The top half looks like Africa's women's track team sports bras! The dress looks like Cleopatra's half sisters prom dress! Is it me or does it seem that every year the budget for the BET awards seems to decrease DRASTICALLY?!

From far away I'm sure Tamar Braxton's outfit looked the same as it did up close, TERRIBLE! I have no idea why she is smiling so hard and feelin' herself so much?! The shoes would have been cute..alone..with a simple dress..in the club..NOT on a red carpet with a bright purple dress that does nothing for her body! The stuff,thick, mess of fabric on her dress looks like she grabbed a random piece of organza and just super glued it on the front. Makeup looks great! Hair? Not so hot with the dress she chose, blonde hair and glitter and purple are a definite NO!

*Sigh* huge letdown from one of my favorite Victoria's Secret model, Selita Ebanks. Her makeup, hair and skin look flawless as usual, BUT that's all! I'm not sure what look she was going for..was it some type of Transgender Roman concubine or did she just say"forget it I'm gonna do my hair&makeup perfectly and hope it takes the attention off everything else?" Try again love.

Laurieann Gibson definitely looks like a damn fool! She has on a mix between a prison outfit and some MCM nursing scrubs?! What is this and who let her out looking like that? She loos like a veterinarian assistant! Not only is her outfit disturbing but she literally looks worn out, sweaty, tired, unkempt, dirty, musty, crusty, dusty...I can go on forever...shame on you for this!!!

Little Willow Smith and her brother Jaden Smith..where to begin? I get you should allow young adults to find themselves and create their own look but WHY does Willow insist on looking like her brother? Hair, clothes, EVERYTHING! Too many different patterns..pants are toooooo tight..everything in this picture reads "I have zero adult supervision and all the money in the world to look like an idiot!" C'mon babygirl u gotta do better!

As much as Ray J wants to look like the most wanted bachelor, this suit just reads "Bank of America Teller." He should have wore that outfit from the sextape!

I would just like to know what swap meet Taraji picked up this dress? The color and material looks so cheap and tacky on her! She looks like she just came from a cookout, had a 40,threw this on and hit the red carpet! Has anybody ever mentioned spans or body shapers to her? Nice body Taraji but not in this dress, suck it in sweetie!

So it looks like Regina King went to the same swap meet to pick up this bag and decided to wear it as pants! I just don't think this color of aqua should be worn on a RED carpet, clashes and just throws everything off. She really would have been better off wearing some ripped jeans with that potato bag tube top.

I thought this was 2012? Why does Jermaine Dupri look like he's a cabin boy on a Mississippi steamer boat? He's already short and chihuahua-like so why put on this silly costume?

Jenny from the block looks absolutely stunning in this body hugging, flowey dress. The plunging v-neck, open back and arm cut outs show off just the right amount of skin. The color compliments that famous glow and her makeup looks red-carpet fab! Not a fan of the not-so-sleek bun but I guess she had to have a flaw somewhere.

Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz was one of the best dressed at the Oscars. The dress is a beautiful, light creamy peach shade, tight in all the right areas and has a gorgeous lace and silk train. Cameron has on just the right amount of jewlery and makeup, overall she looks flawless!

Viola Davis

Poor Viola, she looks like she chopped off the Little Mermaid's tail and slipped into it. The material looks cheap and stiff, her earrings look like she got them from a beauty supply store and the clutch looks like it came from a little girl's toy makeup kit. Not only was her dress horrible, but her makeup and hair were out of this world and not in a good way. Her eyebrows, lips and hair are all the exact same shade. It looks like the skin on her head grew into a short curly afro. The dark, thick liner around her eyes adds to her tackiness.

Nancy O'Dell

So I guess Nancy was trying to match the Oscar's Statue in the back. Seems as if the designer got tired of all the intricate hand-lacing and beading and just gave up after the waistline. There is no variation of gold/yellow shades, just one big fabric roll of the same color. No offense Nancy you are too old to wear that low of a cut, your body is not in it's prime anymore.

Emma Stone

Emma Stone must have a terrible stylist and obviously cannot say no! Her pale and tiny frame look overwhelmed with all the fabric, especially that HUGE bow on the side of her neck. She looks as if she is struggling to stand up straight. Everything is loose and way too long on her. Emma darling, you were better off picking up a body-con dress at Bebe's and throwing on some Louboutins.

Penelope Cruz

Penelope what century are you in? Not only is the color and style of the dress ugly, but her "glam" hairstyle is frizzy, full of flyaways, and the pearls just make her look about 40 years older!

Jenny from the block did it again! She looks stunning in this body hugging ombre wine dress. The plunging neck line, beading and lacing on the dress are immaculate, modern and beautiful!

Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz shows off her toned physique in this Tangerine dress from Victoria Beckham's clothing line. The grey straps and zipper down the back give the dress a fun, hip touch while the cut of the dress fits perfectly with Diaz's body, great choice of color as well with her blonde hair and sun kissed skin!

Selena Gomez

Watch out Justin Beiber, Selena looks amazing in this silver beaded and laced gown. Selena is a petite girl and the dress does not overpower her small frame, nor is it too sexy. She wore her hair back to not distract from the sheer elegance of the dress and the embezzled straps. Looks great overall, but it might be a little too mature for her age.

Lily Collins

This is one of the ugliest ball gowns I have ever seen. The color choice is hideous, her pale skin blends in with that sheer, creamy color and the blue detailing looks like she has varicose veins all over her body. She looks washed out and old!

Miley Cyrus

I would have to give Miley credit for a good try but this cement colored dress is just plain ugly! The dress wouldn't have been as bad had they not added all that extra fabric at the bottom. It looks like old, dirty cloth rags used to cover up her legs. The wide neckline makes her shoulders look twice as wide which already look bad with the shoulder pads in the dress. Red lipstick with blonde hair and metallic makeup is a disaster!

Emma Stone

Again Emma gets a big fat F for FAIL! Looks like Edward Scissorhands remodeled her already, ill-fitting dress. All the black washed out her light skin and red hair!

Elizabeth Banks

Seems to me that Elizabeth's dress got caught in a fight between seaweed, a Dalmatian and a sea urchin. I have no clue why she would dare to wear this dress, at least she matches with the shrubbery in the back!

Paula Patton

I have always been a fan of Paula, but this outfit looks like it came from a boutique in the 1930's and some old curtains. The pose doesn't help, it makes her look fat and elongates her pointy chin.

Serena Williams

I don't even have words for these ugly mustard sheets and lingerie wrapped around Serena's body. The cap sleeves don't help her buff arms look feminine and the color is the ugliest thing ever.

Zoe Saldana

Zoe is usually a very cute and classy girl, however this outfit makes her look like a pregnant gothic bride. The fit is terrible, the sleeves look cheap and her fire engine red lips complete this distasteful outfit. The pearl beading is just ridiculous to have even put on this already silly dress.

Not sure if the whole divorce/annulment has made Kim depressed or plain insane. Let's start out with her hair and makeup;she looks like she smeared lard all over her face and hair. Her hair looks oily, stringy and gross! As for her face, we all know Kim LOVES to smother her face in makeup, but here she looks plain greasy, and her plastic surgery is more than obvious! What are those fish lips? Her fur looks unfinished, the shoes look like something an Eskimo would wear and the pants look cheap and tired!

So I guess Rosario was going for the whole Satan Worshipping Nun look? Nothing fits right and that grandma braid across her head is ugly as the person whose hair it originally belonged to before her! Can't forget that awful choice of coral-red lipstick.

This outfit is just ugly on SO many levels. The shirt wouldn't be half bad if she hadn't tucked it into those loose leather leggings, and pair it off with some shoes that look like they're made out of old tires. The dead look on her face does not help her at all.

FINALLY somebody gets chic and classy right! Mila Kunis looks lovely in a dusty pink lace dress, that has a perfect cut above the knee. The belt at the waist cinches the dress in just right and the off white coat gives her the classy, day out look. Her dusty pink peep toe pumps go well with the hues she chose.
