What is Oolong Tea ?

Oolong tea, referred to as the Champagne of teas, is a semi oxidized whole-leaf tea, which retains all of the nutrients and natural healing factors contained in unfermented green tea, but without the raw, grassy taste. It falls somewhere between green and black tea, with complex flavor and aroma. The leaves go through a very brief fermentation process, which eliminates harsh irritants from the raw tea and creates the subtle fragrances and f lavors that distinguish this tea from all other varieties.

Oolong legend tells us Wu Liang (who lived during the Ming Dynasty in China, around 1400 AD), a tea farmer, went out one day to pick tea, as he did every day in the tea-picking season. He had collected quite a bit when his eye was caught by a deer drinking by the river. He stopped his tea-picking activities and killed the poor animal (sorry to have to report this). He took the slain deer home, as it would provide him with a week’s worth of meals. He forgot all about his tea. When he went back to collect his load, he
found that the tea had started to blacken. We know today, it had begun to oxidize.

Wu Liang thought that it might have gone bad, but decided to proceed with his traditional preparations. He dried the tea by pan-firing, as was done with the green teas of the day. When he made a cup of this tea, he was surprised to find that it tasted different than his usual green tea, and discovered that he loved the flavor.

He taught his neighbors and friends how to make the new tea, and it came to be named after him. Language being what it is, the name eventually evolved from Wu Liang to Oolong.

The processing sequence for oolong tea is:
1. Leaves and buds are harvested.
2. Leaves and buds are cleaned.
3. Leaves and buds are placed in bamboo containers and air is blown
through them. This process is referred to as “withering the leaves.”
4. The withered leaves are rolled, which releases the oils within the leaf. These oils mix with the oxygen in the air and the leaves begin to ferment or oxidize.
5. When the rolled leaves reach a dark blue-green color, they are placed into a hot wok to stop the fermentation process and add flavor.

Customize your career objective. Think of your whole resume as a sales tool; your career objective is your opening statement. You want your employer to know what you want, not just restate what other people want. State your commitment to your career goal. If you are unsure of what you want, how is your employer to believe that you really want the job at their organization and you are not just applying because you want to get out of your current work environment? Don’t be afraid to state what you want from a job and from an organization. While you want to state your commitment, you also want to show that you are willing to take action to achieve your goal. Membersihkan paging file pada saat Shutdown

Pada saat anda bekerja dengan membuka beberapa program pada komputer, maka otomatis akan banyak memory yang terpakai dan tentu saja akan memperlambat kinerja dari sistem. Nah disinilah kegunaan dari paging file, paging file bekerja untuk "mengelabui" suatu program agar berfikir bahwa masih ada memory lebih yang tersedia dari memori sebenarnya (actual memory) yang ada.

Dengan demikian sebagian memori yang digunakan program akan ditukar ke dalam hardisk (swaaped), yang berati bahwa ada informasi yang mungkin tertinggal pada komputer anda bahkan saat anda sudah selesi bekerja, dan akan di loading kembali pada saat anda menyalakan komputer, yang tentu saja akan memperlambat loading komputer anda.

Nah untuk membersihkan paging file secara otomatis pada saat shutdown adalah dengan mengedit sistem registry, caranya yaitu :

Klik start -> run dan ketik :"regedit" (tanpa tanda kutip)
Dan temukan HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management.
Cari ClearPageFileAtShutdown entry, double klik dan masukkan angka 1 pada value data box

Ketika anda menginstal suatu program atau merubah konfigurasi system, maka perubahan telah dibuat pada registry komputer anda. Untuk memeriksa registry dan merubah suatu nilai registry secara manual anda dapat menggunakan registry editor, tetapi tindakan ini sangat beresiko dan bisa membuat system tidak stabil jika melakukan perubahan yang tidak benar.

Jika ingin melakukan perubahan registry secara manual, lebih baik anda melakukan backup registry terlebih dahulu agar jika terjadi perubahan registry yang tidak diinginkan pada komputer, anda dapat mengembalikan kondisi registry pada keadaan semula.

Nah, untuk melakukan backup registry secara manual (Win Xp/Win 98/) tanpa bantuan software adalah sebagai berikut :

Buka registry editor melalui start->run dan ketikan "regedit" (tanpa tanda quote)
Ketika jendela registry editor terbuka, klik kanan mycomputer atau ke menu "file" dan pilih export.
Kemudian save registry tersebut dan beri nama misal, backup reg dan simpan.
Untuk me load backup registry lakukan hal yang sama pada langkah 1 dan 2, tapi lakukan perintah import.
