11. Movie passengers either don’t pay cabs at all, or have the exact change.

Apparently a gang of 18 workers has managed to steal new auto parts from car manufacturer plant BMW. The parts were sold online on auction sites.

The band stole basically everything, though an important amount of money was obtained from the selling of car seats. The parts were pulled from production on the pretense of quality control.

The profits obtained from the parts sold were transferred to foreign bank accounts, mainly in Turkey. In this way BMW’s loses are around €2 or €3 million euros. The internal investigators first identified the fraud then alerted the police.

Three suspects are currently on hold and they face charges of theft, handling stolen goods and deception.

At the Paris Auto Show they presented the Seat Iba, a 102 hp electric sport beauty. This battery-powered 2+2 sports coupe reaches 100km/h in 10 seconds, which is not bad, but it’s also justified by its light weight: only 2,425-pounds. With a range of 81 miles, there’s still room for improvement, but Seat have started well in this ecological affair. Seat wants the Ibe to be the future sports urban vehicle and they seem to be on the right path for that.

One South Korean grandmother knows this, as she tried, and failed, 959 times to get her driving license. It seems that the 960th attempt was the charm, as 69-year old Cha Sa-soon finally got her license.

She started taking the test back in 2005, going everyday, five days a week to try and pass it. After a period of time, she slowed down, and only went 2 days a week. It seems that the written part was the hardest, as her instructor said that the grandmother was really good behind the wheel.

Her unique success garnered quite a lot of media attention, and Hyundai even made a commercial starring the 69-year old lady. She now bought herself a Kia Soul, which she uses to driver her children and grandchildren to the local zoo.

Anytime you might find yourself failing time and time again, perhaps this little South Korean might help you persevere.

These new half-scale replica cars are taking things to a whole new level though. They offer models based on famous cars like the Jaguar E-Type, the Mercedes-Benz 300SL, the Porsche 356, the Willys Jeep or the Bugatti T35.

The replicas are built from composite materials, and are powered by a 50cc engine. They are suitable for people ages 6 and up, and although they might be catered to the children of vintage car fans, this doesn’t mean adults can’t have a go in them.

We’re pretty excited about them, and perhaps we should buy one and cover it in a special Revvnation livery. What do you think?

The picture you see above showcases just a part of a brand new supercar, presumably called the Jota. It will no doubt be showcased at the Paris Motor Show at the end of the month, but until then, we’re going to be treated with a few more photos.

According to previous rumors, the Jota might output somewhere around 700 HP, more than the current most powerful Lamborghini Murcielago, the LP670-4 Super Veloce, which is capable of, you guessed it, 670 HP.

Still, no matter the details, it’s going to be a new Lamborghini, so be prepared for a very powerful and very interesting supercar. We’ll keep you up to date when other teaser shots emerge.
