Les modes de rémunération d'un programme d'affiliation peuvent être variés, il peuvent être notamment tout ou partie des modes suivants :
CPC (Cost per click ou rémunération par clic): exemple, un clic sur une bannière ou un lien texte
CPA (Cost Per Action ou rémunération par action): exemple, le téléchargement d'un logiciel
CPL (Cost Per Lead ou rémunération par demande de devis): exemple, une demande de crédit
