Intr-o tava de cuptor tapetata cu unt sau ulei se pune pestele taiat bucati de cc 2cm grosime.&lt;br /&gt;
-Apoi intre bucatile de peste se pune ceapa taiata felii, ardeiul&amp;nbsp; si rosiile felii , apoi dafinul, sare , piper si 300 ml suc de rosii 300. Se baga la cuptor cc 1 h. Cand este gata se pune verdeata tocata marunt. Apoi se pune mararul tocat.Intre timp se fac clatitele din faina ,ou sare si apa minerala ( cam 8-10 clatite).&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce s-a mai racit compozitia de ciuperci se adauga smantana.Apoi se umplu clatitele cu compozitia de mai sus&amp;nbsp; si se pun intr-o tava tapetata cu unt. Mod de preparare:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Se taie carnea in bucati mici care se prajesc timp de 1 h (amestecand des) si stropita cu putina apa. Intre timp varza se taie marunt,se sareaza dupa gust si se freaca bine pana cand se inmoaie. Intr-o tava de aragaz mai inalta se pune un strat de varza,se adauga 1/2 ceapa taiata marunt,se condimenteaza cu piper,condimente pentru varza,vegeta,se pune 1 foaie de dafin si o parte din carnea prajita.Se repeta pasul pana terminati ingredientele. Se toarna peste tot continutul 500 ml suc de rosii ,100 ml ulei si se baga la cuptor 1 h . Cind incepe sa clocotesca, se scoate spuma de mai multe ori, pina cind nu se mai formeaza, apoi se adauga o parte de sare. Se curata zarzavatul, se spala si se taie marunt sau se rade pe razatoare, dupa care se introduce in ciorba. Cand carnea si zarzavatul sint aproape fierte, se adauga orezul, ales si spalat. Rosiile, curatate de pielita, de simburi si taiate felii, se adauga ceva mai titziu. In lipsa rosiilor, se pune bulionul dizolvat intr-o lingura de supa. Se lasa sa mai fiarba 10-15 minute. Separat, se fierbe intr-un vas zeama de varza si, cind clocoteste, se toarna prin strecuratoare in oala cu ciorba. Dupa ce ciorba a mai dat citeva clocote, se potriveste de sare si de acreala, mai adaugind daca este necesar zeama sau sare de lamiie dizolvata in apa. Cind sint pe jumatate gata, se adauga cepele taiate pestisor si usturoiul pisat. Dupa ce s-au aurit si cepele, se toarna supa, sarea, piperul, sofranul, coriandrul. Se lasa sa fiarba aproximativ 1/2 de ora. Dupa ce carnea a fiert, bucatelele de pui se scot, iar in sosul ramas se adauga faina. Se amesteca incet, pina ce se ingroasa putin. Se scurg, pastrandu-se 50 ml din apa in care au fiert.&lt;br /&gt;Se pune uleiul intr-o cratita si se topeste untul (daca folosim unt la paste). Se adauga pastele si se tin pe foc 2-3 minute, amestecand incontinuu. Se adauga branza rasa, dupa gust, de preferabil astfel incat sa nu mai fie nevoie sa punem sare. Daca pastele par uscate (de regula cand branza este saraca in grasimi) se adauga cateva linguri din apa in care au fiert. Se urmareste formarea unui sos consistent. Se mai tin 1-2 minute pe foc mic amestecand ca sa nu se prinda. Se rastoarna pastele pe un platou incalzit in prealabil si se toarna deasupra sucul de rosii fierbinte.
