The Mogul Caballero in the trendy Avenida Presidente Masarik section of Mexico City has items ranging in price from a few hundred to around seven thousand dollars.

One customer is a surgeon who sporting a high end fashionable coat can repel cold as well as pistol and even machine gun bullets.

Customers include bullfighters, police, politicians and anyone with higher incomes who are regularly kidnapped for ransom in Mexico City.

“What we offer is one more chance at life,” said Javier Di Carlo, the marketing manager, as he showed off the top-of-the-line Black collection in a private fitting room. “We don’t want people to say to the criminal, ‘Shoot me.’ Nobody should feel like Superman. One camera for the crocodile enclosure showed an emotionless young boy feeding the rare reptiles to the large 440-pound salt water crocodile. At one point the boy climbed over the wall to get a closer look at the carnage.

The reptiles included a rare twenty year old goanna, a large turtle, bearded dragons, other goannas, Thorny Devils and Blue tongue lizards which are rare in captivity.

“I thought for the sheer consequences of what he did that there would have to be some severe punishment, but he’s only seven, they can’t do anything to kids under 10,” Mr Neindorf said.

“We’re going to see what we can do, maybe try and sue the family in the civil court, we’ll look down that avenue.”

According to Mr Neindorf, the “nasty” boy’s brother was part of a group who attacked Terry the crocodile about five years ago.

He said they often get kids trying to throw rocks at the animal enclosures from a nearby hill, but this incident is the worst that has happened in the history of the zoo.

Police questioned the boy who lives nearby but are unable to proceed with any criminal charges. The laws in that part of Australia shield children under the age of ten from liability in any criminal prosecution.

Two different robbers labeled “The Hard Hat Bandit” and “The Chatty Bandit” robbed the same location within three hours of each other. The first robber brandished a firearm and demanded money around 3PM and the second passed a note. The second robber is believed to have robbed three other banks this week alone.

Neither suspect has been arrested and the FBI is investigating the apparently unrelated robberies.

Williams, who has previously claimed to have had extraterrestrial encounters, arrived armed with video equipment in his search for aliens during a recent visit to Trout Lake in Washington.

Tara Garnett, the report’s author, warned that campaigns encouraging people to change their habits voluntarily were doomed to fail and urged the government to use caps on greenhouse gas emissions and carbon pricing to ensure changes were made. “Food is important to us in a great many cultural and symbolic ways, and our food choices are affected by cost, time, habit and other influences,” the report says. “Study upon study has shown that awareness-raising campaigns alone are unlikely to work, particularly when it comes to more difficult changes.”

Instead, it recommended cutting meat consumption by at least half and making sure animals were fed as much as possible on grass and food waste which could not be eaten by humans. World population is estimated to grow to nearly 9 billion by 2050, and the UN is calling for a total reduction in emissions by 2050.

The NFU also called for government incentives to help farmers make the changes. “Farmers aren’t going to do this out of the goodness of their hearts, because farmers don’t have that luxury; many of our members are very hard pressed at the moment,” said Jonathan Scurlock, the NFU’s chief adviser on renewable energy and climate change.
