Consul General accused of trysts with Subordinates and Hookers

In the latest black eye for the scandal-ridden State Department, a whistleblower claims she was run out of the foreign service after complaining about a consul general’s alleged office trysts with subordinates and hookers.

Kerry Howard says she was bullied, harassed and forced to resign after she exposed US Consul General Donald Moore’s alleged security-threatening shenanigans in the Naples, Italy, office.

As the post’s community-liaison officer, Howard was charged with keeping workplace peace and advising higher-ups on the state of morale, but when she revealed allegations about her boss, State Department officials swept it under the rug, according to an Equal Employment Opportunity complaint she filed with the department’s Office of Civil Rights.

“It’s cover-up after cover-up. It’s absolutely hideous,” she told The Post. “When our diplomats disrespect the Italians by hiring and firing them because they have seen too much — or use them for ‘sex-ercise’ — we have to question why we have diplomats abroad at taxpayer expense.”

Howard is just the latest whistleblower to allege that Hillary Rodham Clinton’s State Department allowed sexual misbehavior to continue unchecked.

Last week, The Post reported that Aurelia Fedenisn, an investigator at the department’s inspector-general office, wrote a memo outlining eight cases of supposed sexual misconduct, but that they were removed from an IG report.

The allegations included US Ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman soliciting prostitutes, including minors, and at least seven agents in Clinton’s security detail hiring hookers while traveling with her to Russia and Colombia.

The House moves to take on Immigration, one slice at a time

As the Senate moves toward passing the broadest immigration bill in a generation, the House is about to serve up the issue in small slices.

The man wielding the knife is House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R., Va.), whose panel meets Tuesday to take the House's first formal action on immigration legislation.

I'd like to see something like this

Mr. Goodlatte, a low-profile conservative who is new to the chairman's job this year, opposes the Senate's comprehensive bill and plans instead to advance a series of more narrowly focused immigration bills. He will begin Tuesday with votes on a get-tough enforcement measure that would turn the debate sharply to the right.

Critics worry his piecemeal approach will bury rather than breathe life into the immigration debate. But Mr. Goodlatte argues that his approach allows more careful legislating on a complicated topic.

"For far too long, the standard operating procedure in Washington has been to rush large pieces of legislation through Congress with little opportunity for elected officials and the American people to scrutinize and understand them," Mr. Goodlatte said Friday in a statement.

Chris Christie is the most-favored Republican among Democrats

According to a newly released Gallup Poll, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is the most-favored Republican recent newsmaker and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is the least-favored--among Democratic respondents.

The poll sought to measure the favorable/unfavorable sentiments toward five Republicans Gallup believes may run for president in 2016.

Conducted June 1-4. the survey asked: [P]lease say if you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of these people--or if you have never heard of them." It then listed New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul.

Among Democrats, Christie had the most favorable responses. Fifty-four percent of Democrats said they had a favorable view of Christie, compared to 21 percent who had a favorable view of Rubio, 17 percent who had a favorable view of Ryan, 16 percent who had a favorable view of Paul, and 11 percent who had a favorable view of Cruz.

If you had coughed up enough cash, maybe you too could have been a U.S. Ambassador

President Obama named some of the major financial backers of his 2012 reelection campaign to top European ambassadorships on Friday, ahead of his trip to Northern Ireland for next week's G8 summit.

The White House said that Obama had named John Emerson as the next ambassador to Germany. According to the president's campaign, Emerson raised at least half a million dollars last year for the president's reelection effort, topping the between $100,000 and $200,000 he netted for Obama's 2008 presidential campaign.

Obama has also nominated Rufus Gifford, a former finance director for the Democratic National Committee and finance director of his reelection campaign, as the next ambassador to Denmark. Gifford also served as a major fundraiser for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign and the chairman of the president's inaugural committee.

America's sovereignty trumps the almighty dollar

Cutting to the chase...we have NO cohesive foreign or economic policies in place...neither dealing with 'those out to kill us' or those out to bankrupt or sponge off us. Our policies seem to ebb and flow on the whims of this miserable excuse of a president and have NO substance behind them...and sometimes are outright unconstitutional.

And the ongoing Northern Ireland G8 Summit will bring all this to ahead for while the focus will be on the Syrian conflict and the meeting between the wars proxies, Barack HUSSEIN Obama and Russian President Vladamir Putin, other agendas are on the table but agendas NOT getting the media attention they so need.

While we're all well aware of Obama's foreign policy failures that include 'aiding and abetting' our country's enemies, his global economic failures, differing from his domestic economic failures yet somewhat linked together, are NOT so in-your-face. As a man who is trying to surrender America's sovereignty to the architects and supporters of the New World Order and Agenda 21, thankfully our Congress has prevented him from doing so...at least up until this point. However, Obama has now joined European leaders in pushing the proposed Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a supposed trade agreement for combining the economies and political structures of Europe and the US. Claiming TTIP will help solve the world's current economic crises, the reality is that TTIP involves more than simply trade as it's been designed to force the US into 'regional governance' on differing issues.

In other words, getting us involved in things we have NO business being involved in nor do 'We the People' want to be involved in.

And totally ignoring the fact that the US is a capitalistic free market country and Europe, for the most part, has turned socialist NOT only in how it governs its people but also in how it operates its independent governments, yesterday Obama, European Commission President Barroso, and European Council President Van Rompuy, jointly announced that the US and the EU (European Union) will start putting together the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), will meet in DC in the beginning of July, and will work under the auspices of the Office of the US Trade Representative to get it done.

What Obama forgets is that the EU began as an economic and trade pact alone but that over the years has turned into a full-blown, all-encompassing national government whose agenda includes wiping out the national sovereignty of its member nations...something that they will most assuredly try to do to our country if we sign on to this...and Obama knows this very well but America's sovereignty is NOT something he cares about and would give away at the drop of a hat.

And while the purpose of TTIP seems well and fine on the surface, as its 'supposed' goal is to increase economic growth in the US and the EU by creating a trading bloc greater than NAFTA, by doing so it would also delve into public policy areas...into areas most people do NOT think applies to trade like personal freedoms...and that is very scary indeed especially coming on top of the current NSA spying on the American public scandal.

TTIP would also rework almost every current US regulatory law, creating a single set of standards for a global marketplace covering half the world’s GDP, and would have us lowering our standards to meet the majority of nations lower standards...NOT good...NOT good at all.

And most times international trade agreements are negotiated by bureaucrats who have more in common with each other than with the working class people in the countries they represent...and this is especially true for Europe. And too much power in the hands of negotiators is dangerous, because negotiators in trade agreements are known for becoming lobbyists for their respective country's business interests instead of being proponents for what said country's people want, or how those interests affect the other countries involved.

Also, TTIP calls for 'investor-state' dispute resolution to solve problems that might arise, which means large corporations can file lawsuits to prevent government actions they just don't like...such as critical health and safety regulations...just like the World Trade Organization does, and again that is NOT good as corporate heads will control the regulations, and countries like the US and Britain would be forced to lower their standards if it would settle a dispute.

So the bottom line is that TTIP would be more monetarily advantageous for Europe (adding around 0.5% to the EU's annual economic output) than it would be for America, for while it would allow certain tariffs, customs procedures, and behind the border regulatory restrictions to be done away with, thus making American goods somewhat easier to sell in Europe, the real goal is for the EU and US to meld many of their regulations and standards, thus laying down the foundation for creating global standards (standards that might be lower than ours) as world economic policy.

Global standards NOT American standards for America...meaning New World Order standards...meaning we would lose something our Constitution was written to prevent us from ever losing...our sovereignty in deciding what's best for America and America alone, and that trumps any and everything else.

Hear that Obama, 'We the People' want NO part of your march towards New World Order, economic or otherwise, as America's sovereignty staying intact is something that means more than the almighty dollar.

U.S. Supreme Court rules Arizona Law requiring citizenship proof for voters illegal

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that states cannot on their own require would-be voters to prove they are U.S. citizens before using a federal registration system designed to make signing up easier.

The justices voted 7-2 to throw out Arizona's voter-approved requirement that prospective voters document their U.S. citizenship in order to use a registration form produced under the federal "Motor Voter" voter registration law.

Federal law "precludes Arizona from requiring a federal form applicant to submit information beyond that required by the form itself," Justice Antonia Scalia wrote for the court's majority.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented from the court's ruling. The Constitution "authorizes states to determine the qualifications of voters in federal elections, which necessarily includes the related power to determine whether those qualifications are satisfied," Thomas said in his dissent.

NSA Declasified documents state phone and email records helped foil terror plots in 20 Countries

Saturday stating the National Security Agency’s controversial programs gathering millions of phone and email records helped foil “dozens of potential terror plots.”

The three-page document regarding the NSA programs was released to congressional intelligence committees and states the plots were thwarted in the U.S. and more than 20 other countries. The data is destroyed every five years, according to the document.

The officials also said the NSA checked just 300 phone numbers last year against its database of millions of U.S. phone records gathered daily, an attempt to argue the surveillance programs are less sweeping than alleged.

They also said they are working to declassify information on the dozens of plots NSA chief Gen. Keith Alexander said were disrupted, to show Americans the value of the programs, but said they want to make sure they don't inadvertently reveal parts of the U.S. counterterrorism playbook in the process.

The programs were known to Washington lawmakers but unknown to the public until a series of new stories this month in The Guardian and The Washington Post, leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, who remains in hiding in Hong Kong.

President Bush Defends the NSA Surveillance Program

Former President George W. Bush on Thursday defended some of the cellphone data-gathering tactics used by the National Security Agency that have caused a public uproar in recent weeks, saying America’s “still at risk” and it’s about “connecting the dots” in the war on terror.

“There’s kind of a view that maybe they’ve gone away – they haven’t,” Bush said, referring to terrorists. “And now, techniques used to prevent attacks have been disclosed. I don’t know if you remember after 9/11, Congress had hearings, right? And you know what the hearings were about? We didn’t connect the dots. Well, we didn’t have the tools there to connect the dots.”

“One of the killers makes a phone call from San Diego to somewhere, how come you didn’t know? We didn’t have the tools. We’ve got the tools. Now the people in Congress are saying, ‘Why are you connecting the dots?’ It’s a tough assignment for the president. It is.”

Bush made the comments as part of a private, hour-long talk he gave during the annual general assembly meeting of the Western Riverside Council of Governments, which consists of representatives from city councils and public agencies in that region of Southern California – known as Republican-friendly territory.

Team Obama Priorities: Sequester being blamed for slacking in Border Patrol Efforts

Budget cuts have hampered the U.S. Border Patrol's work in its busiest sector on the Southwest border, agents said Friday, with the agency introducing fuel conservation measures in the Rio Grande Valley that have agents patrolling on foot and doubling up in vehicles.

The Border Patrol instituted the changes after the across-the-board government spending cuts known as sequestration. The constraints come as Congress moves deeper into the debate over comprehensive immigration reform and Republican legislators push for stronger border security components as a precursor to any path to citizenship for immigrants who have entered the country illegally.

The Rio Grande Valley sector — a stretch of border from Brownsville to Laredo on the southernmost tip of Texas — has become the agency's hottest area along the border. The Border Patrol's arrests of people trying to cross the border illegally jumped 65 percent in that area last year. At the end of May, sector Chief Patrol Agent Rosendo Hinojosa said agents had already made more than 90,000 apprehensions in the first eight months of the fiscal year, a 50 percent increase over the same period last year.

Lawmakes and Aides freaking out over having to participate in Obamacare Themselves

Dozens of lawmakers and aides are so afraid that their health insurance premiums will skyrocket next year thanks to Obamacare that they are thinking about retiring early or just quitting.

The fear: Government-subsidized premiums will disappear at the end of the year under a provision in the health care law that nudges aides and lawmakers onto the government health care exchanges, which could make their benefits exorbitantly expensive.

Democratic and Republican leaders are taking the issue seriously, but first they need more specifics from the Office of Personnel Management on how the new rule should take effect — a decision that Capitol Hill sources expect by fall, at the latest. The administration has clammed up in advance of a ruling, sources on both sides of the aisle said.

If the issue isn’t resolved, and massive numbers of lawmakers and aides bolt, many on Capitol Hill fear it could lead to a brain drain just as Congress tackles a slew of weighty issues — like fights over the Tax Code and immigration reform.

The problem is far more acute in the House, where lawmakers and aides are generally younger and less wealthy. Sources said several aides have already given lawmakers notice that they’ll be leaving over concerns about Obamacare. Republican and Democratic lawmakers said the chatter about retiring now, to remain on the current health care plan, is constant.

Arming the rebels is arming al-Qaeda

Surprise, surprise…guess who Barack HUSSEIN Obama has pledged America’s allegiance to by siding with the rebels in the Syrian civil war, and he doesn’t even know it (or does he and he just doesn’t care)…none other than Jabhat al-Nusra, also known as the al-Nusra Front…a US designated terrorist group with direct ties to al-Qaeda in Iraq.

And al-Nusra, one of the most effective homegrown fighting forces in Syria, a force who really is in control of the rebel opposition show with as many as 10,000 highly trained fighters on the ground, now has Obama siding with, funding, and helping to arm them…NO matter that they’re a known al-Qaeda operative group.

Talk about ‘aiding and abetting the enemy’ and slapping the face of all our troops who have died fighting them.

The fact is that a radical islamic influence is strong in Syria and growing stronger every day, and now with American weaponry…including small arms, ammunition, and possibly anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons…being sent to them by Obama they will grow even stronger, and as the rebels grow stronger Russia will send even more weapons to al-Assad’s government forces to counter them, increasing the fighting even more…fighting that currently kills 5,000+ Syrians a month. And with Iran running training camps inside Syria for Hezbollah, and pledging to send 4,000 Revolutionary Guards to fight on the side of the government forces, things are going from bad to worse in a country that under Bashar al-Assad was more secular than islamic regime.

And while the Syrian conflict began as a secular revolt against al-Assad’s autocracy it has indeed turned into an islamic vs. a secular (of sorts) conflict as al-Assad has used the threat of jihadists within the rebel opposition to build support for his regime among the Alawite and Christian communities (at least under his regime Christians were relatively safe), and also to convince the middle and upper class Sunnis from joining the opposition. And Russia has said that the presence of radical islamists is their reason for supporting al-Assad’s regime.

In fact Russian President Putin warned Obama against arming the Syrian rebels “who kill their enemies and eat their organs,” referring to a widely circulated YouTube video that shows a rebel fighter eating the heart of a dead government soldier…something that while disgusting and deplorable in its own right is NOT really that shocking anymore when you consider the brutality and barbaric acts we've been privy to committed by islamic extremists over the years, including beheading and chopping people up into little pieces.

But hey, these are the barbarians Barack HUSSEIN Obama has pledged our country will support.

And Abu Mohammed al-Julani, the leader of Syria’s al-Nusra Front (part of the Salafi movement among Sunni muslims adhering to literalist, strict, and puritanical approaches to islam who believe violent jihad against civilians is a legitimate tenet of islam) has outwardly and publicly pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri. And this is NOT anything new as Lebanese Sheik Omar Bakri, a Salafist who believes all nations must be governed by muslim religious law..sharia law…says al-Qaeda has assisted al-Nusra for some time now including by providing operational support, military trainers, and bomb makers in an effort to NOT only feed upon the instability in Syria but also to expand al-Qaeda’s influence in the entire region…contrary to what some claim or like Barack HUSSEIN Obama, try to ignore.

And with al-Julani saying from the very start of the conflict that islamic law must to be enforced in Syria, Obama siding with them becomes extremely dangerous to the long-term stability of Syria…even more so than the foreign jihadist groups currently operating in the country…because it represents the evolution of the Salafi-jihadist ideology into domestic talking points that will be able to influence vast amounts of disillusioned people tired of war.

And with Obama knowing this he still is willing to have our country support them…and all his bloviating that we will support only the moderate rebels, like The Free Syria Army, is pure nonsense as there are NO moderate rebels fighting al-Assad’s forces, and he knows it…and Russia knows it too…as they also know what will happen if Syria turns into an islamic state…as in too many radical islamists too close to their borders.

So when you boil it all down, Barack HUSSEIN Obama is NOT only siding with the rebels but with al-Qaeda itself…al-Qaeda who murdered 3,000 Americans on 9/11…the very group he’s been claiming is ‘on the run’ and no longer the threat they once were. And he knows damn well that if the rebels do win…and with him having the US aiding them it could become a possibility…yet another Mid-East country will fall and come under the rule of strict islamic law instead of democracy he claimed (he lied) was the reason he supported the Arab Spring uprisings in the first place.

The bottom line remains that NO matter which side wins, Syria is a no win situation that we just need to stay the hell out of...period.

Must learn to speak English: Great Idea Marco "AFTER" THE BORDER Is SECURE FIRST

If you can't speak English, you shouldn't seek permanent residence in this country, and you certainly can't become a citizen.

That's the way U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio sees it, and that's a requirement he's trying to inject in the bipartisan immigration bill being debated in the Senate this week.

Rubio, a Cuban-American capable of rapid-fire delivery in English or Spanish, insisted that immigrants learn to assimilate, echoing the long-standing contention of English-first proponents. But that touches a nerve in such places as South Florida, where hundreds of thousands speak Spanish but little English.

The bill as now written — by Rubio and a bipartisan group of seven other senators — would allow applicants to meet the language requirement by taking an English class. Rubio's amendment would eliminate that provision, which he calls a loophole, while leaving the requirement that applicants demonstrate "an understanding of the English language, including an ability to read, write and speak words in ordinary usage in the English language."

He notes that those who seek to become naturalized citizens must meet that requirement today.

Charles Krauthammer op-ed: Pushing the Envelope, NSA-Style

Thirty-five years ago in United States v. Choate, the courts ruled that the Postal Service may record “mail cover,” i.e., what’s written on the outside of an envelope — the addresses of sender and receiver.

The National Security Agency’s recording of U.S. phone data does basically that with the telephone. It records who is calling whom — the outside of the envelope, as it were. The content of the conversation, however, is like the letter inside the envelope. It may not be opened without a court order.

The constitutional basis for this is simple: The Fourth Amendment protects against “unreasonable searches and seizures” and there is no reasonable expectation of privacy for what’s written on an envelope. It’s dropped in a public mailbox, read by workers at the collection center, and read once again by the letter carrier. It’s already openly been shared, much as your phone records are shared with, recorded by, and (e-)mailed back to you by a third party, namely the phone company.

Indeed, in 1979 the Supreme Court (Smith v. Maryland) made the point directly regarding the telephone: The expectation of privacy applies to the content of a call, not its record. There is therefore nothing constitutionally offensive about the newly revealed NSA data-mining program that seeks to identify terrorist networks through telephone-log pattern recognition.

But doesn’t the other NSA program — the spooky-sounding James Bond–evoking PRISM — give you the willies? Well, what we know thus far is that PRISM is designed to read the e-mails of non-U.S. citizens outside the United States. If an al-Qaeda operative in Yemen is e-mailing a potential recruit, it would be folly not to intercept it.

Who Am I? Seeking your Inner Neanderthal

Vikings. Attila the Hun. Cavemen. Meet the in-laws, or rather, those genetic relatives you didn't expect to find on your family tree.

Amid the wonders of the age of genetics, people worldwide are spitting, swabbing or otherwise submitting samples to genetic registries, opening an era in understanding that most fundamental of questions: Who am I?

"Everyone wants to know how much of a Neanderthal they are," says genetics expert Spencer Wells, head of National Geographic's Genographic Project, a worldwide DNA ancestry-tracing effort that estimates how related you are to that vanished family of human caveman cousins. "Wives particularly seem interested in their husband's results, for some reason," Wells jokes.

Once the domain of great-aunts hunting down any family member with a royal pedigree, the world of genealogy is tapping into the genetics revolution while going mainstream. In less than a decade, more than a million people have taken such ancestry tests, offered by more than two dozen companies. The Genographic Project got things going in 2005. The "incredible response," Wells says, reflects a revolution in cheaper DNA testing, one that has at times raised hackles of privacy advocates.

At the National Genealogical Society's annual meeting last month in Las Vegas, more traditional talks on tracing immigrant paperwork competed for attention with a new slate of "DNA" sleuthing from geneticists.

Indeed, the ancient art of family-tree-tracing is rushing into the 21st century.

"We are seeing a coming of age in genealogy meeting genetics," says Ancestry.Com's Ken Chahine, a biochemist. "The expense of tests has dropped, and the number of records has reached a point where we are able to tell people a good deal about their ancestry."

Intended by National Geographic as a part of its mission to map and explore the world, the Genographic Project has analyzed the genetic markers of nearly 600,000 people since 2005, specializing in looking to the origins of modern humans in Africa more than 100,000 years ago.

What Sequester? President Obama's $100 Million African Trip..and WHAT A BARGAIN

President Obama’s $100 million trip to African offers “great bang for our buck,” the White House said Friday.

Deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes defended the cost of Obama’s upcoming trip to South Africa, Senegal and Tanzania, which could cost taxpayers as much as $100 million.

He said the White House doesn’t determine the cost of security and argued traveling to the often overlooked region would help the U.S.

"Frankly, there will be a great bang for our buck for being in Africa, because when you travel to regions like Africa that don't get a lot of presidential attention, you can have very long-standing and long-running impact from the visit,” Rhodes said.

The White House spokesman added that “the president's not going to retreat from an entire continent on terms of the cost.”

Chris Christie's Balancing Act: Right Track/Wrong Direction

Republican Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey is walking a political tightrope as he charts his future, trying to balance his re-election campaign in a Democratic-leaning state with a potential presidential bid aimed at winning over Republicans.

His latest challenge: appearing with former President Bill Clinton in Chicago at the risk of alienating religious conservatives being wooed in Washington by other potential GOP presidential candidates.

Christie has pitched himself as a pragmatic, bipartisan leader as he seeks a second term as governor this fall. Participating in the Clinton Global Initiative America's meeting on Friday gives him a chance to appear with the popular ex-president — the event was billed "Cooperation and Collaboration: A Conversation on Leadership" — and to talk about tackling problems like New Jersey's recovery from Superstorm Sandy.

In Washington the same day, evangelical conservatives gathered for Ralph Reed's annual Faith and Freedom Coalition conference. Republican presidential hopefuls tackled heated issues like abortion and immigration — policy debates that may shape the future of the GOP. Activists attending the conference questioned Christie's priorities.

"He can't spend 10 minutes just to make an appearance?" asked Ginger Howard, a Christian conservative who hosts an Atlanta radio show. "People who neglect us are sorry."

"Chris Christie is dangerously close to sending conservative Republicans a clear message that he doesn't care about their thoughts or views," said Republican operative Michael Dennehy, a veteran of presidential politics. "Spending time with Barack Obama is one thing, but when he goes out of his way to spend time with Bill Clinton it begins looking like a pattern of behavior that will alienate Republican voters — and conservatives in particular."

Homeland Security ordered to give the Names of Thousands of Immigrant Criminals they have released in the U.S.

A federal judge has ordered the US Department of Homeland Security to disclose the names of thousands of criminal immigrants released in the United States because their homelands refused to take them back, handing the news media a rare victory against one of the most secretive agencies in the federal government.

US District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin, ruling in New York on a lawsuit filed by The Boston Globe, rejected the Obama administration’s argument that providing the newspaper with the names of criminals freed since 2008 would violate the immigrants’ privacy. Instead, the judge ordered the agency to make public the first comprehensive list of criminal immigrants released in the United States since a crucial Supreme Court decision in 2001.

“The public has an interest in knowing how [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] handles aliens convicted of crimes who are required to be released,” the judge wrote in her ruling Thursday, noting that some of the released offenders go on to commit new violent crimes.

The decision comes nearly two years after the Globe initially requested the names through a Freedom of Information Act request with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.

The agency provided a list of more than 6,800 criminals, nationwide, including 201 convicted of murder and other serious offenders, but refused to provide names.

Some of the previously released included:

...the decision to release McCarthy Larngar in 2007 shortly after immigration officials called him a danger to the community.

Larngar was later arrested and charged with a violent home invasion in Rhode Island and jailed.

Immigration officials also released Huang Chen, a mentally ill man, in Texas without warning Qian Wu, a woman he had earlier attacked in New York. In January 2010, he stalked and killed her with a hammer and knife, fled, and was arrested.

TREASON...thy name is Obama

Scandals…scandals everywhere…DC is awash in them and I’m sure more will be coming, but even with all these scandals charges of impeachment will NOT be brought against this most miserable excuse of a president, for this is a man with the gift of gab who seems to be able to talk his way out of anything as he easily plays the scandal cast of characters like a fiddle. Or so he thinks for even with all his bloviations, and while TREASON is NOT a word usually associated with a President of the United States…TREASON is indeed a word befitting this president for Barack HUSSEIN Obama is guilty of TREASON making all the scandals pale in comparison.

Defined in our Constitution in Article III, Section 3, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason,but no Attainder of Treason, shall work Corruption of Blood or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attained.”

Giving ‘aid and comfort’ to our enemies in a time of war is called treachery or perpetration…and as America has been at war with islam since 9/11…and YES we are indeed at war with islam when all the political correctness nonsense is thrown aside…if you attempt to aid and/or are caught aiding an enemy in wartime in any way, you are subject to either being sentenced to jail for over 100-250 years, shot on sight, or hung…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama is in-your-face guilty of treachery and so should be charged, tried, convicted, and sentence carried out. After all, if any of ‘We the People’ gave ‘aid and comfort’ to the enemy we would be brought up on charges of TREASON…or would we be as the enemies of America are Obama’s allies and friends…just something to think about.

And as in the case with all those who have previously been charged with TREASON against America, TREASON requires traitorous intent meaning the acts done were done on purpose, and in the case of Barack HUSSEIN Obama this falls under numerous headings including ‘aiding and abetting the enemy’ (while a bit different than giving ‘aid and comfort’ it is still legally recognized grounds for TREASON charges as the two go hand-in-hand) for while Obama might NOT have personally carried out the traitorous acts himself, our legal system states acts by which the person committing treachery include having another person carry out the illegal act as they are an agent of the charged party or they are working together with or under the direction of the charged party…meaning Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

Meaning Benghazi…meaning secretly shipping weapons to al-Qaeda backed rebels in Syria from Libya through Turkey…meaning the MURDER of four Americans…meaning watching those same four Americans die in real time and doing nothing to help them…meaning giving orders to ‘stand down’…meaning trying to cover up the truth…meaning trying to slander, defame, and dishonor the whistleblowers…need I go on.

And there are other cases for charges of TREASON being brought against this president for by ‘adhering’ to our enemies by NOT only giving them ‘aid and comfort’ but also by ‘aiding and abetting’ them by giving them the very arms this president has…knowing full well that they will be used against Americans (and our ally and friend Israel) in the NOT so distant future…this president willingly and knowingly armed an enemy of America…as in the Muslim Brotherhood controlled Egyptian government…armed them with F-16 fighter jets and Abrams tanks that ‘We the People’ unbeknownst to us paid for with our taxpayer dollars…and this is TREASON.

‘Aiding and comforting’ the enemy takes on heightened meaning when right after the Boston Marathon Bombing, a Saudi national, who was here on a student visa, was detained on suspicion after being superficially hurt has a hospital visit by Michele Obama (which in and of itself raises major red flags) as this young man had, since 2009, been a guest at the While House on numerous occasions, attended the same mosque as the Tsarnaev brothers, and who after Obama has a non-scheduled meeting with Saudi officials, is ‘suddenly’ released from the hospital and deported with NO charges filed against him even though his family has terrorist connections, and is connected to wealthy important Saudi officials.

Hmmm….’aiding and comforting’…more like aiding and giving with malicious intent a ‘get out of jail free card’ to the enemy…TREASON.

And this president’s decision to tell our enemies our timetable for withdrawing American troops from the Afghan and Iraqi theaters, has taken the very people our brave troops gave their lives and limbs to free right and delivered them right into the hands of the enemy…the Taliban…for now all they have to do is sit and wait until we’re gone to take away the freedoms we gave to those people. And if that’s isn’t TREASON through treachery against those people and against those Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice I don’t know what is.

Now add in that BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA willfully and knowingly violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8, of the Constitution which states that “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, or Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State”…when he accepted the position of Chairman of the U(seless) N(ations) Security Council, for by accepting leadership in an organization that is most assuredly at odds with the Constitution is grounds for TREASON charges being levied against him.

And there are so many other TREASON charges that can be placed upon Barack HUSSEIN Obama…charges too numerous for a standard editorial piece but briefly…charges like violating ‘The Wars Power Clause’ of our Constitution (Article I, Section 8, gives Congress the power to declare war by stating, “Congress shall have Power…] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water…”) when he got us involved in Libya, a country we NEVER declared war with, a country who posed NO threat to America, and by doing so started the entire Arab Spring turned horrible Arab Winter process in motion...TREASON...

Charges like willfully and knowingly placing six Muslim Brotherhood operatives, who did NOT need Senate approval, into positions of power within our government (Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary of Homeland Security for policy development; Mohammed Elibiary, a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Rashad Hussain, the U.S. special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Salam al-Marayati, co-founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC); Imam Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA); and Eboo Patel, a member of Obama’s Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships)…TREASON…

Charges like having Linda Sarsour, the director of the Arab American Association of New York, who has on-the-record defended, condoned, and applauded terror suspects and their actions…a woman who claims and lectures about the underwear bomber being a CIA operative…a women vehemently anti-American who has been a guest at the Obama White House seven times within the past year…and for what purpose would a president meet with someone, entertain someone, someone so opposed to this country…for NO other reason than to fraternize with the enemy during a time of war…TREASON.

There are just so many charges of TREASON that could be brought against this president…but I leave you with this one, an extremely serious one happening right now but going unreported by the media…for Barack HUSSEIN Obama is NOT only once again lying to the American people about NO boots on the ground in Syria, he is again trying to circumnavigate the ‘War Powers Clause’ by getting us involved with a county that is NO threat to America yet he has fully committed our country to the side of armed rebel groups with ties to al-Qaeda…and al-Qaeda is most assuredly our enemy…for now almost 3,000 American so-called ‘advisers’ are in Jordan, ready to go up against, if need be, the 4000 Revolutionary Guards Iran just pledged to send to aid Assad’s forces…TREASON…

TREASON for getting us involved in yet another war as we wind down from the current wars…an independent country’s civil war that we have NO business being involved in…a war in a country that poses NO threat and is NO friend to America…and this president doesn’t care for by siding with the ‘badder guys’ (see my previous op-ed) who are his brethren, Barack HUSSEIN Obama proves his loyalties lie with America’s enemies as he dishonors and thumbs his nose at the laws laid down in the Constitution, and that is indeed TREASON.

Now if only someone in Congress had the guts and courage to NOT fear the race card being used against them, and would do what they know needs to be done…sigh…………..

Bill requiring an Ultrasound before an Abortion Passed in Wisconsin

The state Assembly has approved a Republican bill that would require women seeking an abortion to get an ultrasound of the fetus.

The measure would require the ultrasound and the technician to point out the fetus' features and organs. The bill also would prohibit doctors from performing abortions unless he or she has admitting privileges in a hospital within 30 miles.

The measure was part of a package of bills approved by Assembly Republicans Thursday designed to make it more difficult to get abortions in Wisconsin, joining a renewed conservative drive to impose tougher restrictions on the procedure nationwide.

Another measure would prohibit the state health insurance from covering abortions as well as exempt religious organizations from providing insurance coverage for contraceptives. A third bill would ban abortions based on the fetus' sex.

What's not to like?

Minority Democrats railed against the proposals for hours Thursday, accusing the GOP of trying to dictate women's medical care and score points with the conservative base.

Republicans hold an overwhelming majority in the Assembly and easily passed each bill. The state Senate approved the ultrasound-admitting privileges bill on Wednesday; the Assembly vote sent the measure to Republican Gov. Scott Walker, who has said he will sign it into law.

Texas Gov Rick Perry signs the 'Merry Christmas' Bill

Surrounded by sleigh bell-ringing Santa Claus impersonators, Gov. Rick Perry on Thursday signed a law protecting Christmas and other holiday celebrations in Texas public schools from legal challenges - but also stressed that freedom of religion is not the same thing as freedom from religion.

It was a serious tone for an otherwise fun bill-signing and should bolster the governor's Christian conservative credentials before he travels to Washington for the Faith & Freedom Coalition's "Road to Majority" conference with the likes of tea party darlings and U.S. Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida, Kentucky's Rand Paul and fellow Texan Ted Cruz.

Dubbed the "Merry Christmas" bill, the bipartisan measure sailed through the state House and Senate to reach Perry's desk.

It removes legal risks of saying "Merry Christmas" in schools while also protecting traditional holiday symbols, such as a menorah or nativity scene, so long as more than one religion and a secular symbol are also reflected.

"I realize it's only June. But it's a good June and the holidays are coming early this year," Perry said. " It's a shame that a bill like this one I'm signing today is even required, but I'm glad that we're standing up for religious freedom in this state. Religious freedom does not mean freedom from religion."
