Rocky Mountain Primary Care (RMPC), a well-respected, market-leading primary care group serving the Denver metro area for over three decades, has partnered with Complete Health, specializing in primary care and value-based care for seniors. With four clinic locations and 33 healthcare providers, RMPC gains additional resources and support from Complete Health to continue to innovate and lead healthcare transformation for the Denver community.

RMPC’s patients can expect a seamless transition, continuing to receive care from the same trusted providers while benefiting from enhanced preventative care and care management services. Complete Health’s focus on the value-based care model prioritizes quality, patient experience, and performance over the volume of visits, aligning perfectly with RMPC’s mission to put patients first.

“Rocky Mountain Primary Care’s mission has always been to prioritize the needs of our patients,” said Dr. Martha Ives, CEO of Rocky Mountain Primary Care. “We’re honored to care for this community and look forward to providing even better care while helping our patients live healthier, more fulfilling lives.”

Complete Health will support RMPC by managing administrative and operational tasks, bringing deep value-based care infrastructure and analytical resources, overseeing other non-clinical operations, and facilitating RMPC practice growth. This structure enables RMPC’s providers to focus fully on delivering exceptional patient care.

“Our goal is to support physicians and other healthcare providers in doing what they do best – care for patients,” says Complete Health CEO Jeff Preuss. “Our experience and expertise in managing value-based care and other non-clinical operations allows them to dedicate their time and energy to improving patient outcomes.”

This collaboration marks Complete Health’s entrance into Colorado, expanding its reach beyond Florida, Virginia, and Alabama. Complete Health enters 2025, serving more than 300,000 active patients, including some 50,000 – 60,000 seniors under full value-based care contracts.

Complete Health’s growth is supported by capital partners Pharos Capital Group (www.pharosfunds.com) and Athyrium Capital Management (www.athyrium.com). Both are well-regarded healthcare specialist investors with deep, long-term experience in value-based care asset investment.

Rocky Mountain Primary Care has four primary care locations across Arvada, Westminister, and Lakewood.
Colorectal cancer screening saves lives.

Regular screening, beginning at age 45, is the key to preventing colorectal cancer (cancer of the colon or rectum). If you’re 45 to 75 years old, get screened for colorectal cancer regularly.

If you’re younger than 45 and think you may be at high risk of getting colorectal cancer, or if you’re older than 75, talk to your doctor about screening.

Colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer don’t always cause symptoms, especially at first. That is why getting screened regularly for colorectal cancer is so important.

Screening Test Options

Several screening tests can be used to find polyps or colorectal cancer, including some that you can do at home. Each test has advantages and disadvantages.

Talk to your doctor about the pros and cons of each test, and how often to be tested.
