If you visit Twitter homepage today, you may notice the big difference from its past homepage. You will find a search bar for searching services on a certain topics or discussion. Twitter also discarded the “what are you doing?” label. There is also a phrase in Twitter’s homepage that says “share and discover what’s happening right now, anywhere in the world.”

Victoria Secret submitted a complaint to National Arbitration Forum, claiming rights over domain name Victoriasecretshoes.com. In the complaint, the company says that victoriasecretshoes.com is confusingly similar to their mark, but also the respondent registered and used the domain name in bad faith.

Having established all three elements required in these case, the Panel has decided that the domain name Victoriasecretshoes.com must be transferred to Victoria Secret.

Last February, Google Adsense has announced that payment via Western Union was available in Indonesia.
