Welcome to the Caturday Evening Post, Late Night Edition…

Instead of one picture this week, I thought I would try something new and post a suite of 9 pictures. Some of them don’t even have a cat in them!

The big news this week is my plans for this fall: going back to school! That’s right, I’m attempting another degree.. I need to knock out 3 pre-requisites at the junior college this semester and then I can apply to the program at KU. I am excited about it and am looking forward to the challenge. I tend to function better when I have a long term goal to work towards.

Not to mention the fact that it will be something to get me out of the house so I will take pictures of something other than cats in the backyard for a change…

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and try to keep cool!

-Rich

Good Evening America, and Happy Caturday! Can you believe that it is August already? I sure can’t – it seems just like last week that it was Christmas.

Today’s picture is of the spare bedroom upstairs that Mr. Bigglesworth has optioned as his own. You can see in this image which portion of the bed is his favorite.

My big accomplishment this week was the redesign of my website! I encourage you to take a look at it, since it has a lot more of my previous work on it that the other website did.

Feedback is welcome!

Have a lovely weekend and a productive August!

America, have you wondered about “Christmas in July” ? I’ve always been confused as to why we have it in July and not June. I mean, chronologically speaking, June 21st is the summer solstice and June is the last month of the first half of the year. It would make more sense to me to have Christmas in June rather than Christmas in July. But I don’t run a greeting card or marketing company, so I guess I don’t get to have a voice in those kinds of decisions.

I sure hope Santa brings me a job! Or a unicorn…

I’ve been making some use of my ample free time by riding my bike a lot, and in the last week slowly building myself into an exercise routine that is a bit more exerting than pushing my mouse across the desk.

Next weekend I am planning on road-tripping to Colorado to visit some friends and, of course, take pictures.

And yes, since I can tell you are curious, that cat is pooping.

Have a nice week!
