&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;1.Take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil.Add mustard seeds and let them crackle,add jeera,chanadal,curry leaves.add ground nuts and fry them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;2.Now add chopped onions,green chilies,tomatoes and fry them on a low flame.add turmeric,salt to taste.fry them nicely.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;3.Take one cup of poha and soak it into water for 4min.do not soak them much because they become very messy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;4.Remove the water and drain the saoked poha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;5.Add the poha to the above frying mixture and mix well.let them fry for 5min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;6.Finally,sprinkle lemon juice on it and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve Hot:)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;2.Take a pan and add oil for deep frying and put the stove in low flame and let that oil heat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;3.Now take chilies one by one and dip it into besan batter and deep fry in oil.fry it until they are golden brown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;4.Now take the fried chilies and cut them into small pieces. Now add those pieces again into pan and deepfry them again until they are brown and crispy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;5.Serve them into a plate.sprinkle the coriander powder on pieces.Garnish them with finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.finally add lime juice on them and serve hot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1.Take 1cup of toordal in a cooker and wash it properly.&lt;/div&gt;

2.Add two cups of water to toordal and add turmeric.&lt;/div&gt;

3.Now,add tamarind,green chillies according to taste.&lt;/div&gt;

4.Add tomatoes,brinjal pieces to that.&lt;/div&gt;

5.Now clean the methi bunch and chop methi leaves and add them to the mixture.Now close the cooker and put it on the stove and wait for 6 vissils.after that switchoff the stove and wait until it cool down.&lt;/div&gt;

6.After that,add salt to taste and mix and make it into a paste.&lt;/div&gt;

7.Now for tampering,take a small pan and pour 3 spoons of oil.allow it to heat and add mustard seeds,while mustard seeds crackles,add jeera ,chanadal,urad dal,curry leaves,garlic and let them fry.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;u&gt;PREPARATION METHOD:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Peel and mash the bananas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Pour ghee into a nonstick pan, add the mashed bananas and roast for 10 min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Add the sugar and roast for another 10 min.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Add the crushed cardamons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Take off the pan from stove and transfer the halwa into the greased plate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: blue;"&gt;Spread and cut into squares or diamond shapes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
