Contact forms should be easy to use without programming. I looked for a long time but no free contact form (like cforms II and contact form 7) could provide me with an easy to use contact form without advertising.

Secondly it should be easy to add another input line so you can build a form that gets more information then only the contact details.

Third it would be nice to have the contact plugin register the contacts and be able to export those details to for example Excel would be even better.

Gravity Forms is the best WordPress contact form plugin. Period. If you want a professional looking contact form for your site then the best choice is Gravity Forms. It’s so bloody easy to use, because it is so easy & intuitive (just drag and drop like widgets). It works flawlessly and support is great.

It has an (optional) captcha field. You can style it. You can add extra input fields.

If someone contacts you they get response that their message is sent and you get an email notification. Also all the contact entries are stored in the database, and has an easy to use interface to search through and export them into something like, for instance, a csv file. This way, if the notification email goes wrong, there’s still a copy on the server. And be exporting the entries you can easily make some lists.

Gravity Forms is powerfull but not really difficult to implement. You can use it for a contact form but it can provide you some more powerfull forms which no other plugin provides. Their support will make it easy to make those forms so I warmly recommend Gravity Forms.

If you have a lot of links on your blog maintenance is burdersome. There is no import/export mechanism of the added links.

SEO Smart Links

SEO Smart Links Business has some advantages compared to other affiliate link plugins. The plugin has a CSV Import/Export function so you can export the links to a spreadsheet.
