When I talk to myself either loudly or in the inner thoughts, most of the time I have been accepting that my outside can never be perfect. Too often we are hard on ourselves because we are trying to live up to some idea of "perfection" we have about ourselves. Often we are trying to live up to a standard that society projects on us, or to a standard that we’ve put on ourselves because we feel we have a deficiency in some area.

Learning how to manage a job and a family when there doesn't seem to be time for both is a constant struggle with in these you have to find time for your hobbies. But the question is all the same Can a healthy balance can be achieved with the proper effort? I hope you must have said this to yourself many times "I’m going to get organized this time and stick to it". Staying organized is like trying to keep weight off; we do it for a while and then fall back into old habits. Most of us have learned many organization techniques over the years: get a day planner, make to-do lists, develop an organizing system so we can find and store things easily, touch paper only one time. However, we end up still getting slacken down, and the planners and the to-do lists fall by the wayside. We end up right where we were before, maybe a little improved but still struggling with overload, over commitment, and overly tired. Because the gateway we are left with is of the four Ds [Do, Delegate, Delay or Dump].

I have personally identified following points to make my inside perfect:

Identify people who steal your time (online/offline); don’t succumb to their schedules or tactics.

Control interruptions: the more you allow them, the more they will happen.

Limit the amount of stress you are exposed to by getting proactive.

Maintain some physical activity and keep on changing your environment.

Happy Navratras

Today there is a lot of mess in my room as it is getting white washed but due to my earlier commitments with myself. I am some how managing to write down the BYBS. Despite of the routine cleanings the whole house is being white washed or thoroughly cleaned once in a year in the festive season of Navratras.

This festival of Navratras has great importance here in India. Usually it falls from 30 September to 08 October in a year. The festival of Navratri (nav stands for nine and ratr means nights) lasts for 9 days with three days each devoted to worship of Goddess Durga (the Goddess of Valor which is taken as a symbol of end of evil), Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth and Saraswati (Minerva), the Goddess of Knowledge. During the nine days of, feasting and fasting take precedence over all normal daily activities amongst the Hindus. Evenings give rise to the religious dances in order to worship Goddess Durga. The 7th - 8th days belong to Saraswati Maa who is worshipped to acquire the spiritual knowledge. This in turn will bless us with wisdom . But on the 8th day of this colourful festival, yagna (holy fire) is performed. On the last day, the festival of Navratri culminates in Mahanavami. On this day Kanya Puja (Nine young girls representing the nine forms of Goddess Durga are worshiped.) is performed. A useful faith should not be blind, but should be well aware of its grounds. A sound faith should be able to use scientific investigation to strengthen itself. If, due to an inevitable destiny of soul, an Omnipotent Being will save us no matter what we do, we will not regret having spent a bit of time preparing unnecessarily to save ourselves. But if there is no such Being, or if there are divine Beings more powerful than us who can help us if we are prepared to accept their help, then we will deeply regret for a very long time our failure to prepare ourselves. It should be open enough to the spirit not to lock itself up in the letter. A nourishing, useful, healthful faith should be no obstacle to developing a science of death. In developing such a science, it is necessary for the investigator to consider all previous attempts to do so, especially those traditions with a long development and a copious literature. Of all these, the science of death preserved in the Indo-Tibetan tradition is perhaps the most copious of all.

Given the boundless interconnectedness of living forms, beginning-less and end-less, and spread throughout an infinity of space, the materialist picture of evolution as natural selection operating purposelessly, yet efficiently developing life forms through random mutation from a definite beginning point within a finite theater of planetary environment, needs some revision. First of all, postulated definite beginnings and finite settings are always suspected. The materialist account describes reasonably the material, causal development process, but why should not mind as well as body develop and mutate?

The Buddhist view of all this, the psychobiological evolutionary account known as the "Theory of karma," is very like the Darwinian idea of evolution. The karma theory describes a great chain being, postulating a relationship between all observed species of beings and a pattern of development of one life form into another humans have been monkeys in the past, and all animals have been single celled animals. The difference in the karma theory is that individuals mutate through different life forms from life to life. A subtle, mental level of life carries patterns developed in one life into the succeeding ones.

Species develop and mutate in relation to their environments, and individuals also develop and mutate from species to species. This karmic evolution can be random, and beings can evolve into lower forms as well as higher ones. Once beings become conscious of the process, however, they can purposely effect their evolution through choices of actions and thoughts. Although their are undeniable differences, the karma theory gives an evolutionary explanation of how beings are the way they are. So we can comfortably translate Karma throughout as "Evolutionary Action".

Karma means action that causes development and change and so is close to what we mean by evolution. There is no need to retain to retain the Indian word karma. Some translators do so because of the factor of mystification; they feel that nothing in the target language can reproduce the unique meaning of the original term. Some westerns who delve into Eastern thought also keep the term because they are thinking of karma mystically, as a kind of fate. But in Buddhist science, it has nothing to do with fate-it is an impersonal, natural process of cause and effect. Our karma at a given moment of life or death or the between is the overall pattern of causal impulses resulting from former actions connected with our life continuum.

These form a complex that impresses its effects on our bodies action and thoughts. In turn our ongoing actions of body. Speech and mind form new causal impulses, which determine the nature and quality of our lives in the future. This complex can be called our evolutionary momentum. There is an old Tibetan saying Don’t wonder about your former lives; just look carefully at your present body. Don't wonder about your future lives; just look at your mind at present!" This expresses the sense that our present body has evolved from a long evolution driven by former actions and our future embodiments will be shaped by how we think and what we decide to do in our present actions.

The time of the between, the transition from a death to a new rebirth, is the best time to attempt consciously to effect the causal process of evolution for the better. Our evolutionary momentum is temporarily fluid during the between, so we can gain or loose a lot of possibilities during its crisis.

Post theme taken from Tibetan Book of Natural Liberation

Friendship

True friendship is long lasting....

You see for yourself!

Cheers...

Are you living your Present?

Do you live in your present time? Are you tired and finding that everything requires just too much effort? If so, it's time to take a break and lighten up. Take a day off and relax. Reflect on why you're feeling so weighed down. Have you taken on too many commitments? Are you not asking for the help or support that you need? Are you involved in exhausting disputes or relationships? Do the root cause analysis and take action to change the situation. It is possible that your chosen path isn't right for you at this moment or that you need to take a different path or course of action. Have fun! Do something that you really love doing just for relaxation and a change of scene. You'll find that taking a break will help you lighten up so that you feel rejuvenated. And if you really feel down, laugh! Roll about laughing. Feel the positive energy of laughter. "What soap is to the body, laughter is to the soul?" It doesn't matter if you feel that you have nothing to laugh about. Start laughing and wake up that tired spirit that has been squashed for so long because of the perceived pressures of the world. Laugh and the entire world lighten up! Remember, life is not going to stop just because you're taking a well-earned break.

I appreciate my Boss who in fact is a very short tempered guy always tackles his fury with the pearls of laughter. Always laugh when you can. It’s cheap medicine. One of the most common traditions is that we need a reason to laugh and not only a reason but a good enough reason so that when other people ask us, What are you laughing about? they will laugh about it too and for that purpose funny pictures play a vital role not to make a word and the whole reason is already answered back.Laughter is fun but it also has been found by many physicians and therapists to be a powerful healing force. In fact, many therapists use laughter to help people share and work through painful experiences such as terminal illnesses and many more. Laughter is a best solution of fear, anger and boredom. It is a cleansing of the soul. Emotions have great impact on our human body because when we have emotions, our body changes throwing our body in balance and preparing us for remaining happy and healthy.

According to a quote from Norman Cousins "Laughter is internal jogging but at the same time remember If you cannot laugh at yourself, don't laugh at others
Give it a try and Lighten Up!

Do not regret

Do you get filled with regrets frequently? I certainly do! In this post I'd like to speak out something that mostly we will do not consider.

Just for the moment, can you try giving yourself praise and thanks for regretting up so well? So, congratulate yourself on doing it so well. It really is quite the accomplishment to do it to the extent you do. Now, why not try congratulating yourself on being as flawed as you are? We have all got issues that we let hold us back. So, just for the moment, give yourself praise for being as wonderfully flawed as you are. You hate all of those flaws, right? Well, just give yourself praise and approval for holding onto that feeling of hatred and resistance for so long.

According to Katherine Mansfield, “Make it a rule of life never to regret and never to look back. Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can't build on it; it's only for wallowing in.”

You've been doing wonderfully so far in your life. Don’t have fear for the future, and do not weep not for the past. Only a really strong person would hold on to a strong feeling like that for so long! And now, just for the moment, could you give yourself some approval for just being as perfect and as flawed as you are? May be just because it's a very smart thing to do.

Take this exercise seriously. Most people have never taken the time out to honestly give themselves approval for being both the perfect and flawed being they are. By praising your negative emotions, rather than attempting to suppress them - we feel so much better, and become more in harmony with the beautiful duality that life provides. Enjoy your day - and give yourself approval even if you don't! Our defects are just all right!

“I have no regrets in my life. Every single day, our thoughts limit how we move forward in the world. We don't apply for that job, because we think we're not good enough. We continue that addiction, because we don't think we're strong enough to break it off. We keep doing the "same old, same old" because that's just you.

I'd like to tackle the underlying root behind all limiting thoughts. Behind all of the suffering and the stories we tell ourselves, is the idea that... There is such a thing as "Me." Let's think about it for a moment. Look at yourself right now. Is there really a "me" in this current moment? You might think that you're the body. Or a spirit inside that body. Perhaps your belief is that you're part of a big mass of consciousness. Whatever you think, that's all right. But also consider that it may also be just another limiting belief. And just for now, witness what is happening. If you really look hard enough, without going into memory for a moment!, you'll realize that all that is with you right now is a phenomenon of awareness.

You're seeing, hearing & experiencing. But in this particular moment, You're not limited. You're not addicted. When we stop identify with the "Me" that we're all so desperately attached to, we lose the self and suddenly all of the things we think define us drop away. All that we are is what is here in this present moment.

Think about it. There isn't a "me" to have an addiction or sadness. And that also means there isn't even a "me" to have happiness, too! It also means there isn't a "me" to have any of the long-standing problems and issues you believe you have. They're just limiting thoughts. You never know when your discussion may turn into arguments. The best way to win an argument is to avoid it. An argument is one thing you will never win. If you win an argument but lose a customer, friend, job, marriage. What kind of victory is it which leaves you pretty empty?

Here you win to lose. I try to go into his shoes to think how I would have tackled my low esteem. Now I decided to blog it.

I and Subbu were sharing a good relation. I never realised when his small deeds started irritating me and I started avoiding. Our frequency of meeting fell down from six to two meets in a weeks time. I tried to entertain his each and every call but I was unable to realise when did I hurted him for which he developed lot of hate for me. May be his expectatrions were too high from me.

This happened when after a lot of avoidance one day my heart slightly melts when Subbu asked me to accompany for a lunch along with his girlfriend. Though in the days when we enjoyed good relationship with each other he use to discuss a lot about his GF “Shelly”. For this strange offer of unexpected lunch I hesitantly agreed to grace with my presence, this adventure. I was slightly curious for the meet them and on my way to them was thinking to share my jokes on their funny early clashes.

Finally the day came, the lunch was ventured at a expensive posh restaurant of the town, I was totally free that day and when I reached there I found him waiting me near the restaurant entrance in that wintry afternoon. He greeted me with warm gesture. I asked him surprisingly, “Where is Shelly!' She'll be joining us soon, he welcomed me by holding my arm with a drag.

We moved to the upper story of the restaurant and gossiped a little with the sips of lukewarm water. After ten minutes or so when I find that Shelly didn't joined us I put forward my concern and said, "May be she is stuck with some problem" My slight intent was or may be we can order some light starters. Before I could utter any thing suddenly Subbu roused from his place and begged my pardon to go to the wash room. I smilingly nodded and was busy peeping on to my next table a beautiful foreigner couple.

Up to next ten minutes I didn't realised of anything, after some time when the waiter approached me after once making him stay back for the reason I was waiting for my guests (hosts). I got up from my table and moved towards the wash room. After a thorough check up when I made sure that he is not there, I tried convincing myself as if he had just gone to check the status of Shelly out and he might be feeling awkward in front of me. Thinking all this I walked back to my table but then suspiciously I went t the entrance and checked outside. After two to four minutes I was able to make it out that he has left me all alone.

After this incident we never tried to see each other. Though I was not able to conclude anything concrete out of it. Only I can say, may be i hurted him somewhere due to my some superiority complexes, he did this to let me down in his own way. For me it was his best shot to save his Downfallen Poor Esteem.

<category scheme="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#" term="Is life beautiful? But the point is we have to make it beautiful. Health, happiness, and success depend upon the fighting spirit of each person. The big thing is not what happened to us in life-but what we do about what happens to us.

Life is not just party and pleasure; it is also pain and despair. Unthinkable things happen. Sometime, everything turns upside down. Bad things happen to all of us, and some things are beyond control, such a physical disability and birth defects. We cannot choose our parents or the circumstances of our birth.

If the ball bounced the wrong way for you, I'm sorry. But what do you do from that point on - cry or take the ball and run. That is a choice you have to make.

There are many of boats sailing all different directions in a lake. Even though the wind is blowing in one direction, the sailboats are going in different directions.

Why?

It depends on the way the sail is set, and that is determined by the sailor. The same is true of our lives. We can't choose the direction off wind, but we can choose how we set our sail.

So lets make this life beautiful. Happy BYBS.

Signed up for PPP

I never realized when I started loving writing and I felt happier when I came to know that I can even earn from my hobby of writing. I can honestly say that I've earned a good amount from such programs. It is true that people who are into the jobs close to their hobbies are lucky because earning money and loving what you do is cool enjoyable combination to reach out your success.

In this process I encountered payperpost. It is a facility in which it cuts out the middle man and bridges me as a Blogger to the Advertiser. PPP has become a promising source of income for bloggers, offering multiple opportunities and different blogger levels so that every type of Blog owner can get paid to blog . There are about 100,000 bloggers associated with PPP.

The best part of PPP is that they offer bloggers a greater percentage of the advertising dollars fully based on what the advertisers paid. PPP also have program which gives bloggers the opportunity to place a banner on their site that that says, "Hire Me!" This is a promising opportunity because even other bloggers like me can click on this link and pay me to write an advertising post and vice versa. I'm quite excited to see what comes about next from PPP.

Positive Possibilities

In a particular case the bankruptcy was such a horrible experience for one individual that he decided to help others who were going through it. One man's problem is another man's opportunity.

There are two sides to every coin. What may be a problem to someone can be a profitable business for others. For instance according to a study, rats and mice are plagues to the human world. However, the presence of rats, and mice in America alone results in tens of millions of dollars in the economy. Rats and mice are responsible for thousands of jobs! Factories make mousetraps. Families are supported from the income of exterminators of such pests. Similarly, every human problem holds possibilities for someone willing to look for them.

Consequently, hospitals exist because people are sick. Lawyers are in business because people violate laws in a moment of weakness or Ignorance. Every thing exists for the purpose. And every problem holds positive possibilities.

Earning Credits

Have you ever thought of not taking the credit for your outstanding works at your workplace. I personally feel that it is very very difficult to skip the credit, rather most of us believe in snatching the credits for even what we have not done.

God can do tremendous things through the person who doesn’t care who gets the credit. I read in a book about a man who was president and chairman of the board of a company. The company was very successful in the early stages of the space program. The president was told by an interviewer, “Excuse me for saying this, but I’ve never heard of your name or your company. He replied, “Maybe not. We didn’t get the credit, but we got the contract.” Don’t worry about getting the credit. If you do, you’ll become ego-involved in the decision-making moments of life. Decisions must never be based on ego needs. They must be based on human needs and market pressures that transcend your own desires. Decide today: Would you rather satisfy your ego-or enjoy the fruit of success?

The wonderful lesson from the event is that never reject a possibility because you won’t get the credit!

revolution Quotes

"Any use of a human being, in which less is demanded of him and less is attributed to him than his full status, is a degradation and a waste."

--Norbert Wiener

Are you looking for web host?

The significance of Web host is imperative if you are looking for efficient ways to create your website to share the information. Mental whispers develop dynamic power to reshape matter into what you want. You do not realize how great the power of the mind is. Until you fulfill your strong desires, your mind will not rest; it ceaselessly works toward fulfilling those desires. When you want to have something special, or to buy a dress, dish or a car you have admired, is it not true that no matter what else you may be doing your mind is continually thinking how you can get those things?

All the salient accomplishments of my life have been achieved through that power of mind in tune with the will of the Supreme Being. When your mind and will are in sync to the Divine Will of universe you do not have to move a finger in order to create changes on earth. The divine law will work for you. When that divine dynamo is on, whatever I am wishing has to come to pass. Things that the mortal mind could not even hope to expect were however done in front of us.

What is your perception?

Life seems such a tangible reality, and yet it is elusive. Today you are & tomorrow you are not. I remind myself of this every day. One by one we slip away. Others will come and we shall go. Every minute is precious. But the body is only a garment. How many times you have changed your clothing in this life, yet because of this you would not say that you have changed. Similarly, when you give up this bodily dress at death you do not change. You are just the same, an immortal soul, a child of God.

Reincarnation means merely a change of mortal dress. We did an experiment in our schools. It was regarding sensation of hot and cold. The sensation of cold makes us think we are cold, and the sensation of heat makes us think we are hot. If we would but deny these sensations in our minds we would feel neither cold nor heat. The coldness and hotness is always relative. It applies to everything of the universe. What is your understanding of perception?

Online Casino – A Review

With the evolution of skill, knowledge and technology in the world and online businesses which are coming up every minute on to the net.
