Rogers and Norton Family Law Department has now launched its 'blog'. We are doing so as we believe the time is right to raise the profile of the Department and to keep this firm's clients, both old and new, updated on a regular basis with news items, articles and the potential effects of new case law on all individual aspects of Family Law. Our aim is to make our news items topical, informative and interesting and we will cover all aspects of family law on a regular basis covering matters such as Divorce, Children matters, Financial Relief, Adoption, Cohabitation and Pre/Post nuptial agreements. There are of course many other areas of family law work that we undertake at Rogers and Norton and we are only too pleased to answer any of your enquiries on any aspects of Family Law. The Head of the Family Law Department, Colin Grooms, has a very wide experience of all aspects of Family Law matters and is a Partner of the firm. Colin is a member of Resolution first for family law (Formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and an accredited specialist with Resolution and The Law Society’s Family Law accreditation scheme. Colin is also a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer and a member of the International Institute of Collaborative Professionals.

Miss Amy Walpole is also a member of the Family Law Department and a Partner of the firm undertaking Family Law work. Amy is also a member of Resolution and a Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer.
