Obamination: Forgetting the Abomination-9-11 This is a campaign speech, not a proper remembrance of the victims of Accursed Abomination. Obamination continues to lie about the identity & character of the enemy. He continues to claim the enemy as an allie. He continues to demand that we leave the enemy fifth column in our midst to attack and out breed us. He continues to depect abject defeat as victory.

Obamination wants us to overlook, neglect & forget the fact that we were attacked by Muslims motivated by the damnable doctrines, threats & promises of Allah. He wants us to welcome their fifth columnists, retain them in our midst and ignore the fact that their presence is a clear, proximate and persistent danger. Two of the three terrorists now being sought are citizens. Obamination wants us to look the other way.

This weekend, we’re coming together, as one nation, to mark the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks. We’re remembering the lives we lost—nearly 3,000 innocent men, women and children. We’re reaffirming our commitment to always keep faith with their families¹.

We’re honoring the heroism of first responders who risked their lives—and gave their lives—to save others. And we’re giving thanks to all who serve on our behalf, especially our troops and military families—our extraordinary 9/11 Generation.

At the same time, even as we reflect on a difficult decade, we must look forward, to the future we will build together². That includes staying strong and confident in the face of any threat. And thanks to the tireless efforts of our military personnel and our intelligence, law enforcement and homeland security professionals—there should be no doubt. Today, America is stronger³ and al Qaeda⁴ is on the path to defeat⁵.

We’ve taken the fight to al Qaeda like never before⁶. Over the past two and a half years, more senior al Qaeda leaders have been eliminated than at any time since 9/11. And thanks to the remarkable courage and precision of our forces, we finally delivered justice to Osama bin Laden⁷.

We’ve strengthened the partnerships⁸ and tools we need to prevail in this war against al Qaeda—working closer with allies and partners; reforming intelligence to better detect and disrupt plots; investing in our Special Forces so terrorists have no safe haven.

We’re constantly working to improve the security of our homeland as well—at our airports, ports and borders; enhancing aviation security and screening⁹; increasing support for our first responders; and working closer than ever with states, cities and communities.

A decade after 9/11, it’s clear for all the world to see—the terrorists who attacked us that September morning are no match for the character of our people, the resilience of our nation, or the endurance of our values¹⁰.

They wanted to terrorize us, but, as Americans, we refuse to live in fear¹¹. Yes we face a determined foe, and make no mistake—they will keep trying to hit us again. But as we are showing again this weekend, we remain vigilant. We’re doing everything in our power to protect our people. And no matter what comes our way, as a resilient nation, we will carry on.

They wanted to draw us in to endless wars, sapping our strength and confidence as a nation¹². But even as we put relentless pressure on al Qaeda, we’re ending the war in Iraq and beginning to bring our troops home from Afghanistan. Because after a hard decade of war¹³, it is time for nation building here at home¹⁴.

They wanted to deprive us of the unity that defines us as a people¹⁵. But we will not succumb to division or suspicion¹⁶. We are Americans, and we are stronger and safer when we stay true to the values¹⁷, freedoms and diversity that make us unique¹⁸ among nations.

And they wanted to undermine our place in the world. But a decade later, we’ve shown that America doesn’t hunker down and hide behind walls of mistrust. We’ve forged new partnerships with nations around the world to meet the global challenges that no nation can face alone. And across the Middle East and North Africa a new generation of citizens is showing that the future belongs to those that want to build¹⁹, not destroy.

Ten years ago, ordinary Americans showed us the true meaning of courage when they rushed up those stairwells, into those flames, into that cockpit. In the decade since, a new generation has stepped forward to serve and keep us safe. In their memory, in their name, we will never waver. We will protect the country²⁰ we love and pass it safer, stronger²¹ and more prosperous²² to the next generation.

What is the response of the administration when survivors of victims of terror sue sponsors & supporters of terrorism and attempt to collect damages?
To Barack Hussein Obama, every occasion is a political occasion, even the tenth anniversary of the Accursed Abomination is a campaign platform for this president. Anyone who is aware of this and not deeply & intensely offended by it should burn his voter registration card.
America is weaker because you and Shrub wasted lives, blood and treasure by launching and continuing invasions without first defining rational strategic & tactical objectives and by imposing suicidal rules of engagement. You have shrunk and over extended our armed forces, an open invitation to adventurism & attack.
Al-Qaeda is not the enemy. The enemy is Islam. Muhammad, claiming to speak for Allah, declared perpetual war against Jews & Christians. That jihad imperative is enshrined in the Noble Qur'an, Surah At-Taubah 9:29 and described by Tafsir Ibn Kathir as "The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah". That command to wage war against Jews & Christians is confirmed by ahadith including Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 and Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2635. That imperative is codified in the most widely accepted handbook of Shari'ah: Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.8. When the Islam first attacked the young nation, Thomas Jefferson and John Q. Adams asked Tripoli's Ambassador by what right they attacked us. His answer speaks volumes, which President Obama seeks to ignore and silence. When believers are threatened with eternal damnation if they do not go to war and promised admission to Paradise if they join the jhad they can not be defeated and their jihad permanently ended without either breaking their faith or exterminating them. Shrub & Obamination have done neither and do not seek to do either.
Al-Qaeda, Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimeen & Islam are one and the same. I direct doubters & dissenters to the Charter of HAMAS. "Allah is its target, the Prophet is its model, the Koran its constitution: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes." As a wise man wrote, "Its Islam, stupid!".
Killing leaders neither wins nor ends the war. Generals can be replaced. Islam will not be defeated short of total mass apostasy or extinction.
We do not have Muslim partners. Pakistan is playing a double game. You need to read the Qur'an to comprehend this fatal fact.

Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliyâ (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allâh in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. You frisk little girls & old ladies, letting Muslms pass through. If common sense prevailed, Muslims would be entirely excluded from all mass transit and terminals. How did the three terrorists currently being hunted enter the country?
Wars are not won with character, resillience or values, they are won with men and arms dedicated to the purpose of self-preservation. When Obamination says "values" he means multiculteuralism, meaning tolerance of the ultimate evil: intra-species predation. The term also subsumes the Socialist agenda, after all, this is a campaign speech.
We can not have security and Muslims. Choose one. Vehicular assaults, stabbings, shootings and bombings generate fear and distrust. We waste millions of dollars on airport security because our leaders are not honest and patriotic enough to carryout their Constitutional oaths of office by expelling and excluding the enemy's fifth column. They need only increase their internet chatter to elevate the fear level. Threats do not need to be real to be effective.
They succeeded. Elleven years without victory is a long time. The public is impatient. Impatience cost us in Korea & Vietnam. Weakness and lack of resolve displayed in Beirut & Somalia showed the enemy that they can attack us without fear of effective retaliation. So long as there is Islam, there is war, because Islam is perpetual war. What part of "Fight them until...only Allah is worshiped..." do you not comprehend? While the population of Afghanistan is Muslim and their government is founded on the Qur'an, we are losing, not winning; wasting every drop of blood and dollar we expend in that fruitless invasion. Shrub needed to nuke Afghanistan & Pakistan off the face of the earth. We are paying dearly for his failure to do the right thing.
206 years of war, traitor. The First Barbary War was our initial response to Islamic aggression. We had neither the power nor the resolve to exterminate Islam, so the war continues. Now we have the power but not the will. Failure to make the predator extinct is suicidal stupidity!
The anal orifice in the Oval Office will not cease from pushing his Socialist agenda in the most inappropriate circumstances. 3000 people were murdered in cold blood ten years ago and all this traitor can think about on the anniversary of the Accursed Abomination is advancing Socialism. This day, of all days, is no time for a re-ellection speech.
America is defined by its founding documents: the Declaration of Independence & Constitution. By "unity" he means two things: multiculturalism & voting for him.
This phrase qualifies the "unity" in the previous sentence. Several of the recent plotters are either native born or naturalized citizens. One of them told the judge "I lied", regarding his oath of citizenship. If you are a hypenated American, you ain't an American. American and Muslim are exclusive terms because American denotes fidelity to the God given, inalienable rights of man. Islam means that only Muslims have rights. What part of "O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you,..." do you not comprehend? What part of "then their blood and property will be sacred to us " do you not understand? Obamination told us to ignore the presence of enemy agence in our midst. While he should be expelling and excluding them, he is telling us to accept them without question.
Life! Liberty! Pursuit of happiness! Those are our values, not multiculturalism & Socialism.
The thing that makes America unique is not diversity, by which Obamination means allowing the enemy to dwell among us and attack us by stealth & demographics from within. America is unique because it is founded on the principle that governments are instituted among men to preserve and protect their God given rights. Government is the protector, not the source of our rights, liberty and prosperity.
The "new generation" of the "Arab spring" do not want to build. They are Muslims, adherents of Islam. Islam is a way of life: intra-species predation. Its economic basis is pillage, plunder & extortion, not productivity. One hadith in the collection of Abu Dawud brings out this fact with extreme clarity. "When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion."
Not without expelling & excluding Muslims from its soil and from all mass transit. Not without inducing mass apostasy or nuking them off the face of the earth. American will not be protected by any lesser measures.
When you cut the defense budget and waste resources aiding our enemies as you are doing in Libya and as Slick Willy6 did in Serbia, you are weakening, not strengthening this nation.
Our prosperity is reduced, not increased by mounting debt, escalating defecits and a plethora of new & wasteful programs we can not afford. Prosperity requires eliminating the artificial barriers to productivity and production which your administration has erected. We need creation of wealth, not redistribution of wealth "spread it around".

The myth of Radicalization by Vilification

One of my Google Alerts was triggered by an article by Jeffrey Goldberg published by Bloomberg. We plow through 16 of 17 paragraphs before we reach the central point.

It’s possible that the extreme vilification of Islam one finds in some quarters of the right-wing Internet and talk radio could intensify the alienation and anger of a young Muslim man already exposed to Islamist propaganda -- and perhaps even prod him to violence.

The self-appointed Prophet of Allah, who founded Islam, married the six year old daughter of his closest friend and consummated the marriage three years later. He included in his Qur'an, a provision for divorcing girls whose marriages were consummated before they had experienced menarche.

The prophet, rejected Zaynab's parents, fixed up his adopted son with Zaynab. When the time was right, he arranged their divorce and married her. Worse yet, as Allah's last appointed spokesman, he had Allah bless the corrupt union. His child bride confirmed the obvious: "I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires." Moe's sexual proclivities and revelation of situational scripture disqualify him as a Prophet, throwing the entire "revelation" into question.

Moe, speaking for Allah, ordained jihad for Muslims, making it mandatory, not optional. He issued imperatives to wage perpetual war against pagans, Jews & Christians, and confirmed the command. He sanctified, practiced and bragged about being made victorious with terrorism. He promised Muslims that "any step" taken to "injure or enrage" disbelievers would be imputed to them as a deed of righteousness, to be weighed against their sins on Judgment Day.

Does the revelation of true facts about Islam constitute vilification? What is extreme about revealing those facts? If I recall correctly, a wise statesman once reminded us that "extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice".

Muslims tend to congregate in ghettos and avoid assimilation. A generation which fled tyranny and Shari'ah may be secular, but their descendants feel the tide of Islamic orthodoxy tugging at them. Does anyone really believe that they are unaware of the damnable doctrine genocidal jihad or that they reject it until they read our blog posts? Allah threatens them with the fire if they sit at home, and promises admission to Paradise if they join the jihad.

That word may not be the pinnacle of lies, but it is very near to the top. The standard of Islam is violent and genocidal. Believers are defined by their enslavement to Allah, which is in exchange for admission to Paradise and for which they "fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. "

Alcohol & fornication are near the top of an adolescent male's hierarchy of needs. Both are forbidden by Islam. But if a Muslim becomes a Shahid, Allah promises that he will be rewarded with rivers of wine and maidens of equal age.

Offensive jihad is fard al-kifaya, not fard ayn. But it is required in every year, and if it is not performed in a year when it was possible, all who know of the obligation are in a state of sin. [Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.1]

Brig. S.K. Malik's The Qur'anic Concept of War exposes something we need to know about terrorism and how to defeat Islam.

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponent's heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be
achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon
the enemy; it is me decision we wish to impose upon him. [pg. 59]

Psychological and physical dislocation is, at best, a means,
though, by no means, conclusive for striking terror into
the hearts of the enemies. Its effects are related to the
physical and spiritual stamina of the opponent but are seldom
of a permanent and lasting nature. An army that practises the
Quranic philosophy of war in its totality is immune to psychological
pressures. When Liddell Hart talks of imposing a direct decision
upon the enemy through psychological dislocation alone, he is
taking too much for granted.

Terror cannot be struck into the hearts of an army by merely
cutting its lines of communication or depriving it of its routes
of withdrawal. It is basically related to the strength or weakness
of the human soul. It can be instilled only if the opponent's
Faith is destroyed. Psychological dislocation is temporary;
spiritual dislocation is permanent. Psychological dislocation can be
produced hy a physical act but this does not hold good of the
spiritual dislocation. To instil terrorinto the hearts of the enemy,
it is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith conferred upon us by the Holy Quran has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from us and to enable
us to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. [pg. 60] [Emphasis added.]

What is the absolute prerequisite for the success of terrorism? What can we do to deprive Islam of that condition? What is the essential first step in defeating Islam? How shall we go about destroying their belief in Allah? These are the questions which few have the courage to propound and none have the fortitude to answer.

Obamination: Its all about My Job! I could not find a transcript on the White House Blog, then their server bogged down. I found it at Politico. Mark Levin described the speech as 'seven single spaced pages" of "pablum". In chatting with a friend while playing a game of chess, I described it in a less polite term which I won't repeat here.

I found the speech to be a campaign event rather than statesmanship. I am disappointed and disgusted by the failure of the Republicans to walk out when President Obama played the class warfare card.

Because of the length of the spew, I will flag significant chunks of feces with superscripts linked to my comments which follow the spew in an enumerated list. After reading a comment, use your Backspace key to return to your place in the spew.

My comments could serve as an outline for the response which the Republican leadership lacks the spinal & testicular fortitude to make. I do agree with his invocation of God to bless us and America, but that is about it. This proposal is one to reward his campaign donors, punish his enemies and waste billions of dollars we will never be able to pay back to our creditors.

I counted 20 demands for immediate passage of this money wasting plan. I counted 27 instances of "I" and 3 instances of my in this speech; narcissism is clearly evident along with corruption. Obama must go. We can not wait 14 months; he must resign or be impeached.

Tonight we meet at an urgent time for our country. We continue to face an economic crisis¹ that has left millions of our neighbors jobless, and a political crisis that’s made things worse.²

This past week, reporters have been asking, “What will this speech mean for the President? What will it mean for Congress? How will it affect their polls, and the next election?”³

But the millions of Americans who are watching right now, they don’t care about politics.⁴ They have real-life concerns. Many have spent months looking for work. Others are doing their best just to scrape by — giving up nights out with the family to save on gas or make the mortgage; postponing retirement to send a kid to college.⁵

These men and women grew up with faith in an America where hard work and responsibility paid off⁶. They believed in a country where everyone gets a fair shake and does their⁷ fair share — where if you stepped up, did your job, and were loyal to your company, that loyalty would be rewarded with a decent salary and good benefits; maybe a raise once in a while. If you did the right thing, you could make it. Anybody could make it in America.

For decades now, Americans have watched that compact erode⁸. They have seen the decks too often stacked against them. And they know that Washington has not always put their interests first.⁹

The people of this country work hard to meet their responsibilities. The question tonight is whether we’ll meet ours¹⁰. The question is whether, in the face of an ongoing national crisis, we can stop the political circus¹¹ and actually do something to help the economy. (Applause.) The question is — the question is whether we can restore some of the fairness¹² and security that has defined this nation since our beginning¹³.

Those of us here tonight can’t solve all our nation’s woes¹⁴. Ultimately, our recovery will be driven not by Washington, but by our businesses and our workers. But we can help. We can make a difference¹⁵. There are steps we can take right now to improve people’s lives.¹⁶

I am sending this Congress a plan that you should pass right away¹⁷. It’s called the American Jobs Act. There should be nothing controversial about this piece of legislation. Everything in here is the kind of proposal that’s been supported by both Democrats and Republicans¹⁸ — including many who sit here tonight. And everything in this bill will be paid for¹⁹. Everything. (Applause.)

The purpose of the American Jobs Act is simple: to put more people back to work²⁰ and more money in the pockets of those who are working. It will create more jobs for construction workers, more jobs for teachers, more jobs for veterans²¹, and more jobs for long-term unemployed. (Applause.) It will provide — it will provide a tax break for companies who hire new workers²², and it will cut payroll taxes in half²³ for every working American and every small business. (Applause.) It will provide a jolt to an economy that has stalled, and give companies confidence that if they invest and if they hire, there will be customers for their products and services²⁴. You should pass this jobs plan right away. (Applause.)

Everyone here knows that small businesses are where most new jobs begin. And you know that while corporate profits have come roaring back, smaller companies haven’t. So for everyone who speaks so passionately about making life easier for “job creators,” this plan is for you. (Applause.)

Pass this jobs bill — pass this jobs bill, and starting tomorrow, small businesses will get a tax cut if they hire new workers or if they raise workers’ wages²⁵. Pass this jobs bill, and all small business owners will also see their payroll taxes cut in half next year. (Applause.) If you have 50 employees — if you have 50 employees making an average salary, that’s an $80,000 tax cut²⁶. And all businesses will be able to continue writing off the investments they make in 2012.

It’s not just Democrats who have supported this kind of proposal. Fifty House Republicans have proposed the same payroll tax cut that’s in this plan. You should pass it right away. (Applause.)

Pass this jobs bill, and we can put people to work rebuilding America²⁷. Everyone here knows we have badly decaying roads and bridges²⁸ all over the country. Our highways are clogged with traffic. Our skies are the most congested in the world. It’s an outrage.

Building a world-class transportation system is part of what made us a economic superpower. And now we’re going to sit back and watch China build newer airports and faster railroads? At a time when millions of unemployed construction workers could build them right here in America?²⁹ (Applause.)

There are private construction companies all across America just waiting to get to work. There’s a bridge that needs repair between Ohio and Kentucky that’s on one of the busiest trucking routes in North America. A public transit project in Houston that will help clear up one of the worst areas of traffic in the country. And there are schools throughout this country that desperately need renovating. How can we expect our kids to do their best in places that are literally falling apart? ³⁰This is America. Every child deserves a great school — and we can give it to them, if we act now. (Applause.)

The American Jobs Act will repair and modernize at least 35,000 schools. It will put people to work right now fixing roofs and windows, installing science labs and high-speed Internet in classrooms all across this country. It will rehabilitate homes and businesses in communities hit hardest by foreclosures. It will jumpstart thousands of transportation projects all across the country. And to make sure the money is properly spent, we’re building on reforms we’ve already put in place. No more earmarks. No more boondoggles. No more bridges to nowhere. We’re cutting the red tape that prevents some of these projects from getting started as quickly as possible. And we’ll set up an independent fund to attract private dollars and issue loans based on two criteria: how badly a construction project is needed and how much good it will do for the economy. ³¹(Applause.)

This idea came from a bill written by a Texas Republican and a Massachusetts Democrat. The idea for a big boost in construction is supported by America’s largest business organization and America’s largest labor organization. It’s the kind of proposal that’s been supported in the past by Democrats and Republicans alike. You should pass it right away. (Applause.)

Pass this jobs bill, and thousands of teachers in every state will go back to work³². These are the men and women charged with preparing our children for a world where the competition has never been tougher. But while they’re adding teachers in places like South Korea, we’re laying them off in droves. It’s unfair to our kids. It undermines their future and ours. And it has to stop. Pass this bill, and put our teachers back in the classroom where they belong. (Applause.)

Pass this jobs bill, and companies will get extra tax credits if they hire America’s veterans. We ask these men and women to leave their careers, leave their families, risk their lives to fight for our country. The last thing they should have to do is fight for a job when they come home. (Applause.)

Pass this bill, and hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged young people will have the hope and the dignity of a summer job next year. And their parents -- (applause) -- their parents, low-income Americans who desperately want to work, will have more ladders out of poverty.

Pass this jobs bill, and companies will get a $4,000³³ tax credit if they hire anyone who has spent more than six months looking for a job. (Applause.) We have to do more to help the long-term unemployed in their search for work. This jobs plan builds on a program in Georgia that several Republican leaders have highlighted, where people who collect unemployment insurance participate in temporary work as a way to build their skills while they look for a permanent job. The plan also extends unemployment insurance for another year. (Applause.) If the millions of unemployed Americans stopped getting this insurance, and stopped using that money for basic necessities, it would be a devastating blow to this economy. Democrats and Republicans in this chamber have supported unemployment insurance plenty of times in the past. And in this time of prolonged hardship, you should pass it again -- right away. (Applause.)

Pass this jobs bill, and the typical working family will get a $1,500 tax cut next year. Fifteen hundred dollars that would have been taken out of your pocket will go into your pocket. This expands on the tax cut that Democrats and Republicans already passed for this year. If we allow that tax cut to expire -- if we refuse to act -- middle-class families will get hit with a tax increase at the worst possible time. We can’t let that happen³⁴. I know that some of you have sworn oaths to never raise any taxes on anyone for as long as you live. Now is not the time to carve out an exception and raise middle-class taxes, which is why you should pass this bill right away. (Applause.)

This is the American Jobs Act. It will lead to new jobs for construction workers, for teachers, for veterans, for first responders, young people and the long-term unemployed. It will provide tax credits to companies that hire new workers, tax relief to small business owners, and tax cuts for the middle class. And here’s the other thing I want the American people to know: The American Jobs Act will not add to the deficit. It will be paid for. And here’s how. (Applause.)

The agreement we passed in July will cut government spending by about $1 trillion over the next 10 years. It also charges this Congress to come up with an additional $1.5 trillion in savings³⁵ by Christmas. Tonight, I am asking you to increase that amount so that it covers the full cost³⁶ of the American Jobs Act. And a week from Monday, I’ll be releasing a more ambitious deficit plan -- a plan that will not only cover the cost of this jobs bill, but stabilize our debt in the long run. (Applause.)

This approach is basically the one I’ve been advocating for months. In addition to the trillion dollars of spending cuts I’ve already signed into law, it’s a balanced plan that would reduce the deficit by making additional spending cuts, by making modest adjustments to health care programs like Medicare and Medicaid, and by reforming our tax code in a way that asks the wealthiest Americans and biggest corporations to pay their fair share³⁷. (Applause.) What’s more, the spending cuts wouldn’t happen so abruptly that they’d be a drag on our economy, or prevent us from helping small businesses and middle-class families get back on their feet right away.

Now, I realize there are some in my party who don’t think we should make any changes at all to Medicare and Medicaid, and I understand their concerns. But here’s the truth: Millions of Americans rely on Medicare in their retirement. And millions more will do so in the future. They pay for this benefit during their working years. They earn it. But with an aging population and rising health care costs, we are spending too fast to sustain the program. And if we don’t gradually reform the system while protecting current beneficiaries, it won’t be there when future retirees need it. We have to reform Medicare³⁸ to strengthen it. (Applause.)

I am also -- I’m also well aware that there are many Republicans who don’t believe we should raise taxes on those who are most fortunate and can best afford³⁹ it. But here is what every American knows: While most people in this country struggle to make ends meet, a few of the most affluent citizens and most profitable corporations enjoy tax breaks and loopholes that nobody else gets⁴⁰. Right now, Warren Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary -- an outrage he has asked us to fix. (Laughter.) We need a tax code where everyone gets a fair shake and where everybody pays their fair share. (Applause.) And by the way, I believe the vast majority of wealthy Americans and CEOs are willing to do just that if it helps the economy grow and gets our fiscal house in order.

I’ll also offer ideas to reform a corporate tax code that stands as a monument to special interest influence in Washington. By eliminating pages of loopholes and deductions, we can lower one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world. (Applause.) Our tax code should not give an advantage to companies that can afford the best-connected lobbyists.⁴¹ It should give an advantage to companies that invest and create jobs right here in the United States of America. (Applause.)

So we can reduce this deficit, pay down our debt, and pay for this jobs plan in the process. But in order to do this, we have to decide what our priorities are. We have to ask ourselves, “What’s the best way to grow the economy and create jobs?”

Should we keep tax loopholes for oil companies? Or should we use that money to give small business owners a tax credit when they hire new workers? Because we can’t afford to do both. Should we keep tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires? Or should we put teachers back to work so our kids can graduate ready for college and good jobs? (Applause.) Right now, we can’t afford to do both.

This isn’t political grandstanding. This isn’t class warfare. This is simple math. (Laughter.) This is simple math. These are real choices. These are real choices that we’ve got to make. And I’m pretty sure I know what most Americans would choose. It’s not even close. And it’s time for us to do what’s right for our future. (Applause.)

Now, the American Jobs Act answers the urgent need to create jobs right away. But we can’t stop there. As I’ve argued since I ran for this office, we have to look beyond the immediate crisis and start building an economy that lasts into the future -- an economy that creates good, middle-class jobs that pay well and offer security. We now live in a world where technology has made it possible for companies to take their business anywhere. If we want them to start here and stay here and hire here, we have to be able to out-build and out-educate and out-innovate every other country on Earth. (Applause.)

And this task of making America more competitive for the long haul, that’s a job for all of us. For government and for private companies. For states and for local communities -- and for every American citizen. All of us will have to up our game. All of us will have to change the way we do business.

My administration can and will take some steps to improve our competitiveness on our own. For example, if you’re a small business owner who has a contract with the federal government, we’re going to make sure you get paid a lot faster than you do right now. (Applause.) We’re also planning to cut away the red tape that prevents too many rapidly growing startup companies from raising capital and going public. And to help responsible homeowners, we’re going to work with federal housing agencies to help more people refinance their mortgages at interest rates that are now near 4 percent. That’s a step -- (applause) -- I know you guys must be for this, because that’s a step that can put more than $2,000 a year in a family’s pocket, and give a lift to an economy still burdened by the drop in housing prices.

So, some things we can do on our own. Other steps will require congressional action. Today you passed reform that will speed up the outdated patent process, so that entrepreneurs can turn a new idea into a new business as quickly as possible. That’s the kind of action we need. Now it’s time to clear the way for a series of trade agreements that would make it easier for American companies to sell their products in Panama and Colombia and South Korea -– while also helping the workers whose jobs have been affected by global competition. (Applause.) If Americans can buy Kias and Hyundais, I want to see folks in South Korea driving Fords and Chevys and Chryslers. (Applause.) I want to see more products sold around the world stamped with the three proud words: “Made in America.” That’s what we need to get done. (Applause.)

And on all of our efforts to strengthen competitiveness, we need to look for ways to work side by side with America’s businesses. That’s why I’ve brought together a Jobs Council of leaders from different industries who are developing a wide range of new ideas to help companies grow and create jobs.

Already, we’ve mobilized business leaders to train 10,000 American engineers a year, by providing company internships and training. Other businesses are covering tuition for workers who learn new skills at community colleges. And we’re going to make sure the next generation of manufacturing takes root not in China or Europe, but right here, in the United States of America. (Applause) If we provide the right incentives, the right support -- and if we make sure our trading partners play by the rules -- we can be the ones to build everything from fuel-efficient cars to advanced biofuels to semiconductors that we sell all around the world. That’s how America can be number one again. And that’s how America will be number one again. (Applause.)

Now, I realize that some of you have a different theory on how to grow the economy. Some of you sincerely believe that the only solution to our economic challenges is to simply cut most government spending and eliminate most government regulations. (Applause.)

Well, I agree that we can’t afford wasteful spending, and I’ll work with you, with Congress, to root it out. And I agree that there are some rules and regulations that do put an unnecessary burden on businesses at a time when they can least afford it. (Applause.) That’s why I ordered a review of all government regulations. So far, we’ve identified over 500 reforms, which will save billions of dollars over the next few years. (Applause.) We should have no more regulation than the health, safety and security of the American people require. Every rule should meet that common-sense test. (Applause.)

But what we can’t do -- what I will not do -- is let this economic crisis be used as an excuse to wipe out the basic protections that Americans have counted on for decades. (Applause.) I reject the idea that we need to ask people to choose between their jobs and their safety. I reject the argument that says for the economy to grow, we have to roll back protections that ban hidden fees by credit card companies, or rules that keep our kids from being exposed to mercury, or laws that prevent the health insurance industry from shortchanging patients. I reject the idea that we have to strip away collective bargaining rights to compete in a global economy. (Applause.) We shouldn’t be in a race to the bottom, where we try to offer the cheapest labor and the worst pollution standards. America should be in a race to the top. And I believe we can win that race. (Applause.)

In fact, this larger notion that the only thing we can do to restore prosperity is just dismantle government, refund everybody’s money, and let everyone write their own rules, and tell everyone they’re on their own -- that’s not who we are. That’s not the story of America.

Yes, we are rugged individualists. Yes, we are strong and self-reliant. And it has been the drive and initiative of our workers and entrepreneurs that has made this economy the engine and the envy of the world.

But there’s always been another thread running throughout our history -- a belief that we’re all connected, and that there are some things we can only do together, as a nation.

We all remember Abraham Lincoln as the leader who saved our Union. Founder of the Republican Party. But in the middle of a civil war, he was also a leader who looked to the future -- a Republican President who mobilized government to build the Transcontinental Railroad -- (applause) -- launch the National Academy of Sciences, set up the first land grant colleges. (Applause.) And leaders of both parties have followed the example he set.

Ask yourselves -- where would we be right now if the people who sat here before us decided not to build our highways, not to build our bridges, our dams, our airports? What would this country be like if we had chosen not to spend money on public high schools, or research universities, or community colleges? Millions of returning heroes, including my grandfather, had the opportunity to go to school because of the G.I. Bill. Where would we be if they hadn’t had that chance? (Applause.)

How many jobs would it have cost us if past Congresses decided not to support the basic research that led to the Internet and the computer chip? What kind of country would this be if this chamber had voted down Social Security or Medicare just because it violated some rigid idea about what government could or could not do? (Applause.) How many Americans would have suffered as a result?

No single individual built America on their own. We built it together. We have been, and always will be, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all; a nation with responsibilities to ourselves and with responsibilities to one another. And members of Congress, it is time for us to meet our responsibilities. (Applause.)

Every proposal I’ve laid out tonight is the kind that’s been supported by Democrats and Republicans in the past. Every proposal I’ve laid out tonight will be paid for. And every proposal is designed to meet the urgent needs of our people and our communities.

Now, I know there’s been a lot of skepticism about whether the politics of the moment will allow us to pass this jobs plan -- or any jobs plan. Already, we’re seeing the same old press releases and tweets flying back and forth. Already, the media has proclaimed that it’s impossible to bridge our differences. And maybe some of you have decided that those differences are so great that we can only resolve them at the ballot box.

But know this: The next election is 14 months away. And the people who sent us here -- the people who hired us to work for them -- they don’t have the luxury of waiting 14 months.⁴² (Applause.) Some of them are living week to week, paycheck to paycheck, even day to day. They need help, and they need it now.

I don’t pretend that this plan will solve all our problems⁴³. It should not be, nor will it be, the last plan of action we propose. What’s guided us from the start of this crisis hasn’t been the search for a silver bullet. It’s been a commitment to stay at it -- to be persistent -- to keep trying every new idea that works⁴⁴, and listen to every good proposal, no matter which party comes up with it.

Regardless of the arguments we’ve had in the past, regardless of the arguments we will have in the future, this plan is the right thing to do right now. You should pass it. (Applause.) And I intend to take that message to every corner of this country. (Applause.) And I ask -- I ask every American who agrees to lift your voice: Tell the people who are gathered here tonight that you want action now. Tell Washington that doing nothing is not an option. Remind us that if we act as one nation and one people, we have it within our power to meet this challenge.

President Kennedy once said, “Our problems are man-made –- therefore they can be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants.”

These are difficult years for our country. But we are Americans. We are tougher than the times we live in, and we are bigger than our politics have been. So let’s meet the moment. Let’s get to work, and let’s show the world once again why the United States of America remains the greatest nation on Earth. (Applause.)

"Never let a crisis go to waste". The economic crisis is real: our economy is buried deep in a depression. We are up to our ears in a sea of debt which will drown us when interest rates rise again. The economic crisis is the fruit of decades of government by and compromising with LibTurds. We can't spend our way out of debt. Increasing tax rates and imposing regulations that stifle economic activity are counter productive; part of the problem, not part of the solution.
The political crisis is imaginary, conjured up for partisan political gain. Rejecting counter productive proposals is not partisanship, it is statesmanship. When the patient is dying from poisoning by arsenic, he won't be cured by increased dosages of arsenic.
Discussion centers on political impact because the speech is political; a campaign speech intended to secure your grip on power, not a realistic plan for economic growth. If you had a real plan, you would present it in writing, complete with a cost-benefit analysis from the Congressional Budget Office. The fact that you are dribbling out empty platitudes in a series of campaign speeches tells us everything we need to know about your plan: it is a complete fraud.
Elections have consequences, as we are learning to our sorrow. The Tea Party arose spontaneously precisely because a growing segment of the electorate is aware of the consequences of electing Socialists to high office.
Everyone's income is someone else's expense. When we "tighten our belts", others suffer. When we lose our jobs, everyone in our chain of commerce and credit suffers with us. We did not learn the wider lesson of the stock market crash of 1929. Income, wealth and economic activity in general must be based on reality, fantasy & fashion are not good economic foundations. We could have and should have learned from the .com bubble. Instead, we inflated the housing bubble, an artificial house of cards whose collapse was inevitable. If we don't learn our lessons from electing you, this nation will soon land in the ash heap of history.
Pay offs are what your corrupt cronies receive. Hard work does not always pay off. No matter how hard a farmer works, crop failures caused by disease, pestilence, drought or flood can cause his effort and investment to be wasted, resulting in a total loss. Everyone who has tried cold call commission sales knows that hard work is not always rewarded. Responsibility is not guaranteed to pay off either. If you are careful with credit and savings, not living beyond your means, you can still be brought down by the consequences of the irresponsibility of others, especially the irresponsibility of those who write the laws & regulations and control the currency.
"Fair" is one of those loaded words that carries a great deal of emotional impact without real substance. Try to define and quantify it.
This is the point at which responsible & trustworthy Republican statesmen would have risen up and walked out in protest of the class warfare card. The previous sentence was the first clue, this is the second. The erosion actually began with the whip sawing auto strikes of the '60s & '70s. Bad fiscal policies inflated the currency, leading to a wage/price spiral. Union goons and COLA recipients advanced, everyone else suffered. Unions strangled the golden goose, building the foundation for our present situation.
Government should not be involved in putting any "interest" first; determining winners & losers is not the proper role of government. Obama is playing the class warfare card, Republicans should have thrown over the table and walked out.
You already answered this question, with your call for "civility" in political discourse, TARP, Porkulus and playing the race and class cards. While you accuse, by innuendo, the Republicans of irresponsibility, you are the real culprit. Your overweening arrogance and narcissism are disgusting. In his running commentary on this speech, Mark Levin remarked that you are the lead clown. This is not a policy speech, it is a campaign speech, oriented not toward solving economic problems, but toward your re-election. Your actions are those of a fireman throwing gasoline on a fire and sounding an extra alarm for more turnout to fight the blaze.
Translation: equality of outcome; income redistribution. That sentence is intended to advance the Socialist agenda, which is entirely contra-indicated by an understanding of economics. In the real world, outcomes are not equal, and there is no security.
This nation is defined by the Declaration of Independence and Constitution, which seized and secured the rights of citizens. It is not defined by trhe Socialist agenda you are promoting.

"Tax breaks for corporations"; you are tripping over your own tongue. "Tax breaks" significantly less than the annual cost of wages and benefits for each hire and the aggregate of new hires will not produce the desired result. Employers need some expectation of making a profit, not taking a loss. They need predictable markets and costs. Your Obama Don't Care and energy related regulations do more to prevent job development than anything else. They are not going to hire until sales & demand are seen to increase substantially with a trend curve that indicates they will be sustained. Inadequate, short term, single shot fixes are part of the problem, not part of the solution.
With OASDI rapidly approaching bankruptcy and the unemployment compensation system already in the red, that is a wonderful idea indeed.
Investment and hiring decisions must be based on long term trends. Your tax and regulatory policies are counter productive, killing, not creating jobs. Employers hire after need is proven, not before. You are putting the cart before the horse.
Incentives built into tax laws need to be predictable, reliable and sufficient to offset the cost of the behavior they are designed to promote. No competent manager will base hiring or pay decisions on a tax cut. Everyones income is an expense to someone else. If employers pay more, they will charge more, hurting their customers.
How does that tax cut compare to the total cost of one employee, wages, benefits & payroll taxes? How many new hires will it facilitate?
Define your terms! You imply rebuilding infrastructure, which would not be as substantial as you imply and would vastly increase the defecit & debt. You really mean replace the Constitution with Das Kapital' 'rass it and go to Hell.
What happened to the loot in the Highway Trust Fund? Why was it not used to rebuild roads & bridges on an as needed basis? What is the annual Federal Motor Fuel tax revenue, and how is it spent?
How much money does it cost to build an airport, and how many people does it employ? Will rough carpenters, electricians and brick layers, drywallers, finish carpenters and plumbers be put to work building bridges and highways? Do their training and skill sets transfer? What is the cost of land acquisition, planning, zoning, etc? How lown will this process take? You will put millions to work overnight, yeah, right. Show us your magic wand.

Congress Must Expel Maxine Waters!

Breitbart has video of the statement in which the dishonorable Representative Maxine Waters said "the Tea Party can go straight to hell". When the applause subsided, she added "And I intend to help them get there".

Did she get the memo about "civility" in political discourse? In Detroit Monday, President Obama heard Jimmy Hoffa Jr. call us "sons of a bitch" and declare war on us. He made no protest, indicating his approval. His call for "civility" is a one way street.

The Congress should reprimand President Obama for demagoguery and expel Rep. Waters for making a death threat. If they do not act, the electorate should take due notice and vote accordingly Nov. 6, 2012.

Michigan House Bill 4769 Bans Enforcement of Alien Laws

Having opened the bill in Adobe X, I searched it for the following terms: Islam, Muslim, Sharia, Shari'ah and Fiqh. No instances of any of those words was found in the legislation.

An excerpt of the operative code is included below with the most significant clauses highlighted. It simply prohibits the application of any foreign law impairing the constitutional rights of litigants.

Sec. 2. A court, arbitrator, administrative agency, or other
4 adjudicative, mediation, or enforcement authority shall not enforce
5 a foreign law if doing so would violate a right guaranteed by the
6 constitution of this state or of the United States.
7 Sec. 3. (1) If any contractual provision or agreement provides
8 for the choice of a foreign law to govern its interpretation or the
9 resolution of any dispute between the parties and if the
10 enforcement or interpretation of the contractual provision or
11 agreement would result in a violation of a right guaranteed by the
12 constitution of this state or of the United States, the contractual
13 provision or agreement shall be applied as modified or amended to
14 the extent necessary to preserve the constitutional rights of the
15 parties.
16 (2) If any contractual provision or agreement provides for the
17 choice of venue or forum outside of the states or territories of
18 the United States, and if the enforcement or interpretation of the
19 contractual provision or agreement applying that choice of venue or
20 forum provision would result in a violation of any right guaranteed
21 by the constitution of this state or of the United States, that
22 contractual provision or agreement shall be interpreted or
23 construed to preserve the constitutional rights of the person
24 against whom enforcement is sought. Similarly, if a natural person
25 subject to personal jurisdiction in this state seeks to maintain
26 litigation, arbitration, agency, or similarly binding proceedings
27 in this state, and if a court of this state finds that granting a
claim of forum non conveniens or a related claim violates or would
2 likely lead to a violation of the constitutional rights of the
3 nonclaimant in the foreign forum with respect to the matter in
4 dispute, the claim shall be denied.
5 (3) Any contractual provision or agreement incapable of being
6 modified or amended to preserve the constitutional rights of the
7 parties pursuant to the provisions of this section is null and
8 void.
9 (4) If a corporation, partnership, limited liability company,
10 business association, or other legal entity contracts to subject
11 itself to foreign law in a jurisdiction outside of any state or
12 territory of the United States, this act does not apply to that
13 contract.
14 Sec. 4. This act applies only to actual or foreseeable
15 violations of the constitutional rights of a person caused by the
16 application of the foreign law.

- Alliance for Democracy in Iran greets the world in Persian. It has a Facebook page liked by 170.
- Council for Democracy and Tolerance presents a six point mission statemnt. Its founder has some associations that would make Muslim's heads explode. I found neither a statement of membership nor an independent Facebook presence.
- Hasan Mahmahmud is listed as an advisory board member of the World Muslim Congress. Their Facebook link is to their founder's personal page with 4999 friends.
- Alliance of Iranian Women has an interesting web site which begins with an enumerated list of 17 misogynistic provisions of Shari'ah as imposed in Iran. I did not find membership numbers or a Facebook listing.
- Muslim Canadian Congress is represented by Farzana Hassan, Ed.D and Tarek Fata. They have signs of activity & organization but no statement of a number of members. They have a -Facebook page with 27 members and several others totaling 4434 sympathetic to their position. Opposing groups, some expressly denying representation, total 1688 members.
- Lib for All seems to be an Indonesian organization with an American address and activity. Their Facebook group has 517 members.
- AIFD has several Facebook pages, the largest with 464 followers, a grand total of 829.
- Jalal Zuberi, MD is a professor of pediatric medicine, I doubt that his endorsement involves the medical school.
It appears that these leaders have approximately 11,000 followers; about 9 ten millionths of 1 percent of Muslims.

What differentiates Islam from Islamism? Exactly what is the element that makes Islamism radical? Is Islamism anything other than Salafism: emulation of Muhammad, who combined religious and temporal power in his own hands and those of his caliphs?

We see no evidence that statutes like HB 4769 will adversely impact the free exercise of our personal pietistic

The proposed law will not interfere with iman, hajj, salat, saum or zakat. Or will it? Islam requires payment of 2.5% of accumulated wealth and financial transactions. Zakat is divided into eight equal shares, one of which must be paid to those fighting in Allah's cause: terrorists. Federal law prohibits sending money to terrorists.

Do you sit on the sidelines and watch others perform Islam, or do you perform it? How do you perform Islam without obeying Allah and emulating Muhammad?

33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

33:22. And when the believers saw AlAhzâb (the Confederates), they said: "This is what Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ) had promised us, and Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ) had spoken the truth, and it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allâh).

33:23. Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allâh [i.e. they have gone out for Jihâd (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allâh] in the least.

33:24. That Allâh may reward the men of truth for their truth (i.e. for their patience at the accomplishment of that which they covenanted with Allâh), and punish the hypocrites if He will or accept their repentance by turning to them in Mercy. Verily, Allâh is OftForgiving, Most Merciful.

33:25. And Allâh drove back those who disbelieved in their rage, they gained no advantage (booty, etc.). Allâh sufficed for the believers in the fighting (by sending against the disbelievers a severe wind and troops of angels). And Allâh is Ever AllStrong, AllMighty.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

So, your personal interpretation of Islam rejects Surah Al-Anfal, Surah At-Taubah, Surah Al-Ahzab, Surah Muhammad, Surah Al-Hujuraat & Surah As-Saff. You also reject Muhammad's Sunnah in which he testified that he was commanded to fight and implemented that command. There is one little problem with that: You condemn yourself to eternal damnation by rejecting Allah's jihad imperatives.

2:85. After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies) against them, in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their expulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allâh is not unaware of what you do.

Under the Shafi'ite school's Shari'ah, codified in Reliance of the Traveller, your rejection of Allah's jihad imperatives condemns you to death for apostasy.

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

What are the "highest principles of Islam" and how does Islamism distort them? Islamism conflates Islam and government, seeking to supplant man made laws with Shari'ah. How does that differ from what Muhammad did? Did Muhammad distort the highest principles of the deen he founded?

Who dictated the laws? Who judged crimes and imposed punishments? Does the Qur'an prescribe penalties for zina, theft and alcohol consumption? Did Muhammad impose and execute them? These quotes should settle the issue.

33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Malik's Muwatta Book 41, Number 41.2.12:

Malik related to me from Zayd ibn Aslam that a man confessed to fornication in the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, called for a whip, and he was brought a broken whip. He said, "Above this," and he was brought a new whip whose knots had not been cut yet. He said, "Below this," and he was brought a whip which had been used and made flexible. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave the order and he was flogged. Then he said, "People! The time has come for you to observe the limits of Allah. Whoever has had any of these ugly things befall him should cover them up with the veil of Allah. Whoever reveals to us his wrong action, we perform what is in the Book of Allah against him."

Muhammad united in himself the offices of law giver and judge. Allah tells us that Muhammad is to be emulated.

33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

“Michigan House Bill 4769 seeks to ensure that American Muslims can live in freedom and safety, in accordance with our constitutional principles, and not be enveloped by the tentacles of medieval, man-made laws that have been falsely accorded divine status,” said the AILC.

I can not argue that Shari'ah is not medieval & man made nor can I argue that its divine status is not fallacious. But when Muslims agree with me, they commit apostasy. [Reliance of the Traveller, O8.7, items 7, 14 & 19, quoted above.] Examine the penalty for fornication codified in Reliance.

The legal penalty is obligatorily imposed upon anyone who fornicates or commits sodomy (A: provided it is legally established (def: n11.2 (O:) ) ) when they:

(a) have reached puberty;

(b) are sane;

no matter whether the person is a Muslim, non-Muslim subject of the Islamic state, or someone who has left Islam.

If the offender is someone with the capacity to remain chaste, then he or she is stoned to death (def: o12.6), someone with the capacity to remain chaste meaning anyone who has had sexual intercourse (A: at least once) with their spouse in a valid marriage, and is free, of age, and sane. A person is not considered to have the capacity to remain chaste if he or she has only had intercourse in a marriage that is invalid, or is prepubescent at the time of material intercourse, or is someone insane at the time of marital intercourse who subsequently regains their sanity prior to committing adultery.

If the offender is not someone with the capacity to remain chaste, then the penalty consists of being scourged (def: o12.5) one hundred stripes and banished to a distance of at least 81 km./50 mi. for one year.

If that is not divine law, then nothing in the Qur'an is divine!

24:2. The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allâh's Law).

Where in HB 4769 is race or religion mentioned? What race is Islam? Islam has enslaved Arabs, Africans, Asians and Caucasians, so, what race is it? If we do not want our courts to enforce alien laws that impose corporal punishment, discount a woman's testimony, forbid Christians to testify and deny child custody to a Christian mother, how does that make us racists?

The AILC statement reinforces the American Muslim community's commitment to the First Amendment‟s Establishment Clause and the separation between religion and state. Unfortunately, Islamist groups would like to compromise this separation and provide cover to medieval, misogynistic and homophobic laws that no Muslim is obligated to demand as public law.

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir spreads the "good news" "that Islam will conquer" based on 48:28. If any doubt remains, read 61:9 to the end of the surah, the context of the succeeding ayat leaves no room for doubt. The mission of Islam is global conquest, participation in which is your get out of Hell free card.

“Shari„ah law, wherever it has been applied in the public domain, be it in Iran, Saudi Arabia or Pakistan, has resulted in untold misery and oppression of Muslims, in particular Muslim women, by Islamists and dictators who invoke shari„ah law to justify their rule,” said AILC member Manda Ervin. “Many of us fled the Muslim world to escape shari„ah law and to practice Islam in our personal lives, by moving to the USA and other western countries. We do not wish these laws to follow us here,” she concluded.

It is impossible to dispute the facts raised by Manda Ervin. Unfortunately, those who flee the plague carry it with them. Immunity requires apostasy. None of us will be fully safe until everyone is immunized against Shari'ah.

CAIR

CAIR issued an action alert, claiming that "The bill does nothing to protect our legal institutions but only contributes to the growing climate of fear mongering against the American Muslim community which marginalizes and cast suspicion upon loyal Americans.". They provide scripts with some interesting talking points. [Emphasis added.]

In April 2008, defendant traveled to India and pronounced the following written triple talaq:

The parties disagree regarding whether plaintiff was notified of this triple talaq. However, in
May 2008, plaintiff filed a complaint for divorce in Michigan. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss
the complaint pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) because of the existing Indian divorce. To
prove the divorce occurred, he offered a divorce certificate from a Wakf Board in Andhra
Pradesh, India. The trial court granted his motion. It instructed plaintiff to register the Indian divorce
in Michigan and file a separate complaint for custody and child support.

That ruling was overturned on appeal, but some litigants may lack the money and patience to pursue appeals. We should not take that risk. Go to

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you. Thank you, everybody. I can tell Ghana got you fired up. (Applause.) Thank you, Ghana, for that introduction. Thank you all for having me. It is good to be back in Detroit. (Applause.) I'm glad I was able to bring a friend -- a proud daughter of the Teamsters, your Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, in the house. (Applause.)

We’re thrilled to be joined by so many other friends. I want to acknowledge, first of all, two of the finest senators in the country -- Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow are in the house. (Applause.) Outstanding members of the congressional delegation -- John Bingham, John Conyers, Sandy Levin, Gary Peters, and Hansen Clarke. (Applause.)

The president of the Metropolitan Detroit Central Labor Council, our host, Saundra Williams. (Applause.) AFL-CIO president, Rich Trumka. (Applause.) President of the Michigan AFL-CIO, Mark Gaffney. (Applause.) And some proud sons and daughters of Michigan representing working people here and across the country -- SEIU President Mary Kay Henry, Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa, UAW President Bob King, Utility Workers President Mike Langford. (Applause.) We are proud of them and we're proud of your congressional delegation who are working every single day with your state and local elected officials to create jobs and economic growth and prosperity here in Michigan and all across the country¹.

I am honored, we are honored, to spend this day with you and your families -- the working men and women of America. This day belongs to you. You deserve a little R&R, a little barbecue -- (laughter) -- little grilling -- because you’ve been working hard. (Applause.) You’ve been working hard to make ends meet. You’ve been working hard to build a better life for your kids. You’ve been working hard² to build a better Detroit. (Applause.) But that’s not all I’m going to talk to you about.

I also want to talk about the work you’ve been doing for decades: Work to make sure that folks get an honest day’s pay for an honest day’s work³. (Applause.) Work to make sure that families get a fair⁴ shake. The work you've done that helped build the greatest middle class the world has ever known. (Applause.) I’m talking about the work that got us a 40-hour workweek and weekends, and paid leave and pensions, and the minimum wage5 and health insurance, and Social Security and Medicare⁶ -- (applause) -- the cornerstones of middle-class security. That's because of your work. (Applause.)

If you want to know who helped lay these cornerstones of an American middle class you just have to look for the union label. (Applause.)

That’s the bedrock this country is built on. Hard work. Responsibility. Sacrifice. Looking out for one another. Giving everybody a shot, everybody a chance to share in America’s prosperity⁷, from the factory floor to the boardroom. That’s what unions are all about. (Applause.)

And that’s something that’s worth keeping in mind today. We’ve come through a difficult decade in which those values were all too often given short shrift. We’ve gone through a decade where wealth was valued over work⁸, and greed was valued over responsibility⁹. And the decks were too often stacked against ordinary folks¹⁰ in favor of the special interests¹¹. And everywhere I went while I was running for this office, I met folks who felt their economic security¹² slipping away, men and women who were fighting harder and harder just to stay afloat. And that was even before the economic crisis hit, and that just made things even harder.

So these are tough times for working Americans¹³. They’re even tougher for Americans who are looking for work –- and a lot of them have been looking for work for a long time¹⁴. A lot of folks have been looking for work for a long time here in Detroit, and all across Michigan, and all across the Midwest, and all across the country. So we’ve got a lot more work to do to recover fully from this recession.

But I’m not satisfied just to get back to where we were before the recession; we’ve got to fully restore the middle class in America. (Applause.) And America cannot have a strong, growing economy without a strong, growing middle class and without a strong labor movement¹⁵. (Applause.)

That’s the central challenge that we face in our country today. That’s at the core of why I ran for President. That’s what I’ve been fighting for since I’ve been President. (Applause.) Everything we’ve done, it’s been thinking about you. We said working folks deserved a break -- so within one month of me taking office, we signed into law the biggest middle-class tax cut in history¹⁶, putting more money into your pockets. (Applause.)

We said working folks shouldn’t be taken advantage of -- so we passed tough financial reform that ended the days of taxpayer bailouts¹⁷, and stopped credit card companies from gouging you with hidden fees and unfair rate hikes, and set up a new consumer protection agency with one responsibility: sticking up for you. (Applause.)

We said that if you’re going to work hard all day to provide a better life for your kids, then we’re going to make sure that those kids get the best education possible. So we helped keep teachers on the job¹⁸. (Applause.) We’re reforming our public schools, and we’re investing in community colleges and job-training programs. (Applause.) And we ended wasteful giveaways that went to the big banks and used the savings to make college more affordable for millions of your kids¹⁹. (Applause.)

We said that every family in America should have affordable, accessible health care²⁰. (Applause.) We said you shouldn’t be discriminated against because you’ve got a preexisting condition²¹. We said young adults without insurance should be able to stay on their parents’ plans. We got that done -- for you. (Applause.)

And here’s what else we said, Detroit. We said that American autoworkers could once again build the best cars in the world. (Applause.) So we stood by the auto industry²². And we made some tough choices that were necessary to make it succeed. And now, the Big Three are turning a profit and hiring new workers, and building the best cars in the world right here in Detroit, right here in the Midwest, right here in the United States of America. (Applause.)

I know it. I’ve seen it. I’ve been to GM’s Hamtramck plant. (Applause.) I’ve been to Chrysler’s Jefferson North Plant. (Applause.) I’ve seen Detroit prove the cynics and the naysayers wrong.

We didn’t just stop there. We said American workers could manufacture the best products in the world. So we invested in high-tech manufacturing and we invested in clean energy²³. And right now, there’s an advanced battery industry taking root here in Michigan that barely existed before. (Applause.) Half of the workers at one plant in Detroit were unemployed before a new battery company came to town. And we’re growing our exports so that more of the world buys products that are stamped with three simple words: “Made in America.” (Applause.)

So that’s what we’re fighting for, Michigan. We’re fighting for good jobs with good wages. We’re fighting for health care when you get sick. We’re fighting for a secure retirement even if you’re not rich. We’re fighting for the chance to give our kids a better life than we had. That’s what we’re doing to restore middle-class security and rebuild this economy the American way -- based on balance and fairness and the same set of rules for everybody from Wall Street to Main Street. (Applause.) An economy where hard work pays off and gaming the system doesn’t pay off, and everybody has got a shot at the American Dream. That’s what we’re fighting for. (Applause.)

On Thursday, we’re going to lay out a new way forward on jobs to grow the economy and put more Americans back to work right now. I don’t want to give everything away right here, because I want you all to tune in on Thursday -- (applause) -- but I'll give you just a little bit. (Applause.)

We’ve got roads and bridges²⁴ across this country that need rebuilding. We’ve got private companies with the equipment and the manpower to do the building. We’ve got more than 1 million unemployed construction workers²⁵ ready to get dirty right now. There is work to be done and there are workers ready to do it. Labor is on board. Business is on board. We just need Congress to get on board. Let’s put America back to work²⁶. (Applause.)

Last year, we worked together, Republicans and Democrats, to pass a payroll tax cut²⁷. And because of that, this year the average family has an extra $1,000 in their pocket because of it.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: Thank you!

THE PRESIDENT: But that’s going to expire in a few months if we don’t come together to extend it. And I think putting money back in the pockets of working families is the best way to get demand rising, because that then means business is hiring, and that means the government²⁸ -- that means that the economy is growing. (Applause.)

So I’m going to propose ways to put America back to work²⁹ that both parties can agree to, because I still believe both parties can work together to solve our problems. And given the urgency of this moment, given the hardship that many people are facing, folks have got to get together³⁰.

But we’re not going to wait for them. (Applause.) We’re going to see if we’ve got some straight shooters³¹ in Congress. We’re going to see if congressional Republicans will put country before party³². (Applause.) We’ll give them a plan³³, and then we’ll say, do you want to create jobs³⁴? Then put our construction workers back to work rebuilding America³⁵. (Applause.) Do you want to help our companies succeed³⁶? Open up new markets for them to sell their products³⁷. You want -- you say you’re the party of tax cuts? Well then, prove you’ll fight just as hard for tax cuts for middle-class families as you do for oil companies and the most affluent Americans³⁸. (Applause.) Show us what you got. (Applause.)

The time for Washington games is over³⁹. (Applause.) The time for action is now. No more manufactured crises⁴⁰. No more games. Now is not the time for the people you sent to Washington to worry about their jobs⁴¹; now is the time for them to worry about your jobs. (Applause.)

Now, let me say a word about labor in particular. Now, I know this is not going to be an easy time. I know it’s not easy when there's some folks who have their sights trained⁴² on you. After all that unions have done to build and protect the middle class, you’ve got people trying to claim that you’re responsible for the problems middle-class folks are facing.

THE PRESIDENT: You’ve got Republicans saying you’re the ones exploiting working families. Imagine that.

Now, the fact is, our economy is stronger when workers are getting paid good wages and good benefits. (Applause.) Our economy is stronger when we've got broad-based growth and broad-based prosperity. That’s what unions have always been about -- shared prosperity.

You know, I was on the plane flying over here, and Carl Levin was with me, and he showed me a speech that Harry Truman had given on Labor Day 63 years ago, right here in Detroit -- 63 years ago. And just to show that things haven't changed much, he talked about how Americans had voted in some folks into Congress who weren’t very friendly to labor. And he pointed out that some working folks and even some union members voted these folks in. And now they were learning their lesson. And he pointed out that -- and I'm quoting here -- “the gains of labor were not accomplished at the expense of the rest of the nation. Labor’s gains contributed to the nation’s general prosperity.” (Applause.)

What was true back in 1948 is true in 2011. When working families are doing well, when they're getting a decent wage and they're getting decent benefits, that means they're good customers for businesses. (Applause.) That means they can buy the cars that you build. (Applause.) That means that you can buy the food from the farmers. That means you can buy from Silicon Valley. You are creating prosperity when you share in prosperity. (Applause.)

So when I hear some of these folks trying to take collective bargaining rights away, trying to pass so-called “right to work”⁴³ laws for private sector workers --

THE PRESIDENT: -- that really mean the right to work for less and less and less -- when I hear some of this talk I know this is not about economics. This is about politics.

And I want everybody here to know, as long as I’m in the White House I’m going to stand up for collective bargaining. (Applause.)

AUDIENCE: Four more years! Four more years! Four more years!

THE PRESIDENT: That’s why we’ve reversed harmful decisions that were designed to undermine those rights. That's why we passed the Fair Pay Act to stop pay discrimination. (Applause.) That's why we appointed people who are actually fulfilling their responsibilities to make sure that the offices and factories and mines workers that clock in each day, that they're actually safe on the job.

And we’re going to keep at it. Because having a voice on the job and a chance to organize and a chance to negotiate for a fair day’s pay after a hard day’s work, that is the right of every man and woman in America -- not just the CEO in the corner office, but also the janitor who cleans that office after the CEO goes home. (Applause.) Everybody has got the same right. (Applause.)

And that’s true for public employees as well. Look, the recession had a terrible effect on state and local budgets -- we all understand that. Unions have recognized that; they’ve already made tough concessions. In the private sector, we live in a more competitive global economy⁴⁴ -- so unions like the UAW understand that workers have to work with management to revamp business models, to innovate so we can sell our products around the world. We understand that the world is changing; unions understand that the world is changing. Unions understand they need to help drive the change, whether it’s on the factory floor, or in the classroom, or in the government office. (Applause.)

But what unions also know is that the values at the core of the union movement, those don’t change. Those are the values that have made this country great. (Applause.) That’s what the folks trying to undermine your rights don’t understand. When union workers agree to pay freezes and pay cuts -- they’re not doing it just to keep their jobs. They’re doing it so that their fellow workers -– their fellow Americans -- can keep their jobs. (Applause.)

When teachers agree to reforms in how schools are run at the same time as they’re digging into their pockets to buy school supplies for those kids, they do so because they believe every child can learn. (Applause.) They do it because they know something that those who seek to divide us⁴⁵ don’t understand: We are all in this together. That’s why those crowds came out to support you in Madison and in Columbus. We are one nation. We are one people. We will rise and we will fall together. (Applause.)

Anyone who doesn’t believe it should come here to Detroit. It’s like the commercial says: This is a city that’s been to heck and back. (Applause.) And while there are still a lot of challenges here, I see a city that’s coming back. (Applause.)
You ask somebody here if times are tough, they’ll say, yeah, it’s tough, but we’re tougher. (Applause.) Look at what we’re doing to overcome. Look at what we’re doing to rebuild and reinvent and redefine what it means to live in this great city. Look at our parents who catch the first bus to work, and our students who stay up late to earn a degree. Look at our workers on the line at Hamtramck and Jefferson North who are building the best cars in the world. Look at our artists who are revamping our city, and our young people who are thinking up new ways to make a difference that we never dreamed of. Look how we look out for one another. (Applause.)

That’s why we chose Detroit as one of the cities that we’re helping revitalize in our “Strong Cities, Strong Communities” initiative. (Applause.) We’re teaming up with everybody -- mayors, local officials, you name it -- boosting economic development, rebuilding your communities the best way, which is a way that involves you. Because despite all that’s changed here, and all the work that lies ahead, this is still a city where men clocked into factories. This is the city that built the greatest middle class the world has ever known. (Applause.) This is the city where women rolled up their sleeves and helped build an arsenal for democracy to free the world. (Applause.) This is a city where the great American industry has come back to life and the industries of tomorrow are taking root. This is a city where people, brave and bold, courageous and clever, are dreaming up ways to prove the skeptics wrong and write the next proud chapter in our history. (Applause.)

That’s why I wanted to be here with you today. Because for every cynic and every naysayer running around talking about how our best days are behind us -- for everybody who keeps going around saying, “No, we can’t" --

AUDIENCE: Yes, we can!

THE PRESIDENT: -- for everybody who can always find a reason why we can’t rebuild America, I meet Americans every day who, in the face of impossible odds they’ve got a different belief. They believe we can. You believe we can. (Applause.)

Yes, times are tough. But we’ve been through tough times before. I don’t know about you, but I’m not scared⁴⁶ of tough times. (Applause.) I’m not scared of tough times because I know we’re going to be all marching together and walking together and working together and rebuilding together. And I know we don’t quit. (Applause.) I know we don’t give up our dreams and settle for something less. We roll up our sleeves -- and we remember a fundamental truth of our history: We are strong when we are united. (Applause.) We’re firing all cylinders.

The union movement is going to be at the center of it. And if all of you are committed to making sure that the person standing next to you, and their kids and their grandkids -- that everybody in this city and everybody in this country can unleash his or her potential, if you work hard and play by the rules, you will get a fair shake and get a fair shot. That’s the country I want for my kids⁴⁷. (Applause.) That’s the country you want for your kids. That’s the country we’re going to build together. (Applause.)

So the President takes pride in the government officials who work every day to create jobs and economic growth--what a great job they have done! Gov. Jennifer Granholm told us we would be "blown away" after her second term. She was so right.
They've been working hard to build a better Detroit? They've been working hard to destroy Detroit, and they are succeeding.
Try to define an "honest day's pay" or an "honest day's work"; how do you measure those terms? Like "fair", those are loaded expressions with no real meaning.
Define "fair", what does it mean? How do you measure and evaluate it?
The minimum wage is a drag on the economy, raising prices and keeping many people unemployed. Health insurance as an employee benefit came about because of government wage-price controls, an unjust and foolish interference in the free market. Health and pension costs are major factors in legacy costs which are bankrupting corporations and local governments across the nation.
Social Security & Medicare are Ponzi schemes, designed, maintained and expanded for the purpose of buying votes. They are major contributors to the federal government's money woes.
Prosperity is not America's, it belongs to those who produce goods and services in high volumes, at low cost and make a profit. Prosperity is not something to be shared, it is something to be earned. Unions are all about extorting the maximum possible wages & benefits for the least possible work. They strangulated the golden goose, raising prices and killing opportunity for the rest of us.
Wealth is the result of work; accumulated surplus. Without accumulated surplus, there is nothing to invest in growth, innovation and productivity.

You ended "wasteful giveaways", Like TARP? Which was bigger, the subsidy to student loans or TARP? Is it easier or harder to obtain and pay back a student loan now?

To make the industry succeed, you need to get rid of the legacy costs. That means exorbitant wages & benefits and work rules. You also need to eliminate idiotic regulations and impossible fuel economy demands.
You "invested" in "clean energy"; how many windmill firms did you invest in? How many of them went bankrupt? How many of them shipped jobs to China? Aren't you a great investment broker; so successful! Why don't you take over for Warren Buffet?

Construction workers are out of work because government policies and human greed built a construction bubble, which burst. The game of musical chairs is over, the housing market is bust. Carpenters & brick layers are going to build reads & bridges. Yeah, right.
Public works projects are not the solution to the unemployment problem. The interest on the federal debt is mounting rapidly. When interest rates rise, we are going to be in deep excrement. Putting America back to work requires the prospect of making a profit and predictable risks. Those require eliminating your health care plan, energy and environmental plans and taxes. They also require eliminating artificial barriers todomestic oil & gas exploration, production and refining. Eliminating Obama Don't Care. Cap & Trade, fuel economy & emissions standards and the drilling ban ain't enough. You must also remove the threat of tax increases. That means permanently ditching the death tax and permanently extending Shrub's tax rate cuts. if you won't do those things, resign and clear the way for someone who will.
Only those currently employed are directly benefiting from that temporary tax cut. Does that $1000 offset the increased cost of gasoline, food, clothing and electricity for those directly benefiting from it?
Growing government does not equate to a growing economy. Resources wasted by government can not be productively invested. Money borrowed by profligate government can not be invested in productive enterprises. If you want to grow the economy, put the government on a strict diet.
To put us back to work, you must be put out of work, along with the left wing Congressmen and Senators who vote for your destructive policies.
Hardship has nothing to do with it. Rational and honest statesmen must resist your counter productive policies with all the force they can muster. They must learn to say "HELL NO!!!". Intense devotion would run parallel to and in conjunction with belief. Intense belief would mark them as believers, would it not? A review of that term is called for.

Recent events and revelations in Egypt, Libya & Tunisia make this fatal fact abundantly clear. Those now in charge of Libya gained their combat experience against our troops in Iraq.

Obamination: 9/11 Disservice

Political correctness may be defined as irrational persistence in the belief that "it is possible to pick up a turd by the clean end". Ten years ago, the "Magnificent Ninteen", armed with box cutters, hijacked four commercial passenger aircraft and flew them three of them into occupied office structures.

The immediate tactical objective of that attack was to maximize grief, suffering, psychological impact, insecurity, distrust, physical destruction and economic damage to America. The extended tactical objective was to instill a sense of defeat, insecurity & helplessness; to effect the maximum possible negative impact on our will and ability to mount an effective counter attack and defense.

The strategic objective is to effectively eliminate what they perceive as the greatest obstacle to total global conquest & domination and the establishment of permanent Islamic hegemony.

The attack was not planned, funded facilitated and executed by a single nation state or alliance of nation states. It was planned and executed by believing Muslims, in the name of Allah. When they slit the throats of the flight crews, they shouted the takbir. "Allah hu Akbar" says it all. We do not need any investigation, we do not need any evidence, we do not require interrogations, trials or witnesses. The proof stands out clearly in Islam's cannon of scripture, tradition, exegeses & jurisprudence.

President Barack Hussein Obama, in his weekly address, made no mention of or allusion to the fatal facts stated above. He pretended that the G'd'd Abomination was the result of amorphous natural forces, equivalent to an earthquake or hurricane. In fact, it was an attack by enemies of the human race; deracinated zombies Hellbent on a course of maximal destruction by what they believe to be Allah's imperatives, threat & promise.

As a wise man said "Its Islam, stupid!". Not Al-Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, 'extremists', 'radicals' neither was it terrorists. "Its Islam, stupid!"

Allah commands Muslims to conquer the entire world. The conquest imperatives are contained in Al-Anfal 39 & At-Taubah 29. "Fight them until" resistance ceases and "only Allah is worshiped", "altogether and everywhere". "Fight those who"... until they "pay the jizya" and "feel themselves subdued". What could possibly be re obvious?

Moe confirmed the imperatives, declaring that he was "ordered to fight the people" and "commanded to fight with men", the terminal condition in both cases being effective conversion & submission to Islam.

The imperatives are codified in Shari'ah, most clearly in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9, Paragraph 8: "The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians "... . Jihad is defined as "war against non-Muslims", a "communal obligation" upon Muslims, "meaning upon the Muslims each year". Hedaya confirms the fact that jihad is undertaken on Islamic initiative, it is offensive, not defensive: "The destruction of the sword is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors" [Volume II, Book IX, Chapter `, Page 141]

The outcome is predicted in exegesis: Tafsir Ibn Kathir leaves no doubt.

Ten years ago, Shrub lied about the identity of the enemy who attacked us, presumably because his family is deep in the pockets of Saudi Arabia and he did not want to face well justified demands for the extermination of Islam.

Ten years later, Obamination persists in the same deception, presumably because he is a Muslim. He makes reference to ending the fighting in Iraq and withdrawing from Afghanistan, but none to why we invaded them. Both nations base their laws on Shari'ah, the same Islamic law that mandates yearly attacks against disbelievers. We lost those wars wasting billions of dollars and priceless lives & limbs. Victory requires stamping out Islam.

Thanks and a tip of the hat to Atlas Shrugs for bringing Obanination's spew of feces to my attention. But I am not in complete agreement with Pamela Geller: "The call for service on September 11th is inappropriate and sacrilegious. September 11th is a national day of mourning. Not service, remembrance for those who died in a surprise military strike against the United States of America conducted by the military wing of the global jihad, resulting in the largest loss of life in American history.".

September 11 should be a national day of cursing, neither service and not mourning. We should be united in raising our voices to God in supplication for the immediate death & eternal damnation of those who planned, financed, facilitated, executed, enjoyed, celebrated and sympathized with the attack. We should be united in prayer for the eternal damnation of Muhammad and the complete and permanent eradication of the war cult he founded.

Turds do not have clean ends. Islam does not have clean ends. It was created by Moe for his own personal emolument through the perpetuation of war, generating a continuing flow of spoils and tribute. Islam is mercenary, it can not be rendered beneficent. Islam is aggressively violent, it can not be rendered passive. In just two weeks, we’ll come together, as a nation, to mark the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks. We’ll remember the innocent lives we lost. We’ll stand with the families who loved them. We’ll honor the heroic first responders who rushed to the scene and saved so many. And we’ll pay tribute to our troops and military families, and all those who have served over the past ten years, to keep us safe and strong.

We’ll also recall how the worst terrorist attack in American history brought out the best in the American people. How Americans lined up to give blood. How volunteers drove across the country to lend a hand. How schoolchildren donated their savings. How communities, faith groups and businesses collected food and clothing.

We were united, and the outpouring of generosity and compassion reminded us that in times of challenge, we Americans move forward together, as one people.

This September 11th, Michelle and I will join the commemorations at Ground Zero, in Shanksville, and at the Pentagon. But even if you can’t be in New York, Pennsylvania or Virginia, every American can be part of this anniversary. Once again, 9/11 will be a National Day of Service and Remembrance. And in the days and weeks ahead, folks across the country—in all 50 states—will come together, in their communities and neighborhoods, to honor the victims of 9/11 and to reaffirm the strength of our nation with acts of service and charity.

In Minneapolis, volunteers will help restore a community center. In Winston-Salem, North Carolina, they’ll hammer shingles and lay floors to give families a new home. In Tallahassee, Florida, they’ll assemble care packages for our troops overseas and their families here at home. In Orange County, California, they’ll renovate homes for our veterans. And once again, Michelle and I look forward to joining a local service project as well.

There are so many ways to get involved, and every American can do something. To learn more about the opportunities where you live, just go online and visit Serve.gov. Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost; a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.

On this 10th anniversary, we still face great challenges as a nation. We’re emerging from the worst economic crisis in our lifetimes. We’re taking the fight to al Qaeda, ending the war in Iraq and starting to bring our troops home from Afghanistan. And we’re working to rebuild the foundation of our national strength here at home.

None of this will be easy. And it can’t be the work of government alone. As we saw after 9/11, the strength of America has always been the character and compassion of our people. So as we mark this solemn anniversary, let’s summon that spirit once more. And let’s show that the sense of common purpose that we need in America doesn’t have to be a fleeting moment; it can be a lasting virtue—not just on one day, but every day.

Americans move forward together, as one people.

That crap belongs in a campaign speech, not in a remembrance of innocent lives lost in a violent attack by believers in Islam. For a politician who constantly divides the nation by race and economic status to mention togetherness, implying unity is the Acme of arrogance. "Move forward" implies the Socialist agenda of economic destruction & redistribution. That phrase belongs in a paid campaign commercial; it is entirely unrelated to the event being commemorated.

every American can be part of this anniversary

Those of us who are old enough to remember the Abomination can not avoid remembering the horrific events of that day. The image of jumpers evading the flames and smoke, hurtling toward the pavement below is indelibly imprinted on our memories. Likewise the image of the collapsing towers.

Far from being an empty clause, it is another appeal to unity: unity in voting to re-elect the worst President in American history. It belongs in a paid campaign commercial, not in a commemoration of innocent lives lost.

National Day of Service and Remembrance

There is no rational connection between service and remembrance. This clause, like its precedents, is polemical; unrelated to the topic at hand. "Service" fits right in with "sacrifice" and "eat your peas". I happen to like peas, I will eat as many as I can get my hands on when they are fresh. I had a bowl of pea soup for breakfast. I do not like the Socialist agenda of tax increases, which Obamination is promoting with his spew of excrement.

Now we are going to get down to some gritty detail. There is blessed good reason why Shari'ah should not be enforced in our courts and I shall now expose you to it.

Shari'ah denies custody to a secular mother

m13.2 The necessary conditions for a person to
have custody of a child are:
(a) uprightness (def: 024.4) (0: a corrupt
person may not be a guardian, because child care
is a position of authority, and the corrupt are
unqualified for it. Mawardi and Ruyani hold that
outward uprightness (def: m3.3(f) is sufficient
unless there is open wrongdoing. If the corruptness
of a child's mother consists of her not performing
the prayer (sal at) , she has no right to
custody of the child, who might grow up to be like
her, ending up in the same vile condition of not
praying, for keeping another's company has its
effects);
(b) sanity (0: since a mother uninterruptedly
insane has no right to custody, though if her
insanity is slight. such as a single day per year. her
right to custody is not vitiated by it);
(c) and if the child is Muslim, it is a necessary
condition that the person with custody be a Muslim
(0: because it is a position of authority, and a
non-Muslim has no right to authority and hence
no right to raise a Muslim. If a non-Muslim were
given charge of the custody and upbringing of the
child, the child might acquire the character traits
of unbelief (kufr». {Emphasis added.}

Under Shari'ah a divorced woman loses custody of her children if she does not perform Salat, if she remarries or if she is not a Muslim. If you do not comprehend this, go back and read sections a, c & d again.

Risala treats of custody in Chapter 33 on page 332 of the pdf.
Maliki & Shafi'ite do not agree perfectly.

33.9b. Custody
After a divorce, the woman has custody of a boy until he reaches puberty
and a girl until she marries and the marriage consummated.
[This is the right of the mother, be she free or slave, Muslim, or Kitabi, sensible or
foolish according to Ibn 'Arafa. This right also pertains if she is widowed. The
girl's maintenance is owed by the father until her marriage is consummated.]
33.9c. Order of custody
After that if the mother dies or remarries, custody goes to the grandmother
and then the maternal aunt. If there are no female relatives of the mother,
then it goes to one of the sisters and paternal uncles. If there are none,
then the agnate relatives.
[Custody goes first to the mother's mother and then the father's mother.]

Hedaya, Volume I, page 138 on page 197 of the pdf, has this ruling, which indicates that re-marying would void the mother's right to custody.

children belongs to the mother, the right
of nursing and keeping it rests with the
mother, because it is regarded that a woman
once applied to the. prophet, sayiug, " 0,
prophet of God ! this 1s .my son, the fruit
of my womb, cherished in my bosom and

" thou hast a right in the child prior to that
of thy husband, so long as thou dost not
marry with a stranger :'

On page 139, page 198 of the pdf, there is another interesting ruling. A non-Muslim woman loses custody once the child is old enough to decide on religion.

And also an infidel mother the wife of a
Mussulman or female infidel
subject, married to a Mussulman, is entitled
to the Hizanit of her child, although he be
a Mussulman like the father; but this only
so long as the child is incapable of forming
any judgment with respect to religion, and
whilst there is no apprehension of his imbibing
an attachment to infidelity ; but when
this is the case, he must be taken from.the
mother, because, although it be for the child's
advantage to be under her care until that
period, his remaining longer with he might
prove injurious.

Should a father be able to compel his pre-pubescent daughter to marry? He is, if Shari'ah is applied.

m3.13 Guardians are of two types, those who
may compel their female charges to marry someone,
and those who may not.
(1) The only guardians who may compel
their charge to marry are a virgin bride's father or
father's father, compel meaning to marry her to a
suitable match (def: m4) without her consent.
(2) Those who may not compel her are not
entitled to marry her to someone unless she
accepts and gives her permission.
Whenever the bride is a virgin, the father or
father's father may marry her to someone without
her permission, though it is recommended to ask
her permission if she has reached puberty. A virgin's
silence is considered as permission.
As for the nonvirgin of sound mind, no one
may marry her to another after she has reached
puberty without her express permission, no matter
whether the guardian is the father, father's
father, or someone else.

32.2 The authority of the guardian
32.2a. A father arranging the marriage of a virgin daughter
A father can arrange the marriage of his virgin daughter without her permission even if she is
beyond the age of puberty. It is up to him whether he consults her or not.
[To whomever he wants for the dowry he wishes, even for less than a suitable dowry. He can give her
choice, and it states in al-Jawahir and elsewhere that it is recommended that he ask her permission.]

Hedaya covers this issue tangentially in Volume I, page 32, in the second column of Page 93 of the pdf.

I focused on the child custody issue because of its familiarity and critical importance. If your daughter marries a Muslim, gives you grand children and is divorced by tripple talaq, do you want the provisions listed above to determine who gets custody? If your wife is raped, do you want her to be required to provide four male witnesses to prove it? What is your attitude toward being excluded from being a witness because you are not Muslim?

Shari'ah compliant finance is a related issue, requiring the payment of a 2.5% tax. 12.5% of that tax must be paid to those "fighting in Allah's cause" ie. terrorists. Do you give a damn?

I do not have a crystal ball, and I doubt that Mr. Bos has one, but we do have Islamic texts. Allah's jihad imperative against Jews & Christians, contained in Surah At-Taubah 29, is outcome oriented, with neither geographic nor chronological limits. Moe's oral tradition has a clue for us:
"jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal ".
[Sunan Abu Dawud14.2526] Of course, Sunan Abu Dawud is ranked third in authenticity; perhaps we should consult the most authentic hadith collection. "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."[Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177] "The Hour" refers to the day of judgment, when the gates of Paradise will swing open to Muslims.

Perhaps Mr. Box will favor us with a comment elaborating on the "half truths" and "unsubstantiated claims", but I won't hold my breath waiting.

Exactly what is wrong with our "public understanding of Islam" that needs to be "reshaped"? Is it the infamous lie by President Bush that "Islam is a great religion of peace"? Is it his infamous lie that "Islam has been hijacked", or is it both?

Just a cursory review of the number of evangelical Christian responses to “A Common Word” (www.acommonword.com), a letter written by a number of high profile Muslim leaders that outlines common principles in the Muslim and Christian scriptures, evidences this.

I have seldom seen such a slickly crafted and target rich fraud as the Ulema's missive to Christianity. My initial dissection ran to 45KB. I later created a separate blog, Go Burn With Muhammad, primarily to deliar it in detail.

People have overcome biases and changed opinions because of their relationships with Muslims. It is through the face of another, not facts about them, that we are forced to re-examine our positions. As the number of people who find themselves in relationships with Muslims increases, so will the fairness and respect with which they treat their faith.

And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust).. The prohibition extends to parents & siblings[9:23].

Stare into the eyes of a photograph of Usama bin Ladin or Nidal Malik Hasan. How do their visages force you to re-examine your positionon Islam?
The assertion is so absurd on its face as to require no elaboration.

fairness

Fairness is an abstract concept that can neither be efficiently defined nor measured. Exactly how does it apply to Islam? What is fair; is it allowing the construction of Mosques in America while no church can be built in Saudi Arabia or Egypt? Is it fair to tell office workers in Britain that they must not eat in the presence of Muslim co-workers during Ramadan?

respect

Respect, like credit, is given where respect is due. Islam is not due any respect; it is due contempt and detestation. How can a Christian respect a cult whose doctrine denies the patrimony, deity, crucifixion, death & resurrection of his Savior and reveres him as a genocidal warlord? How can a freeman respect a cult whose doctrine postulates a divine mission to conquer him?

As I consider what the next ten years will hold in our rapprochement with Islam, I think the answer largely depends on where our youth will get their information. Make no mistake about it, someone will teach them.

They will not receive relevant, accurate factual information from the public schools because Islam is already infiltrating and intimidating the text book publishers and those who set the standards for text books.

They will not receive relevant, accurate factual information about Islam from the mainstream media, because they are infiltrated & intimidated. They will not receive it from politicians because most of them are either ignorant or politically correct.

Will our youth receive relevant, accurate factual information about Islam from the church? Will Sunday school divert attention from the Gospel to the Qur'an, Life of Muhammad and hadith? Will our youth slog through several hundred pages of redundant, obtuse Arab fantasy? Will they read an 800 page biography? Will they slog through thousands of redundant and fantastic stories about men long dead? Perhaps they might if you tell them there is sex in it.

Will the church introduce students to the writings of Robert Spencer, Andrew Bostom, Andrew McCarthy or Raymond Ibrahim? Fat chance. Perhaps the students will become curious and search the web for information. With luck, they might discover this blog post and click its links.

Our youth have been exposed to disparate components of Islam and will not accept only broad generalisations and a bottom line message that Islam is a religion of peace – please be clear that I am not countering this as the religion’s ideal.

Islam is a religion of peace

While that might be the personal ideal of a substantial sub set of Muslims, it is not Allah's ideal nor that of his Messenger. A religion of peace would not devote two chapters of its scripture to the warfare, commanding its votaries to engage in it, commanding its Messenger to urge them to it and laying down rules for division of spoils. If Islam were a religion of peace, its canon law would not define a "religious obligation" to attack disbelievers in every year.

A religion of peace would not threaten its votaries with eternity in Hellfire if they refuse to go to war, nor would it promise them admission to Paradise if they join the jihad. A religion of peace would not impute "steps" to injure or enrage disbelievers to its votaries as "deeds of righteousness", accruing Brownie Points toward admission to Paradise.

NPR has a story about friendship between a church and a mosque: A Ramadan Story Of Two Faiths Bound In Friendship. It seems that a church offered the use of its facility while the mosque was under construction. A year later, the two groups cooperate in charity projects.

So friendly, touchy~feeley & upbeat; what a great story. Unfortunately, the story values form over substance. Christianity and Islam do not share a common deity. Christians worship the God of Israel. Muslims worship Allah, one of 360 idols in the Kaaba before Moe throw out the other 359.

The Christian God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. Allah has no son, only a slave, who was not crucified, did not die and was not resurrected, who will return to kill the Jews & Christians and rule the world by the Qur'an. Allah demands human blood sacrifice, setting great slaughter as Moe's price of admission to Paradise.

But Muslims and Christians can be friends and share common goals, can't they? Allah said they can't, and repeated it frequently.

United Nations & Islam--Genocide Incorporated

The General Assembly uttered and published A/66/153 (Part I), titled: Establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the region
of the Middle East.

After an introduction and observations consisting of six paragraphs, the document concludes with responses from several states. Three of those are important. I will return to the observations after commenting on these.

Cuba exposes the top level issue:

The acquisition of nuclear capability by Israel represents a threat to the
security of the neighbouring States and to peace in the region, which is already in
turmoil. The statements made by the Israeli Prime Minister on 12 December 2006,
admitting that Israel is a nuclear-weapon State, are a source of great concern.

The focus of the U.N. campaign for a nuclear free Mid East is on Israel. Only Japan mentioned Iran's nuclear weapons program. Its not what you do, its who you are and who your allies are.

Egypt piles on:

The main impediment to establishing a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the
Middle East has been Israel. Egypt notes with grave concern that Israel remains the
sole country in the Middle East not to adhere to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation
Treaty.

If Israel had not bombed Iraq's reactor, would they be bitching about Saddam's nuclear weapons program? They are gravely concerned that only Israel has nukes. Once Iran obtains them, their concern will fade away.

Syria piles on:

The Syrian Arab Republic expresses its grave concern that Israel’s refusal to
accede to the Treaty, despite numerous calls and international resolutions urging it
to do so, remains the fundamental obstacle to ridding the Middle East of nuclear
weapons.

Iran signed the treaty and violates it with impunity; nobody gives a damn about that. Its all about Israel. Then there is the little matter of the a reactor project in which North Korea and Syria were partners. Only Israel was concerned about that reactor and bombed it. Syria has not permitted effective analysis of the site.

Pandora's box is open. The lid is off, the demons are loose; they can not be returned to the box. Hitler's regime was working on the A bomb. The scientists who worked on it came over to our side, resulting in an early end to the war in the Pacific, saving millions of lives.

Communists who infiltrated our government transmitted vital information to Russia and now the demons are loose. No treaty is worth the paper it is printed on. Tyrants Hellbent on expanding their empires to global scope will not adhere to treaties. They will not disarm. They can not be disarmed short of all out war.

Dreams of nuclear free zones and a nuclear free world are the ultimate insanity. Disarmament means that only those most inclined to aggression will have weapons. It means that their victims will be unable to mount an effective defense. Disarmament is the predator's fondest dream: a guarantee of easy prey.

Now is the time to expose and dissect the real agenda, which is exposed in ¶6 of the Observations.

6. The Secretary-General reaffirms the urgent need for a just and lasting solution
to the Arab-Israeli conflict. He believes that it is in the best interest of both parties
to achieve an end to the conflict, a resolution of all final status issues — including
Jerusalem, borders, refugees and security — and the emergence of a sovereign,
ndependent, contiguous and viable State of Palestine living side-by-side in peace
and security with Israel. He calls for the implementation of all relevant resolutions
of the Security Council, in particular resolutions 1850 (2008) and 1860 (2009). The
Secretary-General welcomes the efforts of the United States to facilitate political
progress between Israelis and Palestinians. He appeals to the parties to return to
negotiations without preconditions and without delay and to discuss all core issues
with a view to a final resolution of the conflict. He will continue to work towards
that end with the Quartet. The Secretary-General emphasizes the importance of any
peace settlement to be comprehensive and reiterates the importance of the Arab
Peace Initiative in this regard. He calls upon all concerned parties within and
outside the region to adopt a constructive attitude with a view to creating stable
security conditions and an eventual settlement that would facilitate the process of
establishing a zone free of nuclear weapons in the Middle East. The SecretaryGeneral
reiterates the continued readiness of the United Nations to provide any
assistance deemed helpful in this regard.

According to the Qur'an, Allah commanded Muslims to wage war against Jews. That imperative includes war against Christians & Zoroastrians; anyone with a scriptural religion. It is contained in Surah At-Taubah 29; read it and curse Islam.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Four more ahadith are relevant to this issue. The first of these is local to the Hijaz, but has global implications, which I have highlighted. The first two display Moe's intent as well as his arrogance. The third confirms genocidal intent: the gates of Paradise will not swing open until they kill the last Jew. The fourth shows how caliph Umar followed up on the others. Umar was one of the four "rightly guided caliphs", the one who conquered Israel in 638.

OIC: United Stand Against Intolerance ?
Last March, the HRC passed a new resolution which was said to abandon the nefarious "defamation of religions" concept, substituting "negative stereotyping" & "incitement". That is the official position; divergent from objective factual reality. The distinction is without difference, and the amended verbiage is persiflage.

That fact is exposed by a March 24 address to the HRC by Mr. Zamir Akram, Pakistan's Ambassador. He made it clear that the new resolution does not abrogate previous resolutions, instead, it confirms them. His speech is dissected in detail here.

Mr. President: this resolution addresses a number of issues over which the OIC has been expressing concern over the years. having said that, I wish to state categorically that this resolution does not replace earlier resolutions on combating defamation. which were adopted by the Human Rights Council and remain valid. This resolution L.38 is an attempt on the part of the oic to build consensus on an issue of vital importance not only to Muslims but to people of all religions and beliefs by identifying ways and means to deal with the growing problems of religious incitement and discrimination and incitement to hatred and violence based on religion or belief.

The Secretary General of the OIC also addressed the HRC on the subject of the new resolution.

OIC has a principled postition against defamation of any religion, dehumanization of the followers or denigration of symbols sacred to all religions. The developments including the ban of construction of minarets, the attempts towards burning of Qur'an and the use of Islamophobia
as an instrument of electoral politics are ominous. There is an urgent need to initiate and sustain what I would like to term as ‘preventive cultural diplomacy’. We need to move beyond event based calls for action to create spaces for structured engagement The Human Rights framework provides with a concrete basis for this engagement. We believe that tbe workshops on incitement to hatred under the Durban mandate constitute and important avenue for a synthesis aimed at bridging the divergence of views.

The Secretary General has spoken out again, this time uttering & publishing a lie so egregious that it must be refuted immediately. It is necessary to rub his snout in his mess of deception.

From the viewpoint of a rational and honest person, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu is a damned liar, having deliberately made an egregiously untrue statement. From the Islamic point of view, he is not a liar because Islam does not recognize disbelievers as human, denying our rights. They can not violate our freedom of expression because we have none. Human rights do not apply to us in their point of view. The sanctity of life is conditioned on being Muslim.

Norway attacks reinforce need for united stand against intolerance

Istanbul, Turkey - The horrific and tragic incident that happened in Norway reminds us again of the importance of combating religious intolerance¹ and promoting cultural understanding².

Anti-Islam and anti-Muslim attitudes and activities³, known as Islamophobia, are increasingly finding place in the agenda of ultra-right wing⁴ political parties and civil societies in the West in their anti-immigrant⁵ and anti-multiculturalism⁶ policies, as was evident in the manifesto of the Norway killer⁷. Their views⁸ are being promoted under the banner of freedom of expression⁹ while claiming that Muslims do not respect that right.

A few days before the Norway attack, on 15 July in Istanbul, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the United States agreed to a united stand on “[c]ombating intolerance¹⁰, negative stereotyping¹¹ and stigmatization of¹², and discrimination¹³, incitement to violence¹⁴, and violence against persons based on religion or belief¹⁵” through the implementation of UN Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18.

The meeting – co-chaired by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and myself, with the attendance of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs together with the foreign ministers and officials of OIC member states and Western countries, as well as international organisations – reaffirmed the commitment of the participants to the effective implementation of the measures set in the resolution.¹⁶

This was a major step towards strengthening the foundations of tolerance and respect for religious diversity¹⁷ as well as enhancing the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms around the world¹⁸.

The OIC, which was the initiator of Resolution 16/18, worked in close cooperation in the drafting process with the United States and the European Union in bringing about a breakthrough on 21 March.

The 2011 HRC resolution is a genuine effort to usher in an era of understanding on the issue of religious intolerance. It gives the widest margin of freedom of expression, and reiterates the rejection of discrimination, incitement and stereotyping used by the other or against the symbols of the followers of religions. 19

The OIC has never sought to limit freedom of expression, give Islam preferential treatment, curtail creativity or allow discrimination against religious minorities in Muslim countries.

The Islamic faith is based on tolerance and acceptance of other religions. It does not condone discrimination of human beings on the basis of caste, creed, colour or faith²⁰. It falls on all the OIC member states as a sacred duty to protect the lives and property of their non-Muslim citizens and to treat them without discrimination of any form. Those elements who seek to harm or threaten minority citizens must be subjected to law. Our strong stand condemning violence perpetrated against non-Muslims whether in Iraq, Egypt or Pakistan has been consistent.

No one has the right to insult another for their beliefs or to incite hatred and prejudice. That kind of behaviour is irresponsible and uncivilised.

We also cannot overlook the fact that the world is diverse. The Western perception on certain issues would differ from those held by others. We need to be sensitive and appreciative of this reality, more so when it comes to criticising or expressing views on issues related to religion and culture. ²¹

The publication of offensive cartoons of the Prophet six years ago that sparked outrage across the Muslim world, the publicity around the film Fitna and the more recent Qur’an burnings represent incidents of incitement to hatred²² that fuel an atmosphere of dangerous mutual suspicion. Freedom of expression has to be exercised with responsibility²³. At the same time, violent reactions to provocations are also irresponsible and uncivilised and we condemn them unequivocally.

It is not enough to pass resolutions and laws against religious incitement. We should also be diligent in launching more initiatives and measures towards better intercultural dialogue and understanding at all levels – the political, social, business, media, academic and religious.

Resolution 16/18 includes an eight-point approach that calls for various measures to foster tolerance, including developing collaborative networks to build mutual understanding and constructive action, creating appropriate mechanisms within the government to identify and address potential areas of tension between members of religious communities, and raising awareness at the local, national and international levels on the effects of negative religious stereotyping and incitement to religious hatred.

The implementation of the 2011 HRC Resolution 16/18²⁴ would take us a long way in making our world a more peaceful and harmonious place to live in.

Breivert's Manifesto discusses 'martyrdom operations'. "Yes, for certain religious members,

and divine goodwill generated at the point where you sacrifice everything (in the
martyrdom operation) will provide you with an abundance of it, which will more than
nullify any minor or serious sins committed prior to operation." [pg. 846] On page 849 he lists three pieces of music to be played during 'martyrdom operations'. It is obvious that Breivert adopted enemy doctrine & tactics. It is obvious that he is not sane. While objective facts reproduced in the manifesto remain true and accepted by others, the manifesto is his alone. The manifesto is violent, see pages 1028 & 1344; rational resistance is educational and political, not violent. Ihsanoglu is engaging in smear tactics, attempting to tar others with Breivert's violence.
Our views of Islam are founded on facts discovered in Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence. Check out ICCPR, Article 19. §1 guarantees the right to hold opinions. §2 guarantees freedom of expression. The spewers of feces assert that rights are interdependent and cling bitterly to exaggerated ideas of Article 20.
In America we have the Declaration of Independence; God gave us the right to live; & Bill of rights. "Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech." If prohibited from truthfully communicating warning of approaching danger, we would be rendered defenseless. We perceive Islam to be a threat because of its declaration & prosecution of perpetual war.

If they were sincere about combating intolerance, they would outlaw the Qur'an because it inculcates intolerance. Is there anything more intolerant than declaring us the worst of living creatures, cursing us and declaring perpetual war against us?
When we share the facts outlined in point 9 above, we are accused of negative stereotyping. Exposing the fact that Allah commands Muslims to wage war against us, Moe confirmed the imperative & implemented it and Islamic law codifies it is not negative stereotyping, it is revealing objective factual reality. It does not mean that every Muslim is violent, it means that Islam requires every Muslim to pray for, pay for and or participate in aggressive conquest.
Should being a made member of the Mafia carry a stigma? Why then should membership in Moe's war cult not carry a stigma?
Should members of the Mafia be subject to discrimination? Should they be closely observed; suspected of criminal activity? Why then should members of the cult which sanctifies & celebrates terrorism not be suspected, observed and excluded from our societies?
If incitement were to be combated, the Qur'an would be outlawed. Of course, that is not the intention of the resolution's authors and few will read 8:65, 9:38-39, 9:123 & 61:10-12 to learn why it should be. The Motoons simply depicted Moe as a terrorist, which, by his own admission, he was. They did not suggest that viewers should assault or wage war upon Muslims. The associated violence was incited by Imams in Mosques, not by the cartoonists or publisher. Fitna, the short documentary by Geert Wilders, displayed the incitement contained in the Qur'an, which flows through Mosques. Fitna did not incite violence, Imams did, resulting in riots. They are demanding that all criticism of Islam be outlawed, twisting and perverting language in the process.

CNN.Com's European outlet has a reminder of what the Secretary General said about Fitna, the documentary video by Geert Wilders.

"The film was a deliberate act of discrimination against Muslims" that aimed to "provoke unrest and intolerance,"

BBC News informs us that Pakistan demanded prosecution.

"Pakistan said it told the Dutch ambassador that it was incumbent on the Netherlands to prosecute Mr Wilders for defamation and deliberately hurting Muslim sentiments, the official Associated Press of Pakistan news agency reported."

After the release of the film, a number of international organizations released statements or otherwise responded to the film. United Nations' Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon stated on on March 28, 2008 that

I condemn, in the strongest terms, the airing of Geert Wilders’ offensively anti-Islamic film. There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence. The right of free expression is not at stake here. I acknowledge the efforts of the Government of the Netherlands to stop the broadcast of this film, and appeal for calm to those understandably offended by it. Freedom must always be accompanied by social responsibility.^[133]^[134]

If they really gave a damn about violence against persons based on their religion, they would be acting to protect Christians in Muslim dominated areas of Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria and other places where Christians are bombed, shot, burned and hacked to death with impunity.
If there was any possibility of balanced & effective implementation the resolution, no Muslim would vote for it because it would require the outlawing of Islam.
Tolerance respect for diversity? Really? Yeah, right. "Truly, the religion with Allâh is Islâm". "Allâh! Lâ ilahâ illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), "

What right is more fundamental than the right to life? "then kill the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush." Get a clue: our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims.
The sentence is unmitigated hypocrisy. What did Ban Ki-moon say about Fitna? Something about "hate speech" & "incitement". Oh, yes, he said that freedom of expression was "not involved:. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu called it a "deliberate act of discrimination" intended to "provoke unrest and intolerance. On Thursday, I visited a new, high-tech factory in Michigan where workers are helping America lead the way in a growing clean energy industry.

They were proud of their work, and they should be. They’re not just showing us a path¹ out of the worst recession in generations – they’re proving that this is still a country where we make things²; where new ideas take root and grow; where the best universities, most creative entrepreneurs, and most dynamic businesses in the world call home³. They’re proving that even in difficult times, there’s not a country on Earth that wouldn’t trade places with us.

That doesn’t mean we don’t face some very tough economic challenges. Many Americans are hurting badly right now. Many have been unemployed for too long. Putting these men and women back to work, and growing wages for everyone, has got to be our top priority⁴.

But lately, the response from Washington has been partisanship and gridlock⁵ that’s only undermined public confidence and hindered our efforts to grow the economy.

So while there’s nothing wrong with our country, there is something wrong with our politics⁶, and that’s what we’ve got to fix. Because we know there are things Congress can do⁷, right now, to get more money back in your pockets, get this economy growing faster, and get our friends and neighbors back to work.

The payroll tax cut that put $1,000 back in the average family’s pocket this year?⁸ Let’s extend it. Construction workers who’ve been jobless since the housing boom went bust? Let’s put them back to work rebuilding America.⁹ Let’s cut red tape in the patent process so entrepreneurs can get good ideas to market more quickly. Let’s finish trade deals so we can sell more American-made goods around the world.¹⁰ Let’s connect the hundreds of thousands of brave Americans coming home from Iraq and Afghanistan to businesses that need their incredible¹¹ skills and talents.

These are all things we can do right now. So let’s do them. And over the coming weeks, I’ll put forward more proposals¹² to help our businesses hire and create jobs, and won’t stop until every American who wants a job can find one.

But we can no longer let partisan brinksmanship get in our way – the idea that making it through the next election is more important than making things right. That’s what’s holding us back – the fact that some in Congress¹³ would rather see their opponents lose than see America win.

So you’ve got a right to be frustrated. I am. Because you deserve better. And I don’t think it’s too much for you to expect that the people you send to this town start delivering.¹⁴

Members of Congress are at home in their districts right now. And if you agree with me – whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican or not much of a fan of either – let them know.

If you’ve had it with gridlock, and you want them to pass stalled bills that will help our economy right now – let them know¹⁵.

If you refuse to settle for a politics where scoring points is more important than solving problems; if you believe it’s time to put country before party and the interests of our children before our own – let them know.

And maybe they’ll get back to Washington ready to compromise, ready to create jobs, ready to get our fiscal house in order – ready to do what you sent them to do.

Yes, we’ve still got a long way to go to get to where we need to be. We didn’t get into this mess overnight, and it’s going to take time to get out of it. That’s a hard truth – but it’s no excuse for inaction. After all, America voted for divided government, not dysfunctional government, and we’ve got work to do. And when we come together and find common ground, there’s no stopping this country. There’s no stopping our people. There’s no holding us back. And there is every reason to believe we’ll get through this storm to a brighter day.

Government subsidized & dictated proof of concept enterprises are not the path to prosperity. They are the path to failure. The Chevy Volt can not be mass produced at an affordable price. If it could be, the generating capacity needed to operate the fleet does not exist and will not because of onerous regulations blocking the construction of new generating capacity. Lighter, more efficient batteries will not solve the problem. The energy density simply is not available. There is no alternative to hydrocarbon motor fuel. Economic recovery needs to be demand driven, not government driven.
This is a country with little remaining manufacturing industry primarily because of your allies: unions and crony capitalists. The unions priced labor out of the market. Government wanted "economic development", mis-interpreted as "industrialization", for Asia & Latin America. Crony capitalists wanted lower energy costs. Together, they shipped jobs overseas.
No, Mr. President, this is America, not Israel. Get your bearings.
Government's top priority is national security. We need prosperity to finance security and we need security to maintain prosperity. Employment & wages are not the government's province, they belong in the private economy. Government employs too many and pays too much, contributing to our spiral of economic decline, not curing it. We are deep in debt because of government profligacy, not despite it.
Everyone's income is someone else's expense. When wages increase, prices increase... leading to demands for higher wages. Some of us are old enough and sober enough to remember what happened under Johnson, Nixon & Carter. By printing money, you are artificially inflating the cost of everything we need. By increasing the cost of fuel, you are inflating the price of all commodities, products and services. You're policies are the problem, not the solution.
Strike Washington, insert The White House & Democrat Party. Barry bitches bitterly about his own conduct, attempting to project it onto others who are innocent.
Your "politics": your Socialist Agenda & partisanship; those are the problem; what is wrong with our politics. This nation's economic salvation is dependent on the immediate resignations of yourself, the Vice President, the Secretary of State and your Czars. Go to Hell and good riddance to you!
Congress can do nothing positive because AssWholes control the Senate and you wield the veto pen. Your words are perverse because you want the Congress to enact your own counter productive policies which will deepen and prolong the depression. How do we put sniping, defusing IEDs, rifle and artillery fire to work in the domestic economy? Repeal Obama Dont't Care to reduce costs and increase predictability. Make the "Bush tax cuts" permanent by removing the sunset clause. Cancel the ass-idiot regulations that will double the cost of electricity. Cancel the new regulations on truck fleet fuel economy that will raise the cost of everything and put truckers out of work. Remove the restrictions on domestic oil exploration & production both on and off shore. Do those things immediately and make them permanent!!!

Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the White House. Tonight is part of a rich tradition here at the White House of celebrating the holy days of many faiths and the diversity that define us as a nation¹. So these are quintessentially American celebrations² -- people of different faiths coming together³, with humility before our maker, to reaffirm our obligations to one another⁴, because no matter who we are, or how we pray, we’re all children of a loving God⁵.

Now, this year, Ramadan is entirely in August. That means the days are long, the weather is hot, and you are hungry. (Laughter.) So I will be brief.

I want to welcome the members of the diplomatic corps who are here; the members of Congress, including two Muslim American members of Congress⁶ -- Keith Ellison and Andre Carson; and leaders and officials from across my administration. Thank you all for being here. Please give them a big round of applause. (Applause.)

To the millions of Muslim Americans across the United States and more -- the more than one billion Muslims around the world, Ramadan is a time of reflection and a time of devotion. It’s an occasion to join with family and friends in celebration of a faith known for its diversity and a commitment to justice and the dignity of all human beings⁷. So to you and your families, Ramadan Kareem.

This evening reminds us of both the timeless teachings of a great religion⁸ and the enduring strengths of a great nation. Like so many faiths, Islam has always been part of our American family⁹, and Muslim Americans have long contributed to the strength and character of our country, in all walks of life. This has been especially true over the past 10 years¹⁰.

In one month, we will mark the 10th anniversary of those awful attacks that brought so much pain to our hearts. It will be a time to honor all those that we’ve lost, the families who carry on their legacy, the heroes who rushed to help that day and all who have served to keep us safe during a difficult decade. And tonight, it’s worth remembering that these Americans were of many faiths and backgrounds, including proud and patriotic Muslim Americans.¹¹

Muslim Americans were innocent passengers on those planes, including a young married couple looking forward to the birth of their first child. They were workers in the Twin Towers¹² -- Americans by birth and Americans by choice, immigrants who crossed the oceans to give their children a better life. They were cooks and waiters, but also analysts and executives.

There, in the towers where they worked, they came together for daily prayers and meals at Iftar. They were looking to the future -- getting married, sending their kids to college, enjoying a well-deserved retirement. And they were taken from us much too soon. And today, they live on in the love of their families and a nation that will never forget. And tonight, we’re deeply humbled to be joined by some of these 9/11 families¹³, and I would ask them to stand and be recognized, please. (Applause.)

Muslim Americans were first responders ¹⁴-- the former police cadet who raced to the scene to help and then was lost when the towers collapsed around him; the EMTs who evacuated so many to safety; the nurse who tended to so many victims; the naval officer at the Pentagon who rushed into the flames and pulled the injured to safety. On this 10th anniversary, we honor these men and women for what they are -- American heroes.

Nor let us forget that every day for these past 10 years Muslim Americans have helped to protect our communities as police and firefighters, including some who join us tonight. Across our federal government, they keep our homeland secure, they guide our intelligence and counterterrorism efforts and they uphold the civil rights and civil liberties of all Americans¹⁵. So make no mistake, Muslim Americans help to keep us safe.

We see this in the brave service of our men and women in uniform, including thousands of Muslim Americans. In a time of war, they volunteered, knowing they could be sent into harm’s way¹⁶. Our troops come from every corner of our country, with different backgrounds and different beliefs. But every day they come together and succeed together, as one American team.

During the 10 hard years of war, our troops have served with excellence and with honor. Some have made the ultimate sacrifice, among them Army Specialist Kareem Khan. Galvanized by 9/11 to serve his country, he gave his life in Iraq and now rests with his fellow heroes at Arlington. And we thank Kareem’s mother, Elsheba, for being here again tonight. (Applause.) Like Kareem, this generation has earned its place in history, and I would ask all of our service members here tonight -- members of the 9/11 Generation -- to stand and accept the thanks of our fellow Americans. (Applause.)

This year and every year, we must ask ourselves: How do we honor these patriots -- those who died and those who served? In this season of remembrance, the answer is the same as it was 10 Septembers ago. We must be the America they lived for and the America they died for, the America they sacrificed for. ¹⁷

An America that doesn’t simply tolerate people of different backgrounds and beliefs¹⁸, but an America where we are enriched by our diversity. An America where we treat one another with respect and with dignity, remembering that here in the United States there is no “them” or “us;” it’s just us. An America where our fundamental freedoms and inalienable rights are not simply preserved, but continually renewed and refreshed -- among them the right of every person to worship as they choose¹⁹. An America that stands up for dignity and the rights of people around the world, whether a young person demanding his or her freedom in the Middle East or North Africa, or a hungry child in the Horn of Africa, where we are working to save lives.

Put simply, we must be the America that goes forward as one family, like generations before us, pulling together in times of trial, staying true to our core values ²⁰and emerging even stronger. This is who we are and this is who we must always be.

Tonight, as we near a solemn anniversary, I cannot imagine a more fitting wish for our nation²¹. So God bless you all and God bless the United States of America. Thank you. (Applause.)

Ramadan is a month long celebration of the revelation of the Qur'an, which commands perpetual warfare against us. How in Hell can an American celebrate Ramadan? I curse it; I do not celebrate it.

On July 26, 2011, Ambassador Ron Prosor delivered a statement to the Security Council. That statement exemplified the suicidal timidity & stupidity which will soon cost Israel her existence if not immediately cured by mass regeneration of brains, spines and testicles.

From IINA comes notice on August 1 that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to host coordination meetings with the OIC on how to implement HRC Resolution 16/18 "on combating defamation of religions, and how to prevent stereotypes depicting religions and their followers; as well as disseminating religious tolerance".

This quote from the P.R. is crucial.

According to informed sources in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the two sides, in addition to other European parties, will hold a number of specialized meetings of experts in law and religion in order to finalize the legal aspect on how to better implement the UN resolution.

Does anyone remember how the promotion of the resolution claimed that the "defamation concept" was deprecated in favor of "negative stereotyping" so that freedom of expression is not threatened by the resolution?

Methodologies supposedly include education (indoctrination) controverting speech and "inter-religious dialog". So why involve legal experts? Whence comes the need or mandate for legislation?

How could any such legislation possibly be squared with the First Amendment? The next paragraph reinforces its predecessor, pay careful attention:

But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

Incitement to violence is: "9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Incitement to violence is threatening eternal damnation for shirking and promising eternity in the celestial whore house for participating in violence: "9:38. O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.
9:39. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allâh is Able to do all things. "

I have not engaged in hate speech neither have I engaged in incitement to violence.; I have described and documented them. OIC Secretary General, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, was quoted thusly:

Islamic Reformation?

Can Islam Be Reformed? Dennis Prager asserts that it needs and is capable of reformation. While stating his belief that Islam is reformable, Prager fails to offer any evidence to support his belief. Instead, he gives us a five point ordered list of tasks which must be performed. With that great accomplishment, he give us a little information about some supposed reformers.

The third point in his task list is a major stumbling block: "Publicly and unambiguously condemn all violence in the name of Islam, including violence against Israel." That presents a problem because any Muslim who does so thereby writes his own death warrant. Perhaps, as a self-acknowledged student of Arabic and lecturer on comparative religions, Prager should be aware of this provision of Shari'ah, found in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O,. Chapter 8. First, it prescribes the death penalty for apostasy, next it lists 20 acts entailing apostasy.

O8.1.

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

O8.2

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam[...]

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

Islamic law forbids rejecting any part of the Qur'an. For example:

2:216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

Allah ordained jihad for Muslims and commanded them to fight us until resistance ceases, Allah has a global monopoly and Jews & Christians are subjugated and extorted. Prager expects Muslim reformers to abjure those verses; Islamic law demands their heads if they do.

There are other insurmountable obstacles to be overcome. How do you improve on perfection? Islam can only be defiled, never improved.

5:3. [...]This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islâm as your religion.[...]

How do you change that which is compiled into a book, printed & widely published in many languages and strictly forbids editing?

6:115. And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can change His Words. And He is the AllHearer, the AllKnower.
10:64. [...]No change can there be in the Words of Allâh, this is indeed the supreme success.[...]

30:30. [...]No change let there be in Khalqillâh (i.e. the Religion of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism), that is the straight religion, but most of men know not. [...]

Moe confirmed the fatal fact with a curse.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 9, Book 88, Number 174:

Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd:

I heard the Prophet saying, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount (Kauthar), and whoever will come to it, will drink from it, and whoever will drink from it, will never become thirsty after that. There will come to me some people whom I know and they know me, and then a barrier will be set up between me and them." Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri added that the Prophet further said: "I will say those people are from me. It will be said, 'You do not know what changes and new things they did after you.' Then I will say, 'Far removed (from mercy), far removed (from mercy), those who changed (the religion) after me! "

In another hadith, Moe cursed the Muslims with disgrace if they abandon warfare as a way of life exchanging it for trade or agriculture.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Only a deluded fool or a liar will claim that Islam can be reformed to render it anodyne. It may go off track for brief periods, but Allah will send someone to return it to his path.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 37, Number 4278:

Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Allah will raise for this community at the end of every hundred years the one who will renovate its religion for it.
