Tost yapabileceğinden de çok emin değilim. :) Ama 'yemeğe' çok meraklıdır, süper sofra kurar ve tarif verir. Küçüklüğümüzden beri annemlerin evinde her zaman harika yemekler olmuştur. Ailece yaşadığımız yıllar boyunca her akşam dört kız kardeş, annem ve babam sofrada bir araya gelir, günün en eğlenceli ve gürültülü vaktini orada geçirirdik. Belki de bu yüzden ailede yemekle bu kadar iç içe olan bir tek ben değilim! Ablalarım kendimi bildim bileli beri inanılmaz yemek yaparlar. Böyle diyorum çünkü içindeki fotoğrafları, yazıları ve illüstrasyonlarıyla sadece bir yemek kitabı olmaktan da çok uzak. Şimdiden kolay gelsin...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr. un&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. kakao&lt;br /&gt;2 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;150 gr. toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;1 paket kabartma tozu&lt;br /&gt;1/2 çay kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;125 gr. tereyağ&lt;br /&gt;250 ml. süt&lt;br /&gt;1 paket vanilya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fırınınızı önceden 180 dereceye ayarlayıp ısıtın. Un, şeker, kakao, kabartma tozu ve tuzu karıştırma kabında harmanlayın. Yumuşak tereyağ, süt ve vanilya ilave edip, mikser ile 2 dakika kadar çırpın. Yumurtaları ekleyip 3 dakika daha çırpın. Elde ettiğiniz hamuru muffin kaplarına paylaştırın ve fırında 25-30 dakika pişirin. Sizi bilmem ama, ben hiç "hayır" diyemedim. Cupcake yaparken de kullanmayı en çok sevdiğim malzemelerin başında geliyor. Üzeri vanilyalı krema ile süslenen bu çikolatalı cupcake'ler Rococo'nun sembolü oldu: Çok beğeniliyor.
