I got my Threadless tees in the mail less than a week ago. Good as usual. I got this one and this one.

I brainstormed up a whole bunch of band names with a few friends. Not because I intend on starting a band, just because thinking of band names is fun, especially if you come out with a few you think are super clever. Here’s the full (mostly) uneditted list of the ones I thought of. Some are good (I think), some are crap. But that’s how brainstorming works, right?

An internet purikura maker. I used a fabulous picture of Sammi and I to test it out. So far I like it better than phozi because it has about a billion stamps and it better suits my cutesy-shiny-sparkley taste when it comes to purikura.

Cutest DS case I’ve ever seen, seriously. Makes me wonder about sewing one of my own…. hmm…..

Speaking of sewing, I might cosplay this character, Hatsune Miku, who is one of the mascots of Vocaloid.

The hair might be a challenge. >_> Sammi would be Kagamine Rin, the other female mascot.

Why hello there! It seems I’ve totally abandoned MewzStudios - the main site, the comic, the blog, the whole shebang. I’ve just been super lazy lately. But I think there’s some chance of me getting some things back up and running. Don’t hold your breath though.

Also, I may change my domain name.

In other news, I’ve been playing a lot of DS! I’m totally in love with it. Not only can you use it for clever gaming entertainment, but with the right flash cart and software you can also play music and videos, browse the internet, use it as a PDA, use it as a phone (I haven’t been able to try this yet since I don’t have wifi at home), paint pictures with it, and you can also try using some of the more education games like Brain Age, SuDoku, Flash Focus, My Spanish/French Coach (I haven’t tried these since I already know french and am working on learning other languages right now… if they had a Mandarin version I’d definately give it a shot)… I’m also using my DS as a japanese wordtank/dictionary. You can write the kanji onto the touchscreen or type a word in qwerty or kana, and it looks it up. Sweet.

I also put a toki pona dictionary in a text file. I’m so cool.

There are a few ‘games’ for DS that are only released in japanese right now (and probably won’t get released here) that I want to try, one of which is called Dokodemo Yoga (which basically translates to ‘Anywhere Yoga’ I think). It teaches you yoga with 3D animations and everything. I’ve downloaded it for my R4, except that I can’t understand it since it’s…. in japanese. I don’t know very many kanji, so I can’t really read the interface. Oh well.

Note: It seems that there is an english version called Let’s Yoga. I shall look into this when I get home. :D

However, I still haven’t been able to get any sort of internet browser to work on my DS. I think I’ve connected to Wi Fi via Pokémon Diamond before, but I actually don’t remember… The thing is that I don’t have Wi Fi at home so I can’t test things out at home. The browser from DSOrganise has not been able to connect at school or the coffee shop or the library… I wonder what I’m doing wrong. I’ll figure it out eventually.

But lets not forget the games. Some games I’ve had fun with so far are:

Anyhow. Somethin’ cool happened. Last night, long story short, I dreamed I was a faerie that was making mischiefs in the human world, since it was some sort of holiday. We were going to burn down a building or something like we did last year, but we never actually succeeded in the end.

So anyway I’m thinking about this when I wake up, and go “Huh… that sure is a random holiday there.” And then a while later I remembered that Midsummers Eve is suposedly when faeries can get into the human/real world, or it makes them stronger or something. Then I looked up the date, and it turns out it’s June 24th! The night I had that dream. o.0 Crazy eh?

And after that, my dad drove me to starbucks (cause my parents want me to get out more) and I ended up getting two free creme frappucinos because they were making them for training purposes! So I ended up with three of them, chocolate vanilla and strawberry. XD; The vanilla one is surprisingly good, I think I liked it better even than the chocolate one.

I also found a lighter that someone left on their table. I couldn’t find my lighter the other day, so score.

Also, I went to my school today to collect teachers to be my references. I’ve got four so far, but I want to ask a few more teachers that weren’t there that day that I originally wanted. And Het’s mom. 8D

I’ll be applying for a job probably tomorrow. My parents will be happy.

Hope they hire me. I kind of do want the money.

Also, my mom said that if I get a job, I don’t have to go with them on vacation. So yay.

(I don’t like travelling really, or going away on vacation. I’d rather just stay home.)

First I tied my hair in a ponytail and chopped it right off. I took off about 12 inches. I’m going to see if I can donate it to the childrens hospital or something for cancer kids.

Then I had a shower and washed my hair, then I did the whole layering thing. I basically followed this article. WikiHow has everything! 8D I may give myself more layers later this week if I feel like it. Or something. My hair isn’t PERFECT, it’s a bit choppy and I think it’s like a half centimetre longer on one side, but you can hardly tell. XD I can always work on evening it out whenever.
I might keep cutting my own hair from now on. Practice will make perfect and I’ll save lots of money. I don’t pay for my haircuts myself yet, but gee, they can be expensive.
