A Syrian migrant accused of stabbing a bus passenger in the neck from behind after being refused a cigarette is set to appear before a judge in Berlin as police investigate whether he was also responsible for a later knife threat against a woman on another bus.

The first attack took place at around 5:50 a.m. on Thursday at the Hermannstraße/Sonnenallee bus stop in Berlin’s Neukölln district. According to police, a 33-year-old man was preparing to board the M41 bus when a 36-year-old man suddenly attacked him from behind with a knife, stabbing him in the neck.

The suspect initially fled the scene, while the victim collapsed with serious injuries. The bus driver alerted the emergency services, and paramedics treated the injured man before taking him to hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery.

Police initially said the victim’s condition was critical. According to an update reported by Tagesspiegel on Friday, he remains seriously injured but is now conscious and able to communicate.

Investigators said the suspect had approached the 33-year-old shortly before the attack and asked him for a cigarette. The victim refused. A short time later, as he boarded the bus, the attacker allegedly stabbed him from behind.

Police are also examining whether the same man was involved in a second incident later that morning. At around 9:35 a.m., a 36-year-old woman was threatened with a knife on the M29 bus on Pannierstraße and forced to hand over money.

Authorities are still trying to verify the suspect’s identity, but several media outlets, including Bild, reported that he had claimed to be Syrian and born in Damascus….

Last month, a 13-year-old Iraqi-born repeat offender was arrested after a 62-year-old bus driver was beaten into a coma in Leipzig.

Over the past 24 hours, 199 clashes were recorded on the front lines—Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff:

Since the start of the current 24-hour period on June 11, there have been 199 combat engagements along the front line. Russian terrorist forces launched one missile strike using two missiles and carried out 77 airstrikes, dropping 200 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy used 6,356 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out 2,545 shelling attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.

Situation by sector:

In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk sectors today, the enemy launched one airstrike using three guided bombs and carried out 41 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions.

In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units six times in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Odradne, Lyman, and toward Kolodyazne and Okhrimivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces once today in the direction of the settlement of Bohuslavka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 16 attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of Novoselivka and toward Drobysheve, Ozerny, Lyman, Shyikivka, and Stepove. One engagement is ongoing.

In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance toward the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and in the Zakytne area.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.

Defense forces repelled six enemy assaults in the Kostyantynivka sector near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kostyantynivka, and Illinivka. Two more clashes are currently ongoing.

On the front of 199 combat clashes, in the Pokrovsky direction, the Russians carried out 49 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces, losing almost 60 occupiers.

Anti-Islamization Party Tops Polls in Australia:

“That is what they want — a world caliphate. And I am not going to apologize.”

In March, Australia’s ruling Labor regime censured Senator Pauline Hanson for opposing bringing ISIS members to Australia. According to the senate censure resolution, Hanson’s “inflammatory and divisive comments seeking to vilify Muslim Australians, which do not reflect the opinions of the Australian Senate or the Australian people” who are supposed to love ISIS.

Whether or not the Australian people support Islamic terrorists, the way that the ruling Labor leftist government does, is a matter for the people to decide. And Labor was panicking badly because polls showed that the Australian people were making the ‘wrong’ decision.

The censure bid had been a desperate effort by the left-wing regime to slow down the rise of Hanson, who started out as a barmaid and working in a fish and chip shop, and her patriotic One Nation party which had been polling higher and higher as the public becomes disgusted with PM Anthony Albanese’s corrupt failed government, its lies and its surrender to Islam.

After the latest round of condemnations, Hanson said that she’s sorry if she “offended anyone out there that doesn’t believe in sharia law, or multiple marriages, or wants to bring ISIS brides in, or people from Gaza that believe in a caliphate… but that is what they want — a world caliphate. And I am not going to apologise … I will have my say now before it’s too late.”

Despite, or perhaps because of, the censure resolution, One Nation scored the second highest number of votes in an election in South Australia, giving it a number of candidates. In May, One Nation won its first lower-house seat and polls now speculate that it might be able to form a minority government. Some are describing the populist rise of One Nation as marking the end of Australia’s two-party system.

Thirty years after the more conservative Liberal Party had disavowed Hanson over her opposition to affirmative action for supposed ‘aboriginals’ (quite often white people falsely claiming aboriginal ancestry, much like Sen. Elizabeth Warren in the United States, leading to the bizarre preponderance of ‘fair-skinned white aboriginals’ in academia) and mass migration from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia and other neighboring parts of the Islamic world, Liberal voters are choosing One Nation much the way that UK conservatives are looking for options.

Penny Wong, the Malaysian gay immigrant serving as Anthony Albanese’s Minister for Foreign Affairs (representing a joke that no one is allowed to make) had championed Hanson’s censure, contending that she was “sending a message to the people of faith in this country” that “condemning an entire religion is not acceptable.” Unless of course it’s Christianity.

Wong had previously ranted about Christian ‘religious fundamentalists’, complaining about “the application of religious belief to the framing of law in a secular society” and accusing Christians of “deploying the power of the state to enforce one set of religious beliefs”.

“Religion-based moral codes continue to limit the freedoms and the rights of those who, in the view of religious groups, do not ‘conform’ to their views,” Wong had objected.

Then Wong had hypocritically turned around and demanded a censure of Hanson after the patriotic leader had denounced a Pakistani Muslim politician’s contempt for the Anglosphere. --->READ MORE HERE

Australia’s anti-Muslim right-wing firebrand surges in polls after burqa stunt:

30 years after founding the anti-immigration One Nation party, Pauline Hanson is recording a historic rise, with one poll projecting her party as Australia’s largest opposition force; critics say voter anger over the economy, not only ideology, is driving the surge

A new poll in Australia points to the continued rise of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, the hard-right party widely viewed as far-right. According to the survey, if elections were held today, Hanson’s party, a fierce opponent of Muslim immigration to Australia, would increase its strength to 53 seats in the House of Representatives and formally become the largest opposition party.

The results of the RedBridge Group and Accent Research poll mean the center-left Labor Party, now in government, would shrink to 76 seats, leaving it on the edge of losing its outright majority in the 151-seat House of Representatives. In a more extreme scenario, Labor would fall below that threshold and be left at most with the possibility of forming a minority government.

Australia’s last federal election was held in 2025. Labor, which currently governs, won 34.6% of first-preference votes. The traditional center-right bloc, known as the Coalition, won 31.8% and found itself in opposition, while Hanson’s One Nation received only 6.4% and did not win a single seat. The next federal election is expected no earlier than May 2028.

Under Australia’s electoral system, voters do not choose only one party. They rank candidates on the ballot in order of preference. In the first stage of counting, officials examine how many voters marked a particular candidate or party as their first choice. If no candidate wins an outright majority at that stage, the lowest-ranked candidates are gradually eliminated and their votes are transferred to the remaining candidates according to voters’ later preferences.

According to the RedBridge poll, if elections were held today, One Nation would grow from one seat to 53 and, in its most optimistic scenario, reach 59. The traditional center-right opposition bloc would fall to just 12 seats, all of them held by the Liberal Party, while the National Party would be wiped out entirely. Labor would drop from 94 seats to 76, exactly the number needed for a majority, but a dangerously narrow figure that would make governing difficult. In the most pessimistic scenario, Labor would fall to 70 seats.

Some in Australia have played down the poll’s significance and criticized its methodology, but it follows other surveys pointing to a dramatic rise in One Nation’s support. A DemosAU poll for Capital Brief found that 28% of voters would now mark One Nation as their first preference, putting it ahead of Labor for the first time. Labor would receive 26%, while the traditional center-right bloc would receive 23%. Did President Trump Really Send $3 Billion to the Islamic Republic of Iran?

Surely he would never do something like that . . . would he?

The Iranian state-controlled West Asia News Agency (WANA) picked up on the story, and it’s easy to see why. WANA reported Tuesday that “several foreign and Israeli media outlets have claimed that $3 billion worth of Iranian assets was transferred from Abu Dhabi to Tehran on a recent flight, reportedly as part of diplomatic efforts aimed at preventing further escalation in the region.”

This was not a transaction that solely involved the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran. WANA continued: “According to a report by Israel’s Kan broadcaster, the assets were transferred to Tehran on a flight from Abu Dhabi. The report alleges that, in return, Iran was asked to halt its attacks against Israel. Kan further claimed that the message accompanying the transfer, reportedly delivered on behalf of the United States, included assurances that Israel would suspend its military operations in Lebanon.”

Nor was even that all: “The report also stated that the exchange of messages was facilitated by a Qatari delegation and that the aircraft carrying the assets successfully landed in Tehran. Meanwhile, the Western media outlet IntelWatch made a similar claim, alleging that the aircraft that flew from Abu Dhabi to Tehran the previous day was carrying $3 billion. According to the report, the transfer was intended to build trust with Iran and help prevent the outbreak of a wider regional conflict.”

Oh, surely not, right? This must be propaganda from Iran’s Islamic regime, right? They’re just trying to make Donald Trump look as if he has morphed into Barack Obama, bribing the Iranian leaders to be good so as to burnish his legacy and give the appearance of peace while actually kicking the problem of the Islamic Republic of Iran down the road for some future president to deal with — right?

Well, maybe. And yet… given Trump’s recent behavior, the report, which appears indeed to have originated with Israel’s Kan, is really not as farfetched as we all wish it were. Would Trump have done this, despite his previous disdain for Obama’s nuclear deal, and the billions that Obama sent to Tehran in addition to concluding that disastrous agreement?

Sure he would. Trump is now avid to make a deal with the Islamic Republic that will bring down gas prices and allow him to claim victory (as well as, finally, get that Nobel Peace Prize he so desperately covets). He is drawing red line after red line for the leaders of the Islamic Republic and then allowing them to cross those red lines with impunity. He has ordered Israel not to retaliate to Iranian strikes, and shrugged off Iranian violations of his ridiculous ceasefire as unimportant, signaling for Tehran and all the world that he lacks the will to fight and will give anything, anything to the leaders of Iran’s Islamic regime if they’ll just let him play peacemaker. Bernie Sanders Says AI Should Be Socialist:

Elderly socialist demands government control 50% of AI.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, an 84-year-old socialist, has never seen anything he doesn’t want to seize, whether he understands it or not. Despite having very little understanding of computers or the internet, let alone AI, Sanders decided that AI is the latest front in his socialist campaign.
Sanders recently joined Communist China’s campaign against American AI with a Chinese Communist conclave on Capitol Hill urging that the PRC be included in global AI regulation. Now, Sanders has come out with an op-ed in the New York Times urging that the government seize 50% of AI companies. The op-ed is naturally decorated with Communist art of activists with red flags covered in ones and zeroes demanding the nationalization of another technology.

According to Sen. Sanders, the government has the right to seize half of AI companies because “Artificial intelligence was not created out of thin air. The data and language used by generative A.I. tools didn’t just pop into Sam Altman’s head or Elon Musk’s imagination. A.I. is built on our collective intelligence: our books, songs, artwork, journalism, computer code, scientific research, videos, conversations, images and ideas spanning generations.”

That is obviously true of AI and of any kind of computer technology and of all human knowledge in general. There are no tabula rasa inventions. Whether it’s Newton’s laws of motion or Einstein’s theory of relativity, or the works of Rembrandt, the plays of Shakespeare and the symphonies of Beethoven, all human inventions are built on the sum of human thought.

These inventions and innovations then in turn also add to collective knowledge of civilization.

How Sen. Bernie Sanders decided that the collective knowledge of the human race is the rightful property of the United States government and that it has the power to seize 50% of anything based on that collective knowledge is a little unclear, but the implications of it would also allow the government to seize 50% of anything that wasn’t “created out of thin air”.

That’s 50% of every invention, book, sickle, hammer, kettle, car, building, and song too.

AI has been trained on human knowledge, and in cases where that human knowledge has been copyrighted, patented or otherwise restricted for use, the legal owners of it may have a case, but in no way shape or form do Sen. Bernie Sanders and his political allies have any legal claim on the sum of human knowledge, let alone the right to take possession of anything in its name.

Sen. Bernie Sanders claims to oppose AI, but his op-ed shows that it really excites him because he likes the idea of the collectivization of human knowledge. If he really opposed AI, he wouldn’t be trying to socialize it and seize half of it. Instead, he supports stripping individuals of their creativity as long as he can then assign half of it to a regime run by his political allies.

“Tech oligarchs have fed this knowledge into their A.I. models without permission, without acknowledgment, without compensation. In other words, the creative work of millions of people — writers, artists, musicians, journalists, teachers, scientists and ordinary citizens — has essentially been stolen by some of the wealthiest people in the world. It’s time for us to reclaim it,” Bernie argues.

But who is “us”? Is Bernie’s “us” the people who created it, or is the state which has done far less than any of the AI pioneers to create it or to create anything else. Sen. Sanders argues that AI shouldn’t benefit Elon Musk, Sam Altman or “venture capitalists on Wall Street”, it should instead become the property of the state under the authority of politicians like him.

But if Musk and Altman shouldn’t be repeating the benefits of AI, why should Bernie Sanders?

Socialists claim that they want to remedy the abuses of capitalism, but their proposed remedies invariably involve the consolidation of human activity under an even more abusive state. Rather than restoring control over creative products to the individuals who created them, Sen. Sanders just wants to seize AI in their name and make off with it in the name of the creative proletariat, the “writers, artists, musicians, journalists, teachers, scientists and ordinary citizens”, and then hand it over to politicians and bureaucrats, much like the Soviet Union he admired promised to turn over land to the citizens, then banished the peasantry to neo-feudal collective farms, and instead made sure that no one except elites in their dachas had any land to call their own.
Bernie’s call for grabbing 50% of AI because it comes from the sum of human knowledge embodies the classic socialist fallacy that everything is collective and that the collective is the same as the government. If something emerged from humanity, then it isn’t the work of individuals, but of the group, and the group is represented by radical leftist governments.

The socialist politician’s op-ed promises that if the government can seize 50% of AI, “the trillions of dollars potentially generated by A.I. are used to improve the lives of all of us — not simply to make the richest people in the world even richer”. But who’s kidding whom?

Seizing 50% of AI will ensure an exodus of investors from American AI firms and the exodus of AI companies from America to the delight of Bernie’s new Chinese Communist allies. And the idea that putting more money into the hands of the government will “improve the lives of all of us” is a lie that can be discredited by even the briefest visits to the most government subsidized parts of New York City, Chicago or Los Angeles, where generational misery is a fact of life, or conversely to the wealthy bedroom communities of Washington D.C. where the money goes.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, who never managed to successfully hold down a productive job before politics, became a millionaire in ‘public service’. He and his wife have allegedly managed to divert sizable amounts of money and jobs to their children. The difference between Bernie’s wealth and that of Elon Musk is that the senator has done nothing to deserve it except gain power. --->READ MORE HERE

Seattle debuts the left’s latest greedy grift — ‘transgender refugees’:

Progressive activists have discovered the perfect business model: Declare a crisis, accuse opponents of violence or genocide, demand emergency powers and funnel money into activist-run nonprofits with virtually no oversight.

The latest example of this comes from the Seattle LGBTQ Commission and a coalition of local left-wing groups, which are demanding that socialist Mayor Katie Wilson declare a civil emergency over what they call a “trans relocation crisis.”

They’re claiming, with no evidence, that tens of thousands of transgender-identifying individuals are fleeing Republican-led states and arriving in Seattle as refugees.

Their proposed solution: a taxpayer-funded bloodletting.

On Saturday, radicals flooded the streets of Seattle to push their newfound cause.

They insisted on publicly funded housing for trans-identifying newcomers and fresh streams of government money for service organizations that they, of course, would get paid to run.

They want Wilson to declare an emergency that will clear the way for medical treatment, legal support, housing and expedited funding pipelines for these claimed new arrivals.

The Seattle LGBTQ Commission’s own letter admits the city has no data showing how many people, if any, are actually relocating to Seattle due to red-state trans oppression.

“The activists want to create a brand-new victim class so they can benefit from taxpayer-funded subsidies,” Jonathan Choe, a reporter who covered Saturday’s protest for Turning Point USA, told me.

“They want perks like rent-controlled apartments and other welfare benefits designated for people who actually need it, like homeless drug addicts who need detox or treatment.”

The Antifa-linked Moto Hooligans are among the groups participating in the pressure campaign .

That organization recently gained attention after organizing firearms training courses for transgender-identifying participants in wooded areas of Washington state.

Choe said he was targeted throughout the day by militant activists who tried to “stifle” his reporting — blocking his way as he walked, bumping into him as he filmed and showering him with racial slurs. --->READ MORE HERE

Advocates urged Mayor Katie Wilson to declare a civil emergency, citing rising arrivals of trans people and strain on local services.

LGBTQ advocates and community members rallied at Seattle City Hall on Saturday, calling on Mayor Katie Wilson to declare a civil emergency as more transgender people and families relocate to the city seeking safety, health care and support.

Dozens marched through downtown Seattle carrying signs and chanting in support of additional city resources for transgender residents and newcomers fleeing anti-LGBTQ laws and political climates in other states. Seattle police monitored the march and rally Saturday afternoon. From what KING 5 crews saw, the demonstration remained peaceful.

“We deserve to be here. This is our voice. This is our time,” said Elle Missouri Cree, who moved to Seattle from Arkansas in December 2024.

Andrew Ashiofu, a member of the Seattle LGBTQ Commission, said the request for an emergency declaration comes as local organizations struggle to meet growing demand for housing, health care and community services.

“The letter came at a time where we need to start protecting ourselves,” Ashiofu said.

Ashiofu said the commission has seen an increase in transgender people and families moving to Seattle, particularly from conservative states.

“Trans people are coming, from especially red states, to Seattle, not just for gender-affirming care but for safety,” Ashiofu said. “We’re seeing families coming to Seattle to protect their trans kids.”

On June 10, a total of 196 combat clashes took place between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian troops, with the Pokrovsk sector remaining the hottest area, where 37 enemy attacks were recorded.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its operational update as of 22:00 on Wednesday.

“Overall, 196 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of the day. The enemy carried out 103 airstrikes, dropping 317 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 5,614 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,123 attacks on our positions and settlements,” the report said.

Perhaps it’s fitting that Karen Bass, who has turned Los Angeles into a lawless hellscape, is now being accused of breaking the law.
L.A.’s far-left mayor and resident fiddler while the city burned led a get-out-the-vote campaign over the weekend that had all the markings of electioneering, according to her opponent Spencer Pratt. The Hills star asserts that Bass documented her election law violations on social media, a little over a week before the city’s primary elections.

‘Blatant Electioneering’

On Tuesday, Pratt’s attorney filed a complaint with the Los Angeles City Clerk’s office and the state claiming Bass has violated the city’s restriction on electioneering, soliciting votes, or “speaking to voters on the subject of marking their ballot.”

“Here, as evidenced in her own social media posts, Karen Bass has violated the law by soliciting votes, holding signs asking voters to vote for her, describing the qualifications/process of casting a ballot, and engaging in blatant electioneering directly near a polling place and dropbox location,” states the letter, copied to Los Angeles Executive Officer Ruben Viramontes, and City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto.

The complaint includes the widely viewed video of Bass strolling through a gathering of supporters/sadomasochists before dropping what appears to be her ballot in an early-voting receptacle. In the campaign video, the incumbent Democrat encourages all listening to cast their ballots at voting centers and drop boxes around the city.

Bass, who has campaigned on a platform of taxpayer-funded dental work for meth addicts and a shoulder for violent illegal immigrants to cry on, thanked her supporter — people whose homes apparently didn’t burn down in the Palisades Fire — for helping her bring the campaign “to home base and win, right?!”

“I even have the babies on my side,” she cringingly says to a stroller-bound toddler whose parents forced her to carry a “Babies for Bass” sign. Bass backers chant “Four more years!” The video then cuts to several voters dropping their ballots into the same drop box.

“Well, I have to say is you should vote today. Fill out your ballot, hand it to a postal worker or come to a voting box like this,” Bass says, standing in front of smiling supporters of soaring taxes, neighborhoods in ruins, ghost town commercial and retail centers, and drug zombies in the park, “We have a few days left in this election, and we are going to take it to victory.”

Pratt’s campaign charged that “Bass is so accustomed to breaking the rules with zero accountability, she didn’t even think twice about FILMING HERSELF VIOLATING ELECTION LAW.”

“She genuinely doesn’t care about protecting our democracy, nor does she care about the rule of law,” a campaign official said in a statement to The Federalist. “That’s why she ignores terrified mothers in LA who are being victimized by rampant criminality, and that’s why she’s now cheating in the election.”

Congress passes $70B for immigration enforcement, ending months-long fight:

Congress has finally passed a $70 billion funding bill for federal immigration enforcement on Tuesday, putting to rest a four-month fight over the fate of President Trump’s mass deportations agenda.

House Republicans, in a party-line vote of 214-212, approved the spending for the Department of Homeland Security after the Senate had passed the measure last Friday. Democrats were universally opposed and joined in that opposition by Rep. Kevin Kiley (I-Calif.), who recently left the GOP.

“With today’s vote, House and Senate Republicans have officially ended the third Democrat government shutdown of this Congress,” said House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) in a statement. “And here’s the end result of Democrats’ record-setting obstruction: CBP and ICE will now be funded for the remainder of President Trump’s term and Democrats will have no ability to defund these agencies in the 119th or 120th Congresses.”

DHS had been unfunded mostly from mid-February to April, with some immigration enforcement-focused agencies still requiring funding after that. The measure now moves to Trump’s desk for his signature.

Republicans had quibbled over including provisions for $1 billion for beefed up security at Trump’s White House ballroom, as well as a potential prohibition against using any funds for a $1.776 billion judgment fund to compensate perceived victims of “weaponized” prosecutions.

Neither item was tucked into the bill after weeks of deliberations — despite some GOP senators offering amendments to do away with the fund — and the legislation was passed by a simple majority in both chambers through a process known as budget reconciliation.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) was the only Republican to oppose it.

Democrats in the upper chamber had delayed passage for three months before that, refusing to back an earlier spending measure in January in protest of federal immigration officers’ fatal shootings of two Americans in Minneapolis.

The Secure America Act provides more than $9.5 billion in funding to help hire and pay Border Patrol agents; nearly $3.5 billion for new border surveillance technologies and efforts to combat fentanyl or other drug trafficking; and almost $7.5 billion for retaining more Homeland Security Investigations agents.

The spending allows both Immigration and Customs Enforcement as well as Customs and Border Protection to be fully funded through 2029, with an extra $2.5 billion for other Department of Homeland Security programs.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Democrats had opposed the DHS funding after the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, both 37, who were fatally shot while protesting a surge of federal officers to the Twin Cities for deportations. --->READ MORE HERE

President Donald Trump signed the $70 billion Republican-led homeland security bill Wednesday after the Senate-crafted measure narrowly passed the House despite the GOP's slim majority.

Speaking from the Oval Office alongside House Speaker Mike Johnson, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Majority Leader Steve Scalise and other lawmakers, Trump said he was "thrilled" to fund the Department of Homeland Security and give "heroes of ICE and Border Patrol" needed resources through the end of his term, referring to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

"The bill provides crucial funding for domestic law enforcement investigations and combating child exploitation, continuing our work to restore law and order across our nation, and to protect America's youth," the president said.

"For more than 100 days, congressional Democrats tried to block all funding for the Department of Homeland Security in a reprehensible attempt to throw open the borders of the United States of America," he added. "They want to drag us straight back to chaos and crime of the Crooked Joe Biden administration, one of the most corrupt administrations, probably the most corrupt ever."

Trump took shots at former President Joe Biden for his "open border policy" allowing 25 million migrants to illegally enter the U.S. and former Vice President Kamala Harris, named border czar, for not utilizing ICE and border patrol.

"She never once called them," Trump said. "She was the border czar for four years, almost four years, and she never went to the border, and she never called up. I used to call them all the time."

Everything About E. Jean Carroll’s Half-Baked Hit Job Against Trump Was A Mess:

A known anti-Trump, Democrat mega-donor financed a lawsuit built on allegations from decades earlier to assassinate the character of a sitting president.

The Department of Justice purportedly launched a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll, according to a CNN exclusive published Wednesday, and corporate media rushed to decry the supposed “weaponization” of justice against the writer who accused President Donald Trump of sexual assault. Though the exact nature of the investigation remains uncertain, it’s well worth revisiting the facts that undermine Carroll’s half-baked anti-Trump hit job.
CNN reported that the investigation is centered on whether Carroll committed perjury. Prosecutors, CNN said, are focusing on a deposition Carroll provided in 2022 in which she said she received no outside funding for her lawsuit. Despite her testimony, it turns out billionaire Democrat donor Reid Hoffman paid some of her legal fees and expenses.

U.S. Attorney Andrew Boutros said in a statement that the Northern District of Illinois “has not opened — and has never opened — a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll,” though CNN said its “sources reaffirmed the investigation to CNN.” A source told Axios that the DOJ is actually investigating the Hoffman nonprofit organization that paid some of Carroll’s legal fees, and that Carroll “is not the subject of the investigation.”

Whether this reported investigation goes anywhere remains to be seen. But it does remind Americans just how deeply flawed and politically charged the entire case was from the very beginning.

Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a Bergdorf Goodman and then sued him for defamation when he denied it in 2019. Carroll notably declined to press criminal charges against Trump because, according to her, she “would find it disrespectful to the women who are down on the border who are being raped around the clock.” Carroll then filed a second lawsuit in 2022 after the state of New York temporarily changed a statute of limitations law.

That was only one of many suspect aspects of the crusade against Trump.

Suit Was Bankrolled by Dem Mega Donor

The funding for Carroll’s lawsuit seems to be at the heart of the DOJ’s alleged investigation — even though, as CNN reported, Carroll once testified that she received no outside funding for her lawsuit.

In fact Carroll’s lawsuit wasn’t merely a private legal dispute; it was part of a broader political effort backed by a Democrat billionaire. Hoffman helped bankroll Carroll’s suit against Trump, according to The New York Times (which cited court documents), while Forbes reported that the Hoffman-backed nonprofit American Future Republic provided funding for the suit. Hoffman has helped fund lawsuits against Fox News and Newsmax, as well as a false information campaign that used “Russian tactics” to try and hurt a Republican candidate for U.S. Senate.

Carroll Could Not Identify When the Alleged Incident Occurred

Carroll alleged the incident took place at Bergdof Goodman “23 years ago,” according to an excerpt from her book What Do We Need Men For? published in The Cut in 2019. That would place the alleged incident around 1996. New York Magazine also reported that “Carroll places the ensuing incident in late 1995 or early 1996.”
In other words, Carroll couldn’t give any specifics on when the alleged incident occurred. Trump himself pointed this out, saying: “She has no idea what day, what week, what month, what year” the alleged incident occurred. Trump’s lawyer Joe Tacopina argued, “Give me a date. … There’s calendars. There’s schedules. … We could see where he was. But of course, with no date, no month, no year, can’t present an alibi. Republican-Led Congress About To Resupply Millions In Taxpayer Dollars To Child-Mutilating Planned Parenthood:

If Congress fails to act quickly, it will reopen the door for Planned Parenthood to expand its dangerous sex-change operations.

Planned Parenthood is counting the days until it can recover access to the spigot of hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars. Republicans can score a major victory against the abortion giant by targeting one of its fastest growing operations: the transgender-industrial complex.
Planned Parenthood has spent years hiding radical gender ideology behind the familiar shield of “women’s health,” but its aggressive push into puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and referrals for surgeries on minors has made it a key player in the $4.5 billion transgender-industrial complex.

Planned Parenthood bet big on the transgender industry. Now it’s time to make them pay.

More Child Mutilation Than Murder

Research by the American College of Pediatricians and the American Principles Project highlights that more Planned Parenthood facilities provide sex-rejecting puberty blockers, hormones, and so-called “services” than perform abortions. According to their data, 450 — or  80 percent — of Planned Parenthood facilities conduct sex-change procedures. Only 372 clinics perform abortions, however.

Planned Parenthood’s other services decreased by as much as 72 percent in recent years, and Concerned Women for America found a 40 percent increase in Planned Parenthood’s transgender interventions in fiscal year 2025. Planned Parenthood no longer wants to be, in its own words, “the second largest provider of hormone therapy.” It wants to be the largest.

To indoctrinate minors into transgender ideology, Planned Parenthood invests millions of dollars into sex education programs that reach millions of children per year. The organization supplies curricula and resources for educators to use with children as young as age three that encourage students to doubt their biological sex. Planned Parenthood even provides chest binders, “trans health guides,” and information on “gender-affirming clothing” as part of their indoctrination efforts — which seem to be working.

One whistleblower and ex-employee reported that, in a town of just 30,000, an unprecedented 1-2 teenage girls per day arrived at her facility to receive testosterone, and not a single one was denied. Planned Parenthood is indoctrinating children into the transgender cult and profiting off them as a result.

Additionally, Planned Parenthood turns a blind eye to the 40 percent of minors who have had unknown individuals try to manipulate them online and to the 25 percent of children ages 9-12 who have received nude photo requests from strangers. The firm has opposed multiple bills that would implement strict age verification requirements for social media and adult websites. In doing so, Planned Parenthood actively works to stop Congress from shielding children from the dangers of online pornography and predators.

Planned Parenthood cares not for your child’s innocence but instead wants him addicted to masturbation and sex.

Assaulting Parental Rights

Planned Parenthood doesn’t only attack children. It attacks parents as well.

Over the course of June 9, there were 180 combat engagements between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian occupiers, with the highest number of attacks recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook, publishing operational information as of 22:00.

"In total, 180 combat engagements took place since the beginning of the day. The enemy carried out 69 air strikes, dropping 199 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the occupiers used 6,209 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,170 strikes on our positions and populated areas," the statement said.

Four combat engagements took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, with one battle still ongoing. The enemy carried out one air strike using four guided aerial bombs and conducted 42 shellings, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.

Pence is entitled to oppose compensating victims of lawfare. What he is not entitled to do is pretend he had no role in creating them.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has emerged as one of the most vocal opponents of the Justice Department’s now abandoned Anti-Weaponization Fund, an initiative intended to compensate individuals harmed by politically motivated government misconduct. Pence and other critics characterized the fund as an improper use of taxpayer money, claiming it was a “bad idea from the start.” Yet Pence’s opposition is profoundly ironic, given that few public figures played a larger role in setting the chain of events into motion that made such a fund necessary in the first place. Pence now condemns as “deeply offensive” a remedy designed to address the very culture of institutional weaponization that he helped create during his time in the White House.
Contrary to much of the media coverage surrounding this controversy, the Anti-Weaponization Fund was not an extraordinary new mechanism conjured out of thin air. The payments were to be made through the Judgment Fund, a permanent, indefinite appropriation established by Congress to satisfy judgments and settlements against the federal government. In this instance, the settlement stems from litigation brought by President Trump after his confidential tax information was unlawfully disclosed. Whatever one’s view on the politics of the settlement, the underlying mechanism is a standard feature of federal law.

The larger question is not whether the government possesses the authority to compensate victims of official misconduct; it clearly does. The important question is why so many Americans now find themselves in need of such compensation in the first place.

The answer leads directly back to the firing of General Michael Flynn and, specifically, to Mike Pence’s role in that decision.

For years, the public understanding of Flynn’s removal rested on the assumption that the Trump administration had simply accepted the FBI’s claim that Flynn lied about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. The transcripts of those conversations, finally released in 2020, showed otherwise. Flynn had not lied.

What remained unknown until last year was Pence’s role in the episode. By early 2017, President Trump was already deeply skeptical of the FBI. Rather than relying solely on the bureau’s representations, he directed an evaluation of the Flynn situation, which included Vice President Pence reviewing the underlying transcripts to determine for himself whether Flynn had actually lied.

That detail fundamentally changed the story. For years, even many Trump supporters assumed that Flynn’s firing was the result of the FBI misleading Trump. In reality, Pence was given the opportunity to review the transcript and assess the facts firsthand. Yet despite having access to the underlying record, Pence emerged as one of the key figures advancing the claim that Flynn had been dishonest.

What remains unexplained is how that conclusion was reached.

The allegation against Flynn was based on a specific claim: Critics insisted Flynn had discussed sanctions with the Russian ambassador and subsequently lied about it. This accusation became the cornerstone of the effort to remove him and served as a foundational narrative for the broader Russiagate saga.

The problem is that Flynn did not discuss sanctions. He discussed expulsions.

Although these terms are often treated interchangeably in media accounts, they possess distinct legal and diplomatic meanings. In late December 2016, the Obama administration announced a package of measures directed at Russia. Some were sanctions imposed on specific individuals and entities, others were the expulsion of Russian diplomats. The Obama administration’s own announcement treated these as separate actions, because they were.

When Flynn spoke with Kislyak, the conversation concerned the Russian diplomats ordered to leave the country. Flynn urged restraint, suggesting that Russia avoid escalating tensions during the transition period. Years later, when the transcripts were finally released, they confirmed exactly what Flynn had maintained all along, that the discussion concerned expulsions, not sanctions.

This distinction was not a minor technicality but the entirety of the case against him.

Flynn noted this publicly before his departure, explaining that the conversation was about “the 35 guys who were thrown out.” As a former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and incoming National Security Advisor, Flynn understood the nuance between sanctions and expulsions. The significance of this nuance becomes even clearer when reviewing notes taken by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe during a Feb. 10, 2017, meeting with Pence. The notes show McCabe characterizing the controversy as one involving “US sanctions.” McCabe knew the contents of the transcripts. He knew they concerned expulsions. Yet he presented the matter to the vice president as though Flynn had lied about sanctions.

How Pence responded to that information remains one of the most important unanswered questions of the entire Russiagate affair.

Perhaps he failed to review the transcript. Perhaps he reviewed it but failed to grasp the difference between sanctions and expulsions. Or perhaps he understood exactly what the transcript showed and accepted a narrative he knew to be false. We do not know, because Pence has never been pressed to explain his role.

As Iran hits Israel with missiles, Trump urges Israeli restraint.

It was a dark evening. The Islamic Republic of Iran struck Israel, and Trump told Netanyahu not to retaliate, saying that a deal was very close to being concluded. This was nonsense from the beginning. The idea that the Islamic Republic would abide by any deal it made with the United States was always based on a towering house of cards of false assumptions, including the idea that the Islamic Republic wanted peace at all, and that it would give up its jihad against America and Israel, and that it would ever stop pursuing whatever weapons it needed in order to destroy both of those enemies.

Now it looks as if all that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and whoever else is leading Iran these days need in order to emerge victorious from this conflict is Donald Trump in the White House. Trump is so avid to be seen as the great peacemaker that he has turned against Israel, which is America’s ally, and embraced Iran, where the leadership screams “Death to America.” This is as craven and wrongheaded a betrayal of an American ally as Obama and Biden ever perpetrated against Israel, and Trump has done it for strikingly similar reasons, albeit with some important differences.

Obama and Biden wanted to bring peace to the Middle East and the world by bringing the Islamic Republic of Iran into the family of nations as a partner of the United States and a rock of stability in the region. They would do this with Obama’s nuclear deal and other conciliatory gestures, including sending billions of dollars to Tehran. Meanwhile, the various constraints they placed upon Israel — opposition to the “settlements” during the Obama years, and Biden’s withholding of weapons shipments after Oct. 7 — were meant to appease Iran’s inveterate hostility to the Jewish state, while America’s continuing alliance with Israel at the same time deterred Iran from waging all-out war against Israel.

Trump was a vociferous critic of the Obama/Biden appeasement of Iran, and promised toughness: the rescinding of the disastrous nuclear deal during his first term was a manifestation of that. But now he has decided that peace is the foremost goal of his foreign policy. He must be remembered as the man who ended wars. He must get that Nobel Peace Prize. And so as the Oct. 7 war dragged on, Trump hit on a grand solution: he would force Israel to make peace with Hamas before it had attained its oft-stated goal of destroying the jihad terror group. He would launch airstrikes against the Islamic Republic of Iran in tandem with Israel, but not in order to help the Iranian people (despite his repeated promises to do so) free themselves from the Islamic regime they detest and abhor. Instead, all he wanted to do was accomplish what Obama and Biden failed to accomplish by sending billions of dollars to Tehran: if their carrots didn’t work, he would use the stick to show the Islamic Republic that waging jihad against Israel was fruitless and not going to be tolerated. Nevertheless, he still wants peace above everything else, including Israel’s self-defense. So he has adopted what is essentially the Obama/Biden policy toward the Islamic Republic of Iran: constrain and scold Israel while reaching out in friendship to Tehran. --->READ MORE HERE

President Trump: A second Obama?

For the Iranian regime, the purpose of negotiations is to force America to surrender.

From the start of the war with Iran, it was clear that the stakes couldn’t have been higher.

If the United States and Israel were to succeed in neutralizing the Iranian regime, the outcome wouldn’t just have been the removal of a monstrous threat to Israel, the Iranian people and the world.

It also would have reshaped global politics by tearing apart the web of evil spun by Russia, China and North Korea, at the center of which squatted the regime on which they all depended—the Islamic Republic of Iran.

If, however, the United States were to lose that war and the Iranian regime remained as a threat, Russia, China and North Korea would be galvanized by the perception that mighty America was in fact a paper tiger, and the whole free world would be placed in even greater danger.

The early successes of the war, which so greatly weakened Iran, suggested that the first option was eminently possible. But now the picture looks very different.

In an article in Foreign Affairs, two pro-Islamic regime analysts, Narges Bajoghli and Vali Nasr, gloat over what they see as an Iranian victory over America. They write: “The war has given rise to a new Iran, one that will reshape the [Middle East] and influence the course of geopolitics for years to come.”

Despite the fact that this is an Iranian propaganda line, it’s hard not to conclude—incredible as this may seem—that U.S. President Donald Trump is now actually dancing to the tune of Tehran.

On April 8, a ceasefire was declared between Iran and the U.S.-Israel alliance. Since then, Iran has continued to launch attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and on Gulf states.

On Tuesday night, it launched drone attacks on Kuwait, killing one person and injuring more than 60. Other missiles were intercepted by U.S. and Bahraini air defenses.

Since the purported ceasefire with America, Iran has used its proxy army Hezbollah repeatedly to attack Israeli military and civilian targets from Lebanon. Unsurprisingly, Israel has responded fiercely.

On April 17, after the Iranian regime, which was behaving like the mafia in the Strait of Hormuz, outrageously complained that Israeli retaliation against Hezbollah was preventing the strait from reopening, Trump pressured Israel into a ceasefire in Lebanon.

Since that ceasefire, 14 Israel Defense Forces soldiers have been killed there. No country could be expected to soft-pedal its defense in such a situation.

To defeat Hezbollah, Israel needs to destroy its nerve center in the Beirut district known as the Dahiyeh. On Monday, it was about to do so. Alarmed by this very real threat to its vital proxy, Iran threatened to walk away from negotiations with America. As a result, Trump ordered Israel not to attack Beirut and declared another ceasefire.

Three hours later, Hezbollah fired a barrage of missiles at Israel. In the early hours of Wednesday morning, a Hezbollah drone crossed into northern Israel, sending 25,000 Israelis running once more into the bomb shelters. That day, Israel and Lebanon agreed to another dubious ceasefire between the two warring sides.

It is, of course, intolerable for Trump to prevent Israel from doing what it needs to do to protect its citizens against such attacks. Moreover, Trump’s statements appear to fly in the face of reality. --->READ MORE HERE

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) used donor funds to pay Ku Klux Klan (KKK) members to remain with the racist organization despite their insistence on wanting to leave, according to a new superseding Justice Department indictment.
The new bombshell came as part of a new DOJ filing first reported Tuesday evening that expands on the allegations contained in the agency’s April indictment against the SPLC. The department revealed that the SPLC — a far-left group known for putting targets on the backs of conservative organizations by falsely labeling them as “hate groups” — had been charged with 11 counts related to allegedly making fraudulent payments to extremist groups like the KKK as part of a supposedly “covert” informant scheme.

In the Justice Department’s new filing are allegations that the SPLC used donor funds to pay two KKK members who “feared for their safety from other Klan members and wanted out of the movement” to stay with the racist group.

Per the superseding indictment, an individual identified as F-32 saw “media coverage” about how the Southern Poverty Law Center had previously “helped an individual leave an extremist organization.” As a result, F-32 allegedly reached out to the SPLC to ask for assistance in getting “out of the movement.” The individual also requested help on behalf of another individual (“F-31”).

Rather than fulfill their requests, the DOJ alleged that an SPLC employee “encouraged F-31 and F-32 to stay in the movement and offered to pay them a $1,200.00 monthly salary as well as to pay for expenses as incurred.” After being “financially backed by the SPLC to do so,” the two unnamed KKK members “agreed to remain in the movement,” according to the indictment.

It was at that point that an SPLC employee allegedly provided an unidentified bank (“Bank-2”) “with documentation” maintaining that F-32 was a Rare Books employee — a purportedly “materially false representation” the DOJ claimed resulted in F-32 being given “a Rare Books employee pay card.” The agency further contended that an SPLC employee subsequently instructed F-31 and F-32 to tell anyone who “asked where the money came from” that “they worked for Rare Books and that their job was to help college students research and write essays.”

“Neither F-31 nor F-32 ever researched or wrote any essays for any students, college or otherwise,” the indictment reads.

Per the DOJ, while the SPLC asserted that the alleged payment scheme was for the unnamed KKK members’ “safety,” such methods “resulted in F-31 and F-32 being put in the type of dangerous situations that F-32 sought SPLC’s help to get away from in the first place.” What’s more is that F-31 and F-32 allegedly used donors’ money to attend “extremist rallies in multiple states.”

The DOJ also shockingly claimed that the SPLC’s alleged financial activities led to F-31 “rising from merely a group member to a leadership role within an extremist group.” It was in this new post in which the individual purportedly “recruited new members using donors’ money.” --->READ MORE HERE

Liberals Want to Free All Criminals Except Political Criminals

Dems outraged that Tina Peters will be freed alongside killers and child abusers.

In 1991, Max Miller, a handyman, stopped to assist a family who had run out of gas on a mountain road. He went to get gas for them, came back, filled up their tank, and then they beat him, took his gun, shot him and left him to die. One of the men, Joseph Aguayo stole Miller’s gun, another shot him from behind and Aguayo bashed Miller’s face in with a large rock.

The ‘Good Samaritan’ murder was so horrifying that it made the national news and that Aguayo’s stepmother testified against him. He was sentenced to life in prison.

In 1994, Mailorn Smith, a 72-year-old WWII veteran, was murdered east of Denver. He had been driving on the road with an unnamed woman when their path was blocked. A woman from the second car got out and pretended to ask for directions and then one of the men demanded money. Smith tried to defend himself and was shot and killed. Eugene Gilbert robbed them.

Now, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, in a spree of over 40 pardons and commutations, cut short Aguayo’s life sentence and made him eligible for parole, and commuted Gilbert’s sentence of life without parole to make him eligible for parole next year.

Neither of those horrifying crimes has Democrats outraged. Instead what has Colorado Democrats fuming is that among the killers of old men, the drug dealers, child abusers, stalkers and assorted monsters whom the Democrat governor chose to inflict on society was one truly unforgivable fiend: a 70-year-old woman named Tina Peters who ‘denied’ an election.

Gov. Polis’ pardons and commutations included 5 murderers, 2 attempted murderers, a child abuser, several drug dealers, a stalker, and all of those are worse than an election clerk.

Tina Peters got 9 years in prison in a pro-crime Democrat state where the alleged rapist of a 13-year-old girl could walk away with four years probation while another rapist could get away with 45 days and time served, but those aren’t serious crimes like questioning ‘election integrity’.

Colorado House and Senate Democrats released a statement declaring that “we strongly oppose Governor Polis’ decision to preempt the courts and commute the sentence of a still-unremorseful Tina Peters.” Noting that every Senate and House Democrat had signed a letter objecting to the commutation, they claimed that the 70-year-old election clerk’s “actions threatened our elections, and commuting her sentence sends exactly the wrong message.

It wasn’t as if Tina Peters had done something minor like beat a man’s head in with a rock or rob a dying man, she had ‘denied’ an election. As far as Colorado Democrats are concerned, murdering the elderly is an excusable crime, while denying their ‘election integrity’ isn’t.

Freeing killers sends the right message while freeing political opponents sends the wrong one.

Democrat legislative leaders insisted that Tina Peters needed to be punished further because of “the impact of Ms. Peters’ crimes in fueling election conspiracy theories that undermine the integrity of our elections system as a whole. We fear that any clemency or other sentence reduction on your part will further embolden these conspiracies and those who propagate them.”

It’s noble of the ‘Defund the Police’ party to be suddenly so concerned for the welfare of a police officer who, there but for the grace of Allah, Xenu and Mother Earth, could have almost been kicked.

It’s odd then that the same Democrats raised no objection to releasing Brandin Kreuzer who together with his accomplice had opened fire on Sheriff’s deputies with a Bushmaster M17S and 9MM handgun and wounded Deputy Todd Tucker back in 2008. Tucker was permanently injured and required multiple surgeries. “I’ve been hit. I have blood coming down my arm, and I don’t know where it’s coming from. I have bullet holes all over my car,” he recalled.

War update: 213 combat clashes, two frontline sectors remain hottest:

During June 8, there were 213 combat clashes between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian invading troops along the front line, with roughly one-third occurring in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors.

According to Ukrinform, the information was provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its operational update as of 22:00.

“Since the beginning of the day, a total of 213 combat engagements have taken place. The enemy launched two missile strikes using three missiles, carried out 55 air strikes, dropping 176 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 6,460 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,305 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troop positions,” the statement said.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement was recorded. Russian forces carried out 43 attacks on settlements and Ukrainian positions, including one using multiple-launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops launched seven assaults near Vovchanski Khutory, Lyman, Starytsia, and toward Ternova and Volokhivka.

In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy conducted three attacks toward Kupiansk, Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, and Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 12 attempts by Russian troops to advance near Novoselivka and toward Drobysheve, Dibrova, Lyman, and Ozerne. Two engagements were still ongoing as of the evening update.

The SPLC Asks A Court To Throw Out Its Fraud Charges, And The Media Play Dumb:

What you will not find in the defense memorandum arguing for dismissal is a discussion of the allegations that the SPLC opened bank accounts in the names of businesses that didn’t exist, giving false statements to banks in order to open the accounts.

In a 390-page Tuesday filing, lawyers for the Southern Poverty Law Center have asked a federal judge to throw out felony charges of wire fraud, making false statements to a bank, and money laundering. You can read the indictment here, and the defense memorandum arguing for dismissal here (without the hundreds of pages of exhibits that accompanied the motion).

Now represented by nine lawyers at three law firms, including Hunter Biden lawyer and D.C. fixer Abbe Lowell, the SPLC argues that it’s the victim of vindictive prosecution. They charge that “this Administration’s animus over the past year culminated in the criminal charges against the SPLC — an indictment premised on conclusory accusations but devoid of provable facts or a proper statement of the law.”

In fact, as The Federalist has reported, experts in money laundering investigations have described the allegations as straightforward descriptions of wire fraud and an organization making false statements to banks, concluding that the indictment alleges obvious crimes if the fact claims in the document can be proved in court.

Among other allegations, federal prosecutors allege that the SPLC opened bank accounts in the names of companies that have never existed or conducted legitimate business. The indictment also alleged that SPLC officials responded to a bank investigation by acknowledging to the bank, in writing and over the signature of SPLC leaders, that the accounts for fake businesses had been opened by the SPLC. The SPLC has due process rights and is entitled to a presumption of innocence, but if the indictment correctly describes that letter, a legal expert has previously described the letter to The Federalist as “an admission of fraud against the bank.”

The memorandum filed on Tuesday by the SPLC doesn’t mention any of that, ignoring the substance of the charges to focus on Donald Trump’s personal tendency toward meanness. Sample argument, from pg. 9 of the PDF file linked above (which is pg. 4 of the memorandum): “After the indictment, the Administration’s assault on the SPLC’s free speech rights continued. President Trump, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Deputy Associate Attorney General Aakash Singh, and FBI Director Kash Patel spoke at press conferences and televised interviews.”

That’s the heart of the argument: The SPLC can’t be prosecuted because federal officials held press conferences, which supposedly proves unlawful and vindictive targeting.

The memorandum goes on to frame the indictment as an attempt to intimidate a political enemy, again evading discussion of the actual charges: “The attempts by President Trump to muzzle and intimidate the SPLC did not deter it from carrying out its mission. Analysts: SPLC Fraud, Money Laundering Charges Could Be The Tip Of The Iceberg:

‘That’s certainly an admission of fraud against the bank,’ Byrnes told The Federalist.

Professionals who have experience with anti-money laundering laws are not shocked by the indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). If the facts alleged in the indictment are true, they appear to support charges that are unremarkable and to be expected. Those allegations also strongly suggest the possibility of more indictments.
That reaction isn’t the loudest response, right now. Indicted for fraud, making false statements to a bank, and conspiracy to commit money laundering, the SPLC is hinting broadly at a victimhood defense about being a left-wing organization politically targeted by a right-wing administration. Among the army of lawyers the SPLC has hired from multiple law firms, the racial justice nonprofit is now represented by the D.C. insider Abbe Lowell, who also represented Hunter Biden. Reuters describes Lowell’s boutique law firm as one that works “defending Trump targets.”

Spreading the victimhood narrative, journalists in legacy media are suggesting that the prosecution is a faked-up political hit built on shaky legal ground; MS Now calls the charges “nakedly political.” Joining that chorus, Chicago Tribune columnist Clarence Page reads undertones of menace in an indictment that he describes as “murky.”

It’s not murky. You can read the indictment here. Among other things, the SPLC is accused of creating accounts at two banks for fake businesses that “were never incorporated, had no bona fide employees, and conducted no actual business.”

That’s hard to do. The Bank Secrecy Act of 1970, updated after 9/11, creates extensive anti-money laundering “know your customer” rules that require banks to identify new customers and be sure a business is both real and representing its activities in an honest way. You can read the regulatory requirement for a “customer identification program” yourself, and look at bank websites to see what kinds of documents you have to show a bank to open a new business account: articles of incorporation, tax forms, permits, personal identification to show who is opening the account, and so on.

Kevin Sullivan is a retired New York State Police detective who served on multijurisdictional fraud task force investigations, and is also the author of an anti-money laundering (AML) guidebook for businesses. In retirement from law enforcement, he’s the president of an AML training academy. An investigation into allegedly fake bank accounts, he told The Federalist, has to start with a basic question: “How the heck did these businesses obtain an account in the first place?”

Well before anyone could begin using bank accounts in questionable ways, Sullivan said, “warning signs should have appeared at the account opening due diligence phase. Prospective banking customers that lacked appropriate verifying information, such as, never incorporated, no bona fide employees and no actual business, should never have been accepted as a customer by any financial institution.”

One of a short list of things has to have happened, the Texas A&M law professor and AML scholar William Byrnes told The Federalist, if the SPLC opened bank accounts for businesses that didn’t exist: banks ignored their legal obligations and opened accounts without knowing their customers, banks had insiders who sneaked around the requirement because of a relationship with the people opening the fake accounts, or the people opening the fake accounts showed the bank forged business documents.

“If the allegation is correct,” Byrnes told The Federalist, “then it’s one of those three.”

Speaking to those possibilities, the indictment specifically alleges that the bank accounts were associated with fake documents delivered by SPLC employees: “Employee-1, and others, signed these documents containing false and misleading statements for the benefit of the SPLC.”

In any case, the documents that were allegedly used to open the accounts would be retained by the banks. Regulators routinely visit banks to check on their compliance with “know your customer” laws, Byrnes says, and to evaluate a bank’s recordkeeping on customers. Whatever paperwork the bank had when they opened the SPLC’s allegedly fake business accounts would still be on hand for federal prosecutors to use in court. --->READ MORE HERE

The Al-Qaeda Candidate is Heading to Congress

What do you call it when a representative of an enemy force wins a seat in the Congress of his foe? Oh yes: conquest.

Jan. 3, 2027 will be a historic day. Barring some unforeseeable circumstance, when the fateful day comes around, Hisham “Adam” Hamawy will become the first member of the United States House of Representatives to have worked for a group linked to al-Qaeda, and to have served as a defense witness for a jihad terror leader. The way the Democrat Party is going, he likely won’t be the last. And so America must face the reality: the enemies are well inside the gates, and inside the corridors of power as well. The conquest is well underway.

Hamawy knows how to play the game. The New York Post reported Tuesday that Hamawy interned with Benevolence International, which al-Qaeda “used by the terror group as a front ‘to establish a base for operations in Europe against Al Qaeda’s true enemy, the United States.’” But don’t even think about looking askance at Hamawy for this association: “A spokesperson for his campaign described attacks on Hamawy’s work with the foundation as ‘desperate,’ ‘absurd’ and ‘bigoted.’”

Of course. It’s all just “Islamophobia.” After all, it isn’t as if Hamawy had interned with a group that opposed jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women, and called upon Muslims to renounce the violent, misogynist and supremacist aspects of their religion. That would have gotten the Democrats to shun and denounce him in a hurry. In fact, in that case, he never would have even come close to having a chance to run for Congress as a Democrat in the first place.

But hating Israel and wanting to see it destroyed and vouching for the Blind Sheikh, the jihad terror mastermind Omar Abdel Rahman? That’s the quick route to Democrat stardom these days, and so Mr. Hamawy is going to Washington.

The Post notes that Hamawy “was called as a defense witness to dispute a government informant’s accusations that Abdel-Rahman urged his followers to murder then-Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. At trial, the future Democratic congressional hopeful also testified that comments Abdel-Rahman made about ‘conquering the land of the infidels’ were being taken ‘out of context’ by prosecutors, according to a transcript of proceedings.”

Of course. The Blind Sheikh tried to take down the Twin Towers in 1993, but he didn’t want to conquer the land of the infidels. In fact, no Muslims want to do that. Adam Hamawy, an Egypt-born former combat surgeon who once volunteered with an Al Qaeda-linked group in Bosnia, emerged victorious Tuesday in the Democratic primary for retiring Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman’s (D-NJ) seat.

Hamawy — a staunch critic of Israel who was endorsed by “Squad” Reps. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), as well as socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) — was the top vote-getter in the crowded Democratic primary race for the Garden State’s deep-blue 12th Congressional District.

An Iraq War veteran, Hamawy has made national headlines for saving Sen. Tammy Duckworth’s (D-Ill) life after a helicopter crash as well as for his volunteer work in the Gaza Strip.

However, Hamawy’s 1994 internship with the Benevolence International Foundation in Bosnia, and his association with the infamous “Blind Sheikh” have also drawn scrutiny.

The 9/11 Commission Report described the now-defunct Benevolence International Foundation’s operation in Bosnia as part of an “impressive array of offices [that] covertly provided financial and other support for terrorist activities” by Osama bin Laden in the 1990s.

Authorities alleged in a 2003 court filing that Benevolence International was used by the terror group as a front “to establish a base for operations in Europe against Al Qaeda’s true enemy, the United States.”

Newly released bodycam footage captured the moment an NYPD cop opened fire on a defiant machete-wielding nut who slashed three straphangers at Grand Center Terminal last month.

The harrowing video released by the NYPD Friday shows two officers patrolling the transit hub on April 11 when Anthony Griffin started walking up the stairs from the 4, 5, 6, subway platform clutching a large machete.

Cops then frantically ordered the 44-year-old to drop the weapon over two dozen times.

Griffin flared his arms wide while gripping the roughly 17-inch knife in his right hand and erratically shouting “shoot me, please,” before running back down the stairs onto the platform.

Detective Ryan Giuffre, who had drawn his gun, chased the suspect, who then turned and kept coming at the cop while flashing the machete — despite being repeatedly told to stop, the video showed.

“Listen, get on the ground, please,” Giuffre pleaded while backing away from the madman.

Authorities have released body camera footage of the moment a man accused of slashing three people with a machete in New York City’s Grand Central Station was fatally shot.

The shooting happened on April 11 after Anthony Griffin allegedly attacked three elderly people at the station, the New York Post reported in early May.

New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers were patrolling the area when Griffin went up the stairs from the fourth, fifth, and sixth subway platform carrying a machete. Although they repeatedly ordered him to drop the machete, he did not.

At one point, Griffin yelled, “I am Lucifer” before he moved toward Detective Ryan Giuffre. The officer fired two shots and Griffin fell to the ground.

More than 3 million illegal aliens have left the US or been deported since President Trump took office, the Department of Homeland Security has revealed.

Of those 3 million, 2.2 million have opted to self-deport through a program that allows migrants to turn themselves in via a DHS app in return for a cash stipend and free flight home.

Another 900,000 have been deported since Jan. 20, 2025, and as of this month, DHS has arrested 900,000 illegal aliens, according to agency figures.

President Donald Trump’s first year back in office has seen more than 3 million illegal immigrants leave the United States, including an estimated 2.2 million "self-deportations," according to figures shared with Fox News Digital by the Department of Homeland Security.

DHS said the administration has also deported nearly 900,000 illegal immigrants and arrested more than 900,000 others as of May 17, framing the numbers as evidence Trump’s immigration crackdown is reshaping migration patterns after record illegal crossings during former President Joe Biden’s administration.

"In President Trump’s first year back in office, more than 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S. because of the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration including an estimated 2.2 million self-deportations," a DHS spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

Frontline update: 196 combat engagements as Russia launches 50 airstrikes:

Russian forces have attacked the positions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces 196 times since the beginning of the day.

According to Ukrinform, the information comes from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s operational update as of 22:00 on Saturday, June 7.

“Since the beginning of the day, 196 combat engagements have been recorded along the front line. Throughout the day, the aggressor carried out 50 airstrikes, employing 148 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 6,242 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,338 attacks with various types of weaponry against our positions and nearby settlements,” the statement said.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement took place. The enemy carried out one airstrike using a guided bomb and launched 64 attacks against settlements and Ukrainian positions, including five using multiple-launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces launched five assaults near Vovchanski Khutory and toward Okhrimivka. Three engagements were still ongoing at the time of reporting.

In the Kupiansk sector, Russian troops carried out one attack toward Hlushkivka.

In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 enemy attempts to advance near Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Stavky, Dibrova, and toward Shyikivka and Lyman. One battle remain active.

My Family’s Bicentennial Road Trip Taught Me What It Means To Be American:

America’s story needs to be retold, or it will be drowned out by the noise of these postmodern times.

What I remember most about our nation’s big bicentennial celebration in 1976 was the bears in Cherokee National Forest. We awoke one morning to three or four of them calmly ransacking our campsite, as my parents, my sisters, and I watched from inside the Volkswagen camper we were driving across the country that summer.
That was half a century ago, and maybe we weren’t as aware of wildlife best practices. Or maybe we just weren’t expecting bears. But as one pawed its way into our styrofoam cooler, we watched with a Disney-dulled fascination — and a misplaced confidence in what that VW Westfalia could withstand, should even a moderately sized black bear find it interesting.

The bears soon moved on to other campsites without incident, but my sisters and I spent much of the rest of the trip spinning increasingly gruesome stories about how the Bear Encounter could have turned out if the bears had known about the peanut butter crackers in the back seat.

Yet with the bears came a revelation to my 12-year-old mind: America was still at least a little bit wild. And America being wild felt proper and good — not a tame lion.

That trip helped to form my view of the United States as something big, bold, and wonderful. My love for America can be traced back to the hot summer days we spent traversing her forests, fields, highways, and historical sites. Reagan hadn’t made his famous commercial yet, but it truly felt like morning in America.

But does that America still exist? I’m taking some time this summer to find out. In the classic, The Devil and Daniel Webster, we learned that if you go to Webster’s grave and call his name aloud, you’ll hear his deep voice ask, “Neighbor, how stands the union?”

Perhaps that’s what I’m asking today.

1976 vs. 2026

In the summer of 1976, just as now, we were a deeply divided nation. The fall of Saigon was still a fresh wound on the nation’s psyche, as was the Watergate scandal and its political fallout. Georgia Gov. Jimmy Carter was building up a massive lead in the presidential race (up 30 points after the Democratic National Convention in July). Inflation was a driving factor; the Ford administration was never able to bring inflation down, though Carter himself would bring about a new measure of economic misery: “stagflation.”

None of that mattered much to me, though. I was in it for the camping and the battlefields and the fireworks and the fanfare. I suppose I bought into the hype. In school, we studied the Founding Fathers, we painted the fire hydrants patriotic colors, and my family spent hours with a road atlas, planning possible routes.

But it didn’t seem like hype then. It felt as if we all, despite our divisions, had come to a consensus on one thing, at least: America is pretty great and worth celebrating.

We did what many families did at the time; we sought to commemorate the bicentennial in our own way. We drove from our home in northern Florida to Montreal (and back). The trip lasted six weeks, and that was only possible because my parents were teachers. But as teachers, they must have saved money for months to make it happen.

Our VW Westfalia camper was built in 1968, with a 1.6-liter engine that could work itself up to a whopping 50 horsepower. Our top speed was about 55 mph (downhill), quite in keeping with the new federal speed limit. But the truth was, we couldn’t speed if we wanted to. There was no air conditioner. VW didn’t offer AC even as an option for that model year. But that wasn’t uncommon; we simply kept the windows open and the radio on.

I brought as many books with me as I could. That summer, I was reading biographies of our founders and other figures from American history, and I didn’t stick to the ones written for children.

We had a camping box (built with the help of my dad’s friend, the shop teacher) and a Coleman tent. That was enough for all five of us. We had a rough itinerary, with drives of between 200 and 300 miles between sites. We visited the big ones: Mount Vernon and Washington, D.C., Gettysburg and Appomattox, the Liberty Bell and Niagara Falls. Watching the tall ships sail into New York Harbor left me with a lifelong love of sailing and ships.

Our trip began at the Open Pond campground in Conecuh National Forest near Andalusia, Alabama, only about 100 miles from home. We were well familiar with that campground, and that first night served as a shakedown cruise of sorts. Our usual camping habit was to get a few miles from home, then one of us would remember something really important, and we’d have to backtrack. By starting close to home, we ensured that whatever was left behind wouldn’t cost us more than a few hours.

Much later in life, I found a verse from Emily Dickinson that truly captures the feeling of the start of a trip: The sailor, she writes, knows “the divine intoxication of the first league out from land.” The poem is called “Exultation Is the Going,” and she gets it right. It’s that nearly impenetrable joy when the trip is all promise (so far) and no disappointments (yet). All of America was before us, and we had a road atlas — a thing I still take immense joy in, even as GPS renders them quaint. Exultation was in the going.

Were there disappointments? Of course. I didn’t know it at the time, but we weren’t a wealthy family. Pay for a high school band director in 1976 was $12,000 to $13,000 per year. That wasn’t bad (about $70,000 today), but there were five of us, and travel can be expensive. I don’t remember a single restaurant on the trip, though I remember the hot dogs, pork and beans, Bisquick pancakes, and endless peanut butter sandwiches we ate along the way. --->READ MORE HERE

House Committee Hearing Exposes Ohio As Yet Another State Where Foreigner Fraud Runs Rampant

One Bhutanese family may have made around 10% of Bhutan’s GDP by defrauding United States taxpayers, according to testimony in a House Oversight Committee task force.

Taxpayers in Ohio have lost an estimated $1.2 billion due to foreign fraudsters, according to testimony from a House Oversight Committee task force on Wednesday. Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, called the hearing after Luke Rosiak of the Daily Wire released a series of articles alleging billions of dollars in Medicaid home care fraud in Ohio.
Gill, the chairman of the task force, explained how fraudsters in Ohio operate with little government oversight. According to Gill, they will find an elderly person, often a relative, and get a note from a doctor that says they qualify for in-home health services.

Home care services were designed for the elderly and those with special needs to have someone to take care of them inside their own home. Home care can include medical care, but oftentimes home care “providers” perform basic tasks for their aging relatives — cooking, cleaning, and helping pay bills. This makes it incredibly easy for those wishing to commit fraud.

After receiving the note from a doctor, the fraudster will contract with a “Home Health business,” Gill said, many of which are shell companies. “The business then facilitates Medicaid payments from the taxpayer to the fraudster, while taking a cut off the top.”

Ohio is home to the largest Somalian population in America outside of Minnesota, and the largest Bhutanese population in the world outside of Bhutan. Rosiak, who testified at the hearing, said almost all of the fraud he witnessed in Columbus during his investigation was among “foreign born people,” mostly from Somalia and Bhutan.

Rosiak told the task force about one Bhutanese family, the Adhikari’s, who he says has received over $350 million just from Medicaid in Ohio alone. Therefore, Rosiak claims the Bhutanese family has made around 10% of Bhutan’s GDP by defrauding United States taxpayers.

State authorities seem to validate Rosiak’s findings. Ohio State Auditor Keith Faber gave testimony at the hearing and indicated that there has been significant fraud in the state: “In this year’s single state audit, which is a rigorous, comprehensive financial compliance audit, we identified potentially up to $4.4 billion in fraud-related exposure connected to ineligible recipients in Ohio’s Medicaid program.”

Amid recent findings, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine paused enrollment for home care and hospice providers while the state works with federal authorities to investigate the situation. The Justice Department’s Fraud Division announced that they are partnering with the state of Ohio to prosecute fraud, and the partnership includes a “data sharing agreement to enhance the detection and prosecution of fraud.” --->READ MORE HERE

Trump’s Massive Anti-Fraud Strike Force Lands In Ohio

Attorney General Todd Blanche: "This is a good day for Ohio."

A massive show of federal force descended on Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday following a Daily Wire investigation into Medicaid, with top Trump administration officials including Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, and the head of Medicaid Dr. Mehmet Oz on the ground to announce major anti-fraud initiatives.

At a joint press conference in Columbus, the administration officials announced several steps that are being taken to eliminate fraud in the state.

Forty-nine home health care firms have been suspended (most of them in the buildings highlighted in our stories), and one was raided Thursday morning, Dr. Oz said. He specifically mentioned The Daily Wire’s findings, saying “there’s a road here very close to where we are [with] 288 facilities in one block,” and “no more champagne on private jets.”

The press conference came a day after the House Oversight Committee spotlighted the Daily Wire’s reporting, in which task force chairman Brandon Gill drilled down into the abuse’s connection to refugee communities.

Oz highlighted that connection.

“This is a Mecca for Somalian populations, it’s a hub for the Bhutanese and Nepalese. We were naive to think that practices that are common in other parts of the world wouldn’t follow them here,” he said.

The assistant attorney general for the National Fraud Enforcement Division, Colin McDonald, said that Ohio’s attorney general will announce an $11 million action from the state’s Medicaid fraud control unit, that Ohio’s secretary of state has signed a data-sharing agreement giving investigators access to corporate ownership records, and that State Auditor Keith Faber has applied to have federal fraud investigators detailed to the state.

“To the people of Ohio, if someone offers you a medical perk that sounds too good to be true, it is,” McDonald said. “We are resolved to till every field and turn over every rock to bring [fraudsters] to justice.”

There were numerous announcements of fraud in various fields in the state. Dominick Gerace, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, announced a $30 million Medicaid fraud prosecution involving non-existent autism care. He said a home health care company in Columbus was raided Thursday morning, but that he would not be sharing details. --->READ MORE HERE

Swatting Incident At Justice Barrett’s Home Is Another ‘Hit’ From Schumer’s ‘Whirlwind’:

The dangerous ‘swatting’ attack is the most recent in a surge in leftist-led political violence in the Trump era.

Conservative members of the nation’s highest court continue to reap the bitter harvest of political violence that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer sowed more than six years ago.
The latest in a series of serious threats to the justices’ safety reportedly occurred Wednesday evening — a reported “swatting” incident at the home of Supreme Court Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

“Police responded to a call for the sound of gunshots at the home of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett last night, but quickly realized it was a swatting call and cleared after meeting with her security detail,” freelance photographer Andrew Leyden first reported on X Thursday morning. Leyden included in the post what he described as “partial police audio” of the emergency call to police to respond to the justice’s home.

Fairfax County, Virginia, police said the call came in on the department’s non-emergency line.

“[Wednesday] evening at approximately 9:02 p.m., officers responded to a swatting call at the residence of U.S. Supreme Court Justice in Fairfax County,” police said in a press statement. “Officers immediately coordinated with Supreme Court Police personnel assigned to the residence and quickly determined that the report was fictitious. No additional police resources were utilized.”

‘Substantial Risk’

For those not familiar with the criminal practice of “swatting,” it involves making a false report of a critical incident in progress — like a hostage situation or an active shooter. The idea is to send police into a presumed serious emergency at a targeted location. The hope of a lot of “swatting” sickos is that their false report will trigger a deadly confrontation at the response site.

“Swatting carries a substantial risk of physical harm and misallocated emergency resources. Victims may experience trauma, wrongful detention, or injury, while emergency services are diverted from legitimate needs,” the National Association of Attorneys General notes on its website.

Incidents of swatting and doxxing — the malicious act of making widely available someone’s phone number, home address and other personal information — have soared in recent years with the assistance of AI and other technologies. They have become favorite tools of left-wing political terrorists.

Last year, Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La, chairman of the Subcommittee on Federal Law Enforcement, announced an investigation into the growing number of swatting incidents “targeting individuals based on their political affiliation.”

It’s all part of a surge in leftist-led political violence in the Trump era. Last fall, Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., a member of the Judiciary Committee, asked the Department of Justice to investigate what has been described as “the assassination culture,” with a focus on “catalogu[ing] not only incidents involving deaths but also attempts to intimidate and coerce people through mobs, street violence, doxxing, SWATting, and similar tactics.”

‘You Won’t Know What Hit You’

But perhaps we should have seen the wave of threats against the Supreme Court’s majority years ago. Schumer certainly did. He predicted it. One might even say he called for it.

In March 2020, Schumer stood outside the Supreme Court building with a throng of rabid abortion backers declaring that conservative justices would “pay the price” should they dare overturn the horrible law that was the Roe v. Wade decision. The nearly 50-year-old ruling federalized the mass murder of the unborn. The New York Democrat specifically pointed his venom at Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” Schumer warned. It turned out to be a political violence prophecy.

After a draft of the Roe-ending Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision was leaked to and published by Politico in early May 2022, Schumer’s “whirlwind” was fully released.

The unprecedented leak set off a wave of leftist protests and a literal firestorm of leftist-led violence. Six days later — on Mother’s Day — a radical who was eventually arrested thanks to a half-eaten burrito firebombed the Madison, Wisconsin, headquarters of Wisconsin Family Action, a Christian pro-life, pro-family organization.

As Federalist Editor-In-Chief Mollie Hemingway broke in her New York Times bestselling book Alito: The Justice Who Reshaped the Supreme Court and Restored the Constitution, the court’s three liberal justices abetted the violence by slow-walking the release of the Dobbs decision, apparently for political advantage. The hope, Hemingway reported, was that enough conservative justices would cave to public pressure — or worse.

They didn’t. The price-paying, as Schumer threatened, picked up.
