Preparazione:Cuocete gli spaghetti, meglio se numero 4 o 5, in acqua salata a piacere. Scolate al dente (è importantissimo). Precedentemente avevate sbucciato gli spicchi d&#39;aglio e li avevate schiacciati con la lama del coltello grande, facendo pressione con la mano sulla lama posta orizzontalmente. Appena l&#39;olio è arrivato ad ebollizione tiratelo via senza far friggere, ma soffrigere, l&#39;aglio. Usate la padella, durante l&#39;ebollizione dell&#39;acqua di cottura, come coperchio della pentola, in modo che il calore del vapore continui lentamente la cottura dell&#39;olio e dell&#39;aglio e buttate dentro un mestolo di acqua di cottura. Scolata la pasta girate tutto insieme, amalgamando per bene, togliete l&#39;aglio se vi da fastidio, e spolverate con prezzemolo tritato e un pizzico di peperoncino. Potete guarnire il piatto piazzando sopra la pasta mezzo pomodorino ciliegino e un ramettino di prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;
