I was so glad when I came across this book today. I was able to reformat all my Kindle editions so they now have table of contents. It has easy to follow instructions, much easier to use than the Smashwords style guide. (Sorry Mark, what can I say.) If you publish with KDP then you really need to have a copy of this book. The Ohnegott is a pretty quick read since it is only about 10k words. It is written more like a long - short story. Charles Timm does have a good plot in this story but his writing style is awkward making the story hard to read. Should this story were receive a good edit and the writing style were to become smoother I would be more than happy to give it another read and re-evaluation.
