Am trait cu Blue Air cea mai jalnica experienta aviatica de pana acum, dar si cea mai ciudata din punctul de vedere al relatiei prestator de servicii-client.&lt;div&gt;
Calatoresc destul de des, pana acum doar Europa si Asia. Am zburat frecvent cu companiile Tarom, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian, Swiss, Lufthansa, Air Dolomiti, Air Berlin, KLM, Royal Air Maroc, Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, Emirates, Mahan Air (Iran), Czech Airlines. Blue Air ofera preturi mici, dar nu au pic de respect pentru pasageri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Este bine sa aveti in vedere, daca planuiti sa calatoriti cu Blue Air, ca bagajele de mana acceptate de ei sunt o dimensiune mai mica decat cele acceptate de restul companiilor aeriene, si anume 55cm x 40cm x 20cm si trebuie sa va indesati in el ce mai aveti la Dvs. , poseta , laptop, ca oamenii nu va primesc sub nicio forma cu geanta si bagajul de mana.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Deci, eu am zburat pe ruta Bucuresti-Bruxelles si retur. Am citit indicatiile, mi-am facut frumos check-in online si l-am printat (altfel platiti 10 euro in aeroport), m-am prezentat la ei la check-in, mi s-a inmanat Boarding Card-ul. Totul ok.&lt;/div&gt;

Incepe imbarcarea. Imi bag geanta in bagajul de mana cu care calatoresc de obicei, ajung la un tip care proba bagajele, vad ca nu incape bagajul meu acolo, nu zic absolut nimic, &amp;nbsp;individul imediat imi zice &amp;nbsp;&quot;Haideti doamna ca nu incape&quot;, de parca eu as fi comentat ceva . Si adauga pentru ca aveam abtibilduri cu codul de bare pe bagaj de la ultima calatorie &quot; Asta e bagaj de cala, nu de mana&quot; . Nu aveam cum sa ii spun namilei ca l-am predat ca asa am avut eu chef, sa calatoresc cu geanta pe umar, ca restul companiilor sunt ok si nu tepuiesc clientii la bagaje, cum face Blue Air.&lt;/div&gt;

Am platit fara sa protestez 65 de euro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ce m-a revoltat, erau doua doamne care mergeau la munca in Belgia, nu la distractie, si nu isi permiteau sa dea 65 de euro/ 300ron , in aceeasi situatie ca si mine - bagajul de mana cu care calatoreau de obicei nu a fost acceptat de Blue Air, care nu stie sa spuna decat &quot;Nu platiti, nu zburati&quot; . Am pus geanta uneia dintre doamne in bagajul meu ca oricum platisem si vroiam sa mai iau cate ceva si de la doamna cealalta, dar nu i-au acceptat sub nicio forma bagajul si a fost obligata sa isi lasa din lucruri acolo, sub presiunea ca &quot;hotarati-va, ca intarziati zborul&quot; . Mentionez ca bagajele doamnelor respective erau foarte mici, dar aveau latimea ceva mai mare de 20cm , dar mai mica de 25cm. Aeronava era una normala Boeing 737 cu compartimente normale de bagaje, deci ar fi incaput bagajele normale de mana.&lt;/div&gt;

Langa mine, o domnisoara pana in 30 de ani, incercase sa isi faca check-in online, dar din cauza unei erori tehnice a site-ului nu i s-a trimis confirmarea care trebuia printata. Fara foile printate de check-in , se platesc 10 euro Individa de la Blue Air de acolo, in loc sa isi ceara scuze pentru problema tehnica si sa incerce sa rezolve o situatie a unui client care a platit un bilet de avion, a inceput sa o ia tare &quot;Nu platiti, nu zburati&quot; . Cred ca fraza asta face parte din training-ul angajatelor Blue Air (intre doua participari la &quot;Te pui cu blondele&quot;, cred ca mai fac si training) . Cand pasagera a indraznit sa spuna &quot;Dar nu este corect, vreau sa fac reclamatie&quot;, domnisoara Blue Air a inceput sa o ameninte ca o sa cheme paza si ca o da afara din aeroport. Si a continuat cu &quot;Nu platiti, nu zburati&quot; . Pasagera s-a conformat si a platit.&lt;/div&gt;

Nu am mai vazut asemenea situatie si hartuire de cand eram mica din autobuze, cand controlorii hartuiau pasagerii prinsi fara bilet... O situatie total inacceptabila pentru o companie aeriana care opereaza international.&lt;/div&gt;

Eram si eu curioasa de ce bagajul meu a costat intr-o parte 50 euro si intr-o parte 65 de euro, bani platiti direct angajatilor Blue Air, de ce biletul meu care in final a ajuns sa coste 180 euro, cat un bilet normal, dar ca zbor si atmosfera a fost jalnic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Am decis sa postez aceasta reteta pentru ca vad ca o cautati pe google si ajungeti pe site-ul meu.&lt;br /&gt;
Este foarte buna, se face repede, se mananca si mai repede.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
2 vinete coapte, decojite, fara seminte (am inteles ca din cauza semintelor vinetele sunt greu de digerat)&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 graunti de usturoi zdrobiti&lt;br /&gt;
o cutie mica de iaurt grecesc Oly&lt;br /&gt;
3-4 linguri de ulei de masline extra-virgin&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper proaspat macinat&lt;br /&gt;
zeama de lamaie dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
ardei iute uscat dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
menta uscata dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se coc vinetele in primul rand. Daca le coaceti in cuptor, nu uitati sa le intepati bine inainte.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Vinetele decojite, scurse &amp;nbsp;si racite se toaca marunt, se amesteca cu iaurtul, usturoiul, sarea, piperul, zeama de lamaie si uleiul de masline.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se servesc cu menta uscata deasupra si/sau ardei iute uscat.&lt;/div&gt;

Aceasta este o salata simpla si delicioasa, se face rapid si este foarte hranitoare. O fac fie cu patrunjel verde, fie cu busuioc.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente pentru doua persoane:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
un avocado bine copt&lt;br /&gt;
4-5 castraveti de gradina mici&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de legatura de patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 graunti de usturoi zdrobiti&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
dupa gust: sare, ardei iute uscat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se spala castravetii si se taie cubulete.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se taie avocado cubulete .&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se spala patrunjelul, se sterge cu un servetel si se taie marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se amesteca ingredientele de mai sus si se asezoneaza cu sare, ulei de masline, zeama de lamaie, ardei iute uscat.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Avocado oxideaza destul de repede asa ca nu este recomandat sa lasati salata mult timp in frigider. Pentru a fi rece puteti tine ingredientele in frigider inainte de preparare.&lt;/div&gt;

1. Se spala rosiile si dovleceii, se taie feliute de 0.5 cm grosime.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Intr-un castron incapator se pune uleiul si cei trei&amp;nbsp;graunti de usturoi zdrobiti, jumatate de lingurita de sare si jumatate de lingurita de rozmarin. Se amesteca si se pun feliile de rosii si dovlecei si se amesteca usor ca sa fie uleioase pe toate partile.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se incinge o tigaie cu dungi sau un gratar si se pun legumele sa se friga, in transe&lt;br /&gt;
4. Cand se frig, se pun inapoi in castronul cu uleiul de masline, usturoi si condimente in care au fost initial.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Intre timp se pune la fiert o oala cu apa in care adaugam o lingurita de sare si se fierb pastele conform timpului de pe pachet.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Cand pastele sunt fierte, le scurgem din apa fiarta, le clatim cu apa rece si le adaugam in castronul cu dovlecei si rosii. Amestecam usor.&lt;br /&gt;

Thoum in limba araba inseamna usturoi. Acest sos de usturoi, foarte simplu de facut pentru ca este practic o maioneza, este delicios si se potriveste bine cu carne de pui fripta si cartofi prajiti.&lt;br /&gt;
Este perfect pentru shaworma, dupa ce o sa incercati acest sos acasa, nu o sa va mai atingeti niciodata de maioneza dezgustatoare cu usturoi de la supermarket. &lt;br /&gt;
Eu am facut o cantitate foarte mica, doar pentru doua persoane, exact cantitatea din poza. Este mai usor de preparat cand cantitatea este mai mare, pentru ca sunt sanse mai mici sa se taie daca picati mai mult ulei,&lt;br /&gt;
Se pregateste exact ca maioneza, secretul este sa adaugati putin cate putin uleiul, daca va este mai simplu, puneti uleiul intr-o ceasca si adaugati in compozitie cate o lingura.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca se taie, mutati compozitia taiata, treptat cate o lingura, in alt castron si amestecati continuu pana cand ajunge din nou la consistenta de maioneza.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente, pentru 2 persoane:&lt;br /&gt;
6 graunti mari de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de sare&lt;br /&gt;
zeama de la jumatate de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
ulei de floarea soarelui, aproximativ 50 ml - puteti pune mai mult pentru o cantitate mai mare&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se curata usturoiul si zdrobeste bine intr-un mojar impreuna cu sarea pana devine pasta.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se transfera intr-un bol ceramic si se adauga o lingura de ulei, se amesteca continuu cu o lingura de lemn, &amp;nbsp;pana cand uleiul este incorporat total, apoi inca o lingura, se amesteca intr-un singur sens ca sa nu se taie si se continua pana cand tot uleiul a fost incorporat si avem o maioneza cremoasa de usturoi.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se adauga zeama de lamaie, pasta o sa se deschida la culoare.&lt;br /&gt;

telemea de oaie veche, aproximativ cat doua cutii de Fagaras&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri de parmezan&lt;br /&gt;
3 oua&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de nucsoara macinata&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura de seminte de negrilita &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-o oala se fierbe apa cu sare, cand clocoteste se adauga pastele si se fierb 6 minute. Se scurg din apa fierbinte si se clatesc cu apa rece.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Intr-un castron se amesteca ouale cu branza Fagaras, telemeaua data pe razatoare, nucsoara si semintele de negrilita.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se incorporeaza pastele in compozitia de branza, se amesteca cu grija pentru a nu le zdrobi.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se unge un vas termorezistent cu unt sau ulei, se adauga compozitia de paste si branza si se da la cuptor pana cand marginile se rumenesc.&lt;/div&gt;

500 g de carne tocata de oaie sau amestec &lt;br /&gt;
o legatura mica de patrujel verde tocat marunt&lt;br /&gt;
o ceapa mare data pe razatoarea fina si scursa de zeama&lt;br /&gt;
2 graunti de usturoi zdrobiti&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita cu varf de baharat arabesc&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de boia de ardei dulce&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de piper negru&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita de sare&lt;br /&gt;
un ou&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de pesmet sau paine uscata zobita&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se amesteca toate ingredientele si se pune compozitia la frigider cel putin o ora inainte de firgire/coacere.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Daca alegeti sa frigeti kafta de betisoare de lemn pe gratar, scufundati 10-155min betisoarele in apa.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Pentru coacere : Incingeti cuptorul, puneti hartie de copt intr-o tava si modelati kafta lunguiet si plat si&amp;nbsp;introduceti in cuptor la foc mediu.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;Dupa 10 min intoarceti fiecare kafta si pune-ti din nou la cuptor pana se rumenesc.&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveste calda, alaturi de salata de patrunjel, pilaf, sos de iaurt cu castravete si usturoi,&lt;br /&gt;
Sub forma de shaworma, se serveste cu diverse salate, cartofi prajiti si sos de tahin cu lamaie si usturoi.&lt;br /&gt;

o rosie data pe razatoare&lt;br /&gt;

o lingura de pasta de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura de pasta de ardei gras rosu dulce, nu iute&lt;br /&gt;
piper negru proaspat macinat&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de praf de chilli (optional)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-o cratita se caleste ceapa in unt si ulei de masline, pana devine sticloasa.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se adauga ardeiul verde si rosia.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se adauga apa, sare, piper, zahar, chilli, pasta de tomate si se aduce la fiert.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se spala bulgurul bine pana cand apa este limpede, se scurge si se adauga in cratita cu zeama de legume.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se da focul mic, se lasa sa scada lichidul. Se amesteca din cand in cand.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Cand lichidul a scazut, se opreste focul. Se adauga 3 servetele de bucatarie&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;peste oala, se pune un capac si se lasa asa pana in momentul servirii.&lt;br /&gt;

Halvaua iraniana este diferita de cea cu care suntem obisnuiti din comert prin faptul ca este cremoasa, foarte dulce si abunda in arome de sofran, cardamom si apa de trandafiri. &lt;br /&gt;
Halvaua mea a iesit foarte inchisa la culoare pentru ca am folosit zahar brun si faina integrala, dar pentru o culoare intensa de galben folositi faina alba si zahar obisnuit. &lt;br /&gt;
Dupa cum stiti, dulciurile orientale nu sunt deloc dietetice, acesta este chiar o bomba (ce poate sa fie mai greu decat faina prajita in unt si stinsa cu sirop de zahar ?!? ) dar ii rog pe nutritionisti sa ma ierte, nu am mai gustat de anul trecut halva.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
200g&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; zahar&lt;br /&gt;
200g&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; faina&lt;br /&gt;
200ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de pachet de unt + 3 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
cateva filamente de sofran&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de esenta de trandafir de la Dr. Oetker&lt;br /&gt;
un sfert de lingurita de cardamom&lt;br /&gt;
1. Amestecati apa cu zaharul si fierbeti cateva minute pana ce zaharul este topit. Adaugati sofranul, apa de trandafir si cardamomul si lasati deoparte.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Intr-o tigaie de teflon puneti untul topit, uleiul si faina si amestecati cu o lingura de lemn. Lasati sa fiarba la foc mic aproximativ 20min, amestecand frecvent. Important este sa nu se arda, dar sa se si prajeasca faina.&amp;nbsp; Nu trebuie sa arate ca o compozitie legata. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Acum adaugati siropul peste compozitia de faina incet incet, amestecand continuu timp de 3-4 minute. O sa inceapa sa sfaraie si sa bolboroseasca la inceput, dar amestecand veti observa ca se transforma intr-o crema care se ingroasa.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se serveste rece cu fistic presarat deasupra, migdale sau nuca de cocos.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Daca doriti sa modelati bilute, asteptati pana cand halvaua ajunge la temperatura camerei si abia atunci bagati mana in ea. Bilutele le tavaliti prin nuca, fistic sau migdale macinate. &lt;br /&gt;

Pentru ca se apropie Norooz, Anul Nou persan si se obisnuieste sa se serveasca peste cu ocazia acestei sarbatori, m-am hotarat sa postez o reteta de peste. &lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente pentru 2 persoane:&lt;br /&gt;
2 fileuri&amp;nbsp; de peste alb, am folosit salau de Nil&lt;br /&gt;
un ou&lt;br /&gt;
cateva filamente de sofran infuzat cu 3-4 linguri de apa fiebinte&lt;br /&gt;
faina cat sa se faca o compozitie mai groasa decat cea de clatite impreuna cu oul si infuzia de sofran (am pus 3 linguri de faina integrala si o lingura de fulgi de orez ca sa fie crocant)&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de turmeric/curcuma&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de praf de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de seminte de&amp;nbsp; coriandru macinat&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 de lingurita de praf de seminte de schinduf (optional)&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper, dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
1. Daca pestele este congelat, se decongeleaza in frigider, nu se pune in apa. Se clateste cu apa rece cand este decongelat, se sterge cu servetele de bucatarie, se sareaza si se pipereaza.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se amesteca oul cu infuzia de sofran si se adauga faina si toate condimentele pana cand se obtine o compozitie pentru pane, mai groasa decat cea de clatite. Se pune si in aceasta compozitie putina sare. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Se pune pestele in aceasta compozitie, sa se acopere pe toate partile si se lasa la frigider 30 min. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Se prajeste in ulei sau se coace in cuptor pe hartie de copt pana cand se rumeneste frumos. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Se serveste alaturi de orez cu verdeata, Sabzi Polo si rosii coapte. &lt;br /&gt;

Aceasta reteta de peste am pregatit-o aseara pentru prima zi de dieta Rina, ziua de proteine. O sa mananc acest peste la pranz si seara. &lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente pentru doua portii:&lt;br /&gt;
500 g file de peste alb, fara piele, am folosit salau de Nil congelat&lt;br /&gt;
2 cepe mari&lt;br /&gt;
un grante de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita de turmeric&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita de coriandru macinat&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita de curry (am folosit curry madras)&lt;br /&gt;
2 lamai uscate zdrobite (in lipsa puteti folosi zeama de la o lamaie intreaga pe care o adaugati la sfarsitul gatirii)&lt;br /&gt;
cateva fire de sofran infuzat intr-o cescuta de apa fierbinte 5 minute&lt;br /&gt;
Optional, daca aveti (se gasesc la Ki-life la Piata Amzei sau pe internet la magazinul de condimente) :&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura de frunze de curry uscate&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura de lemon grass uscat&lt;br /&gt;
800ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
Se taie ceapa feliute subtiri, se adauga intr-o tava adanca impreuna cu pestele si toate condimentele. Se acopera cu apa si se baga la cuptor pana cand apa scade la jumatate si pestele este gatit. Data viitoare o sa pun mai multa apa pentru ca zeama este delicioasa.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca nu sunteti la dieta, serviti alaturi de orez basmati sau orez integral. &lt;br /&gt;

Am hotarat sa fac acest sos pentru paste ca sa eutanasiez cele 5 fire lungi de busuioc golase pe care cu greu le cresc de prin decembrie. Dar cum nu erau suficiente pentru pesto am pus o legatura de patrunjel. Cred ca merge bine si cu rucola. &lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente pentru 2 persoane:&lt;br /&gt;
Paste de care vreti, am folosit pappardele de la Delverde nr 83, &lt;br /&gt;
un avocado&lt;br /&gt;
3 graunti de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
zeama de lamaie este optionala, gustati si vedeti daca nu vi se pare gretos, nu puneti. Ajuta sa nu se schimbe culoarea&lt;br /&gt;
cele trei fire golase de busuioc tocate&lt;br /&gt;
o legatura mica de patrunjel tocat&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
Pt servit: fulgi de ardei iute, optional alte ierburi uscate, branza pentru paste de la Napolact. Merg si de post cu nuci sau seminte de dovleac deasupra. &lt;br /&gt;
1. Puneti apa la fiert cu sare, cand clocoteste adaugati pastele si fierbeti conform timpului indicat pe pachet. La mine 7 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Taiati avocado in doua, scoateti samburele, scoateti miezul cu o lingura.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Puneti intr-un blender avocado, patrunjelul, busuiocul,sarea, uleiul de masline, si 6-7 linguri de apa fiebinte de la paste si blendati pana devine un sos. Gustati si daca e nevoie puneti lamaie. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Intre timp pastele au fiert, le scurgeti, le clatiti cu apa rece, le varsati intr-un castron, turnati sosul peste ele si amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se monteaza pe farfurie, se presara deasupra fulgi de ardei iute si branza pentru paste si se mananca cu pofta. &lt;br /&gt;

Mujaddara este un fel de mancare foarte popular in Orientul Mijlociu.&amp;nbsp;Contine ingrediente simple : orez, linte, ceapa si condimente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aceasta reteta a fost mentionata pentru prima data in jurul anilor 1200 intr-o carte de bucate din Irak. &lt;br /&gt;
Datorita ingredientelor simple, Mujaddara era considerata hrana oamenilor de rand. Un vechi proverb arab spune &quot; Un om infometat ar fi in stare sa isi vanda sufletul pentru o farfurie cu Mujaddara&quot; Probabil cu mult inainte de a se descoperi petrolul in Golf :-)&lt;br /&gt;
In mod normal, Mujaddara se face cu orez Jasmine sau Basmati si ceapa prajita. Eu am facut astazi cu orez integral si ceapa caramelizata fara ulei.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
2 cesti de orez integral&lt;br /&gt;
o cutie de linte fiarta&lt;br /&gt;
4 cepe &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita turmeric &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita seminte de coriandru macinate&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita chimion macinat&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita amestec arabesc all spice (baharaat arabesc, compozitia mai jos in comentarii)&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper&lt;br /&gt;
patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-un vas se pune orezul spalat cu apa rece, se adauga 6 cesti de apa, sare si se fierbe&amp;nbsp; 40-50 de minute pana cand orezul este moale. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Se taie ceapa subtire. Eu am taiat fiecare ceapa in 4 apoi fiecare sfert in feliute subtiri. Se pune intr-o tigaie de teflon sau ceramica,&amp;nbsp; se adauga apa cat sa o acepere si se lasa la fiert. Cand apa scade total ceapa incepe sa se rumeneasca si trebuie sa amestecati continuu cu o lingura de lemn pana devine culoarea caramelului. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Cand a scazut toata apa la orez verificati daca este fiert. Daca mai este nevoie mai adaugati o ceasca de apa si lasati sa scada.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se adauga lintea scursa din cutie si clatita peste orez, impreuna cu condimentele si 3/4 din ceapa caramelizata, se verifica daca mai trebuie sare si se lasa 5 minute la foc foarte mic cu capac.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Se serveste cu ceapa caramelizata deasupra si patrunjel verde.&lt;br /&gt;
In poza este mujaddara alaturi de dulceata de ardei iute (cumparata), chutney de mango si chutney de dovleac si ardei iute murat. &lt;br /&gt;

Cred ca in final am descoperit mancarea mea iraniana preferata. Pana acum in top erau la egalitate Khashk ye Badenjan si Ash Reshteh. De astazi clar cel mai mult imi place Khoresht Narenj. &lt;br /&gt;
Este o mancare care se prepara foarte simplu, partea complicata e curatarea de pielite a feliilor de portocala, dar este mai simplu decat a taia legume pentru Salata Beouf de exemplu. &lt;br /&gt;
In primul rand spalati bine portocalele cu apa calduta si radeti-le coaja, dar fara partea alba. Apoi taiati-le ca in filmul de mai jos:&lt;br /&gt;

3 linguri de zeama de lamaie(optional)&lt;br /&gt;

1. Intr-o oala nelipicioasa se pune untul/uleiul, ceapa si turmericul si se lasa doua minute sa se caleasca putin. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Se adauga carnea de pui si morcovul ras si se acopera cu apa si cu un capac si se lasa sa fiarba 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se adauga coaja rasa a celor 4 portocale si infuzia de sofran, se lasa sa fiarba 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se adauga feliile de portocale curatate ca in filmulet si se lasa la foc mic inca 5 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Se serveste cu orez basmati si optional se poate orna cu fistic macinat si agrise calite in unt si zahar. &lt;br /&gt;

Lintea este un aliment minune, care ar trebui consumat frecvent. Cateva beneficii practice ale consumului regulat de linte sunt:&lt;br /&gt;

- Previne aparitia afectiunilor inimii;&lt;br /&gt;
- Sporeste nivelul de energie al organismului si creste rezistenta fizica la efort;&lt;br /&gt;
- Este recomandata in tratamentul post-operatoriu (starile de convalescenta);&lt;br /&gt;
- Este recomandata mamelor care alapteaza;&lt;br /&gt;
Nu exista contraindicatii serioase pentru linte, insa este indicat ca dieta sa nu se bazeze excesiv pe consumul acestei legume, pentru a nu se solicita prea mult aparatul digestiv. Totusi, in caz de indigestie, obezitate, cistita, guta, este recomandat sa se evite consumul de linte.&lt;br /&gt;

Pentru salata mea de astazi am folosit urmatoarele ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;

Eu astazi am folosit varietatea de curry Madras, avand ca ingrediente: coriandru, turmeric, fenicul, chimion, chilli, piper negru, anason stelat, schinduf, ghimbir, foi de dafin si scortisoara. O lista lunga de plante cu proprietati terapeutice bine cunoscute. Pe scurt, imbunatateste functiile cerebrale si cardiace, ajuta digestia, este anti-inflamator, anti-oxidant si anti-cancerigen, contine vitamine si minerale importante si mai ales ESTE DELICIOS.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru aceasta supa avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;
300g broccoli congelat&lt;br /&gt;
o ceapa mare&lt;br /&gt;
2 cartofi medii&lt;br /&gt;
un morcov&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de ardei capia&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita cu varf de curry&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita de sare &lt;br /&gt;
un ardei iute uscat&lt;br /&gt;
700-800ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru servit iaurt. &lt;br /&gt;
Se curata legumele (in afara de broccoli) si se spala, se taie mare si se pun la fiert cu apa, sare si curry. Cand sunt fierti cartofii si morcovii se adauga broccoli si se mai fierbe 7-8 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Se da la o parte de pe foc, se lasa sa se raceasca putin si se paseaza.&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveste cu iaurt. &lt;br /&gt;

Imi plac foarte mult supele cu iaurt sau smantana. Zilele trecute am gasit pe net, pe site-ul www.desimelange.com (care este fascinant), aceasta supa indiana de iaurt. Este foarte foarte consistenta si cremoasa, nu foarte iute, dar aromata si se face repede.&lt;br /&gt;
Are intr-adevar ingrediente poate mai exotice, cum ar fi frunzele de curry, turmericul (curcuma) si chimionul, dar nu imposibil de gasit. Am gasit frunze de curry la magazinul Ki-life de la Piata Amzei, un plic destul de mare de frunze uscate costa 4.50 RON si am mai luat si lemongrass pentru alte retete, tot un plic mare 8.90 RON. Le puteti comanda si online de pe site-ul www.magazin-condimente.ro unde am vazut ca au o multime de chestii la preturi rezonabile. &lt;br /&gt;
Reteta asta se face cu faina de naut, care poate sa fie putin ciudata pentru gustul nostru romanesc. Faina de naut totusi nu contine gluten si este recomandata celor care au intoleranta la aceasta substanta.&amp;nbsp; Mie mi-a placut mult, dar puteti sa o inlocuiti cu piure de cartofi instant.&lt;br /&gt;
Sau cel mai simplu, puneti curry de la plic pentru ca contine si turmeric si mai multe condimente :-))&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru o portie (am fost singura acasa :-) ) aveti nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;
2 pahare de iaurt de 150g, am folosit Oly&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri de faina de naut/piure instant de cartofi&lt;br /&gt;
150ml apa (masurati cu cutia de iaurt)&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 lingurita de turmeric&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita de chilli sau paprika daca nu indrazniti&lt;br /&gt;
sare dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de ardei taiat cubulete mici mici&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru condimentat:&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;
1-2 ardei iuti uscati&lt;br /&gt;
un graunte de usturoi mare razuit&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita de ghimbir razuit&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 frunze de curry&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita de seminte de chimion&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-un blender puneti iaurtul cu faina de naut, apa, sare, chilli si turmeric si amestecati bine. Puteti sa faceti asta si cu un tel. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Puneti compozitia intr-o craticioara nelipicioasa la foc mic de tot si fierbeti incet impreuna cu ardeiul tocat marunt. Mestecati des cu o lingura de lemn. Si purtati sort, pentru ca sare. Fierbeti incet cam 7-10 minute pana cand faina de naut este gatita. Dati la o parte de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Intr-o tigaie incingeti 2 linguri de ulei si puneti ardeiul iute uscat, chimionul, usturoiul, ghimbirul, frunzele de curry si prajiti cam un minut amestecand continuu. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Turnati condimentele de la punctul 3 peste compozitia de la punctul 2 si mai puneti pe foc mic un minut, amestecati. &lt;br /&gt;
5. Se serveste fierbinte. Eu am mai turnat deasupra cateva picaturi de ulei cu ardei iute. &lt;br /&gt;

Bamele sunt originare din Africa si fac parte din aceeasi familie de plante ca si arborele de cacao, bumbacul si hibiscusul. Sunt folosite mai ales in bucatariile creole (fostele colonii din Africa, Brazilia, Caraibe, Antile etc), bucataria indiana, persana si arabeasca. &lt;br /&gt;
Multi oameni detesta aceste legume datorita mucilagiilor care se formeaza in jurul lor in timpul gatirii, insa tocmai datorita acestor substante bamele sunt in categoria alimentelor benefice pentru cei care sufera de boli ale stomacului. &lt;br /&gt;
Nu am gatit niciodata bame crude, doar conservate in saramura sau congelate. &lt;br /&gt;
Ca sa scap de substanta mucilaginoasa, scurg bamele conservate din zeama lor si le pun pentru cateva minute in apa cu otet apoi le spal cu apa rece. Functioneaza. Oricum astept si alte sfaturi :-)&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta pe care o sa v-o prezint este libaneza, bamele fiind foarte populare in aceasta tara si gatite in diferite feluri.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
un borcan mare de bame conservate in saramura, am folosit Durra, de pe site-ul www.durra-diamant.ro&lt;br /&gt;
o ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
2 graunti de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
o cutie de rosii decojite cubulete&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de chimion macinat&lt;br /&gt;
jumatate de lingurita de paprika&lt;br /&gt;
un ardei iute uscat&lt;br /&gt;
un sfert de lingurita de scortisoara&lt;br /&gt;
un sfert de lingurita de all spice&lt;br /&gt;
sare dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
o lingura de zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
patrunjel verde&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
aproximativ 200ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
1. Intr-o tigaie mai inalta se incalzeste uleiul de masline, se pune ceapa taiata marunt si usturoiul zdrobit si se calesc putin 2-3 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Se adauga conserva de rosii, condimentele si bamele.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Se adauga aproximativ 200ml de apa sau mai putin daca bamele sunt foarte crude si se fierb incet 15 minute. Cand este gata se adauga zeama de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
4. Se serveste cu patrunjel verde, alaturi de orez.&lt;/div&gt;
