They were able to fit me in the day I called (likely because I called just when they opened and had a problem with my starter motor so my car wouldn't start reliably- not something that could wait). They explained how they diagnosed the problem and they provide a two year warranty. They even fixed my windshield wiper fluid hose, which I asked them to do if they had an extra 15 minutes of the labor time they were charging me.
