Printed copies of the Spring 2012 edition of Recreation Family Fun Guide are now available at Brambleton Center and Green Ridge Recreation Center! Look for your publication in the mail the first week of March. Registration begins March 10.

In a meeting on February 14, Roanoke County's Board of Supervisors declared February as Therapeutic Recreation month in Roanoke County. The County's department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism serves individuals with disabilities through recreation.

Park Picnic Shelter Reservations Begin Today

Beginning February 1, reservations are open for the 2012 season of picnic shelter rentals throughout the Roanoke County parks system. We have 16 parks with picnic shelters that may be reserved between April 1 and October 31. Call 387-6078 for info.
