3. Select the objectives format in which you would like to view the objectives. The list will open as a PDF file and can be viewed online or printed.

The Healthy Kids Expo is merging with Tech Trek!

The Expo will no longer take place on Friday, March 5. The new date will be Friday, April 16 at Tech Trek.

On Friday, March 5th, 2010 from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Rodgers Forge Elementary School PTA will sponsor its fifth Annual Healthy Kids Expo for the children, families, and staff of RFES.

This event is sponsored by the RFES PTA Health & Safety Committee. The 2009 event was a huge success with more than 300 students and parents attending. As always, there are several community sponsors hosting booths with kid focused information & activities, interactive demonstrations in the gymnasium and a raffle.

We hope you will join us (again) this year for lots of information, activities, fun & give-aways. Everyone has a terrific time at this event – you and your child/ren will too!

The PTA is organizing a big dig for RFES this Saturday, Feb. 20, at 10:30 a.m. to clear sidewalks, etc. Just bring a shovel and meet outside the school. Throw some snowpants and boots on your kids and bring them, too!

REMINDER:

Thank you to those people who have already submitted their Yankee Candle order. A reminder that all orders are due Friday with checks payable to RFES PTA. PLEASE include 6% sales tax in your order. Yankee Candle products are not tax-free. If you forgot, please send in the difference asap! A new shipment date will be forthcoming when all items are totaled and the order is submitted.

• Be sure that the Seller and Organization information is printed neatly at the top of your order form.

WEST TOWSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PUBLIC FORUM

You are invited to provide input on the proposed boundary for the new West Towson Elementary School. New boundary lines may include boundary changes at Hampton, Riderwood, and Rodgers Forge elementary schools.

At the Public Forum, participants will:

•    Review options presented by the West Towson Boundary Committee
•    Receive information on background data and area demographics
•    Participate in a small group discussion and provide written comments
•    Provide valuable input to the Board of Education via questionnaire

Directions: From the Beltway, take Exit 29 (Cromwell Bridge Road) and proceed east on Cromwell Bridge Road less than ¼ of a mile to the school on left.
