It was great to go back to Curradine Barns yesterday evening to the place where our wedding really started about six years ago. It was a very warm evening and about 25 couples attended a tasting evening. Here are a few images after the sun went down.

Queensberry Album Package – New package for 2012

I am pleased to announce we can now offer a new album package by Queensberry. I have been looking for a unique album that can be produced in a large size for a while now, and I have just found it. The new package will include a mixture of candid images and traditional family images along with a selection of personal images of you both together. After working as a pure reportage wedding photographer for the past five years, I am now developing my style to combine all the images you will love from your wedding. The Queensberry Album can be produced using a range of cover materials and designs. The interior pages combine traditional mounted images with full page spreads. The package is listed below.

2012 wedding bookings coming in – summer 2012 dates

We are having allot of enquiries for spring and summer 2012 weddings. There will be about 24 Saturday wedding dates that I will be able to attend from March until the end of September 2012. It is important to get in touch to arrange a meeting as we are getting booked up very quickly for summer weddings in 2012. Our main packages for 2012 are listed below. I will only be photographing a limited number of weddings in 2012 and can offer a range of album packages. Our albums are hand made to our highest standards and are unique. I believe in ‘archival storage’ of your wedding images and only use traditional archival prints mounted to last for generations. The end of the summer wedding season – 100% album packages 2011

This year has been a very busy year and I am now just finishing the last few albums for 2010 weddings. We decided to have Christmas off this year as we always seem to book a wedding for Christmas Eve and New years Eve. We are now very busy for 2011 and we have now switched to 100% album packages. The wedding album went slightly out of fashion and is now coming back strong as people realise the benefits of a well made album. I think the wedding album is very important, as we realised when we didn’t get one with our wedding package when we got married (our fault). You some how think that after your wedding you will have time to produce the album – ‘but you don’t have time’. I encourage you all to have a wedding album, as the digital files are fine (and you always get all your high resolution images on disk) but you will get sick of looking at them on the screen. A wedding album is also a collection of images that tell the complete story of your wedding day. When I am photographing a wedding I am building the album as I go along, telling the story with collections of images. We have had great feedback on our albums over the past few years and I have now got them to the high level I have been striving for.

2011 & 2012 bookings – update

We have got booked up for 2011 very early this year and 2012 bookings are going well to. I have decided that I will attend about 30-35 weddings in 2011 and we are nearly at that figure now. If you are getting married in 2011 or 2012 and would like to make an appointment please don’t leave it to late. We can only attend one wedding per day and dates are going fast. We have over 100 enquiries every year for the same dates. To check if we are available for your wedding please fill in the contact form and I will get back to you within 48 hours. I am able to arrange appointments to view our sample albums most week days over the next three weeks.
