&lt;li&gt;Cube in an office&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set working hours&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Limited Internet and social media access&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;College grads blur work and personal life since they grew up in a world where social media always existed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Organizations must embrace this to survive.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Six Content Types to Know to Scale Content Creation</title>

	&lt;p&gt;Scaling content creation solves what I call the &lt;a href="http://rishidave.com/the-content-pain-journey-in-social"&gt;&amp;ldquo;content pain journey&amp;rdquo;&lt;/a&gt; brands face in social.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Essentially, with the social web, brands need to act like publishers and push 20-40 content pieces a day to keep customers constantly engaged on their social properties.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to do this without skyrocketing content costs, brands should think beyond just creating their own original content.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Five other content types exist (in order of cheapest to most expensive)&amp;ndash;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aggregated content&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; machine aggregated content based on keywords&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Curated content&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; experts at brand bring together the best content from around the web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Curated content with contex&lt;/strong&gt;t -- experts at brand bring together the best content from around the web and provide their context on it&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recycled content&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; reuse content across formats. For example, if you have a few great whitepapers on the same topic, put them together and call it a "book" and rerelease. "Cut up" a great whitepaper into tweets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Commissioned content&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; pay well known influencers and journalists with built in followings to create content the brand's platforms&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By providing great content to customers from many sources, brand social properties become authoritative sources of industry information and, once that happens, the brand gains much more crediblility with their original content on those properties.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And, brands get more content out faster, better, and cheaper!&lt;/p&gt;

The organization funds research to find a cure for the rare disease, Juvenile Myositis. My daughter has this rare disease.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>What Songza Teaches Us about Truly Mobile Apps</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;I love love love Songza. If you love music, download it now! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Why did we need Songza, when we had Rhapsody, Pandora, Spotify, and iTunes? Who needs another music streaming app?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;The genius of Songza is that it truly takes advantage of mobile devices. People interact with their devices continuously and their moods change based on any given &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;time, place, and activity&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Songza got expert music curators to group music based on the exact time, place, activity, and mood of the listener at that moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;For example, if I am in my morning workout, I can find a playlist grouped by workout type. Playlists are also curated by moods. When I am angry, I love to turn to the &amp;ldquo;Anger Management&amp;rdquo; playlist. Time of day matters too. If I am trying to fall sleep, there are several &amp;ldquo;falling asleep&amp;rdquo; mixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #1f497d;"&gt;Generally, when we build mobile experiences, we simply try to optimize a web interface for a certain screen format/size. What more can we do to take advantage of the time, place, mood, activity of the user?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
