Based on the new paradigm for the 21st century, Life Designing Counseling, the use of ICT is suggested as favoring flexible and dynamic career construction processes. Various instruments for career counseling online are presented, the theme of accessibility is discussed in terms of cost/effectiveness of career service to prevent the risk of unintentional social injustice and to favor a greater correspondence between career services and the needs of individuals. This work permits an in depth study of the complexity of ICT, with the aims of understanding its opportunities and limits, offering new perspectives in research and intervention.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

This contribution is the first study of a larger research and aims to highlight how people experience living together in work environments (organization level) and in a wider social setting (society level). Through an open-question questionnaire administered to a sample of 2721 subjects, free associations about convivence and its criticalities have been studied for each level. The content analysis of the corpus of answers so obtained, yields three main clusters about representations of living together process and three main clusters about its difficulties, in organizational and social relationships.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

It comprises two main phases: analysis of some company statistical indicators (Phase A) and analysis of work-related stress conditions (Phase B) centered on the work factors peculiar to the different organizational units. So far, the method has been tested on many companies of various sizes and industry sectors. Results indicate the instrument adequacy in relation to the exhaustiveness of the examined areas and its capacity to discriminate the stress risk factors peculiar to the various productive activities.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

This work will examine the structure of the MAWS in Italian organizational context. Using two samples (Study 1, N = 525; Study 2, N = 465), the results of exploratory factor analysis (Study 1) suggested a structure of work motivation organized in three factors: autonomous, introjected and external motivation, confirmed by a confirmatory (Study 2). The convergent and discriminant validity of the subscales was assessed. It discussed the importance of this scale for the development of future research based on SDT in the organizational context.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

In fact occupational stress evaluation refers to the identification of an occupational risk factor: otherwise, the evaluation of stress level could include also general lifestyle factors. 110 workers have been investigated on stress perception. Occupational and non occupational stress perceptions have been evaluated with three questionnaires. Significant results (p &lt; .01) indicate that occupational stress is not independent from non-occupational stress. Stress level evaluations could be considered only as an indicator of individual stress in an organization, however they do not prove that such stress is of organizational origin.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

A number of methods have been developed to measure various aspects of emotional intelligence. One of the most widely used assessment approaches in this area today is the Bar-On Emotional Quotient inventory. The purpose of this study was to determine the Italian adaptation of Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory: Short (Bar-On, 2002) pointing out the reliability and construct validity in the Italian version. The results show that the Bar-On EQ-i:S has sufficient factorial validity and reliability in the Italian version when measuring the construct. Finally, new suggestions for future researches are presented.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

Results show low frequencies of perceived discrimination behaviors. In particular, males, people out at work, with diploma, working in private sectors, with temporary and part-time jobs declare more discriminations than females, people not out at work, graduates, working in public sectors, with regular and full-time jobs. As for the social support, people out at work, graduates, working regularly declare more support than people not out at work, with diploma, working temporarily.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;
