Austrian Death Machine Recording new album

Tim Lambesis front man for As I Lay Dying (interview) second band Austrian Death Machine a Tongue in cheek caricature of California's 'Arnie' and his many films, Tim Lambesis has posted an update about the recordings for the 2nd album that are taking place right now. 'Double Brutal' is scheduled for release in the fall of this year.

�I can't believe how fantastic things are going with the recording of "Double Brutal." For starters, I thought I would note that Rusty Cooley just finished a guitar solo on the album. Canadian rockers THEORY OF A DEADMAN are set to play their first full UK tour this September in support of current album, �Scars & Souvenirs�... The bands forthcoming single, 'Not Meant To Be', the follow-up to music channel favourites �Hate My Life� and �Bad Girlfriend� is also scheduled for a Sept 28th release. British 'Thrashers' EVILE release a new track from their forthcoming album Infected Nation due out on the 21st September, Evile's second album marks a genuine milestone in thrash as the band effortlessly ups the ante, propelling the UK thrash outfit into the big leagues.

On 'Infected Nations', Evile take thrash metal's '80s blueprints - ripping riffs and shredding solos - but refines them into a wholly more ferocious and modern beast. Having undertaken touring stints with MEGADETH, EXODUS and big shows with MACHINE HEAD, the band emerged from the studio with a new-found sense of dynamics, maturity and bag-fulls of catchy-but-pounding songs. Green Day grab the number one spot in the UK album charts with 21st Century Breakdown in the same week they release the new single 21 Guns, watch the video of 21 Guns HERE

The �21st Century Breakdown� album has also proved to be a global phenomenon. It has already topped the charts in 22 countries including USA, Germany, France, Japan and Canada among many, while Green Day return to the UK this October for their first full tour since early 2005.

Commencing in Glasgow on October 19th, the tour includes three dates in London (two at the O2 and another at Wembley Arena) plus shows in Sheffield, Birmingham and Manchester.
