NCT Cheeky Monkeys Prize Winner

A few months ago I donated a raffle prize to the NCT for their Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party. Kate and Phil were the lucky winners of the prize and they visited the studio last week to make use of their voucher.

Back from a short break

I’m just back from a trip to Scotland. We drove the 600 miles to avoid the airport hassle and the very expensive hire car charges (over £900 for a Ford Galaxy or similar for a week). The weather was variable, gale force winds, rain and occasional sunshine … but we weren’t there to relax on the beach. My in-laws are from the north of Scotland and we were mainly there to visit relatives and to let them meet Sophie for the first time.

Kira and her mum, Nina, dropped into the studio this week for a shoot. They brought a few changes of clothes and Kira had Barbie with her! I put Lady Gaga on the speakers as mother and daughter took to the stage.

Zakk’s Photo Shoot – Berkhamsted Studio Photography

This weekend, Zakk and his parents joined me in the studio for a shoot. Zakk is 4 and seemed very fond of his toy dog Vinnie. We started out with Zakk and his dad on the stage, Zakk wasn’t keen on being there on his own. After a while, dad was replaced with Vinnie; Zakk made his dog presentable, taking off his collar and then they posed together for a few more shots.

Berkhamsted Family Photos – Studio Shoot

This weekend Luisa visited the studio with her beautiful family for a portrait shoot. Baby Arthur and his big sister Florence enjoyed playing on the stage, and Florence, in particular enjoyed posing for the camera. She was a great model, she mirrored my movements, a slight tilt of my head or change of hand position would quickly be copied by her (she’s a natural in front of the camera!).

A very pretty young lady, Jenny, visited my studio for a few photographs of her bump! Jenny is due in just a few weeks and she picked the perfect time, with her bump nice and prominent, to record this important event in her life.

80th Birthday Party Photography

This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting John and his family at his 80th Birthday celebrations. John’s daughter arranged for me to be there as a surprise!
