1400 calories a day needs 38 to 48 grams of fat a day to avoid slowing down their metabolism.

The Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish can help reduce inflammation, swelling, and the formation of arterial plaque in your body.

Healthy adults should not consume more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day. This amount is equivalent to one teaspoon of table salt.

If you consume more sodium than your kidneys can excrete, your body will retain excess water (bloat) to help your kidneys flush it out.

Most of the extra salt consumed each day comes from eating out at restaurants or from pre-packaged, processed, and store-bought foods.

Getting plenty of water and fiber in your diet will help to regulate your blood sugar levels, which is important to preventing diabetes.

You should drink half of your body weight in fluid ounces every day to stay well-hydrated and keep your body running efficiently.

Water is like many other things: if it is out of sight, it is out of mind. Carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go.

Strength training not only helps decrease body fat, it also helps tone muscle tissue.

A 150-lb person needs to run 3 miles to burn the amount of calories in a small McDonald’s French Fries (230 calories and 11 grams of fat).

For quick weight loss, try doing a circuit-training routine. You’ll burn more calories than with other types of exercise routines.

Wanting to eat healthy isn’t good enough. Spend time creating measurable objectives to help you eat better like learning a new recipe.

Nutrition labels are great for helping you to lose weight because they provide you with valuable information, such as serving sizes and calories per serving.

The first item listed on a nutrition label is the recommended serving size and total number of servings per container.

Who is that rascally dog and what is he doing now? This one comes out just in time for summer T- ball fun. So my kids could really connect to this! Of course there are the dynamic antics of the characters and poor Charlie Brown and Lucy! Gotta love some summer snoopy! This is great for a lazy afternoon of laughs.

About

It’s a grand slam hit with Charlie Brown and Snoopy in Warner Home Video’s DVD release of Happiness is…Peanuts™: Team Snoopy, the all new animated, sports-themed Peanuts collection available May 8, 2012. Happiness is…Peanuts™: Team Snoopy is the newest installment of the Happiness is…Peanuts™ collection. This title pairs the TV special Lucy Must Be Traded, Charlie Brown with an episode from The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show on one disc. This title will retail for $14.97 SRP.

Batter up with Peanuts and celebrate their greatest sports moments in Happiness is…Peanuts™: Team Snoopy. For Charlie Brown, a new baseball season equals new hopes of winning. Unfortunately, one player just isn’t measuring up, which makes the team decide that Lucy Must Be Traded, Charlie Brown. This delightful special finds Charlie Brown trading his teammate, Lucy for Marcie, one of Peppermint Patty’s players in hopes this will finally end his losing streak. Will Marcie lead Charlie Brown’s team to victory? More importantly, will Peppermint Patty have the patience to tolerate Lucy and her antics?

Viewers will then suit up for a triple-header of laughs with The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. The three featured segments available on DVD for the first time include, The Pelicans, which finds Charlie Brown getting stuck with mascot duties while Peppermint Patty is on the road to victory with her baseball team. In Great Pumpkin, the Peanuts gang visits the bowling alley in hopes of teaching Charlie Brown a new sport with hilarious results. In Spike, it’s game on as the neighborhood cat meets his match when Snoopy’s older brother Spike trots into town. It’s time to catch the winning spirit and share these tales with your teammates!

“With summer on the way Happiness is…Peanuts™: Team Snoopy is the perfect way to celebrate having fun outdoors with sports and activities,” said Mary Ellen Thomas, WHV Executive Marketing Director of Family & Animation Franchise. She added, “We are delighted to add another title to the growing Happiness is…Peanuts™ collection, which offers consumers great value with one Peanuts television special along with an episode from the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. It’s a must own title for Peanuts fans and anyone who loves classic animation.”

Nutrition labels are great for helping you to lose weight because they provide you with valuable information, such as serving sizes and calories per serving.

The first item listed on a nutrition label is the recommended serving size and total number of servings per container.

Pack your suitcases and renew those passports! Tom & Jerry: Around the World is your first-class ticket to an entertaining, globe-trekking adventure.

It’s Bon Voyage for Tom and Jerry as they duke it out as competing streets performers in the Big Apple in Way-Off Broadway. Tom chases Jerry through the streets of Naples in Neapolitan Mouse. In Flamenco Fiasco, the dueling duo find themselves in Spain where Tom shows off his fancy footwork as he engages in a very competitive Flamenco dance competition. It’s a trip Down Under in Kangadoofus where Jerry takes refuge with a kangaroo mother and her joeys in an effort to ditch Tom. In Freaky Tiki, it’s “Aloha” for Tom and Jerry as they relax on a Hawaiian beach and find themselves entering an active volcano where they encounter Pele, the goddess of flames. Next it’s off to Tinseltown where Tom conducts a symphony orchestra in Tom & Jerry in the Hollywood Bowl. These and several other captivating adventures are featured on this must-own release.

“It’s a lot of fun to see these two iconic characters out of their typical environment and in new and exciting settings. What is equally exciting is that you get over two hours of international high-jinks and an Ultraviolet digital copy of the whole release” said Mary Ellen Thomas, WHV Executive Marketing Director of Non-Theatrical Franchise. She added, “Tom and Jerry fans of all ages will want to add this title to their DVD libraries. It’s a collection that’s not to be missed.”

Originally created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, Tom and Jerry centers on the never-ending rivalry between Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse. The plots of each short usually center on Tom’s attempts to capture Jerry. Jerry however, is clever and quick on his feet so Tom hardly ever manages to catch him. The original series is notable for having won the Academy Award® for Best Short Subject: Cartoon seven times.***
