I HAD to start off this post with Steve Jobs introducing the iPad ala Star Wars…. OK I didn’t have to but it seemed appropriate because I just wanted to give a tiny little review after a few days with the thing. I got the thing for my wife and honestly I didn’t really think it was gonna be something that I would use, but after a couple of days of stealing it from my wife when I could, I have to admit I get the appeal of the thing now. It’s a cool device for sitting back on the couch and farting around with while watching tv, or while pinching a loaf, though in my case that warps the aluminum backing… Flash missing is a bit of a drag but I can live with that, BUT, I have one question for Steve-O, why the FUCK can’t I watch trailers on Apple’s trailer site?? For gods sake man, it’s your own fucking site, get it to work with your products… That’s my sole complaint so far.

Random question for you guys, why the hell does it seem that “religious” people seem to be the most intolerant and spout the most hatred? I was in a “conversation” on facebook and it amazes me how the devout don’t give a shit about people genuinely suffering that don’t fit into their agenda. It amazes me… and not in a good way…

Well we the fine second class citizens of the world were finally deemed worthy enough to receive our iPads, and receive it I did. I am a hopeless gadget junkie as anyone that knows me will attest, but I didn’t actually buy this thing for myself, but picked it up for the lovely Mrs. Ont who spends a couple of hours each day on the train. Opened it up and started playing with it and I totally get the appeal of the thing now. I wasn’t completely sold on it before but I have to admit, surfing on this thing is awesome. I keep a laptop around me for when I watch tv, so I can surf and tune in or tune out, this thing would definitely make a good replacement for that laptop. But we’ll see… I always get excited when I get something new.. mind you, I don’t think I’ll get to play with much once it gets home…. S’alright, WWDC is just over a week away, obviously the new iPhone gets announced, and that’s on the must buy list, but apparently there are rumblings of a $99 Apple TV unit. If they turn out to be true that price point might coax me into picking one up. I am an iDouche.. I know… and aren’t iWords fucking annoying? They are.. don’t argue.. that’s why I use them… cuz iCan and iSuck

OK so I lied, I said yesterday that I wasn’t gonna post any more porn, maybe I should have elaborated, I’m not gonna post porn on a daily/weekly basis, but if there’s a story involving porn that catches my interest I will post it. In this case it’s that Kendra Wilkinson chick, her porn video came out today, I of course HAD to watch it because I have an unhealthy obsession with celebrities, especially celebrities bumping uglies.. Kendra definitely isn’t ugly, but the doooode? God guys look fucking dumb when we’re screwing.. I dunno how you ladies can stand banging us.. honestly… but thank god you do… And I’m not gonna post the video here cuz Vivid got REALLY mad at me last time I did that, so I won’t do that… But there’s a discussion going on over here that I’m sure a few of you would find interesting.

Reboot

And here we are, yet again. Traffic had died down now that the site has been dead for a while so I think it’s a good time to put it back online, and before you ask, no the porn will not be back and no I won’t go through old stuff looking for porn for you. I know I talked about it on RoR and stuff, but for those of you that don’t listen, basically the short version is I started the site a loooong time ago, noticed that people really liked when I posted porn and started posting more and more of that until eventually that was pretty well all I posted. The problem was, that grew old quickly and I wasn’t really into it, and (some) people were really pushy about wanting free porn, so it quickly became more of a job than fun and eventually I grew to dislike the whole situation with the site and pulled the plug.

So why come back? It was always the plan to bring a site back, honestly I met a LOT of really awesome people through the old livejournal, and then this site, it was just the few people (and my own loss of direction) that bummed me out. I do like the idea of having a place that is my own that I can have fun with and people can play along if they so choose. So that’s what this will be. It will just be a place for me to post things that interest me and for anyone that wants to, to join in. So for those of you that are into it, welcome back, those that aren’t, nice knowing you
