The decisions you make will determine how you live in the next few minutes, days, weeks, months, and even years to come. When making decisions, it's important to take a step back and think of the short-term and long-term affects your decisions will have on your life and the lives of others. Decisions should never be made when you are emotional or unfocused. Decisions require focus and determination. After all, you are deciding your future and path in life. You will not always make the best decisions but you have to be willing to live with, accept,and even forgive yourself for the bad decisions you've made. Ask yourself, "Where will the decisions that I make today take me tomorrow?" Instead of reminiscing how you shouldn't have done that, pick up the pieces, accept what is and move on. Be determined to make your next decision with a focused mind and a balanced spirit.

Everyday there is something new to learn about yourself. You are discovering and rediscovering something new about yourself on a daily basis. Did you ever evaluate yourself, your motives, your thoughts and actions? Did you ask yourself why did I do that? Why did I say that?

It's a good thing to examine yourself every now and then but not to be too overly critical. Admit your errors and wrongs and then move on. No one is perfect or without faults. Often we would rather point out faults and flaws in someone else rather than realizing that we have our very own. Stand up and face your weaknesses.

Did you know that you were created with an intention and a purpose. All of your imperfections are there for a reason. It's natural to recognize those parts about your life that you don't like and want to fix them but often the very thing that you consider to be your weakest area is actually your stepping stone to success. Those parts that you hate about yourself can be used to help someone else. It is what makes you and I unique. Everything about you is and can be useful. Celebrate you even if no one else does because you are a wonder in the earth.

Now, due to his condition, Simon thinks God made him this way for a reason and highly believes in God. Be Consistent

It's important to be consistent in whatever you have set your mind to do especially if you truly know in your heart that it's the right thing. The more you repeat something the more you perfect it. A focused, faithful, and consistent person will get the job done.

So often the storms of life come to sway these people away from the purpose they have zeroed in on. In troubling, confusing times, let the passion of your purpose and the Word of God be your anchor. It will encourage and direct you in the dark when your vision seems clouded. Keep yourself reminded of your goals and what it takes for you to achieve them. Keep your life filled with positive comments, thoughts, and words. Eventually you will see the results of your consistency, dedication, and efforts.

Gratefulness

Gratefulness and appreciation adds more to your life. It helps you to live a more pleasant and fulfilled life. When you stop desiring the things that others have and look at what you have with appreciation, you will be satisfied. You will find that you are unique with your own special talents. You will learn to work with what you already have. There are great things about you that you can utilize to your advantage.

So today and everyday, be grateful and thankful. This is wealth and abundance. Think of where you could have been and what your life could have been like. Surely, there must be at least one thing to be grateful for. Everyone loves grateful people. Murmerers and complainers are always hard to hold one's attention.

A Network of Love

It's important to have not only people around you but the right people around you. Friends and family that will tell you when you're wrong and let you know when you're going down a destructive path. These people don't want anything but to see you living your best. It may be just a one or two people.

Sometimes we are so stuck in our past that we can't even realize how God blesses us with a network of love. We may be so hurt by people in our past that we feel we don't deserve true love or kindness. We actually begin to expect bad to happen to us and the worst from people.

You deserve to be loved and to love Revealed Woman. You deserve great things to happen to you. Let go of the past and look at life though a new set of lenses. All people are not bad apples and all people and experiences are not the same. God will protect you no matter where you are in life. It is those women who often feel they've made a mess of their lives that God seeks after the most. Your network of love will give you the encouragement and support you need to conquer your circumstances if you just listen.

Focus

Focus is probably easier said than done. There are so many things in life that require our attention and that seem so crucial. When you become overwhelmed, take a step away. You may feel like your whole world has flipped upside down and inside out. Everything comes to cloud your vision. Don't try to multitask all the time. It's just not possible.You have to take, what I call a "mini-retreat". You don't have to necessarily go away although sometimes that can be helpful but you have to regain your focus. Take a step back and ponder what really matters. Tell your friends and family that you're taking some "me" time and that you'll be turning your phone off for a few hours. Prioritize. Refresh yourself by spending some reflective time alone. Ask yourself important questions about your own destiny and purpose and about your goals. Collect your thoughts.You will come back refreshed and unstressed, ready for the challenges ahead.

Love Filter

Love changes things. When you take the time out to be nice to someone, you will receive kindness back. That's just the way the world turns. Everything done should be filtered through love, kindness, and tenderness.

Love doesn't have to be extravagant. It's often the very simple things that matter the most. Touch a heart today with a simple act or gesture of kindness. Show your appreciation. Show that you care. Most people when asked want to be remembered for their love. They want people to remember that they were kind, that they were pleasant, that they did everything in their power to help others. Don't allow holidays to dictate when you will love. Start today. Let love be at the center of your actions, attitude, and thoughts and you will go far in life.

Live In Expectancy

I'm expecting good things to happen today. I have had my share of bad days and sad days but no more. There are great things on the horizon and I'm excited! My future is my today. Right now, I am expecting new favor and mercies. My present is filled with hope, excitement, and abundance. My opportunities are endless today.

Wouldn't it be great to live every day like this? Well, I have news for you. You can. Realize that Jesus paid the price for your happiness. You deserve to be happy. Pinpoint one thing in your life that you are happy for and celebrate it. Wake up every morning and instead of dreading your day or spending the entire day moping, put a smile on your face, knowing that your best days are yet to come.

Make A Difference

Sometimes in order to help a life, you will have to go the extra mile. How far will you be willing to stretch yourself in order to make a difference? Are you committed to see them through? Are you willing to use your resources, time, and energy to serve someone else?

Today, I commit to sharing what I've learned instead of holding onto knowledge. I use what I have in my hands, what God has blessed me with to be a blessing to others no matter how small that thing may seem. I sacrifice my own desires, wants, and dreams to make another's dream come true because this is where I gain total happiness and satisfaction.

My Today

An attribute of visionaries is that they see the world anew on a daily basis. With each new day awaits possibilities, prospects and opportunities. What happened yesterday is just that --yesterday.

So right now is my opportunity. Today, I am not afraid to forgive. I let go of unforgiveness. Finally I can release it without having to self-preserve myself by holding onto bitterness. As a visionary, I'm able to see myself forgive. I'm able to see that person, that situation in a new light. It's a daily process but I'm no longer carrying my yesterday into my today.

The Revealed Woman

The Revealed Woman is a woman who has secretly been formed in the mind of God. In other words, her talents, attributes, and true character have not yet fully come to be seen in the world although she is well aware of exactly what they are.

She is a mother, a wife, a single woman, a daughter, sister, career woman, a business owner. She is highly skilled, creative, and innovative, turning her talents into provision for herself and her family. She is not only industrious but supportive, giving, caring, strong-willed and intelligent. She respects herself and those around her.

However, this woman often gets depressed, discouraged, frustrated, and overlooked in life because she is pure gold in the making. She will be crushed and purged often. She is dealing with issues of self-image, self-esteem, relationships, family, and career among other things.

To combat this, the Revealed Woman must maintain focus and daily encouragement by cataloging her desires, hopes, and aspirations for those are her daily reminders of her dreams. She will reach her successful destination when she understands the purpose for the path she takes.

As a rose that blossoms daily she reaches full bloom. She is a gift, a diamond in the rough waiting to be revealed. In her fully developed state she comes out of the shadows into the light for all to experience the wonder and essence of whom she was created to be in the darkness of the shadows.
