Transformers News: TF Generations Sandstorm Unveiled UPDATED

Gomen for not been updating news lately because I had important matters attended and my PC broke down. Anyways, let's go to the news. After rumors about the upcoming TF Generations Sandstorm figure which the image of the VTOL vehicle mode was shown in TF Generations Metroplex packaging box, Transformers Facebook page has posted clear images of the Autobot Triple changer in robot mode and its dune buggy vehicle mode.

The figure itself is an extreme retool of TF Generations Springer instead giving an original mode for Sandstorm. However, I find the extensive retooling was fitting for Sandstorm, instead giving us a helicopter mode straight repaint, Hasbro decided to retooled the form into a VTOL vehicle, which I'm quite impressed. The dune buggy mode wasn't left out either, as the hood and mostly rear wheels were modified due the rear wheels transforms to the VTOL rotors. ~~Unfortunately, no clear image of the VTOL mode as Transformers FB page took the images out, they were able to grab only the robot and dune buggy mode images only.~~ UPDATE: Thanks to a fellow toy collector of mine, Transformers Facebook page has reposted the images back which now includes Sandstorm's VTOL vehicle mode.

Sandstorm will be released under Wave 4 of the Generations line along with the case assortments of fellow Triple changers, Blitzwing and Springer.

Super Robot News: SOC Danguard Ace Official Images

Bandai has finally released official images of the Soul of Chogokin version of Danguard Ace designated as GX-62.

Fully poseable, standing around 9-10 inches, Danguard Ace is pretty small figure compared to its previous Popy incarnation, this is probably the only figure I've seen with less accessories, much lesser with SOC Mazinger Z. Too bad, it doesn't have additional accessories/effect parts as with the Yamato version.

The SOC Danguard ace comes with Cosmo Arrow/Double Shaft weapon, 4 additional pair of hands, Sky arrow fighter that separates into 2 fighters, additional Gran Rancher helmet, Pulsar cannon chest plate, rear back part to swap Dangard Ace's exposed retracted wings and a special display base to display Danguard Ace in either his Robot or Satellizer ship mode.

The SOC Danguard Ace is slated for July 2013 release and priced at 12,000 Yen.

Transformers News: MP-17 Prowl and MP-18 Streak First Images - UPDATED

Since we're still on the topic of upcoming Transformers Masterpiece line so here's another heads-up, BigBadToyStore has uplaoded in their pre-order product listings first images of the upcoming Japanese release MP-17 Prowl and MP-18 Streak (aka Bluestreak or Silverstreak in the US).

Suprsingly, when I first saw these images, it looked good, felt that these figures are similar to the early TF Alternators line, but these looks well sturdy, but I don't want to assume yet until I read the reviews until it is released. For now check these small images of these two Autobot warriors, will update this post once the Hi-res images are out.

UPDATE: As of 11:58 AM; as promised, I've replaced with hi-res images of Prowl and Streak. The rest of the images will be in the next post. Thanks to TFW2005 for the hi-res images.

Transformers News: MP Soundwave 5 Cassette Pack and Acidstorm Official Images

This news just came in and US Transformers fans will appreciate this just because Hasbro has confirmed that the release of Masterpiece Soundwave to the US shores. Not only that Soundwave will also be released but all of his 5 cassettes will be included as well including the upcoming another seeker repaint, Acidstorm.

Hasbro broke the news that indeed Soundwave will be releasing to the US. Aside from that, he will include all of the 5 Cassettetrons that was previously available as a 2 pack in Japan (Laserbeak was included originally with Soundwave in the Japanese release). So fans will not have to worry purchasing Soundwave and its cassettes separately since they will be in one package, that's a total value. Aside from the same color or lighter, Soundwave's eyes is painted yellow rather the original red in the US release.

Moving on with the news, Soundwave is not the only one will be releasing in the Masterpiece line, this also confirmed that Acidstorm will be releasing as well. The MP-11 Starscream mold will have a bright neon green color scheme with some camo patches on its wings. Acidstorm is 2nd US-exlcusive figure to be released in the MP line, the first one was Thundercracker in a MP-11 mold. Acidstorm will get the same accessories as Thundercracker including missiles and display base which originally came from the MP-3 Starscream. Check out all of these official images.

Super Robot News: SRC Grendizer Official Images

This is it, its official. Toysdaily has posted official images of the upcoming Super Robot Chogokin Grendizer figure which the figure was formally unveiled at the Lucca Comic & Games Convention 2012 in Italy last November.

The figure has a great articulation compared to its SOC cousin. Unfortunately there's no Spacer included in the figure but looking closely at the figure mostly at its back revealing a hole. Could this be that there will be an expansion set for this figure, perhaps the additional Spazers meaning the Double, Marine, or Drill Spazer? I certainly hope so, but don't get on our high hopes just yet (crossing fingers).

The SRC Grendizer comes with 3 pairs of additional hands, Double Haken, Screw Crusher punch arm attachments which replaces the default arms, Haken blades which are removable on Grendizer's shoulders to invoke the Double Haken weapon. Screw Crusher punch launch effect parts, and additional Grendizer's Horn with Space Thunder effect parts attached.

The SRC Grendizer is slated for June release and priced at 5,250 Yen.

Super Sentai News: Power Rangers Legacy Dino Megazord Unvieled

As the news spreading regarding the upcoming release of the Legacy Dino Megazord as the commemoration of Power Rangers 20th Anniversary in the US, Bandai has finally unveiled the toy itself at the recent NY Toy Fair 2013.

As it was stated previously news around the net, the Legacy Dino Megazord is a reproduction of the early DX Daizyujin that was released in Japan in 1992 under the Super Sentai Series Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger line and re-packaged as the Dino Megazord in 1993 when Power Rangers began airing in the US 20 years ago. The toy itself will contain Die-cast parts which lacks in original toy and an awesome metallic and chrome paint job and original Japanese markings to boot. The toy will be repackaged in its original US packaging.

So, fans who haven't got hands on the DX Daizyujin or the Dino Megazord, well, here's your chance to own one as it will be releasing anytime soon. Thanks to Tokunation for the awesome images.

Transformers News: More Upcoming Transformers Generations Figures Official Images - UPDATED

(New info update as of 02/11/13) Since the news on the 2ft Titan Class Metroplex, we're not done posting the news on the upcoming Transformers figures, other scale class figures in the Generations line will be releasing a slew wave of figures this year which focuses back to Generation 1 and also marks the upcoming 30th Anniversary of Transformers next year.

This year also marks the return of the G1 Triple Changers in 5 years, which the first Triple Changer figure, Astrotrain which was released way back in 2006 under the Classics line and Octane (aka Tankor) in the TF Universe line in 2008, today Springer and Blitzwing will be released in the Generations line and as Voyager class sized figures, love the Blitzwing design IMHO, but the biggest surprise is that I've read about Blitzwing's gimmick which features rotating face similar to his TF Animated version.

Aside from the Voyager class figures, the Deluxe class scale figures isn't left out either. Releasing in this scale is Trailcutter (aka Trailbreaker) finally got some justice in making him in this scale class. Other figures will be released are the Stealth Bomber Megatron, Bumblebee and Orion Pax which their designs are from the on-going IDW comic stories which also includes comics that come along with the figures.

Transformers News: FOC Metroplex Official Images

Gomen for not having any few updates in these past months been doing some personal commitments lately, but I'm now back, here's some huge news. Fresh from NY Toy Fair 2013, Hasbro has unveiled new Transformers figures that will be releasing this year, one which is will be releasing under the Generations line; which it was unexpected, a 2ft. Metroplex figure.

Yes I said it, a 2ft. (24 inches) Metroplex figure. This is the first figure of its kind which will be releasing a new higher figure scale class called the Titan class by Hasbro. Metroplex is represented in its Fall of Cybertron design which he transforms from robot to city, to mobile battle station and back. This is the very first 2 ft Transformer figure in 26 years, the last figure was made in this size is the Headmaster Fortress Maximus from the Headmaster series way back in 1987 (which will also be reissued this year in the Encore line)

Transformer fans are drooling over this huge behemoth which will be shelving in toy stores soon. Price for this is at USD 125.00, so expect some jack up price when it hits here in the Philippines. Thanks to TFW2005 for the info and official images.

Kotobukiya Official Facebook page has finally posted official images of the next Super Robot Wars OG mecha model kit and its none other than Shu Shirakawa's Neo Granzon.

Standing at 8 1/2 inches tall when fully assembled, the Neo Granzon is an awesome model kit to see; its huge and fearsome Lord of the Elemental mecha as depicted in SRW games, more powerful than its previous form, the Granzon. The Neo Granzon is also articulated as you can do its infamous poses.

The Neo Granzon model kit consists over 600 parts including its set of hands for expressions/poses and the Granworm Sword. Too bad, there are no effect parts to do its devastating moves such as the Worm Smasher and Shukutai Ho (Degenerative cannon). Oh well...

The Neo Granzon model kit is slated for March 2013 release.

Gundam News: Metal Build Gundam Exia & Exia Repair III Official Images

Tamashii Web has posted official images of the 2nd Gundam 00 mobile suit that will be released under the Metal Build line and its none other than the Gundam Exia.

The 3rd official figure to be released under the Metal Build series that contains die-cast parts, the Gundam Exia will have a chockful of accessories that will come with. Unfortunately, the figure will not include the first Repair parts meaning that an alternate damaged head, broken GN sword or a cloak will not be included, instead there are new accessories that comes with this set; including the GN Long Rifle accessory which it can be attached on its left arm and armor parts that turns Gundam Exia into the 3rd version of the suit, the Exia Repair III which was appeared in the Gundam 00V-Senki MSV.

The Exia will also include set of hands, Repair III armor parts, the Exia's seven sword system weapons: the GN short and long blades, 2 GN Daggers, 2 GN Sabers, and the original GN Sword. It also includes the GN Sword Kai, GN Shield, GN Particle storage tank accessory, and a display base.

The Metal Build Gundam Exia is slated for March 2013 release and priced at 15,750 Yen.

Super Robot News: SRC Grendizer Revealed

Bandai has once again dropped the bomb on another soon to be released Super Robot Chogokin figure, its none other than Go Nagai's Grendizer.

The figure was unveiled at the on-going Lucca Comic & Games 2012 in Italy where Grendizer was popular during the 70's; known to them as Goldrake. Italian fans are eager to get this hands on piece, I'm wondering what accessories does Grendy will have or is it going to have an expansion set similar to Mazinger Z and Gaogaigar? But its too early to tell. This is the 2nd Grendizer figure Bandai will be releasing, the first one was released in the Soul of Chogokin line years ago.

For now, there's no word as of yet when will this be release and how much. So we'll have to stay tuned for more updates on this breaking news. Thanks to Cybergundam for the heads-up.

Gundam News: RD Tallgeese Official Images

Before I tell the news, I just want to say to all readers a Happy Halloween to all! Cybergundam via Toy News Channel has posted official images of Tallgeese that will be released under the Robot Damashii line.

With the current Gundam Wing mechas releasing one by one, it was a surprise to see the Tallgeese deserves a kick-ass articulated figure reincarnated it the popular RD line. With this upcoming release, ~~I'm wondering if the other two Tallgeese figures will be releasing as well? Time will tell I hope~~ this will be the of the Tallgeese series to be released (II was released as Tamashii Web Exclusive while III was released on retail).

The RD Tallgesse will come with a set of hands, shield, its signature Dober Gun, an additional rifle and Beam Saber. The RD Tallgeese is slated for Feb 2013 release and priced at 3,800 Yen.

Super Robot News: DX SOC Jet Scrander For Mazinger Z Revealed

With the upcoming DX Soul of Chogokin Mazinger Z is slated for December release, since only the basic Mazinger figure with hangar/base will be released but how about the addition accessories? Bandai got that covered and unveiled the Jet Scrander expansion set at Tamashii Nations 2012 event.

The set will be exclusively for the DX SOC Mazinger Z, and probably will be more expensive since Mazinger Z is already priced at 36,750 Yen, but why the unveiling of the added accessories? I don't want to answer the questions regarding Bandai's marketing strategy, but one thing's for certain, it will be the most expensive SOC figure to date.

The Jet Scrander comes with an additional Jet Pilder in place of the Hover Pilder that was included in the Mazinger set. It will also include a launcher/base to display the Jet Scrander when not in use.

Price and release date of the expansion set has not yet announced, probably it will be announced after the DX SOC Mazinger Z's official release. Thanks to guNjap for the heads-up.

Super Robot News: SOC Danguard Ace Revealed

Heads-up, Robot fans! Bandai has unveiled their next Soul of Chogokin figure and revealed that Danguard Ace is the SOC next in line to be released soon.

With upcoming releases of the the other lines such as SRC, SH Figuarts, Robot Damashii and others, the Soul of Chogokin will not be left out; and Danguard Ace will be their next release in the line. The figure was unveiled at the on-going Tamashii Nations 2012 event in Japan. Wow, I didn't expect Bandai will release Danguard Ace considering Yamato already released their version of it years ago. Hopefully it will be better and more accessories on the SOC version.

There are no details as of yet how much is the die-cast content and the number of accessories will come with. One this for sure this will be a wallet buster for Super Robot fans when this gets release soon.

Transformers News: Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Official Toy Images

Finally we get to see new toys fresh from the recent New York Collectors Convention (NYCC), Hasbro has finally unveiled the next generation of Transformers Prime figures, which will be shifted into the new story arc series called Transfomers Prime: Beast Hunters.

The new storyline of Transformers Prime has shifted to another level as the Autobots and Decepticons are not the only Transformers are involved in the war, a new faction will emerge: The Predacons, led by Predaking (shown image above). To commemorate the unveiling of the new series, Hasbro has posted official images of the toy lineup that will be released next year. From Kreo to the regular release of figures, Hasbro is in full gear for release of the new series.

Aside from the regular characters which appeared in TF Prime, they will get a new look and uber bad ass figures of Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Airachnid, Breakdown, Bulkhead and Soundwave, there are new characters as in the mix in the series as well like the Autobot Smokescreen and the Predaking's minions Laserback, and Twinstrike which by the way is homage to the G1 series character, the Terrorcon Sinnertwin. Other Mecha News: First Look At Robocop Movie Remake

Comingsoon.net has posted 2 images of the upcoming Robocop movie remake which started filming yesterday, September 15.

In the images seen here Robocop (played by Joel Kinnaman) in a new redesigned yet futuristic costume. Filming started on location in Toronto, Canada yesterday. Here's the official statement from Colombia Pictures.

Production is set to begin on Saturday, September 15 in Toronto on Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures' and Columbia Pictures' “RoboCop,” directed by Jose Padilha. The film stars Joel Kinnaman (TV's “Game of Thrones”), Gary Oldman, Michael Keaton, and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as Abbie Cornish, Jackie Earle Haley, Michael K. Williams, Jay Baruchel, Jennifer Ehle, and Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

The screenplay is by Josh Zetumer and Nick Schenk, based on the 1987 motion picture written by Edward Neumeier & Michael Miner. The film is produced by Marc Abraham and Eric Newman, with Bill Carraro serving as executive producer. The film will be released in the US and the Philippines on August 2013.

In "RoboCop," the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy (Kinnaman) is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex's life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.

Commenting on the announcement, Padilha said, "It's exciting to think that we're going to be starting production on 'RoboCop.' I have a dream cast and an incredibly creative production team, and we are all supremely dedicated, working together to make a movie that will not only live alongside the first film but also break new ground, be relevant for modern audiences, and stand on its own."

Lula Carvalho is the Director of Photography. The production designer is Martin Whist. The editor is Daniel Rezende. Costume Designer is April Ferry. VFX Supervisor is James E. Price.

I'm eager to watch this remake and hopefully it will be much entertaining as the classic film portrayed by Peter Weller in the 80's. As for Robocop's design, it isn't bulky as the previous incarnation and the design is too futuristic, I hope die-hard Robocop fans will appreciate the new look, but time will tell.

Transformers News: Toys R Us Philippines Releases TF Masterpiece Optimus Prime

In celebration of National Heroes day on August 27, Transformers fans has another reason to celebrate this holiday, that's because Toys R Us Philippines will be releasing the highly anticipated US version of the recently released Transformers Optimus Prime version 2.

Set to be sold in limited quantities (24 pcs to be exact), the highly sought after figure will be released only at Toys R Us Trinoma branch this coming August 27 in conjunction with another TRU Ph event, the Rubik's Speed Challenge.

TRU Philippines has already opened their reservations for the Exclusive Prime figure, the deadline of submission of reservations will only be up to August 26 at 5PM. The item will be claimed during the event on August 27. However, for those who reserved their stocks unclaimed within 3pm the same day, it will automatically open to potential buyers on the spot during the event. Super Sentai News: New Go-Busters Toys Revealed

Since Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters series is almost on its mid-year airing, Bandai has revealed new toys in their latest catalog for the Go-Busters line that will be released in the upcoming months.

First of all, the Go-Busters new gear, the Custom Visor is an add-on accessory for gear against Vaglass. The Custom Visor has the visor mode which uses on their special missions, but the main feature of the gear is when it attaches to the Go-Busters Morphin brace, it will transform the main Go-Busters team into their Power Up Custom modes as shown in the picture.

The 2nd on their arsenal is the Lio Blaster which is a new weapon for the main Go-Busters team, the Lio Blaster has 3 modes: attache mode which forms an attache case, the blaster mode and cockpit mode; which like the secondary Go-Busters weapon, the Dri-Blade, the Lio Blaster can transform into a driver for the new Buster Machine which I will tell later. The Lio Blaster has another feature: like Ichigan Blaster Special Buster mode, when attached with the Sougan blade it forms the Lio Blaster Special Buster mode which has more firepower to the Lio Blaster.

Now for the mecha, the Go-Busters will receive a new Buster machine called Tategami Lio (shown on the cover image) which similar to the Go-Buster Ace and Go-Buster Beet, its a central core mecha for Red buster to use. It has 3 modes: Motorcycle, Lion mode and the Robot mode. Like the Go-Buster Beet, the Tategami Lio doesn't need a Buddyroid to act as a driver, instead the Lio Blaster in Cockpit mode serves as the main driver to operate it. The Tategami Lio can be combined with Blue and Yellow Buster's Gorilla and Rabbit to form Go-Buster Lio. There's also the ultimate combination with Tategami Lio as the central core, combining Go-Buster Lio with Go-Buster Beet and Stag Beetle forms Go-Buster King (shown above).

The DX Tategami Lio, DX Custom Visor, and the DX Lio Blaster will all be released this coming October.

Video Game News: Transformers Fall of Cybertron New Trailer And Box Covers

Transformers.net Facebook page has posted a new updates regarding the much awaited Transformers: Fall of Cybertron game by Activision and High Moon Studios.

First is the latest game trailer titled Through the Matrix. In this trailer, it features the city sized Autobot Metroplex, getting very angry and stepping on Decepticons which an awesome trailer to watch most notably his transformation sequence. Check out the latest trailer.

Second are the official box covers of the game itself on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 formats. Oh I wish they still release them on the handheld consoles, oh well. Check out these covers by clicking each pic to enlarge.

Super Robot News: DX SOC Mazinger Z Revealed

In celebration of Mazinger Z's 40th Anniversary, Bandai has officially unveiled a new Mazinger Z figure as part of the new DX Soul of Chogokin line. Mazinger Z's creator, Go Nagai himself presented the figure during the presscon launch.

Standing at 12 inches, the DX SOC Mazinger Z will be much larger than the previous SOC and SRC releases. It will feature an internal detailed skeleton revealing Mazinger Z's inner workings, which is made of diecast metal and the armor plates will be made of plastic that will cover or half cover Mazinger's skeleton frame revealing Mazinger Z's classic look seen the anime series.

As a first for the SOC line or any Chogokin line, the DX SOC Mazinger Z will feature electronics lights and sounds. it will feature Mazinger Z's opening and ending theme songs originally sung by Ichiro Mizuki and the pilot Koji Kabuto's voice shouting the famous phrases and attacks which provided by Koji's seyiuu in the original TV series, Hiroya Ishimaru with sound effects emulate Mazinger Z's attacks. The lights are placed in the head and chest which emulates Mazinger's activation and breast fire attack. All these gimmicks will be controlled via wireless remote.

Aside from the detail and gimmicks, the figure will also include a hangar display base complete with crane and spotlight accessories. The base will also store Mazinger Z's armor parts on its wall and the base can be closed like a locker.

CyberGundam via Toys News Channel has posted official images of Master Grade Blitz Gundam that will be released this month.

Like all of the MG releases, the Blitz Gundam will have the same detail and articulation. The kit includes "Gleipnir" Rocket anchor, "Trikeros" Shield, 3 Lancer darts, and wire effect extension for Gleipnir rocket anchor. UPDATE: Added the box art cove of the MG Blitz Gundam. The figure is identical to the previously released regular version only it is sported with a gold paint all over the figure as its seen in the TV series Sousei no Aquarion and its sequel Aquarion Evol as a myth type Aquarion. I'm a little disappointed since the figure is only gold painted, Bandai should have done gold plating all over the figure rather than just a regular gold paint.

The SRC Aquarion Gold version comes with a sword, option hand parts, and a huge right fist imitating the Aquarion's move, the Mugen (infinite) punch. Preorders of the figure starts today, June 5. Transformers News: Cartoon Network PH Set To Air Transformers Prime

Cartoon Network Philippines is set to air the recent Transformers series.

As I saw the trailer this afternoon, Cartoon Network PH will definitely air Transformers Prime in the Philippines. Since the toys were already selling like hotcakes the recent months, its obviously the cartoon series will not be far behind. Featuring the voices of Peter Cullen and Frank Welker (the guys who voiced Optimus Prime and Megatron in the original Generation 1 series in the 80's) reprises their respective roles in Transformers Prime. The series will also feature Dwane "The Rock" Johnson, Daran Norris, Josh Keaton and Sumalee Montano lending their voices in Transformers Prime.

Transformers Prime takes place on earth where the Earth bound Autobots led by Optimus Prime with their human partners battled Megatron and his Decepticons for the battle of Dark Energon which Megatron intends to use to build an army and conquer the galaxy. I'm assuming Cartoon Network PH will air the whole first season (since season 2 is still airing in the US).

Transformers Prime airs on June 18 on Carton Network PH.

Super Sentai News: Upcoming SH Figuarts Figures and Exclusives

Bandai is still in full swing in releasing Super Sentai characters in the SH Figuarts line this year. Here's what to expect in the few months.

Following with the official releases of upcoming Akibaranger figures, DekaRed, the web exclusive DekaBlue both from Dekaranger, Red Hawk and the web exclusive Black Condor from Jetman, Bandai has officially released the upcoming SH Figurats Sentai figures for September.

Bouken Spirits

First on the upcoming September release is BoukenRed from the 2005 series Gogo Sentai Boukenger. BoukenRed comes with set of hands, Surviblaster, Surviblade, Accellular 2 versions: the scan mode and phone mode and BoukenRed's Bouken Bo that also comes with 2 versions: normal and blade open versions. But that's not all, it will include the Bouken Scooper; an inordinate power accessory which used by the Akibarangers in the series Hikounin Sentai Akibaranger.

SH Figuarts BoukenRed is priced at 3,500 Yen.

Busters Ready, Go!

Same month as the release of BoukenRed, RedBuster will be released as well. The speed warrior of the current series Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters comes with a set of hands, Ichigan Buster blaster, Sougan blade and the Ichigan Buster Special Buster mode.

RedBuster is priced also at 3,500 Yen.

Web Exclusives and Then Some

Though there's no current Tamashii Web Exclusive for Boukenger series as of yet, however there will be upcoming exclusives for the Go-Busters. First of the exclusives is Chida Nick, Red Buster's humanoid Buddyroid. Another web exclusive is YellowBuster, RedBuster's comrade. Unlike RedBuster that his set doesn't come with a Buddyroid, YellowBuster will include her Buddyroid Usada Lettuce, aside from Usada, it will also include with the same accessories as RedBuster.

Preorders of the figures starts today, June 1; the end date and prices of the figures will be announced later. Chida Nick will be released this October while Yellowbuster with Usada is scheduled to be released in November.

Transformers News: SDCC 2012 Fall of Cybertron Bruticus Giftset Revealed

If you don't want to wait for the release of Transformers Generations Fall of Cybertron Bruticus, Hasbro has revealed an earlier release of Bruticus will be exclusively released at this year's San Diego Comic Convention.

The Bruticus giftset will be package all of the five Combaticon components in a book styled package box with the CGI image design of Bruticus on front cover (both images shown). The set will be released this coming SDCC 2012 so expect the price will be expensive than the soon to be released individual components in the main toy line in a few months.
