"Russia has every reason to be interested in close cooperation in creating Eurasian missile-defense systems," Konstantin Kosachev, chairman of the foreign affairs committee of the State Duma, wrote in an opinion piece in the International Herald Tribune.

"And any attempt to build them without Russia (which is not only an interested party but also geographically and technically the most suitable place for an effective antimissile defense) automatically means they are being built against Russia," wrote the lawmaker.

Russia has repeatedly criticised the United States' plans to place missile defence equipment in countries that were once part of Moscow's orbit.

The United States has asked the Czech Republic to host a radar system and Poland to host interceptor rockets as part of its missile defence plans.

Washington insists the anti-missile shield is intended as protection against attacks from "rogue states" such as Iran and points out that the proposed system would be useless against Russia's vast weapons arsenal.

Kosachev argued building an antimissile shield without Russia wouldn't be effective and counterproductive as Moscow would view it as a threat.

"Our colleagues in Europe should understand this basic principle: Any attempt to build a security system without Russia (still less against it) by definition cannot be comprehensive or effective," he wrote.

"Instead of security for Europe's people we will have a new division and new targets on our densely populated Continent," Kosachev noted, echoing warnings by other Russian officials that Moscow would be forced to target the anti-missile shield.

On Friday, the lower house of the Russian parliament warned that the antimissile shield risks triggering a new international arms race.

"Such decisions, which are useless in terms of preventing potential or imaginary threats from countries of the Middle and Far East, are already bringing about a new split in Europe and unleashing another arms race," read the declaration, which was approved unanimously by deputies in the State Duma.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US beekeepers have been stung in recent months by the mysterious disappearance of millions of bees threatening honey supplies as well as crops which depend on the insects for pollination.

Bee numbers on parts of the east coast and in Texas have fallen by more than 70 percent, while California has seen colonies drop by 30 to 60 percent.

According to estimates from the US

Department of Agriculture

, bees are vanishing across a total of 22 states, and for the time being no one really knows why.

"Approximately 40 percent of my 2,000 colonies are currently dead and this is the greatest winter colony mortality I have ever experienced in my 30 years of beekeeping," apiarist Gene Brandi, from the California State Beekeepers Association, told Congress recently.

It is normal for hives to see populations fall by some 20 percent during the winter, but the sharp loss of bees is causing concern, especially as domestic US bee colonies have been steadily decreasing since 1980.

There are some 2.4 million professional hives in the country, according to the Agriculture Department, 25 percent fewer than at the start of the 1980s.

And the number of beekeepers has halved.

The situation is so bad, that beekeepers are now calling for some kind of government intervention, warning the flight of the bees could be catastrophic for crop growers.

Domestic bees are essential for pollinating some 90 varieties of vegetables and fruits, such as apples, avocados, and blueberries and cherries.

"The pollination work of honey bees increases the yield and quality of United States crops by approximately 15 billion dollars annually including six billion in California," Brandi said.

California's almond industry alone contributes two billion dollars to the local economy, and depends on 1.4 million bees which are brought from around the US every year to help pollinate the trees, he added.

The phenomenon now being witnessed across the United States has been dubbed "colony collapse disorder," or CCD, by scientists as they seek to explain what is causing the bees to literally disappear in droves.

The usual suspects to which bees are known to be vulnerable such as the varroa mite, an external parasite which attacks honey bees and which can wipe out a hive, appear not to be the main cause.

"CCD is associated with unique symptoms, not seen in normal collapses associated with varroa mites and honey bee viruses or in colony deaths due to winter kill," entomologist Diana Cox-Foster told the Congress committee.

In cases of colony collapse disorder, flourishing hives are suddenly depopulated leaving few, if any, surviving bees behind.

The queen bee, which is the only one in the hive allowed to reproduce, is found with just a handful of young worker bees and a reserve of food.

Curiously though no dead bees are found either inside or outside the hive.

The fact that other bees or parasites seem to shun the emptied hives raises suspicions that some kind of toxin or chemical is keeping the insects away, Cox-Foster said.

Those bees found in such devastated colonies also all seem to be infected with multiple micro-organisms, many of which are known to be behind stress-related illness in bees.

Scientists working to unravel the mysteries behind CCD believe a new pathogen may be the cause, or a new kind of chemical product which could be weakening the insects' immune systems.

The finger of suspicion is being pointed at agriculture pesticides such as the widely-used neonicotinoides, which are already known to be poisonous to bees.

France saw a huge fall in its bee population in the 1990s, blamed on the insecticide Gaucho which has now been banned in the country.

Mr. O'Reilly:

I am, of course, not surprised you did not respond to my last email, or the one before that. Naturally, a man of your stature and influence need not reply to critics, especially small fish critics from the blogosphere. Even so, I believe it is worth a try to send yet another email your way, however futile the attempt, and ask yet another question.

Mr. O'Reilly, do you work for the CIA, or have you ever worked for the CIA?

I ask this after reading an entry posted on Wikipedia, the online dictionary. It appears the journalist Carl Bernstein has evidence you worked for Operation Mockingbird, the CIA's operation to "influence the domestic and foreign media," as Wikipedia deems it. I believe the word "influence" is incorrect here, as the CIA and other government agencies have taken over the corporate media lock, stock, and barrel. In the Soviet Union, TASS became the official mouthpiece by decree of the USSR Central Executive Committee Presidium. In America, the process was a bit more subtle and protracted, albeit the result was pretty much the same.

Obviously, George Bush Senior was telling a lie in 1976 when he declared: "Effective immediately, the CIA will not enter into any paid or contract relationship with any full-time or part-time news correspondent accredited by any U.S. news service, newspaper, periodical, radio or television network or station."

Around this time, you were working for the ABC affiliate WNEP in Scranton, Pennsylvania, as the "Action Consumer Troubleshooter," in addition to reporting the weather.

Is this when the CIA first approached you?

In short order, you won a Dallas Press Club Award, followed by a Local Emmy Award, and then you were news anchor on WCBS-TV in New York where you won another Local Emmy.

A few years later, you were working for ABC News as a correspondent for ABC World News Tonight, followed by Current Affair, and then you decided it was time for your Harvard degree. After graduation, Roger Ailes hired you.

It would have been interesting to be a proverbial fly on the wall in those days, listening to the conversations between you and your CIA handlers.

Of course, Wikipedia is not exactly an authoritative source, as they seem to have at least a few cranks posting over there. For instance, if we are to believe Wikipedia, I am a scurrilous anti-Semite and Holocaust denier, mostly because I consistently criticize Israel and defend David Irving's right to free speech.

On the other hand, it would be difficult to dismiss Carl Bernstein's accusation. No doubt, if he was making things up, you would have sued him by now, much in the same way you attempted, without success, to sue Al Franken. It is probably better to simply ignore the accusation and hope it disappears.

However, Mr. O'Reilly, out here in the blogosphere, it has not disappeared, as stories flowing through the circulatory system of the blogosphere have an uncanny knack for growing legs.

I think you should get the jump on this one. Go public before this sucker turns on you. Don't let it fester like that phone sex scandal.

If you act now, you can add another dimension to your show, as going after Rosie and harping night after night about sex offenders is growing rather stale.

Call it the O'Reilly Spook Factor—or how about the Disinfo Operative Who Came in From the Cold? I'm sure the PR geniuses over at Fox can come up with a snappy title.

It might just work.

It sure can't hurt, especially with your declining popularity.

While we are not quite sure what became of MK-ULTRA after the time of Dr. Ewen Cameron and Dick Cheney , the facts point towards not only a continuation of the project, but as well a perfection of the techniques along with a combination of various technologys. Dr. Nick Begich has talked many times about the technology of HAARP in Alaska, we know the CIA was running experiments in Montreal for years and we know that various techniques of subliminal control have been perfected (how many of you choose "Coke" over the no-name brand?). What appears as just a random sequence of events through out the world is more connected than what appears on the surface.

The Murderers

While the death of JFK seems to be a conspiracy with a patsy, RFK is a much different matter. Sirhan Sirhan claimed that he originally shot Robert for his support of Israel's Six Day war in June, 1967. Upon further investigation, Sirhan had kept a diary as recorded on Wikipedia, stating that he wanted to kill Kennedy even before the Six-Day war.

Sirhan supposedly believed himself deliberately betrayed by Kennedy's support for Israel in the June 1967 Six-Day War, which had begun exactly one year before the assassination. However the "RFK must die" diary entries started before Kennedy's support of Israel became public knowledge. After his arrest, these journals and diaries were discovered. Most of the entries were incoherent and repetitive, obsessing over a desire to kill Kennedy, among other things. When confronted with these, Sirhan couldn't deny writing them but rather expressed bafflement. In the 1990s, Sirhan proposed the theory that he had been brainwashed, which some conspiracy theorists attribute to the CIA's MKULTRA program.

A year later, Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated by another Oswald appearing patsy, James Earl Ray.

In December, 1980, Mark David Chapman shot and killed Rock hero John Lennon. As the NYPD arrived, they found Chapman sitting on the sidewalk reading what appeared to be a portion of The Catcher in the Rye. Chapman himself said that "the little voices in his head" had told him to plead guilty. Was it some lunatic obsessed with sub-human fantasy's or was it more?

Almost 4 months later we find another would-be assassin reading The Catcher in the Rye.

John Hinkley Jr. attempted to assassinate Ronald Regan in March, 1981. While searching his room, police found a copy of "The Catcher in the Rye". Once again, Hinckley appeared to be a disturbed young man obsessed with Jodi Foster and The Catcher in the Rye. Upon further investigation, he also had some interesting links to the Bush crime family of the Global Mafia.

His father, John Hinckley Sr. was responsible for nominating George H. Bush only a year before. Not only that, Hinckley Sr was responsible for funding World Vision which appears to be the location of the altering of Mark Chapman (recounted in this comic strip http://www.mackwhite.com/lennon.html) and the link to The Catcher.

Less than a month later, another mind control victim jumped into the "would-be assassin" camp. had ties to the CIA via the Grey Wolves, a rebel group being funded in Turkey to destablize the government. A year after his work, on May 13th, 1981, he attempted to assassinate Pope John Paul.

You begin to wonder if maybe this trend didn't just stop with MKULTRA hearings.

Mass Kontrol for Mass Konformity

It appears that the latest true Mind Control victims were Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, who on April 20, 1999 carried out the most infamous school shooting in history. At the end of the massacre Harris and Klebold lay dead, with more questions that could be answered at the time. Why them? How did they pull it off?

The extreme right-wing blamed the music and video games while the Socialist left-wing blammed lack of Gun Control (as recounted in Bowling for Columbine). What was really to blame was not quite clear, but it appears MKULTRA may have reared its ugly head. Part of the issues found with the Columbine case include:

* The percentage of "head shots" or "kill shots" fired by Harris and Klebold would put most experinced assassin to shame

* Klebold and Harris were reported to be seen with 4 people in Harris's BMW, being followed by 2 people in a tan sedan (fueling speculation that they could not have possibly brought in 99 homemade bombs by themselves).

* The original reasoning for the massacre (lonely kids that felt alone) was proven to be totally unfounded

As well, it should be noted that Harris was on the psychatropic drug Luvox.

Once again we see a link with the other probable victims of MKULTRA, diary's detailing how they plan to commit their violent acts. In all these cases, the diary has been similar in scope and understanding by the authorities. At first I was suprised that they did not find a copy of The Catcher laying around, then I realized the connection.

The Catcher acted as catylist for Chapman and Hinckley to commit their assigned acts of agression. But since the 80's things have changed, not to mention they (aka the CIA/NSA/Black Ops) almost got caught out right.

April 20th of 1999 showed the upgraded technique of mind control. A combination of gunmen all the other MK projects under one ugly beast. Psycatropic drugs, subtle subliminal messages via TV/Music/Video Games and psychic triggers are all combined to create an untraceable programmed (and most likely unwilling) assassin.

As Columbine peaked and started to receed from the Mainstream consciousness, a rash of school shootings revolved around the world.

Copy-cat killers felt that Klebold and Harris were idols and could agree with their anti-social ways. What is an uneasy fact to swallow, is Harris and Klebold are not your typical Highschool outkasts.

They drive a BMW, they have friends (many according to the police reports), they didn't like Marliyn Manson (nice one, Michael Moore), and they had a close relationship with their parents.

Why is it that most of the other shootings have been copy-cat shootings following the ideal of a "lone gunmen" who was an outkast and listened to Marliyn Manson, played violent video games and wrote crazy ideas their respective websites? Even though Klebold and Harris don't fit the typical profile.

Perhaps we are looking in the wrong direction to answer why Harris and Klebold did what they did?

John Quin of the Konformist reported in an exclusive interview with a Columbine student (http://www.konformist.com/1999/colorado/wisher.htm) that they saw at least 3 shooters, and friends reported seeing 7 or 8 shooters on the second floor while Klebold and Harris were downstairs.

Yesterday, September 14, 2006, Kimveer Gill went on a Columbine still shooting spree in the heart of Canadian MKULTRA territory, Montreal.

On his website, Kimveer relates how "Work sucks . . . school sucks . . . life sucks . . . what else can I say? Life is a video game you've got to die sometime".

Already we are seeing a tie to Harris and Klebold by way of fandom. Gill states how he admired the Columbine massacre and wanted to go on one of his own. And while it doesn't yet appear to be a case of the "sleeping killer" rearing its ugly head again, it was all started by a sacrifice to Lucifer 7 years ago.

Seung-Hui Cho was a mind-controlled assassin, whether you believe he was under the influence of outside parties or not, the fact is that the cultural brainwashing of violent video games and psychotropic drugs directly contributed, as it does in all these cases, to the carnage at Virginia Tech on Monday morning.

Gun grabbers are already exploiting the tragedy to disarm future students from the opportunity of being able to defend themselves against deranged killers, but the media circus is completely silent when it comes to the laying blame at the feet of a deadly cocktail of mind-warping drugs and bloodthirsty shoot-em-ups.More…

Outside of the obvious culpability of the factors we see in every mass shooting - video games and "antidepressant" drugs, numerous red flags concerning Monday events are beginning to suggest that Cho was more than a heartbroken nutcase with an axe to grind.

Charles Mesloh, Professor of Criminology at Florida Gulf Coast University, told NBC 2 News that he was shocked Cho could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh immediately assumed that Cho must have used a shotgun or an assault rifle.

"I'm dumbfounded by the number of people he managed to kill with these weapons," said Mesloh, "The only thing I can figure is that he got close to them and he simply executed them."

Mesloh said the killer performed like a trained professional, "He had a 60% fatality rate with handguns - that's unheard of given 9 millimeters don't kill people instantly," said Mesloh, stating that the handguns Cho used were designed for "plinking at cans," not executing human beings.

Cho was certainly no slouch, in the two hour gap between the first reported shootings and the wider rampage that would occur later in the morning, during which time the University completely failed to warn the students despite having loudspeakers stationed throughout the campus, Cho had time to film a confession video, transfer it to his computer, burn it onto a DVD, package it up, travel to the post office, post the package, and travel back to his dorm room to retrieve his guns and then travel back to the opposite end of the campus to resume the killing spree. The almost inconceivable speed of Cho's actions become more suspicious when we recall initial reports that there were two shooters.

Even if we rule out the fact that Cho had received expert firearms training, the cultural mind control of violent video games and mind-altering psychotropic drugs were themselves a cocktail of brainwashing that directly contributed to the carnage, as they do in nearly all these cases.

From the very first reports of the shootings we predicted the killer would be on prozac, would have recently been in psychiatric care and would have regularly played violent video games and that has precisely turned out to be accurate in all three instances.

"Several Korean youths who knew Cho Seung Hui from his high school days said he was a fan of violent video games, particularly a game called "Counterstrike," a hugely popular online game in which players join terrorism or counterterrorism groups and try to shoot each other using all types of guns," reports Newsmax citing the Washington Post.

"In December 2005 — more than a year before Monday's mass shootings — a district court in Montgomery County, Va., ruled that Cho presented "an imminent danger to self or others." That was the necessary criterion for a detention order, so that Cho, who had been accused of stalking by two female schoolmates, could be evaluated by a state doctor and ordered to undergo outpatient care," reports ABC News, " but despite the court identifying the future killer as a risk, they let him go.

Investigators believe that Cho Seung Hui, the Virginia Tech murderer, had been taking anti-depressant medication at some point before the shootings, according to The Chicago Tribune.

Columbine shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, as well as 15-year-old Kip Kinkel, the Oregon killer who gunned down his parents and classmates, were all on psychotropic drugs. Scientific studies proving that prozac encourages suicidal tendencies in young people are voluminous and span back nearly a decade.

Jeff Weise, the Red Lake High School killer was on prozac, "Unabomber" Ted Kaczinski, Michael McDermott, John Hinckley, Jr., Byran Uyesugi, Mark David Chapman and Charles Carl Roberts IV, the Amish school killer, were all on SSRI psychotropic drugs.

Since these deadly drugs are prevalent in almost all mass shooting incidents, where is the call to ban prozac? Why is the knee-jerk reaction always to attack the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans to self-defense, a right that was exercised in January 2002 when students subdued a shooter at another Virginia university before he could kill more than three people because they were allowed guns on campus?

Why are the deeper reasons behind what motivates young men to kill pushed aside while control freaks demand that law-abiding citizens be disarmed of the only thing that can protect them from such madmen?

Questions about the sequence of events on Monday, VA Tech, as well as the profile of the killer are arousing increased suspicion.

We have been receiving numerous calls and e mails alerting us to the fact that VA Tech is pulling links from its website concerning their relationship with the CIA. Reports from November 2005 confirm that the CIA was active in operating recruitment programs based out of VA Tech. Several professors from VA Tech are involved in government programs linked with NASA and other agencies.

Wikipedia also pulled a bizarre recently taken photograph of Cho wearing a U.S. Marines uniform.

Such details only fan the flames of accusations that Cho could have been a Manchurian Candidate, a mind-controlled assassin.

The CIA's program to create mind-controlled assassins that could be triggered by code words, MK ULTRA, is not a conspiracy theory, it's a historical fact documented by declassified government files and Senate hearings. President Bill Clinton himself had to apologize for the program before he left office.

On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy said, "The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an ‘extensive testing and experimentation' program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens ‘at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign."

One such victim of these experiments was Cathy O'Brien, who immediately after the shootings re-iterated the revelations in her latest book, that Blacksburg Virginia is a central location for mind control programs that are still ongoing today.

CIA mind control programs can be tracked back to the 1950's and Project BLUEBIRD, later renamed ARTICHOKE. From blogger Kurt Nimmo;

"BLUEBIRD was approved by the CIA director on April 20, 1950. In August 1951, the Project was renamed ARTICHOKE. BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE included a great deal of work on the creation of amnesia, hypnotic couriers, and the Manchurian Candidate," writes Colin A. Ross, MD. "ARTICHOKE documents prove that hypnotic couriers functioned effectively in real-life simulations conducted by the CIA in the early 1950's. The degree to which such individuals were used in actual operations is still classified…. BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE were administered in a compartmented fashion. The details of the programs were kept secret even form other personnel within the CIA…. The BLUEBIRD/ARTICHOKE materials establish conclusively that full Manchurian Candidates were created and tested successfully by physicians with TOP SECRET clearance from the CIA…. As well as being potential couriers and infiltration agents, the subjects could function in effect as hypnotically controlled cameras. They could enter a room or building, memorize materials quickly, leave the building, and then be amnesic for the entire episode. The memorized material could then be retrieved by a handler using a previously implanted code or signal, without the amnesia being disturbed. Hypnosis was not the mind control doctors' only method for creation of controlled amnesia, however. Drugs, magnetic fields, sound waves, sleep deprivation, solitary confinement, and many other methods were studied under BLUEBIRD and ARTHICHOKE."

Researchers into supposed "lone nut" assassinations time and time again run across evidence pointing to CIA mind control experimentation. The best example is Sirhan Sirhan, Bobby Kennedy's assassin. Sirhan was found to be in a completely trance-like state after pulling the trigger and couldn't even remember shooting Kennedy when asked about the incident days later. Sirhan's lawyer, Lawrence Teeter, has presented convincing evidence that Sirhan was under mind control.

Either way you cut it, Seung-Hui Cho was a victim of brainwashing and mind control. The right questions are not being asked and the finger of blame is being pointed in the wrong direction, ensuring that another tragedy like the VA Tech Massacre is almost guaranteed.

The Event?  A terrorist smuggles a nuclear device on a ship into Virigina harbor and detonates this 10 kilotonne device.  Could it be that the Illuminati become anxious at the awaking of man to their dark deeds and they feel the must start imposing the police state NOW rather than later?  We should keep an eye on this one!

 Yes, thats right, we will be upgrading in the near future.   I have decided that while I love Joomla's backend administration, I am not very fond of the front end.   That being said, I have decided to write my own front end specifically for NEWSBunker.   I have been playing with some great new technologies that will make NB much easier to navigate and utilize.

I am just trying to figure out how to make it work without deleting the entire site archives, but I'm sure I can figure something out.

I've spent the last year in seclusion.

When I originally started this venture of figuring out why the world did not really work the way I had always thought. From the time of a child I was programmed to believe that it was nothing more than a chaotic mess because people were an evil thing. Not me… just everyone else.

I took the last year and decided to figure more out before I wrote another article. Ok, not that it was my choice. I had a serious case of writers block. The cause appeared to be that I felt like I was lead around by my nose.

I kept seeing this information that seemed to make a lot of sense, but in the end the conclusions where all wrong. I mean, really, do you believe reptilians run the planet? Have you ever seen one? Can you prove it? I doubt it.

I knew Bill Cooper was on to something, something big. He had figured out something that was on the go and even he had been duped. The alien agenda wasn't at all alien, it was human. Most people refer to him as the guy who believed in little green men without bothering to check into the information he had put forth during his last few years.

Before his death, now 6 years ago, he put basically exposed the entire ufo / new age movement of nothing more than a Intelligence Op by the globalists, and we were all going along with it, never asking another question.

Now Bill is gone, and we will never know how deep he actually had dug before his death, but thankfully Rob and Doyel have continued Bill's legacy and moved more and more towards exposing the real truth of what is happening.

All this took me six months of solid research to confirm. I couldn't believe it. With the Mystery Babylon series alone, I had to look up hundreds of articles, books and research papers. Some I could find, others took some people helping me that most wouldn't be able to get close too. Its funny how synchronicity is so much more powerful than "planning" everything.

By the start of the past summer, I had burnt myself out researching. That is when I discovered the greatest truths of my life. I found my true spirit. I found myself being rejuvenated. I found "God". Turns out, he was always there and no preacher, priest or guru was going to lead me to him. He (and I use he just as a reference) was with me from the beginning. Even through all those things people said I shouldn't do because God wouldn't love me any more unless I begged for forgiveness.

Well, I did them. I figured if this god character they pointed me towards was so picky, I would never have enough for time to ask for forgiveness. I just kept sinning, the more I tried, the more I learned was wrong with my life because of some ancient teaching that I had to live my life according to a fine line.

I just gave up. I went full out to find out what the boundaries of this consciousness really where. I pushed every limit I could and something always stepped in to save me at the last minute. Every time I should have died, something amazing happened and I the pieces fell into line for me to escape. Like a reward for screwing up it seemed at the time.

Now I look at those years as someone leading me too those places to learn information that would allow me to help all of you. Things I have never spoken, I'm going to relate to all of you, just so you too can see the illusion that exists, and why those in "power" want to use it against you.

Once the spiritual journey of the summer months, fall began and once again synchronicity stepped in and opened some doors that allowed me to continue this fight to free information. Secrets are dangerous, and in order to move into the next phase of our existence, those secrets need to be told. No more secrets, we are ready for the truths.

As these conclusions built up in my mind, I realized more and more that I was a lone in a big pond of sharks. I would dare say 5 or the 20 or 30 big websites out there are not controlled by the Intelligence community. Anyone that has a huge radio show is an indication alone of their true ties.

Would you be amazed to know that one of the biggest hosts these days walked into a network with a full year of air time fees? I wish I could tell you more.

Unfortunately, I can't name names. I would be silenced, so the best I can do for you is leave clues. I will say that anyone I mention in my articles I believe to be a truly reliable source for information, but don't take my word for it. Back it up yourself.

In future additions to this database of information, I will reveal more. They may try and silence me, but I'm not the only one to come out with these conclusions the information is loose, and sooner or later everyone will have a chance to make their own conclusions about the truth of life.

The fight has just begun, but the war is already over. We won. They lost. Now we just have to clean up the mess. Thank you Allan Watt.
