Here is a summary to help in increasing the desire to do what it takes to control/eliminate worry.

Remember that we worry because we have learned how to do it, so commit today to learn how to Un-worry!
Knowing that worry is a “learned behavior”, we can change it like any other behavior, therefore all we have to do is “unlearn it” and replace it with success behaviors.
It only takes about 21 days of concentrated effort to replace a negative habit with a positive one.
Remember; “It’s that simple but not easy because it’s so simple!”…We’ve been conditioned to look for the complex.
Commit to do all it takes to take charge of your life by taking charge of the words you speak and your thoughts.
You are designed to control your circumstances by controlling your thoughts.
Even the circumstances that you have no control over are somehow controlled by how you perceive them, or in other words by your attitude toward them.

Hopefully after reading this you are not worried that it’s too hard to change your life for the better by eliminating the habit of worry from your life.

If you are thinking this way then you should now be aware of how much worry is controlling your life and imprisoning you from becoming who you have been created to be. So my strong recommendation is to immediately take 3 deep breaths and be bold enough to follow the above advice to begin your 21day journey of changing your life for the better.

Oh, and by the way, as you do this you will, by your example begin to help change for the better the lives of your love ones and all those with whom you associate. Your example will help them eliminate worry from their lives without you having to say anything, for the greatest teacher of all are our actions and not our words!

I dare you to move into action now my friends rejoicing in and through all of life’s challenges, for as you do you will become who you are created to be and help others do the same along the way.
Go on give it a go! What do you have to lose?

From my perspective the only thing you have to lose is worry itself…and if I were you, I wouldn’t freaking worry about that!!!
