a fost un meniu excelent. Aperitive obisnuite: oua umplute, ciuperci cu maioneza, humus. &lt;br /&gt;

La felul principal am optat pentru un halumi la gratar (branza greceasca), cartofi copti si salata de rucola, spanac si nasturel (watercress) cu mozzarella.&lt;br /&gt;

La desert am facut cozonac si tort de morcovi, dar din pacate nu i-am pozat si mince pie (cumparat). Mince pie e un desert englezesc, aluatul de tarta e umplut cu un sos din mar, stafide si zahar. E foarte aromat.&lt;br /&gt;

Se amesteca faina cu oul, praful de copt, scortisoara si iaurtul. Marul se taie felii subtiri. Se pun cateva linguri de aluat intr-o tigaie incinsa, unsa cu ulei si se intinde compozitia cu o lingura.&lt;br /&gt;

Se fac 2 lipii din 150 g faina. &lt;br /&gt;
Cartofii se taie si se fierb cateva minute. Cand sunt aproape fierti se pun la prajit pentru 1-2 minute. Tofu se frige 1-2 minute. In loc de maioneza se face un sos dintr-o lingura de smantana cu usturoi pisat.&lt;br /&gt;
Se unge o lipie cu sos de smantana, se pune cartofi, tofu, castraveti si sosul de rosii si se ruleaza cu grija pentru ca lipiile de casa sunt mai casante decat cele din comert.&lt;br /&gt;

Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Se piseaza bananele si se adauga zaharul, vanilia si ouale. Se amesteca bine, apoi se adauga untul, faina si praful de copt. Se mixeaza toate, apoi se pun intr-o tava (in care e pusa hartie de copt). Se lasa la cuptor 30-40 min. Dupa ce s-a racit blatul se decupeaza cu atentie in forma de sac, apoi se taie in doua.&lt;br /&gt;

- cateva felii de castravete pentru ornat&lt;br /&gt;
